Welcome to the final Module of the Bitrix24 Partner Sales Course! Since you've made it so far, you should know a great deal about establishing contact with a client, identifying their needs, delivering an impressive Bitrix24 sales presentation, and handling customer objections. Now it's time to finally learn how to close deals!
Closing the deal is the final stage of the sales process, and it will go real smooth if you've done a good job on all of the previous stages. However, not everything in life is as easy as it should be, and sometimes clients may be reluctant to buy until the very end. Good thing you've got us -we will explain why that happens, and show you that closing a deal is not such a big deal after all!
In this module, we are going to focus on several important things, such as, for example: 1. Markers indicating that your client is ready to close the deal. 2.
Deal-closing techniques and how to use them. 3. Price negotiation scenarios.
As always, at the end of the module, you will be given a few tests to take, including the big final test, which you will have to pass in order to get your official Bitrix24 Partner Sales Course certificate. In addition to this nice, big, shiny certificate, you will also get plenty of useful knowledge, skills, and techniques to help you sell Bitrix24 like a pro and make considerable amounts of money as well. So now, if this introduction hasn't gotten you excited yet, then the next segment definitely will.
As we have mentioned earlier, closing the deal is one of the most important stages of the sales process. It's, you know, that make-it-or-break-it moment that even experience sales people may sometimes struggle with. Closing a deal is like walking on a tightrope - one misstep and you fall down.
You have to watch your step and thread lightly while observing your client's reactions and acting accordingly - that's how you close your deals. Anyway, no successful sale is possible without proper deal closing. Otherwise, it's just two people having a casual chat without committing to anything.
That being said, a lot of salespeople - including some of the Bitrix24 partners - still overlook the importance of deal closing, arguing that it's a mere formality that should happen all by itself, once you get the client going. Well, it's not always true as there is no such thing as self-closing deals - you've got to be there to make sure it happens. Why?
Because sometimes clients would simply bail once they realize there is money to be paid or a contract to be signed. So, other times, they simply need the final "push" that some sales reps are not able to deliver. Just think about it from a client's perspective - you've been sitting, listening to some guy talking about some potentially interesting stuff, and it's been fun until it comes to a point where you have to commit to a legally binding action and pay some money.
That's when you start to think - "maybe it's not such a good idea after all, maybe I should think it over, maybe I'll be doing fine without Bitrix24? " and so on. So your goal here is to identify and overcome these obstacles using something called sales triggers.
Sales triggers are signs indicating that your potential client is willing to buy. By combining the knowledge of sales triggers with an effective deal closing strategy, you will be able to seal deals like a pro. So every sales person should be ready to fight till the end, which - in our case - is a successfully closed deal, and we will teach you how to do that.
So that's it for now! Thanks for your attention and see in the next lesson!
