either it is operational work either it is projects all those things are working all those things are going in the internal environment of an organization whenever we talk about internal environment basically we are talking about within the organization internal environment has to interact with the external environment as well external environment means any third party vendors uh any regulatory requirements uh customer as well uh so basically all those things which are running in an organization uh within the projects or operational work all those things are adding value to the organization now a value means that obviously

it will add value with respect to the Strategic business activities uh to enhance the organization to advance the organization okay for example any project uh which is going in our organization to increase the revenue uh another project which is going on to increase the customer satisfaction any project with basically uh going on to uh to enhance the processes in an organization uh other operational works are very important for example the operational work for production support for example you are providing an organization is providing support for ATM support so that all the ATMs are working smoothly

in an organ they can provide services to the customer as well so either it's a project either it's a operational work so all those things are very important and all those things are basically adding a a value to an organization so that the organization can sustain organization can advance and they can build next level as well so that is called as value delivery system value delivery system means that the combination of our projects along with operations it basically adds a value to an organization so that honestly they can get the revenue they can get these
