hello guys M you so in this video we are going to um you know we are going to talk about the updates we have done for um this months okay so uh first of all you can go to feedback. chat. com au/ updates and you will find the road map it will explain what the features we are working on and also there will be you know weekly updates about big features small features you can all find it here okay so first of all uh about the road map okay so we have updated the road map and um realtime API um those are the um features we are working on and also the AI agent updates those are the Fe two big features we are working on okay there is a huge Improvement um for the AI agent and these are the features that we planned this year um you know for the web build Builder knowledge base and email as a channel and conversions API for um WhatsApp and messenger okay those are the things we are working on and those are things we planned okay and now let's talk about the changes we updates we have already made um you know since beginning of this month okay so first of all is we allow to uh Partners you have options to um sell the add-ons right so now you have the ability to hide certain items if you are not willing to sell okay so let me show you where you find this feature you can go to um your chat and go to what label settings go to partner settings go to add-on credit building and this is the default add-ons we are offering right so you just click any of that you can change the status if you choose it inactive and then it will not show up in your client's UI okay so that's one of the updates we have made and uh second update is we add a new um AI integration okay it's called Deep seek so if you search about it this is um RM that is coming from China and they are proven to be have you know very good result compared to open okay it's open sourced and um yeah now if you just go to integr ations let me show you if you just go to uh Integrations and then go to artificial intelligence you can put your API keys in here and then if you go to any of the channels you should find these actions in action Advanced um in action and then uh Integrations let me show you okay so you just click the actions okay go to integration and you should find the deeps um actions in here okay um there are a couple of the actions you can create chat completion you can list the model and you can create the histories okay so that's the AI Integrations and another is we actually if you go to our apis we actually put more informations in from the subscriber okay um so you can go to .
com. au/ API and if you go to subscriber get information you will find more details about the subscription okay when is subscribed when it's opt in for the SMS or email when they opt out for the email and sms okay and there's another update very small update is we actually add a workspace ID as a system Fields okay so sometimes uh there are users they are going to use the external request okay and they need the workspace ID um in the variables um so that's we add this you know small updates and there's another update is we have added a new trigger okay it's called message sent by agent so you can find this trigger by going to uh automations go to triggers and in this drop down you will find this trigger message sent by the agent okay so this uh will work if you know for example if the um bot is already paused okay and you want to know have the agent actually replied to the customers or not and then that's the trigger you can use okay so um if I scroll down uh we add a new feature that is Media Library uh control okay so basically this new settings you can find in workspace settings and you can find that is a media library okay uh it allow you to uh show and manage the media which is upload by the um current agent okay so let me go to the workspace settings as me go to the workspace settings and then go to settings and you can find this media library okay enable this option will um you know to show and manage only the media upload by agent so how it works is if it if you enable this and for the live chat agent role um the files you know they can only see the files upload by the agent okay they cannot see the Medias that is upload by the other agents okay or by the other users however um the admin and own of the workspace they can still see all the agent okay just the live chat agent rle they are only able to see the um media files upload bys okay so that's the update we have for this one and and we add actually improve the inbound W books now you can see the usage in the inbound wook GE okay um you can see how many requests you have used and how many request you know have been left you know uh in the balance and the when is going to renew so if you go to settings uh no go to tools go to inbound W books you can see uh this is the usage okay it will also show you when it's going to reset so you have that kind of a detail information uh right away and here we have a new feature that is uh allow you to use upload audio or send the audio message in the web chat widget okay so you can find the settings uh in here go to web chat widget and then go to settings and then go to features and then you can turn this on okay allow audio recorder so now if you click the widget and start the chat uh let me start chat and you will find there recording uh buttons over here okay you need to click that get the some permissions from the browser to use your microphone and but you are able to send the audio message right away in the web chat widget okay so that's the update we have done and uh yeah this is um the update in December um we allow you to send a test email in the email um Builder okay you can find that in my content email template and when you are editing the emails you have options to send a test email so that you can see the you can check out the layout and everything right and also we add a few um new IP address new we add we have added more servers so if you are you know if you needed to wet list wet list our server IP address uh you can go to this URL and uh you know grab a new updated server IP address okay and then that um another update is in the strip and PayPal checkout action that we actually support multiple currencies okay previously we are using the e-commerce currency by default but we get a lot of request that um people um they want to be have some flexibility so uh you can find this in you can find this in um action in e-commerce that is the Scribe and the PayPal checkout URL so if you open this that is a new parameters that you can select the currency you want and then it will dynamically generate a stripe and all PayPal checkout page that the user can purchase okay so yeah that's the updates um you know from December to uh January okay so yeah so I will try to make a weekly update videos um from um from January every every week and um yeah so you can also always go to feedback. .
