Beautiful humans, I've been noticing a massive shift in the industry. As far as I can tell, coaching offers as they have been traditionally sold are dying. And what's coming next is a really exciting opportunity for those who get in soon.
Now, this isn't one of those doomsday videos of like everything's going away because AI is here. But I'm telling you right now that there are two kinds of coaches and online businesses in the market right now. There are those that are sticking to the traditional model and are struggling and getting clients is getting harder and harder.
And then there are those that are embracing the new opportunities and the new ways afforded to us by AI. And in this video, I'm going to walk you through exactly how one of my clients, Jason, did 103K cash last month off $10 a day in ad spend. $10 a day in ad spend with just a VA.
So, no big team, no complex funnels. And this is the exact thing that I've also used personally to get clients into my $1,400 a month offer for $150 to $200 each. So that ROI is massive.
And it's because of this shift called co-creation. And so I want to walk you through exactly what this looks like. I'm even going to give you a cheat sheet at the end so you can implement this in your own business.
But first, let's talk about the shift from where we've been. predominantly the last few years have been about selling secrets. So if you were to work with a coach, buy a course, it was predicated on this idea that that person had secret formula mechanistic knowledge that you did not.
They had the six steps, the one funnel, the automation, the key, the system. And so what we did is we bought into their program. We bought into their course.
We got the education and then there was some kind of support. Hey, once you've gone through the modules, if you have questions, ping me a message, jump in the group, jump on a call. And the reality is that is dying because the acceleration of AI that we're obviously seeing and feeling within our daily lives is making information no longer scarce.
You can sit down with a 10-second prompt and have access to the best information, the best business strategy on the planet within seconds. And I'm seeing a lot of people trying to stick to this whole idea of like, I have the secrets, come work with me, and they're struggling. And then there are those of us that are embracing a new form of co-creation offer.
And it's accelerating the ease with which we get clients. So, I'm going to walk you through practically exactly what this looks like. Now, if you're watching this, chances are you've been selling some kind of information or you're like, "No, no, I'm going to do all the work for you.
" What I want you to understand is that if coaching is over here and it's here's the information, do it yourself and agency work is done for you and we all know how hard and you know terrible agency work is where we have all the responsibility and they have they have really uh no investment in the process. It's a it's a I'm not going to get into it, but it's like not a great model uh for most people. Co-creation sits in the middle.
So, let me walk you through how Jason did this and exactly what this looks like. So, in January of this year, I dropped a new training into our community called the 24 quick cash plays. And in that was 24 ways to generate quick cash into your business.
And some of them were like marketing campaigns and sales, but one of them just said something like create a co-creation offer. Now, I'm not saying I invented this, but I just hadn't heard it said about it uh said it like that in that way. And I thought nothing of it.
I said, "Co-creation offer. This is kind of what I think it would be. " Kind of like semi done for you, done with you type thing.
And I put it out there. And then Jason took his existing offer that was doing okay. Like he wasn't like at 5k a month.
It's not like he 20x his revenue, but he's doing maybe 40 50k a month. And he made some tweaks. He didn't start an agency.
He didn't create a SAS. He simply made tweaks to his coaching, repositioned it, and tweaked the way he delivered it. And within the next 30 days, he had to turn off marketing and sales and stop accepting new clients because it was going so well.
Now, you might be thinking like, what is the secret? Well, let's walk through this again. Keep comparing it to the old model.
The old model is like you just get the secret and then we're here to support you if you need it. The new model is collaboration and co-creation. Three eyes, information, infrastructure, and implementation.
The first piece of this is information. Now you might be thinking but Dan information no longer scares chatbt blah blah blah. And the truth is you're 100% correct.
Where we have seen previously the value in being bloated often confusing portals. The more modules you have the more the higher the value perception is that is shifting away. People are sick of watching long winded theoretical modules.
what they want is access to the right knowledge and then speed of implementation. So this is the really big key is that we're not informing people to educate them. We're informing them to take action.
So as opposed to old models where you log in and you go, "Wow, there's 100 modules how valuable. " Right? Now it's about short, sharp, sweet, to the point micro modules that really incentivize people to go through them fast and take action.
So this is specifically not about how much of my knowledge can I put into my program, but how little of my knowledge can I put into it while people still get amazing results. This is true 8020 thinking. And the reason why this is so powerful and so important is people are starting to realize the reason they're stuck, the reason they're fat, the reason they're poor, whatever it might be, is not a lack of information.
People are out here binging homosi videos, watching all these podcasts, attending 5day challenges, and they're still not where they want to be. And they're starting to click. Okay, I've gone through the courses.
I've read the books. I've binged more podcasts than any human being ever should. and you now have access to information uh that that people throughout history didn't have access to in their lifetime within a day.
So me watching more stuff, listening to more stuff is not necessarily the answer. And so you have to reframe not the abundance of information you have in your course, but the right information and what problems it exactly solves. You go from mega to micro.
You go from long to short. You go from impressive educational theory to actionable insights that they can implement right away. This information piece is not redundant because of chat GPT.
It's crucial, but you have to synthesize all of the information that you've learned into bite-sized pieces that people can take action on really fast. This is the first pillar of let letting go of the old way of educationonly courses and coaching and stepping into this co-creation model. The first piece is the right information.
The second piece has been the biggest game changer for me and I've been sensing this shift for a long time. It's the idea of infrastructure really building things out within your community, within your coaching, within your course that you build once, but it works forever. So, let's take some really basic things you would be familiar with, right?
Cheat sheets, plugandplay. So, if maybe you teach funnels or emails, rather than saying, "All right, next step, write a 5day email nurture sequence. " It's having you and AI, right, create templates for these people to fill out as fast as possible.
Right? So, we've got dashboards. You can use notion and air table.
You're really trying to figure out on the journey from where your client is and where they want to get to, what are all the of the things that they're going to run into. Right? This is classic $100 million offers, all the problems, and then you find the high value solutions.
But this is where it gets interesting. AI has accelerated your ability to do most of the hard work for your clients. Now, I'm not talking becoming an agency.
I'm not saying provide 27 bells and whistles in an ongoing format. What I'm saying is what tools can you build today that then accelerate the transformation that your client's going to have in your world? what are the things that they would normally have to create on their own or think about or make a decision about that you can make a decision about ahead of time build ahead of time so that they can use those things once they get into your community to accelerate the momentum.
So, a couple of key shifts that we've made in our world is I have spent about a 100 hours, which is a lot for me because I don't work a ton on building GPTs for my community over the last few months. But this has been gamechanging because in January of this year, I noticed there was a couple of really key points in my transformation that I help people with to get to 100K a month that people getting stuck with. The first is I I help people and specialize in eliminating sales calls so people start to sell with a sales dock and transform their marketing.
So there's two pieces to this. The mini video sales letter that people kind of script, record, and launch. And the second is having all of the right pieces of their offer on a document written in a persuasive way.
And so in January, I was trying to be really helpful to my community and I said, I will review for this month your offers and your VSSLs. And by the end of the month, I was bored out of my brains because almost all of the feedback was exactly the same. I was like, "Hey, you all need to work on this and this and this.
" So, I spent a ton of time building a GPT to do it for me. Now, we have in our community something called the messaging architect. Now if I open this GPT uh in terms of the settings there is over 700 active chats of people building things within that GPT right now whether it's reviewing their content coming up with their unique mechanism refining their offer creating their offer dock doing their VSSL and the crazy thing is people are crediting me in supporting them but I am not doing any of that.
I built it once and now it is continuing to serve people. We have another one called the game plan GPT. And so when people get onboarded, I spend about 30 to 40 hours on this one GPT downloading my brain.
So now this GPT actually onboards clients and creates a custom completely individualized 45day personalized road map. We have another one called the wizard. And the wizard is like an inner game life coach.
It helps people identify their money blocks, their limiting beliefs, the deep psychology that's holding them back from the next level. Why am I sharing this? because these are tools that now create a re-imagined group coaching experience.
So rather than hey here are some modules here's a here's a here's a support community or a call that you can attend to ask questions people are having my daily help with infrastruct like implementation without me having to actually do the work because I built the tools now we're creating notion dashboards of people we're creating cheat sheets and templates and plug-and-play funnels to really look at all of the gaps that we have from where someone is to where they want to get to and the areas that we can support them. And the cool thing is you can build this all with AI. And I'm not just talking about GPTs.
I'm saying you can have AI help you build all of this stuff. So the infrastructure piece of a co-creation offer makes it so much sexier to sell because the value perception is high. Like think about that.
The the contrast between I have a secret formula. come watch my modules and ask me questions if you get stuck versus here is an array of tools that you and you're actually going to get access to that are going to help you build this out as you go and when you get stuck and ask questions you can get real time in the second feedback. You don't have to wait for me and the next call that we have scheduled uh in our community.
It's a very very powerful reframe. So, not only is it easier to sell, it's easy to deliver when you do it well and people get better results, which then leads to higher levels of retention. The third eye is implementation.
So, yes, GPTs are amazing. Yes, you can build the the the templates, the tools, the dashboards, all of that stuff. But the implementation help is really about what can you provide and what parts are you necessary for?
So we might look at this through the lens of asynchronous reviews or feedback loops where you might be able to do voice notes or looms to really look at people's work. So they've worked with the GPT. They've taken it to the the kind of end of like I think the offer dock is ready.
I think the the video sales leader is ready. And chances are they just want your final look and final feedback over that. This is just one example.
You might not be a business coach. You might be a health coach. You can use all of these different ideas to cocreate and collaborate in the way that we're talking about.
But implementation is really about rolling up your sleeves and actually doing the work with clients. Now, it doesn't mean you have to build their funnel for them. But if they've done the work and use your tools to build it, they might want your feedback.
When you think about it through this lens, you're not having to work a hell of a lot harder. I'm not at all suggesting that you take your awesome business that's highly leveraged where you don't have to support clients a ton and you 10x it in terms of level of support. What I'm saying is when you're strategic and intentional about how you do this, you give them the right information, you create the right infrastructure, and then you support them in the ways of implementation, people get better results, and they can feel it even before they join because your offer looks so much different than everyone else's.
Your competitors are going, "Here's my secrets. Here are the modules. Ask me a question when you when you need.
" And you're saying, "Here's this tool. We're going to build this together. We're going to work on this.
When you build this, I'm going to give you this feedback. " And this brings me back to Jason. Jason has been crushing over the last few months.
And he's one of many clients that's implemented the system. And what's crazy is his offer previous to this was modules, group coaching, and then some one-to-one access. And all he did was structure the one-to-one access.
So instead of saying, "We're going to jump on a call and you can ask me questions," it's like, "On this call, we're going to build out your messaging pillars. we're going to build out your content strategy. We're going to build out your signature offer workshop.
And between the tools he built and the way he positioned his support, his sales went through the roof. His value perception of his market in terms of um them going, "Oh man, I've seen group coaching. I've seen onetoone coaching.
I've never seen a cocreation offer like this. " Uh it really shifted things for him. And this has been a huge help for me where like getting clients has been pretty easy for a while.
This has just turned it to a whole another level. It's group coaching reimagined in terms of my world. And for you, I want you to really think about the different opportunities that you have to let go of this dying model of I have secret information because that model is on its way out because AI has made the abundance of information uh accessible to everyone.
You have to reposition what you do to no longer just be about I have the secrets to I will do the work with you. And that is a mix of the right information with the right infrastructure tools that support the clients forever and the right type of implementation. So if you want the cheat sheet, no opt-in required, just a Google doc.
You can check it out below. Um this has been significant for me. Now there might be some people who want to fight me and argue with it on this and you're you're totally more than welcome.
I'm just telling you what's working for me and what's working for clients and with a couple of 8 figure people that I work with as well. What I'm seeing across the industry, uh it's pretty significant. And just like all shifts and all change uh changes, they take time, right?
Some people take a while to kind of see the writing on the wall. And I'm trying to see it early and I'm making the shift for myself for my clients early and I wanted to shoot this video so you can do the same, too. Send love.
We'll talk soon.
