Center and not doing anything out of ordinary because every single time you're dealing with a girl you like and you start to do extra [ __ ] she starts to pull back more so no matter how beautiful she is you're not going to get phased by it you're used to beautiful women even if you're not because she wants to know that you are she wants to know that she's not the best you can do if she believes that she's the best you can do she wants the next best guy she doesn't want to be with

a guy that I'm the best you can do you can't get no girls better than me I told you guys this story time and time again my girlfriend in college that made me essentially red pill I would never forget the words she told me I'm the only girl that wanted you I'm the only girl that likes you this was me what was I 17 years old in my head this didn't ding a bell I thought isn't that how isn't that what should be like shouldn't you like me shouldn't you be the only girl that likes

me I remember letting go of the other girls I was talking to to show her that I liked her and all that did was make her more egotistical I actually had another girl that I was talking to that I also liked but I liked her more because she was more beautiful had a fat ass light skin and I was like man I was mesmerized even though I wasn't acting like no s i prioritized her through my actions and my actions complimented her a lot of you guys think that you just saying compliments is the only

thing your action can compliment her when she believes that she's the only girl that likes you she starts like why the hell do I like him wa you really tell me none of y'all she she probably what she the way she got that realization was probably when she talking with her girlfriends and none of them also like me cuz why I wasn't putting in the effort to make myself look good Stand Out meanwhile these other dudes the pretty boys all the girls would be talking about them her [ __ ] start tingling that's why she

ended up [ __ ] a pretty boy and she know me with him because that dude took more time and effort to put in himself and he wasn't even focused on her he wasn't even sweating her and that's what they're drawn to this was me at 17 I'm almost I'm about to be 30 women have not changed one bit they have not changed one bit buddy so the more you try to do for her the less she's going to do for you be aware of that number two you always act like a victim guys women

week in business or a great weekend business everything is great because you don't want women to think man they don't want to hear that [ __ ] bro cuz she can't help you I don't want her to help me I don't want her to I don't want to be bitching to my girl like some [ __ ] like I'm a soft ass [ __ ] like baby the world is against me these people are against me she don't give a [ __ ] she like man you soft as hell stop acting like a victim cuz

it does not make her respect you number three is letting go of your looks due to Comfort oh my God oh my Lord this is probably the one thing that I see men make the most mistake you know when you tell a guy hey bro you got to do the self-improvement you got to look good you got to dress well you got to smell good when he's single he all that stuff he like yeah yeah yeah yeah fit I know I know I know I got to get in good shape I got to get a

girl the moment he gets a girl he starts getting fat I'm going to give you guys a perfect example one of my students he joined my mentorship and for the first 3 months he was shown up to all the calls active answering asking questions fit yo fit yo fit he would show up to all our calls always there on time always asking questions guess what happened started to get some results started to get more dates yeah fit I love this you know I'm starting to do better in life now then he start to get a

get fatter don't you ever in your life let go of your looks with a woman you're supposed to get more attractive you know why because a woman her options are by default she gets her options without trying men will always want to sleep with her it doesn't mean that she gets the best options but I as a man must maintain my utility on in on a planet I must always be desired even when I'm with my woman I must always be desired I must always be in tiptop shape I must always dress well smell good

not because I need a new woman but so my woman knows that I can replace her ass and that other women desire me what did I tell you about my girl in college not even 5 minutes ago what did she say to me I'm the only girl that wants you and that's why she cheated on my ass so if you think that you going to get a girlfriend and you going to let go of your your looks got some bad news for you my boy she going to be letting go of you soon you need

be disrespectful and you got to make sure that you don't come across as disrespectful to other people especially when you're around your girl or even when you're by yourself so you don't you're not this coward you want you want to be a guy that you're good to people be a good person bro being a good person has a lot of dividends some of y'all need to practice that [ __ ] bro just being a better human being it will come back to help you so don't be disrespectful to others thinking it's somehow going to make

yelling at somebody that tells you to leave how are you going to scream and disrespect somebody who doesn't allow you to do that who doesn't put up with it who walks away or tells you to leave how what is the incentive of arguing with this person what's the incentive of screaming with this person she will never be screaming and yelling at you if you don't put up with it by just walking away or telling her ass to go home it's that simple number six flirt with other women now this is something I see a lot

of guys make the mistake of I don't know what the hell y'all are thinking I've been see this all the time when the guys are with their girl right they see another beautiful girl they eying her down or they get caught staring at other women with their girl that [ __ ] makes you look so bad it does not make you look good look good let me explain something to you when you with your girl or when you're with a girl you decided to be in public with her if she's not attractive that's on you

if you don't find her beautiful that's on you the worst thing you could do is then give other women validation in front of her because you know what that tells the other women you're not even good enough to attract me and you don't respect your own girl so you make yourself look bad and you make your girl look bad when you're with a girl it's supposed to give you social proof it's supposed to increase your status when you're with a girl and you start looking at other girls you actually lower your value and decrease your
