was a complete loser but then one day I came up with a concept that would forever change my life nightmare mode the ultimate way to unfuck your brain whatever problem you have right now nightmare mode fixes it but as you can tell by the name it will be a little bit painful okay however I'll guarantee you that it works now the craziest part about all of this I eventually grew to like it it became a part of me and every time I felt stuck uninspired or in a rut I use this exact method to snap
back and fix it I'm currently making over $100,000 a month with nightmare mode but be very careful with the information that I'm about to teach you today you see nightmare mode is a very good way to get rapid growth in your life it will get you to 10K a month as a complete broky it will get you in phenomenal shape fast it will make you reach your wildest dreams but it's not a full-time lifestyle okay so I want you to use what I'm about to teach you carefully okay and use it only to reach your
goals because it also has its downside which can be really bad I became a pretty weird person using it kind of socially awkward and then I had to reverse all the damages anyways let's skip all of that and get you to reach your goals so for the longest time I could not get the work done I could watch people that I really looked up to buy their dream car but it just didn't motivate me enough to take action about my own life I could make some progress but for some reason I always backed out I
always started slacking and then one day I encountered a YouTube video it was about dopamine detox and resetting your brain and now before you think that this is just another dopamine detox video I have to tell you you're wrong because this about the nightmare mode concept anyways the video inspired me to try my first dopamine detox myself now for those of you who don't know what dopamine detox is uh you basically remove all pleasure from your life for like 24 hours you remove scrolling anything that stimulates you you remove video games and you just end
up sitting there in boredom and the whole point of this kind of stupid exercise is that it rewires your whole brain it's like a it's basically just a reset and a way for you to take control back over your life so I tried dopamine detox and I failed because I simply just was not the person that was capable of doing this and I didn't even have a plan and just like any addiction it had to be replaced yes you have an addiction your phone video game games po social media whatever it is but I knew
one thing though I wanted to be an entrepreneur and I had made some money online so one day I decided to delete the old version of myself and this is where nightmare mode started so let me tell you about the year that changed my life I came up with something that will call the wall concept and I credit so much of My Success to it so hear me out why do you think it is that the people in jail end up getting in phenomenal shape why do you think they start writing a book or even
turn to God well the answer is simple it's mostly because there's not really anything else for them to do they can either lay in their cell and rots or they can do some push-ups nothing else they live a boring life and it ends up changing them now here's the thing they are more free than you you are imprisoned to your own phone so I decided to stare at my wall I said to myself that I would not pick up my phone I had work to do and if I'm not going to work I'll just stare
at the wall now I remember this it was in March 2022 and for the first 10 minutes I was literally just sitting there in my room staring at the wall and I was in so much pain it was so boring but this was also the point where I realized just how bad my addiction was just think about this we cannot even sit in silence anymore with our own thoughts we can't eat dinner without watching a YouTube video and let me tell you something about myself it got so bad that I couldn't even wash my hands
without finding the perfect Tik Tok video to watch while doing it now keep in mind this is just a 20 second task but it got so bad that I had to stay entertained just while washing my hands and with a lifestyle like this and the brain function of a 10-year-old child with ADHD you'll never get any results you'll be lazy ambitious and full of guilt so let me tell you how I solved it because this literally made me a millionaire the same year so yeah I removed all the bad habits I put away my phone
and decided to stare at the wall now after 30 minutes of doing this I was like [ __ ] this I'm going to go do some work and the next step I did it over again stared at my wall to unlock my productivity now this time it only took me 15 minutes and I once again said [ __ ] this it's boring I'm going to go do some work and before I knew it I had replaced my addiction I was just so distracted and addicted to cheap dopam me that I couldn't sit down for just
5 minutes to do the work my dream was to retire my parents and I let cringe Tik Tok videos get between me and my goal I was so busy on social media watching other people build their dream that I completely forgot about my own anyways doing this painful exercise worked 90% of the time and I actually saw myself become more productive and happy it's a hack that you should use yourself as well but it didn't stop there however at this point I was at least getting some work done but I still had urges and realized
that with my type of personality I had to either be all in or nothing unfortunately I couldn't scroll on Tik Tok after work or play some video games because I would get hooked so easily and in a second I'll teach you how you can practice nightmare mode to 10 extra results in your life but it's important you hear me out first so this was the turning point I decided to make my entire life around progressing and becoming a better version of myself and I deleted my old self I just realized after staring at that wall
for hours that working on myself was really my passion and my life's calling I realized that everything was [ __ ] built to distract me and at this point I even had to give up some of my old friends and no disrespect to them they're great people but we were simply going down a different path and if I remained around them I would end up drunk in a bar at 25 years old with all of my dreams crushed and time taking away from it now let me tell you this for the next 6 months you
need to change who you are you need to lock in and it's winter anyways so there's nothing else really to do right now so before we talk about my nightmare mode routine let me explain to you how I structured my new life so I first of all decided that 2022 would be my year and I completely disappeared appeared for 6 months I started following a routine every single day waking up at 10:00 a.m. I committed to create two YouTube videos a week to put some pressure on myself I also forced myself to do a onehour
work block on my e-commerce business every single morning and I also had one non-negotiable and that was that at 11:35 every single day the bus would come past my house and I would jump on it to hit the gym this is really how I built my routine and discipline then once I came home I already felt good about the day I was already in the flow and I managed to work throughout the evening so you could say that I disappeared and came back successful and now everyone wanted to be like me and it's cool because
I actually documented all of this every day I would take Snapchat memories on my phone writing things like 2022 this is going to be my year I wrote things like next year I'll be living in a penthouse I will have a gold and black Rolex and I will be driving a Lambo now the craziest thing about all of this is I have that right now every single thing that I told everyone including myself that I would do I now have achieved so during my legendary winter grind in 2022 I went from just 52 kilos all
the way up to 70 I went from making zero money to over $40,000 a month just by working two to three hours focused a day I went from barely being able to do s minutes of cardio to hitting 1 hour workout six times a week and most importantly I started to feel confidence and I remember this time I even started to attract girls just by existing there was just something different about me now nightmare mode in short is this remove anything that distracts you remove all your bad habits at once overnight you make the decision
to change and embrace any pain and withdrawal that comes with it now I also want you to make it even worse by staring into the wall and feeling all your negative urges trying to take control of you so from today from this exact video I want you to every single time you feel an urge that's trying to destroy you you're feeling distracted demotivated or you're in front of a big decision I want you to stop everything that you're doing and stare at the wall now after 10 minutes of doing this I will guarantee you that
you're going to make the right decision now during this routine I also want you to pick three habits that you're going to focus on this will make it a bit more challenging and a little bit more of a lifestyle and can be things such as a 30 minute workout every single day or for me personally it was to exchange social media for reading 30 minutes every single day in the morning and at night then your last habit that you try to do can be something like I'm not going to snooze on the alarm remember that
this is supposed to be a painful chapter of your life but every man must go through a chapter like this keep in mind like this is going to be a part of your story so go ghost right now and focus on yourself but let me tell you that there were long periods of time that I would go without seeing anyone and this is why I have to warn you to never do nightmare mode for more than like one week because it should have one purpose only to reconnect you with your goal and fix your brain
and after that it's better that you try to just get into a Focus period of your life where you balance things out a little bit so I was simply just fed up with my life then one day I decided to make a change and from that day after flipping the switch I was obsessed with my goal just overnight I tricked my brain okay into becoming a whole new person and you can do the same I mean for you it would be easy I was so far down in a rut depressed I was constantly fighting between
my goals and fast dopamine I was lazy and ambitious but to be honest if you're feeling that any of these things are you it's not your fault because we are young people and social media knows that we are vulnerable they will try at any chance they can to suck your soul away don't let it so I challenge you to do the following write down who you want to be make it detailed and write down all the things that's holding you back from achieving it then after that decide to delete the old version of yourself and
become obsessed with success only thing that you should be watching is other people crushing it and fueling your mind with motivation and you should also delete all social media apps that distract you and pick like five YouTubers that you're going to stay subscribed to to watch their content and these are going to be channels that actually help you progress then from now on whenever you feel unproductive or demotivated or you're about to do some bad habit that you're going to regret you go back to your chair and you stare at the wall until you're bored
