a side sleeper it's great for pregnant woman it makes your breathing easier sleeping on your left side because of your organs is great for boosting digestion as well as stimulating the drainage of toxins from the lymph nodes as well as helping the circulation the cons of sleeping on your side are bending or twisting of your spine particularly if the mattress is not firm and most people wake up with stiff shoulders so for you side sleepers it's always best to have a pillow between the knees trying to keep the spine in line and making sure your
head is not propped up or too low now if you're a stomach sleeper the pros are it's easier to breathe although there are more cons like you're most likely to wake up with a stiff neck because your head is turned to one side as well as you're more likely to wake up with creases on your face because of the compression against the pillow now if you like sleeping on your back the pros are it helps with lower back pain you're not just laying on your face so it doesn't wrinkle your skin on your face it
