hey everybody hope you're staying safe out there want to show you an extremely powerful report especially omits what's going on right now CT obviously right now now more than ever has data that is so crucial to what's going on inside of your business to make sure you turn on advanced on your homepage you're gonna see a report called cash flow especially in your business right now and you go to cash flow this is going to show you any month that you want so if we want to look at April what it's gonna do is it's
gonna go in there and grab all of your data you can see your cash flow day by day for any month of the year it also shows the entire months down here at the bottom as well so red is still pending to close so we can see that it gives me 15 30 60 90 day cash flow reports over here but then it also gives you that daily cash flow so if you're looking at certain bills you guys are looking at maybe holding back on or paying you guys can see what's coming in and not
only what's coming in what's going out and what's your net and then your cash flow is cumulative down here in yellow so I can see at the beginning of the month we're bringing in thirty four thousand my cost of sales is 27 obviously that's alarming right there that's really high this is my demo account net is seventy one hundred so seventy one hundred is coming in by April first and that it jumps to 17 I can see a cumulative cash flow for the month so we're gonna gain this month by 49 thousand but I can
see each day of the month I can even go all the way to May and start planning ahead for May as well but then you have monthly breakdowns down here so again that's your cash flow report you can pull up any single month shows you your clothes plus your pending so you guys can truly manage your business at a high level in this time
