hi this is Alex from mindful wave studio you're listening to a guided meditation to help you create the body you've dreamed of in this quick morning practice will bring you closer to your health fitness and physical attractiveness goals using the power of relaxed visualization you will get closer to this dream we designed this meditation to quickly help you manifest your desires [Music] it's a journey toward a better you with each scene formulated to help you access a new reality let's get started pay close attention to your surroundings be aware of them really enter into this
present moment let one arm or leg become more relaxed than the other [Music] let this relaxation spread each breath coming in is pure energy filling up your body [Music] breathe into each part of your body [Music] the muscles and tendons that do so much for you [Music] the lens the fingers and toes [Music] the nooks and crannies into your deepest parts into yourselves into the deepest parts of your inner world [Music] breathe [Music] in and out [Music] in and out [Music] and [Music] and out [Music] we're going to count down from ten when I reach
zero you will be completely relaxed you will more easily be able to drift into your desired reality ten nine and seven [Music] six five four three two one zero now imagine you are seated in your room of health and wellness this is a room where all your dreams come true it is a place where you can be so healthy so well whatever that room would look like imagine it now you may imagine it as your own bedroom or something like a state-of-the-art fitness center it is the most healing place for you it could be real
or fake a room where you are able to see and feel and have all that you desire the room is safe for you to tap into your deep wishes imagine the time when you felt so confident healthy and fit picture yourself feeling this way in the moment [Music] a time when you achieved or you were close to achieving your physical goals when you felt strong resilient and healthy when you felt like you lived inside your ideal body let yourself picture this version of yourself now in this version of you is still standing in front of
you imagine you climb into this person and become this persona let yourself wear this version of yourself like a costume [Music] how does it feel [Music] what would it feel like to have the body of your dreams to achieve this fitness goal to have a perfectly healthy machine working inside of you let yourself feel this [Music] now come back to where you are in your life imagine where you are right now in the pursuit of this goal wherever you are how does that feel [Music] access that feeling let yourself feel it remove yourself from this
persona you wear and let yourself you the person you are right now whether or not you are happy with where they are step back and view yourself where you are right now and slowly let the image drift away smaller and smaller [Music] suddenly the image of you becomes black and white and the image of this person is playing on a tiny old television set so small you can barely see it allow yourself to appreciate how tiny this version of yourself has become now approach the television set you'll notice a big red power button see the
image of your present self on the TV now and press the power button feel your finger pushing the button and the power turning off now sit down in this room [Music] imagine your best self again in pursuit of all your heart's desires imagine a successful memory when you felt extremely healthy fit and attractive if there are no memories of this feeling create one now [Music] see yourself at your best in pursuit of these health and fitness goals imagine yourself on the biggest movie screen you can imagine it's massive hundreds of feet wide but crystal clear
in front of you Ultra High Definition let yourself see this movie of your best to you now in your chair and let yourself mirror this person you see when you smile the image on the screen smiles when you raise your arm the movie image raises their arm [Music] when you scratch your head the image scratches its head and you become one with the image it is you let yourself fill with joy as you watch this successful version of you make the feeling bigger and stronger hold this feeling now breathe into it [Music] inhale this image
on the screen you created this beautiful work of art [Music] what does that look like [Music] now it's your identity [Music] let yourself float closer to the screen with each breath become one with the screen feel tingles in your skin as you become one this tingling is a good sign it is the energy becoming one with you [Music] the two realities are mixing and permeating into your real life soon you will begin to notice how healthy and fit you really are how far you've come on your journey you will access more confidence and health from
