If you were on an airplane right now, sitting next to a stranger and they asked you what you did for a living, how would you respond, mate? You know, it happens to me often on airplanes and everywhere else, and I never really know what to do. I never really know what to say. It all depends on what I think about that person and what

they're interested in. So, number one, if I'm with a friend, I always tell the friend, I said, Hey, how would you say or describe what I do? And then they always laugh and nobody knows what to say. And then because I don't know what to say, they're like, what are you, a drug dealer or something? I'm like, no, no, no. I, I'm an author, so I've, I've written quite a few books. I'm a producer. I've produced some documentaries and some films. Um, I'm an investor. I invest in many different positive sort of. Projects around the

world. And what really just turns me on is how can I create value for the world? Right? So instead of asking, how can you make money? Because I don't believe in that question. I think it's a dumb question. You ask, how can I create more value? And by one of the laws of harmony of the universe, when you create more value, you receive more value to continue creating more value. So in short, I'm a creator of things that make this world a better place. Well, cause I stumbled upon you, my business partner, Matt, who I

work with when we run the retreats and everything, he flicked me a podcast of you. interviewing Robert Edward Grant and you had released it outside of the Unified Network and that was the first time I'd come across you and it blew my mind mate the conversation you have in and the content you have in and that put me on to the EES systems you know Dr Sandra Michael Rose and everything else that you're doing or Rose Michael I can't remember apologize but But from there, I've been just watching you go and I'm like, holy moly,

like you make me feel like I'm standing still like I've, have you always had that intent that drive is that innate in you? I've always had a drive. To want to do good for the world. And that came out of a place of not being happy with the world that I lived in. So it actually came from a place of trauma. Which most good things do, by the way, if you know how to channel that energy the right way, but I was very upset with the world around me because I saw so many people in

need and so many people not meeting their basic criteria and need for life, like basic things, food, water, shelter. Most people in the world don't have those basic things. They may have those in bubbles that we live in, but that's not the real world that we live in. And so when I saw all of that growing up, because my parents used to take me and my sister on trips to see all. Of the real world outside of the bubble that we grew up with, it traumatized me and knows for whatever reason, me, my soul, whatever

you want to call it, decided to do something about it. And that's where I sort of transitioned out of the world of real estate, which is what my family is in, and moved into the world of real estate. Betterment of humanity, you know, in many different ways. So health, education, awareness and everything in between. Did you get much pushback when you decided to go in a different direction? Yeah, because I was, I was set to take over the family business. My father was just about to declare. It was six months before all of that was

about to happen, and, It was five years of my own experience working in that company to take over. So I stayed in New York for school so I can work alongside going to school just so I can take over to retire my father, take over, do what needed to be done. Um, when I was 22, just before I turned 23, So a few months before I turned 23, I made that decision in December of 2020, right mid peak COVID is when I made that decision. And again, our family business is not just my immediate family,

it's my uncle, my two aunts, and my immediate family, so my father. And I made that decision and it wasn't that I just got pushed back because I was no longer going to work in the family business. I got pushed back because of what I was doing. In replacement of working in the family business because they, not so much my immediate family, but my extended family doesn't agree with a lot of what I do. They think it's crazy today. They're in a lot more alignment with it because they see a lot of the things that

I speak about come true and help people, but no, in the beginning, they thought I was crazy. Some of them didn't want to talk to me. It was, it was not a pretty sight. Wow. And when you stepped out and went in that different direction, did you know what you were going to do? Like, were you aware of the energy enhancement system at the time? Or was it a different direction? No. So the energy. Energy enhancement system came two years after I started on that path, just about two years, a year and a half after,

when I made that decision, I had a simple Patreon channel. I created that Patreon channel to be able to do the work that I'm doing, allow it to fulfill itself. And then. The most honest thing that happened was I actually got upset with Patreon because Patreon was taking like 18 percent in fees just to be on their platform and it was equating to a lot of money and I said, for the money that they're taking in fees, I can just go and build my own website and not pay those fees. And that's when I actually

created something called the Academy of Divine Knowledge. That evolved into unified TV. Then I realized that the fees on Patreon were probably better off than all the work that I had to do when I left. But again, we, we made it very, very big. And then two years after I left, uh, unified healing started. Wow. Wow. And how did the The energy enhancement system fall into your awareness then. And, and I want to bring it to people's attention today because in my life, one thing I need to manage is my energy and my boundaries when

I'm holding space. You know, the, the volume of people we're in front of is, is getting more and more and I have a young family and, and it's critical, you know, it's like doing the dance of. Being a dad to, to actually, you know, doing your passion and your purpose that's out there, as I'm sure you can relate to. But then I stumbled across the Energy Enhancement System and I heard you then started diving in and speaking, I guess, of the natural laws of the universe and how these things work and how they start to

put together. And it was like, wow, this guy's speaking my language. This is incredible. And, Yeah. So first of all, thank you the way that it fell into my lap. So. Just to make a very, very long story short, my aunt, she's not actually my aunt, but she's like my aunt, you know, one of those relationships, um, she had a 13 and a half centimeter cystic fibroid in her uterus. The doctors were scaring the hell out of her, said, you got to go do surgery X, Y, Z, and my family likes the alternative route before

going the Western medicine route. We believe in Western medicine, but as a last resort. It has saved many lives, but it's completely out of proportion today in terms of how people use it. So we heard about this technology. We sent her to this technology, the energy enhancement system in Verona, New Jersey. Jeffrey Lewis was the owner and is the owner of that center today. And in four hours of experiencing that technology and sitting in the room with that technology, she was back to herself. Now, when I saw that, I still didn't believe it because who's

to say that it's not the power of thought. It's not the placebo effect. I needed to know that the technology actually had some sort of objective power to it as opposed to a placebo effect. So within a period of 24 hours, my sister's dog, a little toy poodle, we found about a, it was a four and a half centimeter tumor in his neck. And we said, you know, let's just send him to the system. We sent him in there. He slept there with my aunt for three nights in a row. And three days later it

was gone. Now, when I saw that, I could no longer say the placebo effect because it was a dog. So things started changing and I started saying, okay, there's something going on here. I got to learn about it. Then, a few people that I work with, very trusted people, very good people, really encouraged me to go and interview Dr. Sandra Rose Michael, who is the inventor of this technology. I went to Las Vegas, that's where her and her family live, did the interview, it came out on May 27th of 2022, and that same day, within

a period of four days, 24 to 48 hours. EE system received about 70, 000 emails from people all around the world saying, well, we want to open a center. And that's when I built unified healing to be the equivalent of a marketing, uh, a marketing edge or a marketing division for all of these centers that were going to be opened. And in two years, we've opened 500 centers in 55 countries around the world. Wow. That's wild. In two years. Two years. How are you, like, how are you coping with the growth? Like, It's hard. It's

hard. There's, there's definitely a lot of stress that comes with it. I would say the biggest stress is all of these people really counted on me and they, they really relied on me when they went and some people mortgaged their homes to open up, et cetera. You know, that's a big weight. And you're not just talking about one or two people. You're talking about like, 800 people, because in some centers there are two owners, some centers, there are three owners. So you have almost a thousand people that are counting on you based on what you

said you would do. And I had to pull through and thank God for EE system and the unified healing team, because I could not have done any of this by myself. They made it happen. And today we're bringing 15, 16, 000 people a month to centers around the world. fantastic. Yeah. And you know, I, I wanted to bring awareness to it. That's why I wanted to do this podcast because, you know, I've gotten to know the owners in the Coffs Harbour cause I'm about an hour away. And when I saw Coffs Harbour finally open, I

was like, ah, somewhere I can get to because, you know, my, my son is only nine months old, my daughter's four. So it's, it getting away is, is challenging, you know, at the best of times and, uh, and started to go down there and use it. And it's like, wow, this is. This is fantastic technology. And let's bring awareness to it. So how would think, you know, in Australia right now, there's about 30 centers, Yes. Yeah. Yeah. I'm going to do my of I'm going to do my first overnight in Adelaide. Actually, we got, we

got, we're running an event in Adelaide. So we'll be flying down and straight after the event, I've booked in an overnighter down there to see how that goes. Well, Adelaide, I know the family. I visited them myself on my Australia tour. They're a family of giants and they're incredible. They have the best hearts in the world. So you're going to enjoy them. They're really, really good people. Yeah. Fantastic. How, how would you then describe the system to people? Cause most people listening to the podcast that listened to my podcast, right? Like guarantee of not, not

familiar with this technology. So where would you How would I describe it? Yeah, I can go very deep. And give a lot of technical things, but I'll make it super simple for the common person because that's what I believe needs to be done in order to be able to understand this thing. In short, it uses what they call scalar energy, and it uses what they call biophotonic light. Scalar energy is energy that you can't see. Biophotonic light is energy that you can't see. We call that color. So frequencies within the spectrum of physical reality. In

short, it's working on the physical side and the non physical or spiritual side at the same time, simultaneously. So it covers an infinite spectrum of frequencies. The scalar field and the biophotonic field. With that being said, to make it super simple, think of it like this. The environment that you're in is generally the environment that you will synchronize with. So, you know when you're around a happy person, what happens to you? It rubs off. You become happy. And when you're around a depressed person, what happens to you? The very same thing, mate. I know. Exactly.

Now, statistically speaking, I'll give you a fact for everybody to know. Statistically speaking, people who live closer to cell phone towers have higher rates of cancer. Why is that? Is the cell phone tower evil? No, the cell phone tower is just working on a frequency that is not compatible with the frequencies of the human body. So when they come at each other, when they merge, it creates a distortion and the distortion of energy. Causes you to synchronize with distorted field, which gives you a disease or disease as opposed to help. Women are the same thing.

Women, when they spend enough time together, they have a synchronization of their menstrual cycles. Now they're not giving it from one to another. They're synchronizing with the same environment that causes to have a synchronized expression. In this case, their period or their menstrual cycle. So what am I trying to say? If you put yourself in a coherent, balanced field of energy, You will synchronize with coherent fields or health. If you put yourself in a distorted or imbalanced field of energy, you will synchronize with distortion, otherwise known as disease. Simply put, the energy enhancement system technology

creates a coherent field of energy for your body to then synchronize with and express coherency, otherwise known as health in the body. It's as simple as that. And how long do people stay in this thing? And I'm guessing as well, it depends on the person's individual health, the health of their cells, the health of their energy charge, if you like, or what state they're already in. Yeah, so there's no black and white answer to that because every single human body is different. Everybody will prioritize different things in a different way. So you may be going

in for one reason. I see this happen often. Somebody's going in for their, Heart disease and suddenly all of their back pain goes away. Their vision gets better and they have more hair. Other people go in for their back pain and their vision gets better. Other people go in for their vision and their hair gets better. You know, there, there's many different things that go on based on the priorities. That's your body sets for itself. The average that we're seeing across the board for people to see changes is about 12 hours. So what I would

recommend and what I see work the best is like you said that you're going to an Adelaide when you go in and sleep there overnight. And I know that sounds weird because people are like, what do you mean sleep there? These centers around the world are built for the most part, not all of them, but the majority of them are built to help you sleep. to sleep there. So you can go there during the day and you have a very comfortable lounge chair and you could put on any, you know, headphones and frequency music and

do your thing. Or what I like doing is not having to do extra effort during the day because my days are packed. So what better way to help yourself heal yourself than do it while you're already asleep. So when you're sleeping, your body's already regenerating itself. Your body's already healing itself. Energy enhancement system is exactly what it sounds like. It enhances the energy that's already moving. It turns it into coherency as opposed to distortion. So when you're sleeping in the energy enhancement system, your body's already going through a healing process with or without it. So

now with it, it will go through it and catalyze that process a whole lot faster. So I would say sleeping there. I like doing a 20 hour base. So depending on what you're dealing with, right, we're all dealing with different things. If you're dealing with a type of cancer, For example, you're going to have certain tests to measure before and after. That's the best way that you can go about this thing to really test indicating factors because you may not feel a change, but there is a change. You may not feel the dissolution of a

tumor, even though it dissolved. So you always want to rely on something that you can see, which is Tests that are really in accordance with what you're looking for. I would do a test before, do 20 hours, do a test after and see where you're at. Some people go for 300 hours. The more severe individuals do 300 hours and many of them do see changes. Now with that, I want everybody to remember. This is not a magic thing that just changes everything for you if you don't take responsibility for your own health. So if you

expect that you're going to go in there even for a thousand hours and come out and keep eating your McDonald's and keep drinking your Coca Cola and keep doing all these destructive things to yourself, It's not going to do much. It's a holistic approach. EE system is a piece of a larger equation. There are certain protocols in place like how to eat, like certain salt baths with certain formulas to do in the salt baths to help the body detox from any toxins that the body is trying to let go off, go off and so on

and so forth. So it really is a holistic approach. The EE system is a piece of that approach, a very important one, but not the only piece of the formula. Yeah, thank you. Yeah, I'm so glad you said that. It, um, I've spent 14 hours now. It's funny you said the 12 hour mark because I've done, yeah, seven two hour sessions over probably a three month period. And, and for me, I like to consider myself healthy. You know, I don't have sugar in my day. I don't have processed food. I eat organic. I mean, Jesus

Christ, I teach meditation. Do you know what I mean? I'm a. But I'm not thick headed enough to think there's not elements going on that need support within my body, you know, because I'm, I'm pushing the envelope as well at the same time. And the first two hours I went in, I was like, what the hell just happened? What? Like, I go straight into the meditative state and it's, it's almost like it's his own intelligence. I, I don't even know, like it sweeps the body and then to start, I've started to feel it go in

working on areas. or highlighting areas that required attention. And interestingly enough, my left kidney, I felt pain every single time I went in the session. It was like this dull ache that was continuously happening. And I'm like, and I've done this work long enough to know that's interesting. What's coming is going. There's something wanting to move here. And then on the last session, I felt like this breakthrough came through because I was persistent and that, that ache just dissolved in the session. And then I felt like this wave of energy comes through and I was

like, ha, wow. Okay. So I've made the goal to do 30 hours to start with and just see where I'm at and then, and then review. But it's, it's fascinating what is happening during that time. Yeah, Yeah. And you definitely, I hear that often where individuals that have certain problems in their bodies, they'll feel the energy and certain tingling sensations in that area specifically. So I hear that often. It's very common. Yeah, can we go into, I'd love to go into the science a little bit more if you're happy to unpack it a bit, because

it'll definitely be people that are going on as well. And you did a presentation around torsion energy and the makeup of the universe. And I find that whole thing fascinating. And how would you explain that? to somebody because everything is fractal, everything is energy and everything works in these torsion fields, you know, I'm going to, I'm going to dump the presentation on you in about eight minutes, but you're going to have to bear with me. It's going to be a lot of information for everybody watching as well. And I highly recommend what I'm about to

share. Everybody rewatch this portion specifically because it will give you a deeper understanding on what's really going on. And if you read between the lines, it will give you a deeper understanding of how to live your life in the best possible way as well. Beyond this technology. In alignment with this technology as well. So I'm going to start with a quote. Nikola Tesla told us when you think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration, you will reveal the secrets of the universe. In other words, everything works in terms of energy, frequency and vibration. Everything physical,

like this bottle, everything physical is made up of matter. All matter. It has vibrating atoms. All atoms are made of energy. Yes, you have the subatomic particles, but it's energy, essentially, that's moving and creating everything physical. And that is why everything can be deduced down to energy, frequency, and vibration. Now, there's three pillars that you need to know. Pillar number one is called the law of synchronization with your environment, which we already spoke about. The environment that you're in is generally the environment that you synchronize with. Pillar number two. The law of conservation of energy,

energy cannot be created or destroyed. So what would that look like in action? What that would look like an action energy cannot be created or destroyed is called a torsion field or a toroidal field, a field of energy that moves in every direction simultaneously with no beginning and no end it's eternal, it's infinite, it's boundless, it's limitless. In 2012, there was a movie that came out called Thrive with Foster Gamble, and in that movie, Foster Gamble proved with some of the leading physicists in the world that the fundamental electromagnetic field to all creation as we

know it is the torsion field, the toroidal field, which means that the toroidal field is your base for absolutely everything, and if we can recreate that toroidal field, we will synchronize with coherency once again. The problem in the world that we live in today. Is everything has been manipulated. The majority of everything is artificial. We no longer live natural lives, and we're not going to go back to living like cavemen. So what do we do to be able to live in the world that we live in while not having all the negative and harmful effects

from? Well, if we can recreate a toroidal field. You have a very interesting solution over there, but that's not where it is. The last pillar, before I, before I explain how to go about doing that, the last pillar is how reality essentially works. Reality works in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration. Energy cannot be created or destroyed. Therefore, reality is infinite because energy is infinite. The reality that we understand is broken up into two factions, even though it's one part of the same whole or two parts of the same whole. The breaking point of our

reality is what we call the speed of light. So imagine a spectrum from here to here, zero to infinity. In between you have the speed of light. So imagine my head is the light bulb, the speed of light. From zero to the speed of light is what we call physical reality. They call them Hertzian frequencies, frequencies within the physical spectrum that we can see, that we can taste, that we can feel, that we can hear. Faster than the speed of light is what we call scalar energy. It's what spiritual individuals would call fifth dimensional consciousness.

It's what scientists would call non Hertzian frequencies, all different names, different terminologies explaining the same thing. Now you as a human being exist on both sides of this spectrum because you're a physical vessel. But if you're made up of energy and energy can't be created or destroyed, you're also an infinite vessel. So we need to take charge and balance both sides of this equation from zero to the speed of light and from the speed of light to infinity. If you can balance both. If you can balance both, you experience true holistic health. And when it

comes to the EE system, it's broken up into two parts. You'll see a screen that looks like a computer monitor with lights coming off of it. And you'll see, if you look behind the screen, what looks like a black box. Let's start with the black box. The black box rebalances. The scalar field faster than the speed of light. The light off the screen rebalances zero to the speed of light. The physical spectrum. The box is called an electric, an engine field generator. It's a generator. It's an engine that generates electromagnetic fields. Now, back to how

do we create the toroidal field? Well, it's very simple. Scientifically speaking, you need two identical electromagnetic fields. When you align precisely two identical electromagnetic fields, their merging point will create a toroidal field right in the middle. That's all you have to do. So the EE system, what it did is it took four points to make it more stable. When you go into those centers, you're going to see for the most part, The centers are configured differently. But for the most part, you'll see four towers, one in each corner of the room. They're not randomly placed.

Each tower is laser calibrated to the tower across from it. Diagonal across the room within one one hundredth of an inch. That calibration means that the identical electromagnetic fields or engine field generators are now aligned precisely exactly. Identical electromagnetic fields that create a toroidal field in the room and beyond. So that toroidal field goes out in every direction 2. 2 miles up, down, left, right, forward, back and everywhere in between. It creates a perfect sphere with a 2. 2 mile radius in every single direction. Alrighty, so now that we understand that the engine field generator

is responsible for creating the toroidal field and that toroidal field allows your body on the non physical, the spiritual energetic side of yourself to synchronize with coherency. But we still have the physical body. That's where the screens come in. The screens rebalance the physical spectrum, the physical spectrum of frequencies that we experience physical reality in, and it does so through light that you can see, in this case, color and the movement of light. So when you look at the screen, you're going to see it moving and moving in many different directions and different speeds. The

speed and the direction is a program built in accordance with what we call the Fibonacci sequence. The Fibonacci sequence is a natural sequence of numbers and ratios in nature. If you want order in your life, you need to synchronize with the Fibonacci sequence once again. So using the movement of light, it is literally bringing the Fibonacci sequence back into proximity with your physical vessel. In addition to that, You have color therapy. Color therapy is no different than red light therapy and blue light therapy and everything in between. We know that to be something that works

because there are many studies that are being done around the world today. The medical system is using it. Hospitals are using it. Clinics are using it and so on and so forth. So when you look at these screens and you see all these colors, what it's really doing is giving you coherent frequencies through the medium of light, in this case, color. So your body, or in this case, your DNA, can absorb those photons, which is just a fancy word for light. And when your body and your DNA absorbs coherent light, It will express coherency. The

last faction of what the screen does is called photonic collision. It's really just a fancy word of saying the collision of light. Light is made up of photons. Think of droplets of water, only droplets of light. Photons collide. They are precisely aligned across the room so when the light emanating and radiating off of that screen. When the photons collide in the center of that room, it creates a charge. And that charge is anywhere between negative 70 to negative 90 millivolts. When you put yourself in an environment of negative 70 to negative 90 millivolts, that is

the optimal charge for your cells to regenerate themselves and become healthy again. To summarize, the two portions of the technology are the engine field generator and the screen. The black box for the engine field generator is responsible for creating the toroidal field, which balances the nonphysical side of the equation. And the screen is responsible through the movement and transmission of light. It's responsible for rebalancing. The body itself using what they call biophotonic light or Hertzian frequencies within the physical spectrum of life. When you mix those two together, you balance this side, you balance that side,

you have holistic balance and you have holistic health. I know that was a mouthful, but that's how it works. so glad I asked the question. It's got my brain just absolutely going here. So essentially, then, If everything at a quantum level within the cell works with that, that toroidal field, that is, that is coherence, that is harmony, that is resonance. Correct. And through our lifestyles, through Western society living in non caveman times, you know, we're on this conversation right now. I know I got 5g Streaming through and different things and you know, that's affecting that

resonance as well So so ultimately then by laying in an ees system It's allowing it's encouraging that resonance to combine so the body knows where to go what to do It's bringing it into resonance And then anything that is, then anything that is not in resonance of the body or should not be there is, is then has to be purged out or detoxified out. correct. But I want to make something very clear. Mm hmm. Everything in EE system is helping you do. You can do on your own. Mm However, just like we take vitamin D

supplement, you can generate your own vitamin D through the sun. The majority of vitamin D is actually generated by sunlight coming through your eyes, believe it or not. So that's why individuals who were contacts, they actually have lower levels of vitamin D because it's messing with the intake of vitamin D. Of sunlight, which will convert to vitamin D in your body now in a world where they're spraying our skies and dimming our sun, you're gonna need vitamin D supplements until we solve that problem. Why am I saying that? Because ultimately, everything that I just said

your body could and should be able to do by itself. But right now we need help in the world that we're living in. EE system is not a destiny that I want to see everybody dependent on for the rest of their lives. EE system is a stepping stone to get to that destiny and that destiny is you healing yourself always and forever with no external factors whatsoever. So EE system is definitely a very large piece of the equation. But again, there are so many things that you could be doing meditation, breathwork, journaling, eating right, drinking

clean water, whatever. Breathing, all of these things are extremely important, and it's something that we all need to do and should do as soon as possible because of the world that we live in Yeah. Yeah. It's not a magic pill. Hey, like, like, um, but the thing is what I reflect upon and even like when I, cause I was talking off air, I worked in the health and fitness industry for a long time as well, you know, I would speak to people that have not experienced a life without sugar in their diet, for instance. They've

always had a large quantity of sugar, so they wouldn't even know what their body felt like or what it's capable of because of the foods they ate. And yet, when you probe them or explore, they would always say, Oh yeah, I eat healthy. I look after myself. And there was a complete an awareness to actually what the facts are and what I was seeing, if that makes sense. And I, and I, and I wonder about even in my own journey in this life, like, has my body ever fully experienced what it feels like to be

fully coherent in every single cell, everything running because of the lifestyles, the choices growing up in the valleys of Wales to, you know, traveling to, to being there. And I'm fascinated to what then is the potential. What is human, human potential and where I think that human potential is beyond what we can even begin to comprehend, and I think that it's always going to be a journey to uncover that potential. And I don't think we should ever limit that potential either, because to know something means to limit something. If you can know something. You automatically

gave it a limitation, so I would always remain curious about what the potential is with the only knowing this, that that potential is limitless, Yeah. One last question on this then at a DNA level. I'm fascinated because As I've explored meditation more and explored energy work more on my journey and experienced that awakening of, and there was large amounts of energy and that's where I experienced the torsion fields. I felt it coming out of my hands, my feet, my chakras, my heart. Like, it's like, wow, these, these torsion fields are very real. You know, this

is not some metaphysical nice chart that you see. It's, it's, it happens. And there was a, and there was a lot of clearing with that. But then since that journey and through the 10 years onward, it's, it's like my cells are learning and there's, there's an expansion or relationship with that energy. That's something beyond the five senses. And I'm thinking something must be going on at a cellular level. Something must be enhancing. Changing, developing, evolving. I'm not sure. I'm not a scientist. I don't get it, but at the same time, I'm feeling it and experiencing

it. you know, the, the system actually has studies on it that have shown that an individual is able to get. In just seven minutes to the depths of us to the dimensional state that a Buddhist monk would get in over hours. I mean, in seven minutes to the same state of meditation that a Buddhist monk would be able to get to. And I believe it's bringing you to either theater Delta. Very, very fast. I've Yeah. Okay. Okay. And do you, what have you noticed with people that are using this long term? Like what has been

the potential? Like, okay. Yeah. you said in the beginning, you're like, or maybe this was all fair, but you said, I feel that I'm not moving compared to you because of how much you're doing and I'm telling you this energy is not just coming from within myself, I have help. And I don't know, and I don't think I would be able to do everything that I'm doing without that added support, especially in the world that we live in. When you're always on planes and covered in radiation, always on the phone, and always talking to a

hundred people, it takes a lot of energy for me. So I can speak on behalf of myself, forget what I've seen everywhere else on behalf of myself, the amount of energy that I've been able to create as, as a part of this helping me has. I give it a lot of credit for being able to do what I've done over the past couple of years. Wow. Have you noticed any physical things heal within you or changes and when doing it? You know, I, I actually just cut my hair because I don't like when it gets

longer, but I have not grown my hair for a very long time because it wasn't great. It's been about four years and just yesterday I cut it all off. There was a lot of hair. It was more hair than I've ever had. Um, but again, I like this look better. So I do this on purpose. Um, thank God I don't have any ailments. Any serious ailments that I have to deal with. So the worst thing for me that was severe for me was I was so depleted at certain points throughout this journey. I really felt

like I was going to get a heart attack and I'm not exaggerating. I felt my heart like I felt like I was going to get a heart attack. I would just sit down and cry for hours because I was just overwhelmed. It was too much. And the Anytime that happened, I went and I slept in my family center here in Port Washington, New York, Long Island, and I the last time I did it, I slept there for two nights in a row, and I'm just a different person after it feels like I was two days

before the person I was two days after is completely different in the best possible way. So. Again, for me, those are my experiences. I've seen many people with incredible stories and instead of me just sharing them with you, if you go to the website, unified healing. com, and you go to the testimonial section, forget about just text testimony. It almost needs, I feel it almost needs like a decision to say, you know what? I'm all in. I'm just going to give this a crack. I'm going to, change, look at the habits, the choices, everything I'm making in my life, and I'm going to start putting hours into this machine and start meditating, start moving the body, start, you know, drinking filtered water, eating well, would

that be the best approach? And then like, try and knock out a couple of overnighters in a, in a, in a month or a week. you'd be surprised. As to how fast the body can heal itself when given the proper resources. Now, what I would say to make sure you do is you remain consistent. I'll give you an example. If you want to go and get strong in the gym and you go once this week and three times next week and five times the week after, and then you don't go for two weeks and then

you start again in two months. It's not that the gym isn't working. It's that you don't have a program or routine. The gym's working great. You're just not using it the right way. Same thing with the technology. I would recommend for anybody that's dealing with anything serious, you must remain consistent, and not just with the technology, but with everything that you do. And in that way, don't do things that are too extreme that you know you're not going to do in two weeks from now. So, if you know that you can meditate for five minutes

a day in the morning, And that's good. And you know that that's not too much for you do that from five. You can graduate to 10 when you're ready. It's like somebody who wants to lose a hundred pounds. The last time I heard somebody say I'm a hundred pounds overweight, I'm going to lose a hundred pounds was very, very long ago when you see people that are overweight of a hundred pounds and say, I'm going to lose five. And then I'm going to lose another five. And then when they lose 10, I'm going to lose

another five. And they keep doing it in small steps. You actually have wins along the way that keep you motivated to keep going. If your destination is too far out, you have no satisfaction along the way. So hack yourself in a way where you can have wins along the way that are not unrealistic or too far out to keep you motivated. And that could be how much you're going to meditate per day. It could be how much you're going to breathe before bed. It could be, you're going to journal. You don't have to journal seven

pages. You can journal seven sentences. You can journal one sentence just to express your gratitude for one minute before bed. And if you do things like that and you do it in small steps with wins along the way, you're almost guaranteed to succeed. Yeah, beautiful. Love it, mate. Love it. Um, I know we're tight for time. yourself whenever you have any thought that may be limiting, ask yourself if it's true. Generally it's not. And first and foremost, before you even do a detox of the body, or simultaneous, do a detox of your spirit. Do a detox of your mind, do a detox of your beliefs. They create everything else. And as you do that and start changing that, of course, doing a detox to the body will help you see things clearer, but it's extremely important to change the way that you think. the last book that I wrote and speaks all about these topics and teaches you how to reprogram the mind to see a different reflection of your life. And ultimately the main message is you are your own creator. You're responsible for everything in your life, the good and the bad.
