[Music] there are some new crazy rumors floating around about the seventh Jurassic Park movie and if they are to be believed then Jurassic world rebirth is going to change everything welcome back to Jurassic Outpost let's dive into these rumors and see what the new movie might just be introducing I have to preface this video by saying that every rumor we discussed today is indeed just that a rumor I'm not verifying any of it but some of these rumors some of this information is aligning and certainly has begun to align with what I've been hearing from
my own sources over the past year this information about the movie will seriously change the course of the Jurassic franchise not necessarily in a bad way not at all but it might indicate that the franchise the movies are moving in a New Direction something that is both completely new for this franchise but also something that might be inspired by older ideas from around the time of Jurassic Park 3 and for what it's worth rebirth has been presented as something new and fresh in most of the marketing so far so what the hell am I talking
about well if you have been following our videos then you'll know there's been some interesting things going on with this movie and in this video I'm going to examine some of these new rumors that have been picking up steam within the community so if you've been wanting to learn this new info then I'll be doing that in a second but of course if you'd rather avoid potential spoilers for this movie I of course understand and wanted to thank you for clicking on this video nonetheless and I'll catch you in the next one but for those
wanting to hear more let's check it out one of the last rumors we discussed brought up that there is supposedly a mutant some kind of mutant dinosaur or creature that is believed to be the quote unquote big secret well new information about a few aspects of the film are now floating around out there and I want to discuss it give you a chance to hear this information in an unbiased way and maybe break some of it down so that we can see how legitimate it might end up being let's bear in mind that the director
of this movie is Gareth Edwards who brought us both monsters and Godzilla two films that feature very alien looking creatures if you want to call them that and those designs might have just inspired some of the designs in this new film so let's start off with something not quite as spoilery but let's start off with this picture apparently it shows some of the internal logos for the art Department of this movie you can see the iconic T-Rex there in one version of this logo but you can also make out another dinosaur in an alternate version
of the logo that is the skull of some sort of neoceratopsian we might guess an early Cretaceous herbivore like Archos ceratops Sosa surus which was featured on Jurassic Park the ride or maybe the aquilops according to rumors this little little dude features in the movie and is picked up is manhandled and held like a pet by characters no idea if this is true we've not seen anything confirming this but perhaps this is the quote one super Charming new animatronic that was referenced by Steve brusati during his time spent on set anyway the next rumor also
relates to the dinosaurs but suggests that the dinosaurs in this movie might be Genetically Enhanced in a way that has made them larger more aggressive and maybe more mutant looking in design we've heard for a long time now that the dinosaurs in this film are all redesigned while it's not uncommon for the dinosaurs to feature upgrades updated designs in each film supposedly rebirth will bring a completely new look to all of the dinosaurs this piece of art was drawn by Timothy Bradley an artist who I actually interviewed a long time ago about his work on
the franchise specifically the Chaos Effect canaline but the artist also did some early work on a very early concept for Jurassic Park 4 back in the day supposedly the plan was to have those dinosaurs appear larger more aggressive and much more scary who knows why exactly but the rumor has begun to show up again with rebirth and it's made me wonder if perhaps after the Jurassic world Trilogy Spielberg and David ke have gone over some of their original concepts for the fourth Jurassic movie back in the day ideas which never came to fruition perhaps they
have pulled from those ideas ideas for rebirth this artwork was for a very early jp4 concept and shows the T-Rex and the spinosaurus but looking quite different to their onscreen counterparts if I recall correctly they were said to have been Genetically Enhanced I really should dig up my old emails with Tim all right let's take a look at the big new rumor the one that's got some of the fandom up in arms about whether or not this will work Jurassic world rebirth will supposedly introduce a mutant hybrid of some kind perhaps to be referred to
as a genetic experiment gone wrong the official synopsis for the movie tells us that something will be uncovered that has been kept secret from the world for decades is it possible that back during the time of Indian's early work reverse engineering dinosaurs and attempting hybridization for future projects they pushed the boundaries too far creating something that just wasn't meant to be defied the laws of genetics and maybe even was something that was unable to be subdued or killed we have talked on the in general podcast before about this Theory perhaps they could not destroy the
creature and decided to contain it within the temple that we've seen in set photos and perhaps they even kept somewhat of a presence on the island and ensure nobody accidentally stumbles upon it but what if that went wrong what if somehow this thing whatever it's supposed to be got out but what is the thing well in the rumors it's being described as a creature that looks somewhat inspired by this piece of Godzilla concept art Max bsk says found on Discord here's a glimpse of what we could expect from the villain of Jurassic world rebirth photob
bashing edit draw your own conclusions it's not the real final creature it's just a very faithful representation So Max has edited this here is the original piece of art a design concept for the mut in Gareth Edwards Godzilla notice it has multiple limbs it's huge and definitely has dinosaur elements to it I believe Max switched the head to look more like something out of the now Infamous Carlos juante artwork for the nevermade Jurassic Park 4 concept way back in the day if we take a look at this piece from Carlos it shows scientists or what
we believe are scientists or just observers looking at a very large creature that has been restrained it's got dinosaur features but also appears much more monster-like a bit more of an Abomination the Carlos fante artwork was made based on an idea that dinosaur DNA is being crossed with human DNA among other genetic material to create Genetically Enhanced creatures for various purposes that idea as I said never came to fruition in the franchise as you know but I'm beginning to think that some of those original Concepts might be being rebirthed by David ke in the new
movie anyway there are plenty of theories and rumors floating around about the supposed mutant creatures Origins and that maybe it wasn't supposed to survive but has maybe the temple that we've SE seen actors entering and has featured in set photos since production began in Thailand is not the ancient location it appears to be on the outside maybe inen or another Shady company were experimenting with Horrors Beyond Comprehension and needed to hide them away from the world let's remember gareth's own interview with Empire a few weeks back when discussing the dinosaurs he says there are new
things in the film that I'm really excited about but equally there are certain dinosaurs it would be a crime against Cinema not to include clude new things what would this mean for the franchise I hear you cry well let's not forget that we just had three movies that somewhat asked the question of what comes next after reverse engineered dinosaurs and the franchise story as a whole questions the validity of genetic modification and demonstrates its consequences while the world movies didn't really explore it with mutant creatures opting rather for more slick finished combined animal products the
world's Trilogy did feature the first cloned human and of course a handful of hybrids which Blended the DNA of multiple dinosaur species and modern animals to create genetically Superior dinosaurs or in the indoraptor case a killing machine a creature of the Future made from pieces of the past these hybrids towed the line of being dinosaurs but maybe Universal the filmmakers the writers have realized that something new needs to happen in order to keep the audience engaged remember but modern audiences are really really dumb is it enough to just have more dinosaurs what else can you
really do in this franchise especially knowing that we're going back to an island I think exploring what Horrors humans are capable of when given the power of genetic technology is something that we might end up seeing it's been a major theme of the entire franchise since the beginning your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could they didn't St to think if they should the dangers of uncontrolled experiments and moreover the ab om minations that could be the result of that sure a mut s character in Jurassic isn't exactly something I'd have pitched
but at this point with Gareth Edwards and David kept behind it I'd be lying if I said I wasn't intrigued by whatever this mutant thing happens to be I've always had a soft spot for the John C screenplay parts of it anyway those first 20 pages are pretty killer and that Carlos FTE artwork has always captivated me none of it ever really made sense in the franchise that we knew and loved but maybe if they've really thought it through maybe this time it will if David cap and the filmmakers have found a really solid way
to justify it in the story if we're delving into inan shady past even shadier past than the one we know and uncovering more of their work from the early '90s onwards I think that could be a great way to both familiarize the audience with the material that already exists but bring something completely new to the table that's about it from me I'll emphasize again as I did at the beginning that these are indeed just rumors take them with a fat pinch of salt and don't bet on them being accurate in any way until we see
a trailer we really don't know what this movie will be like and speaking of trailers did you catch that debut trailer for 28 years later now that is how you make a trailer I'm really really hoping that rebirths marketing team the marketing team at Universal are taking a page from Sony on this one the no time in the world oh and the vehicle pictures that keep leaking if you've been watching our videos then you'll know we discussed the vehicle before I've seen the pictures and decided months ago not to share them it's not really worth
spoiling especially without the context it requires and in the context of a crew photo from the set nonetheless the photos are out there so if you're curious then you can indeed find them but I probably avoid purely because it'll just be better to see this kind of thing in the context of the movie in the trailer or however it's first unveiled anyway thank you for watching this video share your thoughts below about these rumors I'm looking forward to seeing what you will think and I'll catch you in the next one
