How to Create a Lead Magnet

all right in this video what I want to do is I want to actually give you a tip on creating your lead magnet in case you've never done it before or you're looking to you know kind of get your get your squeeze paste page launched but you don't necessarily know what to use or do as a giveaway so let me give you some important points the first thing you should always remember is most people want a quick solution to a to a nagging problem with a lead magnet this is just something that you're giving me

just enough value that you solve something quick most importantly if you can solve something quickly for someone you become more credible and more believable down the road okay so you know like the the top five uh top five headlines to get more email opens something like that um the three you know the top three ways to generate leads on Instagram okay so you would literally have a targeted Market small Niche uh that you're you know you're dialing into but it's a quick solution that someone can easily apply okay because if you can get somebody to

get something use it and apply it that's your best lead magnet okay the other thing is like I'm just kind of a mental talking about is being specific dial it down to where you're really really specific as to what your value offer is okay again should be easily consumed that goes back to the word quick you want to be able to somebody should be able to go through it in a fairly short amount of time you could even you know take some good content make a PowerPoint out of it you know download download the best

PowerPoint You Know download my power PowerPoint that makes me raking the money for my networking company or whatever it might be the other thing is it doesn't hurt to spend a little bit of money to look professional so as an example if I get if I'm giving away a book even though it's just a PDF I made on my computer I'll get a nice book cover done on either Fiverr or just Outsource it somewhere and usually you can get a book cover done a 3D book cover for as little as five to ten bucks okay

so that's kind of nice to do that and remember this is people typically their number one thing is people people are buying transformation for first and foremost I have this problem I don't want this problem anymore I want to transform from from you know from Bruce Wayne to Batman is really what it comes down to okay so it's real simple the other thing is is consider the types of lead magnets that you can offer you can you can try out any number of these things like in some cases what you could do is you could

create a single squeeze page as a as just a test if you wanted to test it create one squeeze page write out the copy have the one spot where you're going to use the book okay and then that is your that's your original squeeze page then duplicate that squeeze page just copy and paste you know copy it and duplicate it and then instead of having the book there put maybe a cheat sheet there on the same subject the same topic duplicate it again and say I'm giving away you know I'm giving away a PowerPoint on

this same subject I'm giving away a checklist same subject okay and a lot of times you can just test to see which one would work the best in a lot of cases I like to add use books because a lot of people are really impressed with people that are authors um you know because people don't realize that you can go get a book published in about a half hour these days but you know it adds credibility and influence to who you are so having a book and if you're a little more elaborate you can get

your hands on some something in some cases you can offer free software the thing is is you could offer someone else's software understand that you don't have to develop software like if you find a really cool thing like hey I'm giving away here's some free software you can use to create all of your social media images and they opt in and you basically just send them a link to go to canva okay that's delivering that software believe it or not okay and you got them on your list you might want to think that out a

little bit but that that's that's something you could do okay the other thing is be simple with your title and always remember that what you're doing is you're offering the solution what solution does your lead magnet offer okay so here's an example okay the one of my best lead magnet for networking has been this book Okay the reason is is it's a book it talks about it's targeting Network marketers I'm trying to make it easy for them and I'm showing them five easy steps I'm using numbers so there's completion when they think about it okay

now how did I create this book I'm going to show you how easy it is to create a book I basically did a handful of YouTube videos that were five to ten minutes long less than 10 minutes long on each topic I had this five-step process I Prospect I contact I present I follow up and I repeat the process what I did is I made a separate video for prospecting I did one for contacting presenting follow-up you know doing follow-up and repeating each five minutes then I took and I got them transcribed and you can

go to Tammy and get it transcribed I clicked on it I downloaded I uploaded a video and then literally in like five to ten minutes I got all this content back which then became a chapter each chapter in the book then I just all I did was I created a little intro I uh put you know put some like chapter things that they had what do they call that the glossary or something in the front uh I forget the name of it but you know I just put the you know the chapters in the front

then I I broke it down I gave a little intro to it uh put some testimonies in the book and wrote it out and then you know and boom I had I had it all together and it's basically it's just a PDF so I created this nice PDF you can add images to your PDFs and things like that really you can put hyperlinks in there so you could take them to go see videos and so on and I just created it using it on here and just another tip for you if you don't uh and

let me show you how how well it's been working okay uh one ad campaign driving there I've driven 2 000 some people to this page 71 opt-in that's 1500 leads of people who are network marketers who are looking for training and the other cool thing that I obviously like I've mentioned multiple times is I add some value so I'm delivering this value but that I'm over delivering more value because I added a free bonus training series of five videos that are really me elaborating on each one of the chapters so I created new videos based

on the old video text that I had to amplify the value that they were getting when they opted in okay and really really easy last thing I'm going to show you on here um of creating a lead magnet is there's there's a service you can go get called print friendly not get but it's it's free online you can take the URL of any blog post any web page anything you want popping in there click preview you can delete stuff ads you know you basically delete stuff out of it and it will instantly convert it to

a PDF so you could literally go out and maybe find your 10 favorite or five favorite uh network marketing lead generating articles and down you know and then convert each one using print friendly and then putting them put them all in one PDF write a little header in the front saying hey uh I I've scoured the internet I've been you know these are my favorite five things if you scroll through the PDF you'll see how I use it and then just put the original Link in there so you know you're kind of sending it to

people and if you're not charging for it there's nothing wrong with doing that the content's out there public anyhow and you're just giving it away and you just had somebody opt in to get their content so it's it's pretty cool way to do it uh do that but you know making the lead magnets not that hard it's just some basic information some a little bit of detail a little a little bit of offer to a little bit of solution for a quick solution detailed to your target market that'll help you really close that deal so
