Hello everyone and welcome to organic attraction methods in this video we're going to discuss on how you can acquire and how you can attract new clients New Leads through organic free methods or almost basically free methods so really in this video I want to show you and I want to discuss with you ways that you can promote your business on a daily basis um without spending a lot of money on ads right so you know obviously part Of the organic attraction methods which we won't discuss in this video is obviously the database reactivation yes it
has a little bit of added cost right you need to sign up to high level and the twillo cost is a little bit but it is a lot cheaper than for instance running advertising and the results you get from it are pretty amazing so in this video we're going to dive even further into that and discuss some more organic attraction methods that also Cost $0 to uh to do or are you know they're really low cost right so let's discuss it here's what here's what we're going to cover um so we're going to cover the
30-day video challenge this is going to be a um sort of a workship for you a daily work um work order basically where you're going to shoot a ton of videos um promoting your offer promoting your membership promoting your business and the longterm effects of this 30-day video challenge are massive it's going To pay massive dividends um and it's just a really good strategy the other one is the 100 dial challenge um what that means what that is I'm going to discuss um further into the video a gift card giveaway how to set up a
great gift card uh giveaway um for your members uh because I've seen amazing results with this if you implement it in the right way I've seen I think the best results we've seen with a simple gift card giveaway to members right and a sort of Making it a challenge I think I've I think around 30 members in under a month from this so it's a definitely an amazing strategy to use um if you're running low if you if if you have a low budget right uh social media um branding content right how to Brand yourself
how to um post content how to do it consistently and how you can actually get results from it you know social media is a great free way um that this new world right um offers us and it's Such a waste if you aren't using it to the to your full extent the other one is how to use referrals um you know referrals are an amazing amazing way to get members in because you know if you're if you're running your business correctly which I know most of you are most of your members will love your business
right and they won't mind getting you some referrals I actually love doing it and we're going to show you the right way to do it and how you Can also make it a fun um a fun competition for your members right um and then email marketing so email marketing costs a little bit but it is usually pretty low cost um and it's an amazing way to promote your business right yes you know the texting is very powerful but it also does cost money right you can't send out thousands of texts a day it's just you
know that that that gets pretty expensive um and email marketing is just a great thing that you Can really automate and run in the background or have run in in the background and get a couple of extra members from it ex every single month and that those extra members are going to pile up right if you do this consistently so the 30-day video challenge create a video every day for 30 days to promote your business you want to post it on Instagram feed live or stories Facebook video Um this can be a live or this
can be in the stories you Want to post it on your Facebook business page post it on your Facebook personal page you want to upload it to YouTube If you have a YouTube channel if you don't I highly recommend just making one um email your email your database right uh leaving texting for Dr only you don't want to you don't want to over text your database as we want to make sure that the database reactivation is as powerful as possible and the most and the best way that we can make it as Powerful as possible
is if you aren't over sending it right so Dr um texting Dr only but emailing your database with these new videos like updating hey you know we shot this new video um and these are going to be videos with a ton of value so this definitely going to generate a lot of clicks and also a couple leads right um upload on all platforms that can engage with new prospects so um I'm going to get into a little bit Further what type of videos you want to record but this doesn't need to be high production you
don't need a a video team and you don't need high quality cameras and all that sort of stuff I've seen the best results from this with a simple webcam video simple webcam videos that that you can record on your laptop or selfie videos like that it's that easy people don't really care as much um about the quality of the video as business owners you know as a business Owner you can be very particular about things you want everything to be very perfect and detail because it's about your business right um and I can understand that
because I'm the same way but the customer and the prospect doesn't care as much as you do and we've seen the best results from just simple videos you know just make sure that they aren't too low quality most phone cameras these days if you have a simple iPhone you know that is you know a Little bit updated or just a normal laptop that video quality is more than enough okay um if you you know for instance want to record your screen I recommend OBS it's free um it's a it's a free recording software uh and
Records high quality screen footage okay um others are screen flow and stuff like that but those actually cost money and I think quick time on the Mac on the Apple um Macs have the same thing um all right so day one a program teas up talk about Your membership What It inals and Tease what you that you have a free offer coming out tomorrow for only 10 people right first come first serve and this is where we're implementing the 10-day free trial but this 30-day video challenge will also work if for instance doing some sort
of 30-day transformation program right that that's just the marketing term 30-day transformation program in our in our words is just the 30-day membership right so that can both Work but um I'm going to shoot this video based on you know you guys are promoting the free trial but this 30-day video challenge will work with a ton of different uh offers as well maybe you have some key offers that you love promoting and that you know works and has grown your business till now the same uh same thing applies um for the 30-day video challenge it
still works okay so day two you just want to tease them talk about a little bit of scarcity You know build up a little bit of hype right that's fine um and just tell them hey you know we've got this amazing new offer coming out for only 10 people um you know because you know we want to promote the business or something like that right um then day two the offer add scarcity time limit call to action leave a link to your funnel don't make it too obvious right just leave a small link um leave
a small link at the end of the description um to your funnel right the One that we set up in earlier videos and where you know if they sign up it goes through the high level process right it can be the FB calendar one right so add a little scarcity tell them that there's only 10 people and you know if those 10 people filled up it's done time limit add that it's done that you know they only have you know two weeks to finish this or even you know more scarcity 48 Hours um even if
you're not going to keep to that scarcity it is going to um It is going to entice a lot of people to at least check it out right um so day three client problems show them how you can solve their problems the give a real value and upsell them to a free trial at the end show them what your business does show them some um before and after pictures in the video show them um maybe some workouts um show them you know what you offer show show supplements show just basically what you offer your value
and why your clients get such amazing Results talk about the results people love hearing about actual real life results it's always that's always so much better than just talking about categories and the things that you offer right because for a business under that man matters a lot but for most people they just want to hear about the results as you know we discussed this in the sales as well we're selling we're selling problem solvers here we're not selling features right so talk about What problem you're going to solve and for most people for most of
your clients it's going to be either about gaining um it's either about gaining muscle and strength or losing weight those are going to be the main factors you know and then obviously you know trying to remain young and healthy and all that stuff that's the sort of the key thing that you want to talk about um and how you know if you have those problems then you know sign up to the free trial Because it's an amazing offer and we're going to show you exactly how you can get started or not a free trial or
you know some some transformation program all right and call to action link to the funnel in the description right which I discuss in a little bit day four value only post you know you don't want to make this 30-day video challenge just 30 ads right you don't want to just all constantly talk about the offer and constantly talk about your business and Constantly talk about you know getting clients because we found that just posting value actually posting video that is actually going to help people change their mindset motivate them is more than enough that's an
ad in itself and it isn't as um you know it isn't as cheap salesman like CH salesman like um if you do it like that right just talk about your experience talk about your expertise talk about you know just like five steps on how to how to lose more Weight right or you know how to implement inent fasting in your diet right stuff like that how to gain more muscle how to use body weight workouts the deliver real value and trust me the leads are going to come flooding in all right so upload a live
session of the class or video showing people how to do certain body weight workers right stuff like that if you need help with this you can obviously just post it in the Facebook group or support or help on the Coaching calls and we'll help you will help you out with you know you know these type of videos and leave a link to your free trial in the description you don't sometimes you don't even have to mention the free trial right you can always at the end you know like hey you know if you're interested in
learning more um and joining our gym you know we have a 10day free trial press the link in the description and sign up right we only have seven spots left something Like that that's more than enough that's going to get you leads that's going to get you clicks right um day five today F day five today's goals talk about setting daily goals and not worrying too much about the future and focusing on small daily wins right this is again massive value right like how do you get results how do your clients get results talk about
that don't even talk about your offer or your gym or your free trial just talk about actually just like Talk about you know actually discuss something that's going to be helpful to the people watching and that's going to deliver you leads it's going to deliver a massive rapport with these people so when they eventually sign up or get into the gym they're already going to have this certain bond with you um that you won't even realize because they've watched your videos okay um and you can use these videos for future ads as well Right it's
going to be amazing right for instance um especially the day two video right or the day three video those are going to be amazing ad videos that you can use for your ads in the future especially if those videos videos have gotten good results and a lot of uh positive feedback and engagement so the 30-day video challenge resources we have a couple resources for you obviously to Get You On Track and get you sorted with that so we have the 30-day video challenge calendar right this is just a calendar with all the 30 days um
mapped out for you right here like that um and this is basically you can print this out and just make sure that you follow these 30 days this is going to be a you know a daily task for you and you can check them off once you've done them right and these are just ideas that we put in here but these you know this 30-day video challenge that we've mapped out for you has worked The best and it just gotten the best results so you know by all means just follow this but if you want

well right here are the 30 days of video ideas we've started off with the first five in the slides with scripts and that and then from there we have you have a range uh a fun ideas but the scripting is up to you right eventually this is going to be up to you because you know we just can't deliver script for Everyone it's got to be authentic um but it is a lot easier than you think just you know turn on the camera and start talking about stuff you guys have the knowledge right that's all
you need um so don't be too nervous about that it's going to flow uh it's going to flow very easily when you just start right so day six interview your client about their journey and why they love training with you get a client that loves you that has been with you a long time that has Gotten amazing results and you've seen the results for yourself and ask them if they can do a quick five minute interview that easy I'm 100% sure that that what um that he's going to say yes or she's going to say
yes right and this is kind of just another 25 days of ideas and you can just follow this as you go along and most of these videos will take like 15 minutes a day to do sometimes they'll take a little longer but this won't be a massive um daily task okay so That's the 30 first 30 uh first thing the 30-day video challenge so this isn't going to get you know sort of the quick results that ads or Dr is going to get for you but this is going to be this is going to pay
you massive divid uh massive amount of dividends um in the future as people are going to be searching your business for the next coming years and they that 30-day video challenge is always going to be up there and it's going to be a great way there's Always going to be one video that sticks out um for clients and that fix that you know that talks about their problems and that video can you know get you a member six months from making that video right so it's going to be amazing it's it's going to get your
results um obviously um you know F uh you know you know when you're actually shooting this video maybe not you know the results that you're used to when running ads but it's definitely going to get results right Every extra member that you can get from organic traffic is a benefit right because you know it's free right yes it costs a little bit of time but it's worth it right um and this can really blow up as well I've seen amazing results from this uh from this 30-day video challenge okay the 100 dial Challenge and this
is a challenge that might be very straightforward and some of you might have already implemented something like this in the past um but This is definitely something you just want to do um and not just um and not just kind of leave on the table because this is it's very straightforward it's very simple and um but I have seen like amazing results from this I think I think one person that we were talking to 3 months ago a client I think he did this and I think he got like nine members out of this um
just by simply using this strategy it's very simple so the 100 dial challenge make a 100 calls To promote your offer this can be a free trial this can just be a membership right the 28 day program um which is just a membership right in marketing terms um and that is it right power base find all your contacts and build a list of 100 people and use it as a checklist right go into your contacts acquaintances family friends a lot of those people you know they they're going to have problems like your clients have and
you know you have a business exactly Fit to fix those problems so it would be an absolute waste to um you know not use that sort of Pipeline and not use that opportunity and all these people they're going to have rapport with you they're going to know you they're already going to have a sort of a base of trust so it's so easy to get members from this right and execute promote by taking action in order to get results right um so this is actually something you know it is Work right organic attraction methods is
always going to be extra work right the the sort of the paid methods are you know they they're great because they're you know super you know they do cost money but they're super low eth organic attraction methods that's just the the name of the game it's going to make take one work but you can't get amazing results from it um so yeah we have a resource for you as well on that um actually another side so $1 St friends Like I said family referrals right maybe your clients are talking about yeah I know someone who's
really interested ask for the number and call them up it's that easy like hey I know I uh I know you've been talking with um you know uh for instance Ashley and she said that you had some problems and um you know with uh losing weight and she said that this gym would be amazing for you would you be maybe interested in a 10-day free trial something like that that easy it's That easy and this can get you a ton of results previous members as well that have left you for reasons um other than they
that they hate your business right which most most most previous members won't won't have left because they hate your business sometimes it just happens right but who um who's to say that they aren't still in the same problems I'm going to guarantee you 80% of previous clients are still going to have the same problems as they did when they sign up With you give them a call and tell them you have a free trial open and ask them if they're interested right what can you promote a free trial new program with added benefits maybe example
nutrition coaching free supplements like hey we have this new offer um if you sign up to a 30-day members ship you get some free supplements with that that easy a 28 day weight loss program right something like that discounts can work as well but only for the 100 100 dial challenge so we Never ask you to promote discounted office as we've just seen that it doesn't work um because we don't want sort of you know those type of clients but for people you've already built rapport with this is fine if you do um if you
can offer a discount to the first month membership use it for the $100 challenge as these people you've already built rapport with and the retention the sticker around retention is going to be a lot um a lot bigger for this the uh These 100 people right so it's an amazing strategy definitely do this okay um and the 100 di challenge worksheet very simple worksheets nothing fancy or anything but download this and start working on this add start you know adding the names here start filling up 100 names this is going to take you a little
bit of time but that's fine right download this document to build a list of 100 people by searching through your contacts and use it as a checklist Execute the challenge by calling everyone on your list and start promoting to get results start calling your friends family referrals and previous members use your checklist and remember in order to get results you have to take action right this is a this is a must take you know you have to take action on this right if they don't answer don't just don't just cross them off call them call
them again tomorrow or a couple hours later right download The sheet and get to work guys all right um so let me see here yep all right so the gift card giveaway this is such a powerful powerful organic attraction method and a lot of people have never really done it or they haven't done it in the proper way um but you can get like I said I think with the best results I've seen is 37 members from this in under a month from a gift card competition right um so absolutely Amazing and it's zero to
no cost right the only thing you need is a couple of gift cards so create gift cards and give them to members or Hot Prospects right example Christmas gift cards e to gift cards any type of holiday right give them away at any time of the year it doesn't really matter right you could give them away for no reason at all it really doesn't matter people love gift cards and people love giving gift cards away as you know it's um you know just a Great little gift for people right and use high level to text
a gift card to your members right this is also a way if you want to contact all members and you just want to send it digital to them all you have to do is upload your member list like you would with a Dr right like you're with with a database reactivation the way that you would upload your um data make sure that every member contact has a tag called member right um so instead of you know tagging them with Dr1 dr2 right which we showed you in module two tag them all with member and you
can send them a b bul text um messages to all your members right just set up a bul request like you would do with a Dr make sure that the the tag um in that place is member and then you can send out a text to all your members right so you can send out know 200 messages to all your members with you know one click all right that's a great way where to distrib distribute gift Cards um if you can't do it in person so make cards that are sign of a significant value the
way that you're going to get best results with this is be a little bit lenient with your offer this is going to be an amazing offer because the better the offer is the more people are going to take action on it and the more your members are actually going to give it away right so example give $50 to $100 gift cards 14-day trials 50% discounts right yes don't use These type of offers for your ads as a 10-day free trial or a 7-Day free trial is more than enough but for gift cards this is free
traffic anyway we're not paying for this traffic right then use these sort of crazy offers that you wouldn't be able to use for other types of um attraction methods right because this is going to get you a ton of people in the door and you know a 50% discount if you are charging a 100 bucks you know and you give a couple gift cards to your Members those those are going to be given around and those are going to be used I can tell you this guy um right now so um value for the Prospect
and potential new signups for you right this is a no-brainer because it doesn't cost you anything until the members are you know it's only going to make you money right it's going to cost you a couple dollars to make these gift cards and it can get you you know a couple extra Members you know even 37 which I've seen um you know as the highest in under a month and Dude any time of the year this can be this can be a quarterly thing this can be a monthly thing it's a great way and Trust
trust me if you look back a year from now uh and you started with those gift cards on a quarterly or monthly base you're going to think wow those gift cards have you really you know they've they've gotten me so much so you could potentially be reigniting Past members right use for referral competition example 6 months plus supplement package for free if you bring in five new clients that's an amazing competition that you can set up with your members if you're doing some sort of group style oriented training right tell them hey you know we've
got this amazing competition you can win six or 12 months free um if you bring in five new clients with these referral cards right so just think About it you're basically one free member is going to get you five right and some people aren't going to get the cap and then you won't have to give them the six month 12 month free and you still get a couple extra members from this this is the way to do it it's going to get you a lot of members just needs you just need to take action on
it um and use uh use uh use part of prizes right use as part of prizes you need to you can really set cop competition up With members it's you can make it really fun um and have a ton of prizes like you know um the third you know have like a first spot a second spot and third spot for the people who've brought in the most people and have like amazing rewards because the rewards are always going to be cheaper than you know the members that they're going to bring in right and give to
current members for friends and family right like hey you know like give it to husbands give it to Wives that you know I'm going to I'm going to um if they love your gym if they love your business they're going to talk um with High Praise of your business and I'm going give you get a gift card like hey um you know hey honey I you know you know I love my you know I love the gym that I've been at for 12 months now already and they give me they gave me this uh this
50% discount offer and uh you know you've been talking about getting a little bit more Healthier and stuff like that you know maybe you should just come by and uh come with me the next time that we go there and you can just use this uh use the gift card and trust me if a if a if um significant other comes with an already member right even if it's a 50% account trust me they're going to stick around after the um for the second month because they're signifant others doing the same thing right they're going
to the Rapport is already there and you Know that's just the the the significant other or the family member or the friend is going to do all the selling for you right an amazing way to do it members members can give them away for a referral compensation right which I talked about the referral gets a gift card the member gets a gift of some kind right you know the referral gets a gift card they show up they sign up the member gets a small gift maybe like a free t-shirt or some supplements right Something like
that doesn't have to be massive right most people love free stuff so they're going to you know and it isn't it's zero effort to give out a gift card to someone they know has problems that you can fix right and you get a new member simple as that prospects send out campaign by email once a month right um which we're going to talk about a little bit further as well is email marketing you can send out a gift card to all your prospects like Hey you know we have this amazing gift card I wouldn't do
the 50% discount one um because we're obviously sending the um Dr to the same amount of people but send the 14-day free trial or the for uh or the a 10day free trial right once a month like hey here's a gift card come by you know and we only have you know 10 spots for this something like that um influencers so I've seen amazing results with this but this is kind of a you know this is kind of a situational uh thing For most of you this won't um this won't be you know this you
you won't be able to do this but for some of you maybe and it's worth adding into it inv you know influencers with people who have Instagram followers who have or have you know um a lot of uh lot of pull in the community right um invite to train for free and give a bunch of uh give a bunch of gift cards right um influencer can hand them out if if ask where he she trains good way to generate noise and Get people working for you without spending a lot of time and money right this
can be people who work in big corporate officers right um who look great who' have gotten amazing results give them a ton of gift cards and they can give them out to their to their colleagues something like that all right gift card creation put an expiry on them you don't want to make them on you don't want to make them uh you don't want some you know if You're making you know tons of gift cards make sure you put an expiry on them for like a couple months right like two months use it around Christmas
and New Year but again you can use it all the time and use free artwork generation websites you can make gift cards for free very easily doesn't have to be anything fancy and um we have leave the link down below um Right Here Right Here canva sign up it's free create gift cards and then you should want to use an Online printing Source um and usually should cost you like 10 bucks 10 15 bucks for a big batch okay um and get a couple of hundred PID and you're all set to go and that's it
use them and get to get to work guys so social media brand and content okay so using social media to generate new members and really put your brand out there and put content in there is going to be a massive way and it's going to pay massive dividends over the long Term right these strategies aren't going to be quick fast results that's what we have ads for and that's what we have the database reactif for but this is also you know this is a great way to kind of get members for free as well right
and if you are running ads and if you are doing the Dr Who you know do this as well you want to constantly start adding more streams of member generation right you constantly want to add more ways you're getting members so you you AR Depending on one say if the ads aren't working or the Dr is slowing down a little bit you have other ways you have other means of generating new members and new business right right so clear and consistent message right do some research check out Gary vayu He's you know he's sort of
the advocate of using social media to promote his brand and he's really great at it right he's not in the fitness industry but you can definitely learn a lot for him gr Cardone right he's all about close deals and make money right that's not what we're about but it's definitely a good a good person to learn about Mark Zuckerberg family and connection right do your research Fitness icons motivation motivational speakers you're going to get some amazing pointers that you can use for your own business right platforms use Facebook business and personal Instagram business and personal
YouTube you know LinkedIn Snapchat Twitter blogging these are all ways that you can get more you can generate you know a lot of Engagement and a lot of leads and a lot of members and how often one piece per day five to seven times per week share to multiple platforms it can be the same post takes you five minutes to just post it on all the platforms that you have right keep it exciting with your Brandon message in mind right fix problems actually deliver value you know you you guys are probably Um some of you
have you know most of you will probably have blog content that's enough right stuff like that maybe a PDF work a PDF help sheet something super simple kind of just three steps to lose more weight right simple stuff like that and these things won't get you results fast but they will P massive dividends in the long term trust me and the key to success with using social media is consistent so don't give up after 10 days of posting keep at it same with Losing weight or gaining muscle or getting healthy it's the same with growing
your business using social media consistency is key you're not going to get immediate results from this it might even if you haven't been doing this for a long time it might even be very dry you won't get any likes or engagement um for your first couple of posts and that's fine but you have to keep at it because it's going to pay massive dividends and it's not going to be Something you can really track unless you ask every single client you know how did you come in why did you sign up right but I wouldn't
recommend doing that always but you're going to notice um exponential growth in the long term from doing this okay all right and these can be videos these can be pictures these can be you know small blog posts this doesn't have to be anything fancy right you don't need a production team to post on social media All right branding content important things to remember consistent content builds Authority right the more you post the more consistent you are with your message and your brand the more people are actually going to believe in your message right it builds
Authority with you okay step out of your comfort zone do something crazy you know have you know just you know that's why I ask you know do some research copy a little bit right that's Fine um and step out of your comfort zone don't just do you know just things that you're comfortable with comfortable with you know some of you are going to not be comfortable with shooting videos or selfie videos step out of it do it a little bit try it out just you can just do some um you can just try it out
you don't even have to post it if you don't like it but just try it out practice with it don't over complicate it this can be really simple Like show them show them you cooking a meal a healthy meal show them you doing a certain workout right show them five body weight workouts that get you the best results show them the best form for planking and um push-ups uh stuff like that give them a gym tour people love that stuff and have a little fun with it this stuff can actually be very fun to do
so don't feel like don't don't um don't make it a chore this can be something nice you can kind of just zone Out for a little bit and you know make a little nice social media video okay um and then at the end you can always just leave a link to free trial that's it you don't even have to mention the free trial people are going to look through that description and say oh nice he has his own gym or she has his own gym right free trial let me sign up let me check this
out um you'll post some videos If receive well can be great creative as well for your Facebook ads like I said If you've got some like if you've got some videos that you've just seen massive Boost from and engagement and clicks and and leads you can use those for ads in the future so amazing all around brand and content action items okay so clear and consistent message map out your own brand work out what kind of message you want to send to the world and what problems you want to solve for your target market right
write this down it's good to have an actual Mission and Sort of an actual statement of what is my business what why am I even doing this why do I care and what problems do I solve write it out simple notepad piece of paper doesn't matter um platforms write down the social media platforms that you already have and what other minimum social media platforms you need to have to boost your brand okay so you know if you don't have a Facebook um if you don't have an Instagram account obviously get that in there okay all
Right so referrals another massive way to get new members um so this can be a campaign the best way that that we've seen people getting referrals um is campaign or competition make it something fun make a competition for your members to get new referrals in the door and have rewards it's going to be the best you know we've seen boys versus girls right you know that's stuff like that is going to really really make it fun your fun for your members and Actually going to take a little time out of the day to try to
get some referrals because most people know 5 to 10 people that are looking to fix the same problems that they are um that they want that they wanted fix when they signed up right most people because you know people surround themselves with like you know um with people that are like them so trust me most people have so many people in their contact base that are looking for a gym are looking for a way To get healthy are looking for a good program right rewards um or morning versus night right you you'll if you're doing
group you'll usually see the morning people and the night people create a competition that's super fun and rewards can be sports gear t-shirts free training right maybe some PT sessions supplements you know something like that something that can actually you know that people like um and that actually offers value and you know you Can just research what they want you can just hey you know we're doing a referral competition ask them you know what would be some great rewards that you would like to uh that you would like for the winning team right for the
people that bring in the most referrals they're going to tell you like oh yeah I would love you know this or maybe some supplements or maybe some PT sessions something like that ask around come up with three things and let them Choose right you don't have to get this one reward because the chances are there's going to be a group of people that are not going to care but if you offer three words rewards and for the winner they can just choose what reward they want you're going to you're going to um interest most people
because most of the time if you offer three good rewards one of them is um you know every member is going to care about at least one right and make this a limited time Period don't do this yet don't do this like oh you just do this whatever you want you know make this like hey you know we're doing um we're doing a referral competition for the entire month of January something like that right and at the end you know announce the winners best results I've seen from referral competition was 37 new members in under
a month so it's 100% Worth to do it like yes of course it's extra work right We're running a business here but the results you can get from referral competitions is absolutely astounding it's amazing because you're building a community here and people love competitions like this right and this can be a quarterly thing this can be a yearly thing this can even be a monthly thing really right and if you need help with this if you're not really sure what to do you know that's what we're here for where to help you out all right
so Announce a few days in advance right announce it in every group session you do announce it in announce it in the um announce it you know just make sure that that it's known to people you can also you know use high level to message your members hey we're doing a referral competition you know because chances are if you do it a few days in advance you know you're not going to be able to tell everyone but high level you're going to be able to send out a quick bulk request To all your members letting
them know right push the offer frequently let them know every time like hey guys the referral competition is still going on right and you can mix this with gift cards as well right kind of just consistency is going to be really really valuable here an an ounce before uh an ounce before closing right at the end of the day announce it contact everyone at least once right like I said with high level you can also Just call them right just just grab your phone call all your members tell them about the referral competition a lot
of people are going to love it all right be forward in your approach don't make this don't make it sleazy or like anything just be forward like hey guys you know we're doing some referral competitions we'd love some extra members you know we're trying to grow we're trying to grow a business here um you know and we have amazing rewards for The people who bring in the most people right announce winner and make it a big deal make a big deal of it let people know who the winners are because for the next referral competition
they're going to try an extra they're going to try a little step harder and have a Les have a little celebration party at the end right I've like I've seen stuff like that and it works really well you know it's a family that you have right um your members are your family and praise Everyone collectively like even people who've only brought in one or who've tried thank them okay email marketing so the last last thing that we're going to discuss email marketing does cost a little bit right but it's an amazing way to kind of
just have running in the back end and it's going to get you a lot of members all right so what email marketing is Effective the best type of email marketing is actually emails that offer value to the audience right because for most people you you probably subscribed to 20 email marketing lists and I can tell you right now that the only emails that you actually open from businesses are ones that actually um entice you right that you probably get so many emails just promoting Bland products and features and discounts and all that sort of stuff
you don't even open them you Most likely just delete them or land let them land in spam right but the emails that people that uh the emails that people open is actually value right actually things that might help them with their problems and actually things that people will entice to read look at how newspapers are doing it you know a little bit click baity titles which is fine right but that you know you can do a lot of research on your email marketing from newspapers as that's Their only goal they want to get people to
read their article because that's how they make money nowadays right so if you're simp uh simply sending emails to get something for yourself right which is a lead or a sign up then you will lose all the attention of the reader pretty quickly because it's all in for you and no there's no added benefit for them to even read your email they're going to skim over your subject line and they're going to delete your message so When you are sending out regular email campaigns think about what value you are offering to your reader like why
why would people read this you know the people the problems that I solve does this email help them with that so you know tips and tricks tutorials videos that's the stuff that you want to be posting in your email campaign not marketing messages and whatever it is don't always just go in for the Hard Sell make sure Your content actually offers value in some way and at the end you can promote your offer and leave a link like you can just have amazing like you guys have probably a lot of you have um amazing blog
content on your website that type of stuff is amazing for email campaigns and at the end you can just leave a little little link to your offer and to your funnel it's that simple and that's going to get you more results than just making it all about the offer but don't Make the camp yeah but don't make the email about the offer right that's it's that simple and that's going to get you the best results two talk to the pain points right we're selling problems here we're selling you know we're fixing painful problems here so
that's what we need to put in our emails put yourself in your audience shoes what problems are they having right now what pain point can you speak to when you are drafting the copy For your email right that's you need to think about that in your subject line as well right and we can obviously help you guys out with that posted in the Facebook group like hey these are some subject lines these are some emails that I want to send out they're good we'll let you know right what knowledge do and don't they have and
how can you relate to them right a lot of you will have stories about your health and fitness it's Probably the reason why you started your business in the first place right that is amazing put that in your email marketing tell your story in one of your email campaigns right show them how to fix problems show them how to use certain diets show them how to do certain workouts leave them links to amazing videos right learning about pain points and understanding your avatar your client Avatar is not just important for Facebook ads or sales calls
it's Important for growing your business because understanding your client is it's is what's going to grow your business to every possible level the most successful companies in the world the world the only thing they care about is the customer as all the other stuff comes second the customer is number one what are their problems how do we fix it how is our product affecting them how is it helping them how can we help them That's simple right so you really need to learn your avatar get a notepad start writing down the problems that they have
start writing down how you can help them with those problems and go from there from writing your emails include social proof and testimonials another way to get clicks actually get interest engagement and eventually leads right include social proven testimonials including testimonials or before and after pictures of your clients right Facebook as are big no no before and after um with before and after pictures but on email you can do a lot more you have a lot more freedom so if you have a ton of before and after pictures that are amazing add them right and
tell little story right for instance how um how how John lost 20 using our system add a picture of him and tell his story that is that that is those are those type of emails get you a lot of Signups and at the end interested in the same type of results ask the question and leave a link of your uh of your offer and let them sign up capture the attention of readers about your programs and offers that you can do that at the end right all right use captivating words and good formatting right emails
are just like ad copy use language that is appropriate captivating and attractive include clear To follow formatting and highlight specific sections to stand out to the reader right you want to make it fun you want to make it readable use don't use too small um don't make your letters too small right make them readable make them fun don't let make them look like some sort of um you know um you know because of the sort of sort of school uh school work right it's people don't want to do that make it actually readable include a
catchy subject line right make it a Little clickbaity do some research on newspapers right that they are Masters at clickbait and it's fine to do the same for your emails trust me as long as the email itself actually offers some value otherwise people are just going to be get get angry right they're going to block you unsubscribe for your email list so don't make it too um bait don't make it too click baity right don't lie in your subjects and the subject line is like your add copy opening statement or Headline right make this catchy
and click worthy it's that simple uh and you can also now use emojis in sub line emojis get clicks it's just um there's a lot of research on this emoji fun emojis smiling emojis get clicks so just add a couple to them look at our ad copy the way that we make ad copy we add emojis in there sometimes when it's not even necessary because we know um it keeps people engaged and that actually you know keeps them on the Story and keeps and get some and get some clicks right they're colorful and I don't
know you know I I've read a research on that but you know it just works right so don't use technical jogon right a lot of you guys are very interested you know or a lot of you are very um have a lot of knowledge on your um on you know on your business but people don't really care about that um this all comes back to understanding Your audience right actually write about what people care about and don't make it too technical right um right don't use technical jogon in your email campaigns if you're sending a
campaign out to beginners who are currently not working out right this needs to be something that people can relate to so don't just think about don't write this email for you and think H would I click to this think about your avatar think about your customer's Avatar right and think about if you um you know were in the same um if you were having the same problems as your clients are having right now think about that person and what you would want to get out of an email right have a call to action last but
not least don't forget to include a call call to action in your email if your email is good if it offers value a lot of people are going to want to take some action right it's like a gratitude thing this could be a button Or a link or just a prompt a prompt to hit reply if they want to know more that simple you don't even have to leave a link just tell them hey reply to this email all right so for instance you know great examples of effective email marketing Starbucks this email from Starbucks
is a great use of formatting the message is straight to the point the image is strong and they are um there are links to external platforms so I'm just going to skip through these um but You can download the slides in the download section of c and you can read through these and why those are great campaigns right um and now I want to discuss emao campaign options so manually you can do a fair bit of formatting in your email directly but it won't give you too many creative options right you know there's a lot
of email marketing platforms that give you really great customizations um if you're really really low on budget you can of course Just do this manually with your own company email your own Gmail right won't give you as much formatting options and you won't get a lot of data right with all these PL all these amazing platforms you can actually get how many clicks open rate and then you can actually check oh this email got double my average open rate let's do more of that right and this email got double the amount of clicks let's do
more of that um your CRM so most of you will be using A CRM which you know Club Works um uh Mind Body stuff like that um most people are using a CRM which usually offers email marketing options plus the ability to email past members current members or leads right and if you're having an issue with the with the CRM you're using now just let us know we'll help you out with that so maybe it doesn't offer the capabilities that we um that you need to have and you know run good email marketing campaigns just
let us know we Help you out that so some softwares that actually are really great are um MailChimp MailChimp is free up to 2,000 2,000 um contacts and active campaign and we use active campaign for our own emails and active campaign I think for most of you guys it's going to be around 15 to 20 bucks a month so it cost a little bit money but the results you can get from it you know one member a month from your email marketing campaigns is going to pay off for pay off all of that Right so
it's definitely worth it and mil chimp is free to an extent and if you want to use some more features right um then you're going to want to pay for it but I think it's only like 10 bucks right so mil chimp right here we'll leave the link down below and active campaign and there's a bunch of tutorials on YouTube we're not going to show you exactly how to use these platforms because a lot of you will you know it's just too broad right a lot of You will have you different platforms different evil marketing
c um software so um but you know just type in YouTube how to use um you know active campaign the basics and MailChimp the basics and you'll learn the platform in an hour right right here we'll leave a link down below okay email marketing wrap-up so you can see email marketing can be a simple and effective way to reach out to your database and re-engage with All Leads Without major expense to the business right a single new member from each email campaign you can you send is a member you would not have had before right
if you send out 10 emails a month and you get five to 10 members from that even if that's you know a low amount for some of you that's still members you wouldn't have had if you didn't send the emails right and to start off map out a bunch of email marketing ideas that you could be begin to build you know write Down a list which is ideas just start writing just start brainstorming you can post those ideas in the group Facebook group as well you can email them to us we'll review them for you
and tell them if it's a good idea right but do some brainstorming most of you will have a ton of things that you kind of want to put out there in the world that you can use for email marketing and it may be a good idea to begin with your latest free trial offer and utilize the ad copy Using an email right we've seen amazing results by people simply just copy and pasting the ad copy that we give you in this module and just sending that to the audience with a good subject line that that
can also get you a ton of results um and it's it's a good way to get started right you can start getting a little bit more um into detail with your email marketing campaigns and stuff like that um but a good way to get started just is just use That add copy um and you know practice with that um because we have seen great results from that and email isn't as powerful as a text or uh as a text Dr or ads but it's practically free and it's a great way to consistently engage with your
audience right texting eventually you know if you want to consistently engage with thousands of people it's going to cost a little much and ads you know that's you know if you have enough Budget you know ads is just a great thing to sort of the main source um of generating New Leads right great um but email is just a nice added benefit it's also a great way to re-engage with your audience with people who've maybe seen your ad once signed up but never really did any action but you did get their email emails a great
way to get them back into the fold okay so let's get to work a lot of we've discussed a lot of organic attraction Methods here I hope I haven't bored you to death um but all these things I've seen work so well guys for so many companies so it's definitely worth doing at least a couple of them and honestly just doing all of them right and you know this does require work but it's eventually you know we're growing your if you're if you care about your business as much as I do that extra work is
