but there are people that will masturbate every single night before they go to bed or though masturbate many times a week looking at porn or just in general and they're literally wasting their energy their creative energy the energy that is used during sex can literally create a baby so if they can create a human form it can also create more not human forms but can create me you become more creative so sexual energy is a very powerful desire a very powerful energy let me read you another quote when harnessed is from Think and Grow Rich
no point helped when harnessed and redirected along other lines this motivating force sex maintains all of its attributes of keenness of imagination courage etc which may be used as powerful creative forces in literature art and other profession or calling including of course the accumulation of riches now think of it like this energy is what is potent the more energy you have the more abundant you will be I am fueled by making content on YouTube by doing podcast episodes and it literally is like lightening of energy when I do it I feel like I just coming
through because I have that energy I'm able to put it out into the world and that energy comes back to me whether it's people that go to my live events receive coaching get digital courses whatever it is that energy comes back to me because of what I put out into the world now the more energy you have the more power you have and you'll may even notice that when you have boxers or fighters before they go into a fight before football players go to a football game before athletes perform a lot of times there's this
well-known thing that you don't masturbate or have sex before because that energy builds up and then you have more of that power to then transmute into what you do transmutation simply means to change so if the energy sexual is energy sex is energy the sexual energy is power and the most potent energy there is is sexual energy so if we're constantly wasting it with porn masturbation with being addicted to that sensation that dopamine rush that we get when we release then we end up releasing all of that energy that could be used towards other things
I don't masturbate in my life and the reason being yes it and I'm not saying that I don't like there are times and when we're talking about being with other people as well the thing that I highly recommend is be with a week when you have sex with someone you're literally merging your energy fields together I know that sounds whoo-whoo and kind of esoteric to some people but you're literally exchanged in energy and what you can begin to do is realize that when you do that if you do it do it with intention it could
be very special if you do it with someone you have a spiritual connection with or just some type of connection at all with it's a very powerful thing without that connection is very animalistic it's not as fulfilling I'll tell you that right now and what you could begin to do is to understand that if you do it do it with intention now in my own life the practice that I use is there as times that that desire comes up and what I do is I use that energy and I use it and I allow it
to go up my spine and I allow it to go into my creative work and to express itself in enthusiasm and what I do in everyday life so sexual transmutation if you look to a lot of very creative people if you look to a lot of people that I've accomplished a lot a lot I think a lot of people use this in ways that even if they're not aware of it they use in ways they're not even completely aware of so Hill describes as well that if you can get to the highest the heightened state
of emotional intensity of the sexual desire by building up that sexual energy you'll be more aware of hunches more turned on by whatever you're working or thinking about more sensitive to stimuli more exuberant and expressive more energized and inspired and more driven to take action so this is the key to this process is understanding that you can transmute that sexual energy into your vision to what you want to experience and into the passion that you have for life in general if you do and have sex with someone else do it with intention do it with
someone that you have a connection with and be aware do I want to be sharing my energy with this person person do I want to be and it could be a you know a symbiotic thing but do I do we want this and if not then just be more mindful but in general when it comes to sexual energy it is the most important it is the most potent energy that exists in the world and when you use that energy in constructive ways it can very profoundly impact your life what you just saw here on YouTube
