foreign [Music] well there's nothing like making your Saturday mornings quite calm and relaxing and that's exactly what I did I got into a car outside of Chongqing about a two and a half hour drive to wulong County now I'm currently sitting here on a fantastic Riverboat and we're going to go out and have a look at the scenes here now this stretch I believe it's called the boo wrong river and we're gonna see what we can discover out here the water is beautiful you can see behind me here not bad huh and they even come
equipped with this fantastic little snack bar at the back here and what we're going to do walk out the back of this boat have a fantastic look and we are going to discover how beautiful not necessarily China but Chongqing is and you can see behind me here the beautiful river that stretches about 35 kilometers that's right 35 kilometer stretch of absolutely turquoise beautiful water you gotta remember we left the city of over 30 million people and two hour drive look what sits behind you here in the lovely wulong County [Music] now I must tell you
I am quite surprised at how many young students are enjoying their Saturdays oh I'll tell you us Canadians the students on a Saturday morning would definitely not be out on a river tour a because it's not that easily accessible and well probably because a cultural difference but this here is so breathtaking that I can understand the attraction from all ages here just Majestic [Music] now this boat probably seats about 200 people and I have to tell you it is peaceful it looks like everyone is enjoying themselves here there's my lovely wife here Tamara it is
beautiful the colors are just wow the pictures are just magical and it's really nice if you want to relax inside the boat the boat has air-conditioned indoors with amazing seating and beautiful big windows and lots of snacks so actually makes for a pleasant trip when you know as well maintained and very comfortable wow oh here you go everyone's super excited taking lots of pictures [Music] this is a guided tour lots of information by this lovely lady and look at these Majestic mountains wow just incredible well guys I could show this for hours I brought you
guys all along here in this beautiful fantastic area I give you wulong County [Music] so we've arrived at the latest attraction that's been making major headlines here in China and this is a flying kiss in wulong It's relatively new open in 2020 and it's a very actually scary I would call it a flying Island because you are on top of these giant 52 meter tall statues a prince and a fairy according to a local Legend and I did look up if it's dangerous just in case you are actually flying very high up there's a kilometer
drop beneath you and you're on top of a 52 meter statue and surprisingly there are no harnesses no seats and yes no seat belts I am very excited to go on top of it but unfortunately it's too scary for some well yes I did hear it is voted and ugly Rye but I gotta tell you up close and personal to this ride it's kind of cool now you know me I'm adventurous I go up 100 Story Tower buildings in Chongqing but for some reason I just couldn't get the courage but anyway this is a beautiful
uh amusement ride I think if you're out of the districts outside of town here in Chongqing this is an event that you should get some really cool photos [Music] and hey this Adventure Continues as we go in to fairy mountain or wulong here to enjoy a nice hotel let's go well I get the pleasure of staying at a wonderful beautiful luxury I'm gonna call it a villa not a hotel room and I'm going to show you the room key there is the hotel I'll mention it don't worry in the description below I'll tell you all
about it so that you can search this beautiful hotel in wulong and let's go in and check out the room shall we all right well like I said this is quite a very very nice room and the size is quite enormous there's Julia having some tea enjoying herself there I did myself at home right away and let's just do a little panoramic view of this room here beautiful place to sit down the bed is absolutely fantastic and the decor here you can see is matching the mountainous region that this is just two and a half
hour ride from Chongqing as if one tea kind of relaxation area wasn't enough you have another seating area right here just look how gorgeous this looks this looks like someone's living room I am ready to move in permanently because the view is truly spectacular it's and the fresh air in the morning wow I can't wait that has to be one of the biggest bathtubs I've seen it you can see it's got swimming pool tiles on it I mean that's how deep that is and of course right out those windows is the beautiful picturesque try to
open up the window for us here and there you are beautiful beautiful Mountain View and once again I suggest that if you have time you have those extra days that you want to be adventurous outside of Chongqing this is the way to do it what a very very big Terrace that you get to have here into the beautiful Gorge here below fantastic absolutely fantastic you just ate two and a half hour drive from the beautiful Chongqing Paradise in the mountains and just enjoy that view we'll take the Drone up in the air and we'll fly
around and you guys can see how magnificent this is here in wulong County [Music] foreign so we're currently stopped here on a highway road Mountain Road here in mulang and I just wanted to show you the terrain in the distance you will see two construction vehicles perched above the highway here and they are jackhammers slamming into the rock face of a mountain I have no idea how they got up there but as you can see they slam into the Rocks some of the big big boulders drop below but this I guess is how they do
it in the terrain hit a highway through this region [Music] thank you [Music] I'm standing out aside a glass elevator you can see how high it goes up and this well definitely helps you if you don't want to walk all the way down this entire Canyon and it's quite beautiful here it's a very picturesque below us here there's a lot of tourists down there enjoying the beautiful scenery here just have a look at this and these guys here will definitely help you out if you don't feel like walking it looks like a pretty tough job
though I'm gonna nickname a Transformer Park there's a reason for that Hollywood's involved but uh I think they forgot to give the big thank you to the park so they're probably not really happy about that but yes this park deserves every recognition that it can get so when the sun comes a lot of people just enjoy the echo of this massive cave I mean they're shouting and screaming so let's just go and try to do the same but uh this Scenic area actually called the three Natural Bridges so one-way Trail so you don't need a
guide so it's very easy to do it yourself you won't get lost and we're about to see what it's all about the trail is relatively easy and once again if you are struggling there's plenty of help around very Lush and if you come in a spring or Autumn it gets plenty of rain and the grid is just around you it's beautiful if this area is not famous abroad it's definitely famous in China and there's a lot a lot of visitors I mean this cave is absolutely huge well someone came up with that great idea for
that elevator for sure and we're just going to continue to venture our way down here even for an early Sunday morning this place is already quite busy and well walking down means you have to walk up as well so [Music] this was caused by underground water erosion millions of years ago what a beautiful piece of History here for us to enjoy here we are heading to the Tian Long Bridge as you can see here its height of 235 meters thickness 150 with 147 and an average height of 96 meters now what I like about these
tours here in China they talk about it in detail and you can kind of immerse into what you're really focused and interested in this is an introduction of the three Natural Bridges Scenic area kind of gives you a roundabout idea what's going on and then it's showing you the general map of wulong and what's available fairy Mountain fairy Mountain Street also the farong river the parong cave many many more things to see in this area and well we'll continue on with this tour people are enjoying themselves today there's just such a variety of different scenery
