morning and welcome to a new day I'm Sarah Raymond and I'm honored to guide you I invite you to make yourself comfortable close your eyes when you are ready and take a long slow breath in signaling to your body to awaken gently as you exhale release any remaining tension or tightness from the night's rest let go of the sleep and embrace the new day with a sense of calm and tranquility allow yourself to surrender to this moment fully [Music] become aware of the gentle rise and fall of your breath feel the sensation of your breath
flowing in and out grounding you in the present moment with each breath feel A Renewed Energy flowing through you filling you with vitality and positivity you can imagine that you are inhaling calmness and exhaling any worries or fears that you may be carrying with you as you continue to breathe bring your attention to the present moment let go of any thoughts about the past or future and simply be here fully present in this moment allow yourself to fully embrace the peace and Stillness of the morning [Music] now shift your attention to your body scan your

that no longer serves you you can take a moment to acknowledge any worries that may be present without judgment or attachment simply observe them and recognize that these thoughts do not define you and you have the power to release them and choose peace instead bring your focus back to the present moment to the Here and Now remind yourself that in this moment you are safe you can take comfort in the fact that the future is uncertain and you have the strength and resilience to navigate whatever comes your way now is the time to consciously choose
