The German people are happy in the knowledge that the divisions of the past have been replaced by a high standard now leading the nation. Who feel themselves to be the bearers of best blood and we knowing this. We resolve to keep leadership of the nation, and are determined to keep it, to exercise it, and never to give it away.
There will only ever be a small part of of active fighters. For them, it is not enough simply to declare: 'I believe," More is demanded of them than of their fellow people. The party In the future, a strong and unified political party will head the nation.
The Party will always be the political leadership of the German people. It will remain unchangeable in its doctrine. hard as steel in its organisation, adaptable in its tactics.
In its entity, however, it will be like a religious order. The aim must be that all Germans become National Socialists. But only the best National Socialists are Party members.
Only If we in the party, using all our strength have achieved the highest National Socialist ideals, only then will the Party be an eternal and indestructible pillar of the German people and the Reich. Then our glorious army, the strong bearer of our people's arms, will be joined by the equally traditional political leadership of the party. Together these two bodies will teach and consolidate the German people.
And they will carry on their shoulders the German state and the Reich. The party is Hitler! But Hitler is Germany, just as Germany is Hitler!
