You do a free webinar, then you sell a ticket to a paid webinar. Yes. Yes.
Exactly. And you're saying 25% attend the the free webinar, correct? Yes.
How much is the paid webinar? 97. I'm going to I'm going to fix your life right now.
Don't do that. Do you use ads for the free webinar? Yes.
When you spend money on ads, you're down in money. Now people have to show up to the webinar. So now you're down even more in money because you're only getting a certain amount to actually even show up and then they've got to stay till the pitch.
So now you're down even more money because some of these people drop off before the pitch. Then out of those people, they've got to actually buy the $97. So you're down even more money.
There's just so much friction and opportunities for them to just say no all the way to 97. And then at the end, if they say yes, you only make a hundred bucks. If you did add after that, we sell a a backend program for €2,000 after they buy this.
Yes. This is too much. Add right to a sales page or VSSL.
Right to the 97. Now, you might say, "Well, why? " Because you're down money, but as soon as they click on the ad, they see this.
They they they get to the point immediately. This is what I do. I literally just split test different versions of my page, different VSSLs, the same VSSL with the first 15 seconds different, and I just split test it so much that I get this conversion rate way higher than if they went through all of this and got here.
You literally have to wait a whole week to test one thing. You can wait one day.
