okay guys so just picking up the camera right now uh it is around one o'clock this morning i went with my football club they were doing a coaching session so i went there to film some videography take some photos for them by the way guys um sorry school's starting now so this is the end of daily vlogs there will be three vlogs a week and they're all gonna be incredible because you know you know how i like to keep my standards um you know three vlogs a week it is going to be monday wednesday and
saturday so you can expect that then today is monday so i filmed the monday and the tuesday edit on the tuesday night upload for the wednesday so as i said that schedule monday wednesday and saturday also i'm only working out three times a week now uh because you know i'm just like i really hate to say it you know and repeat it because i really don't like when other people say it but um i really am just so busy and in terms of matter of priorities working out every single day isn't one of those things
let's get into this vlog currently doing client work i am a minute and 22 seconds into this short movie for the team and it's been an hour and a half do you guys understand the life of a youtuber or videographer editor now this is what it's like every single day if you're into this like cinematography and you know the more cinematic style of it so guys after four hours i'm finally done and we're uploading it whether you are into football or not please go ahead and check out that video it took me as i said
four hours for a three minute and 30 second video i put a lot of effort into it now i know like i never thought i'd get into videography or i'd get even okay or decent at it but you know as of late i'm getting a lot of comments telling me that my videography is amazing and whatnot and it's really flattering and really inspiring for me to continue to do more so guys this is just uh probably the most effort i put into a piece of videography so if you it doesn't matter about the content if
you guys want to go see the videography i'm gonna leave right here the just the name to the channel it's regions park regions park fc guys the video is awesome like i'm really proud of it um go check it out guys so after all that time in front of my computer and not having done it or actually i did five minutes just to continue my streak but um time for half an hour of meditation which i've actually never wanted more in my life oh god this has been stressful so guys it is now 3 11
in the morning i have a massive headache i'm so tired today was just a day of like pure hustling i i've like i didn't leave the house that much even i went out this morning to film videography for the club i got back home i was working for like seven eight hours straight apart from like a break to watch suits well actually no i came back i had a shower watch suits and then i worked for like seven hours straight then i went to dinner with my stepdad um and then got back and just got
back to work um finished thank you economy so that's that's it it was a really good book um and i finished my notes on that um and now i'm just sorting out my finances um honestly like i can i can see that there's so much in my life that i have sorted my finances and making sure that my money is in order is not one of them to be honest i know how to make money but how to save it that not so much so that's why i've been working on that you know when i
came back to london i really got serious and i looked at what goals i wanted to accomplish i have eight for this year um or the from the point at which i said it one of them was to make fifteen thousand um you know just make fifteen thousand that doesn't mean have fifteen thousand in my bank account at the end of the year or whatever make fifteen thousand pounds in a year's time i set that goal on the 19th 11 days ago and since then i've made 514 pounds and 89 pence so 11 days 515
pounds i'm on track that is 1 30th of the way there um in 11 days so hopefully i can keep it up um and you know it's just it's crazy to think where i am it's crazy crazy to think where i am um i don't know i guess it makes these late nights a bit more bearable but i'm gonna get some sleep i'm gonna get some sleep now and tomorrow i promise will be a lot more exciting so my stepdad is currently in london so that means the return of apple tv this thing is so
useful i always like pull off my phone and just put whatever it is i'm watching on my phone or listening to on the apple tv and hook it up via the tv that way lifesaver today today is going to be a good day heavy deadlifts all right guys so today we're going for 185 for a single uh it is just me myself and i so no edit today i'm just gonna leave the clips raw and let you know exactly what i'm doing my rep scheme and whatnot i only have like an hour 15 minutes an
hour and a half so uh i'll try and get as much done as i can so that was 165. it was really weird i lost my grip with my left hand which is why i had to like repeat it and do it twice um i don't know um i was going for 185 today that's what i was thinking i can tell where i'm at you know this isn't sumo this is conventional which is obviously not as strong for me so i think we're gonna go for a 180 for what should be a smooth rep should
be so let's get into this so all right guys so turns out it was not an easy single um i mean i haven't done conventional in such a long time so i'm just gonna go ahead and excuse myself for that um so yeah now we have like 30 minutes just get a bunch of volume in um i talked to the guy behind me and he told me a lot about core training um and how that will probably like prevent myself from injury going forward so that's definitely something i need to start implementing weighted training and
i'll have carry over in my squad my bench and my deadlift oh me all right guys so what you saw on the roads was probably three reps at the end where i just cheated they were basically like cheap reps look like cheat wraps are not ideal keeping clean form is always going to be better unless you know you're trying to bump up the reps and go less clean for them so it has weight carryover basically what i'm just trying to do is i have very little time i probably have like 10 minutes now and for
my whole like high purchase section of it section of it i had like 30 minutes that's why i'm just trying to you know pump out extra reps and for those reasons like it's acceptable go for it so we'll move into our last superset um hold on jesus christ that was difficult all right guys so now i am number one off to school orientation one of my friends in the great above uh invited me and you know he asked that i meet the new kids i guess it's a cool experience school starts tomorrow for me um
so we're first of all we're going to go do that obviously i'm not going to show any and show you guys any of that stuff school and youtube just don't go together i don't know what rules are yada yada don't want to screw with that after that we are going to get a haircut my hair looks perfectly fine i really like the way it looks after i jump out the shower and put gel in it but then it just gets super puffy and i look like i have an afro so let's go and do that
oh oh yeah here is the outfit ralph lauren great british shirt um white chino pants what whatever the hell they're called and some boat shoes that's the style all right guys so my regular place burlington's was completely closed i think they got like evicted or something like that or the lease ended so i came to this new place called south kensington barbers there we go south carolina um so and we'll give this place a go i got like really good reviews um yeah let's try it out good feathers all right guys so here we are
here is the haircut um let's see this place is cheaper than my other place it um let's step back so that goes in focus yeah this place is cheaper than the other place i usually go to plus the other place um it looks like it's closed down i'm not sure what their structure was but yeah basically my hair is pretty simple but for me the difference between it looking good and looking bad is like this much like i'm very picky with that sort of stuff um he did i like quite a hard part so he
did that there uh and apart from that good length this place is only like five minutes away from my house so i might have to consider this place if my other place does actually like if it does actually turn out that the other places i could have been just out of business or whatever but uh yeah pretty happy with that it's going with the day my stepdad bought me these pomegranate seeds whoopsie already picked literally the best thing ever pomegranate is my favorite fruit by far and picking them picking the actual fruit picking the seeds
complete pain in the ass so thank you while i finished that last clip i realized that someone in my family bought cold press mean greens i have no idea who it was but apparently we're super healthy in this family now this stuff looks so disgusting so guys i just packed my bag for school tomorrow and it hit me this is my last evening of summer holidays it's been over two months now jesus tomorrow i go back to school well this summer has honest i mean i know i did a summer video a couple days back
this summer has been so incredible i wish i had gone more on camera and malta some of the crazy crazy stuff we did i wish i had brought out my like vlogging camera on one of the nights just so you could see like how much fun we were having sweden i wish i had documented the football tournament and you could have seen you know what it was like to compete at a really high level um and you know how serious and how intense it was i wish i had brought you know my camera to new
york so you could have seen you know the life there you could have seen you know my ex-girlfriend was still pretty much my best friend you could have seen her she's been on the vlog a couple times and you could have seen some of the just incredible memories that i created there and then i mean you've seen my journey in the past three weeks and some of the awesome awesome stuff we did um and how much progress i've made in just like three weeks and that comes to an end tonight start school all right guys
so basically just been schedule uploading or schedule posting on facebook for the club i'm working with on facebook and for instagram as well as doing my own personal schedule posts um schedule posting is one of the ways i stay ahead um and i make sure that i'm consistently posting every week i've i post anywhere from three photos to sometimes seven photos it depends where whether it's summer holidays or not how much content i have at the time how much content is coming in it all depends but especially with this club i'm working with the my
benchmarks are seven facebook posts a week so a facebook post a day and four facebook posts a week for instagram post a week so really just trying to stay ahead with that so i just scheduled two weeks worth of content and then obviously i have youtube and snapchat and then search engine optimization other work like that but i'm really just trying to prepare for school mentally and in terms of scheduling things um so guys i hope you guys so guys i hope you've enjoyed this video if you have please leave a thumbs up doing this
