[Music] hello and welcome to testio my name is steven and today i would like to give you an overview of our invitation process as well as the components of a test when you become an approved tester you will receive invitations daily and you can choose which projects you want to take part in you'll be notified of these invitations on your tester dashboard as well as by email however you can turn off email notifications in your profile settings in this case though make sure to check your tester dashboard regularly whether viewing an invitation email or on

your tester dashboard you will always be able to accept an invitation immediately and directly invitation emails have a clearly visible button and the tester dashboard has invitation cards that you can click on after clicking on either you will be taken to the invitation page which has the test instructions and a button yes i will test most tests on our platform take place on a live environment and so live orders aren't allowed before you can gain access to the product you will be testing you must first confirm that you will not make any live orders or

any order attempts before you can begin testing you must first read the test instructions carefully in the out of scope section you will be informed which parts of the product not to test as well as which issues not to submit in this test it is also important to read every feature description to learn about this product and how best to test it in the right hand navigation bar of the test overview page you will find a payout table for bugs and reproductions as well as your requested device your requested device is the only device you

should use for testing and submitting bugs other testers might be able to test with devices different from yours but again only with their requested device now you're ready to test so go to the given url or download the given app and start the bug hunt here's a beginner's tip starting with bug reproductions can help you learn about what a proper bug report looks like as well as provide a smooth start to your testing career once you have found a bug however you should submit it by documenting it according to our rules and standards for more

information about this you can watch our corresponding video in order to unlock the bug report form you should scroll down to the features section of the test overview page find the feature that relates to your bug click it to open the description and then confirm that you have read and understood this feature by clicking on the button at the bottom of the feature description once you have confirmed any one feature the bug submission button will appear in the action bar at the bottom of your screen clicking this button will take you to the bug report

form where you can now submit your bug for this test on the top of the test overview page you will find the time that remains before this test ends in the bugs tab you will see the list of bugs submitted by other testers in this test and in the known bugs list you will see all of the bugs that the customer is already aware of it is important that you check both of these in order to avoid duplicates team leaders will reject any duplicate bug report and therefore it will not be paid in the last

tab you will find the test chat which you can use to communicate with team leaders in case you have any questions or issues as well as to communicate with other testers team leaders will use the test chat to post announcements updates or clarifications so make sure to check it regularly well i hope you have found this summary of our invitation and testing process useful and good luck on your first test run i hope to see you again soon take care
