your toilet shoots out poop particles when you flush and if your toothbrush is sitting nearby well then you're technically brushing your teeth with poop now it's a microscopic amount and it shouldn't make you sick but still if you want to completely eliminate poop particles just hide your toothbrush and close the toilet seat when you flush
