I fall asleep immediately because my trust is in God. You who live in the shelter of the Most High, you who live in the shelter of the Almighty, say to the Lord: "You are my refuge, my stronghold, my God in whom I trust. " (Psalms 91:1-2) (Close your eyes, relax and pay attention to each word of this powerful prayer) Lord, tonight I put the littleness of my life in your hands, so that while I sleep you will sanctify all my intentions.
I give you everything I have in my heart, small and poor, so that when I wake up tomorrow I reflect how much I love you. Send your Holy Spirit upon me so that with his seven gifts he may make me a witness of your Truth. Give me the grace, Lord, through your Spirit to know you even more, to love you even more, to experience you in every moment of my existence.
Before going to sleep, I want to forgive and bless those who have hurt me during this week, and also forgive myself if I do not act as well as you would have liked. I free myself right now, before going to sleep, of all the burdens that I carry with me, forgiving each and every one of the people involved, in order to transform it into an experience of learning and wisdom. Teach me Lord to enjoy this life, to lead a lighter and lighter life, to not dramatize each event in my life so much, I want to be able to enjoy the simple things, which are the ones that really bring us happiness.
I want to live my life with joy and passion with everything I do, always be with me, Lord, in my activities, in my work and in my relationships. Also accompany me, Lord, in my worries and difficulties, may I always find the time to be with you, to contemplate You and contemplate everything that surrounds me. Help me to increase my faith in You every day, let nothing disturb me because in my heart I know that all the best that comes to my life comes from You.
Open and illuminate my paths, please grant me health, work and money to have peace and fully cover my basic needs. Never allow shortcomings to cause sadness in my home, give me help in everything I need in my life, surround me with good and honorable people who know how to share and give love. Tonight I come to You, Lord, so that you fill me with your peace, that my heart is open to your call, that it is always good and docile, that it leaves no room for selfishness.
Give me, Lord, a compassionate heart like yours, cleanse my sins and my wounds tonight and allow me to be a new and better person every morning. I thank you, Lord, for all the blessings in my life, family, friends, love, hope and a safe future. Thank you for this wonderful day that you gave me, I declare in the Name of Jesus that today I will rest with Your company and care and my sleep will be deep and pleasant.

Thus God will give you his peace, that peace that the people of this world cannot understand, but that protects the hearts and understanding of those who already belong to Christ.

Now that I am about to go to sleep and I am more relaxed, I can feel all your immense love and I can understand that every situation I faced today was a beautiful opportunity to grow spiritually. That is why I tell you, Lord: “You are my owner, my only asset. ” Lord, You are my joy and my inheritance, my destiny is in your hands.
I will bless the Lord who advises me, who even at night instructs my conscience, I always keep the Lord in mind, with him at my right I will never fail. Do not allow him to live as absent, without giving testimony, without joy, without anything to transmit to the world, make him live with the doors open to make known your signs, your good news, your Truth. I want to go out every day to give my best, I beg you to help me do good, to act wisely and fairly, please give me energy in my activities, in my work and in all my obligations.
Help me, Lord, to strip myself of my self, to bare my soul and my heart, to leave everything that is unnecessary to get closer to You. Take away from me and my family all types of nightmares, all types of evil that may come to haunt my house, bless my dreams so that they are pleasant and restorative, so that my soul and my mind achieve a peaceful sleep. On this night your Holy Spirit floods the world, may everyone find an answer to their cries, may hope flourish, may every illness be cured and may humanity have the wisdom to accept that your plans are perfect.
