The Bible identify Jesus Christ not only as the son of God, not only as the savior of our soul, not only as the custodian or the giver of wisdom, but Jesus

Christ was addressed as the wisdom of God. The Bible speaking in the book of 1 Corinthians 1 verse 24b. He said Jesus Christ the wisdom not the giver. He himself is the wisdom and the power of God. Luke 11:49 he said Then said the wisdom of God. That was Jesus Christ speaking there that I will send unto them the apostles and the prophet. So Jesus Christ was referred to as the wisdom of God. And while Solomon made an altar of sacrifice, the Bible said the Lord appeared to him in the night and said, "Solomon, what

would you want me to give to you?" That was an open check that was given to Solomon. Solomon did not ask for things. He asked for Jesus himself. Apostle taught us that every time you want to see the president, I mean if you want to see the governor or the local government chairman, don't struggle to see to be looking for them. Just bring the president. Every other person must show up in honor of the person that you have brought. AND SO SOLOMON ASKED IN THE BOOK of first 2 Chronicles chapter 1 verse 10 to 12.

We read and then we pray from there. That Solomon giving us an intelligence on the altar of prayer that We should not be asking God for things if you can only ask for him. Every other thing that defines his possibilities will follow you. AND SOLOMON SAID, "NOW GIVE ME wisdom that I may go out in before his people who can judge." And verse 11 and 12 and the Bible said, "Solomon, you are so intelligent not to ask. asked for riches, not to have asked for wealth, not to have asked for honor, not to have asked

for longevity of your life, nor even the life of your enemy, But you have asked for me. IN ADDITION, BECAUSE YOU HAVE ASKED FOR ME, I'M GOING TO GIVE you all these possibilities and the condute for the transference of the wisdom of God is the word of God. Tonight, the word of God will be coming. I like you to lift up your voice and say, "Lord, give me wisdom. Give me understanding. Give me knowledge." SOMEBODY'S PRAYING THAT LORD, AS I'M BEGINNING THIS MONTH OF FEBRUARY, I'M NOT ASKING YOU FOR THINGS. I SUSTAIN AN INTELLIGENCE THAT

WE'RE GOING TO LIFT UP OUR VOICE AND SHOUT, "FATHER, I submit TO TRANSFORMATION BY THE

WORD OF GOD." LIFT UP YOUR VOICE AND PRAY. I SUBMIT BY THE WORD OF GOD. I BECOME CONFORMED TO THE WORD OF GOD. I'M THE I CONFIRM. I GIVE MYSELF. I CONFIRM. I GIVE MYSELF. and what God can do is as a result of what we have heard of and what you have Read about of people's personal encounters with God. And so, um, people that experienced the parting of the Red Sea, it was passed down from generation to generation. A man would encounter God's intervention and insist that the ends of the earth, the next generation must hear of what the Lord did in my life. And now we come generations afterwards. And we can still hold on to those testimonies that were shared in scripture. place our faith upon the word

And the integrity of God that if he did it before, he can do it again. This is the power of testimonies. And so for every testimony you're about to hear tonight, know that what God did in their lives turned their situations around, he is ever ready to do even greater in your life. to thank God for his goodness in my life. I have followed Apostle Joshua Selman's messages since 2022. The messages have built and guided me in many ways that words cannot fully express. I have been married for 4 years, but it was a longd distanceance marriage. My husband had been working abroad for almost 8 years and he could only visit every two years. Long-distance marriage is not easy. It requires the grace of God to be sustained. My husband and I kept praying to God to open doors for me to join him. And for a long time,

nothing seemed to Work. Still, we held on to our faith. Last year, Apostle preached a message where he made declarations that we would go forward. That prayer stayed with me and later that same year, a door opened. My husband applied for visa again and this time it was granted. Can we celebrate Jesus? Today I am living with my husband in Kuwait and I have a good job. God has truly been faithful and while I was on the plane, my eyes were filled with tears of joy because of all That God has done. say that many declarations we say amen to do not just go into the air and disappear. No, they change things and situations. I do not take it for granted that God has answered a longstanding prayer. I even sent in a prayer request and now I can see what God has done. Glory be to Jesus. Can we join Victoria all the way in Malawi and celebrate the faithfulness of God. Josephine says I write to testify of the goodness and mercy of the Lord in my life. I struggled with masturbation from 2012 and years later I started watching pornography. At the time it felt good and gradually became part of my life. I was in another religion then but in 2024 I gave my life to Christ and joined Coonia online. I'll be grateful for salvation.

As I listened to testimonies of people who had been delivered from that spirit, I would say to myself, "One day it will be me." I cried to God for mercy and Forgiveness, asking him to intervene in my life. One day, Apostle Joshua Selman said that we should roll on the floor, cry to God, and place what was our desire before him, trusting that he would answer. I obeyed. I tried for hours and continued for months, pressing into God in prayer. To the glory of God, it has now been four months since I last had the

urge to masturbate, and I've completely stopped watching pornography. Are we grateful to God for deliverance? Hallelujah. Now, see what began to unfold. In the same process, Josephine says, "Many other issues were healed. Persistent vaginal itchiness stopped, vaginal discharge stopped, and recurring sexual dreams seized. My prayer life has been revived, anger issues disappeared, and depression is no more. Now I am thankful and grateful. Excuse me. Pamela is testifying from Lagos. On the 16th of February 2023, Pamela says, "While get while getting ready for Work, I felt a sharp pain while urinating and I collapsed on my bathroom floor. The pain persisted, so I went for an abdominal scan that same day. I was diagnosed with ovarian cysts and mild hydronosis, a swelling of the right kidney due to improper urine drainage. At that

point, fear took over. I felt my world crumble and I began to battle thoughts of kidney failure and death. Although I prayed, I Was not fully grounded in faith at that time. Fast forward to 2024. I had been listening to Apostle Joshua Selman's messages but was not consistent. In July 2024, the sharp pain returned while urinating. This time I made a conscious decision to fast and seek God earnestly for healing, knowing that only he could set me free. And during the the August miracle service, Apostle Selman instructed us to place our hands on the area

where we were believing God for Healing. I placed my hand on the right side of my abdomin of my abdomen cried out to God and asked for healing. In that moment, someone say in that moment, >> I felt a strong sensation flow through my body and then an overwhelming peace from that day till now. The pain has never returned. Is someone celebrating Jesus? Never returned. Pamela says, "I was pregnant for most of 2025 and I gave birth to a healthy and perfect baby Boy." Is someone celebrating God's faithfulness? In December, Pamela says, 2025, December 2025,

I went for another abdominal scan and to the glory of God, both kidneys were fully functional with no sign of hydro hydronosis. My kidney function test came back perfect. I was diagnosed to have fibroid multiple fibroid and um the doctor said it will be impossible or it will be rather difficult for me to conceive and um that information broke me down. I was Devastated but I I key into apostle messages. I we were listening to his messages and also doing what he asked us to do in the messages. And um on March 13, 2022, we came for Coronia and after the service, we waited behind and to see apostle and on to to the glory of the Lord, we met him. Apostle was actually he

came out quite late so he didn't even have time to ask what your problem was. So he was just praying for us. And when he got to my turn, Apostle stopped and I Move a step backward. Then came back again and said he saw me being tied and he prayed for me. We left that day with conviction that I was free because I knew that was not just normal and we came into the prayers and we continue praying. People of God, a prayer miracle service before we came for service. I confirmed I was pregnant to

the glory of God. The pregnancy was a was quite a ter it was quite a difficult one because of the Fibroid. So I was having severe pains. I had to go back to Kaduna to meet a gynecologist who was actually seeing me and um checking me regularly. Then um when I was 22 weeks pregnant, I went for normal checkup, he was scanning me and he told me that let him be let he just be sincere to me that um with what he's seeing it will be difficult for this child to survive that the fibroid were

actually growing very fast and they were pressing on the baby and it will be Difficult. I left there that day I was crying. My cousin that was there with me, she encouraged me. She told me that was what the doctor have said. But the Lord have not said that. I came to to pray and I kept believing God. I was 32 weeks gone and I went back again for checkup. The doctor told me that um I was one of the luckiest woman he was seen. And I I told him I was not lucky. I was

blessed. And today my baby My baby is 3 years old. Two years later I took him again and I still went back to the same gynecologist. He was surprised and he congratulated me. The pregnancy of this baby was smooth. Everything was fine. There was not any pain. I give all the glory. But when I gave birth to this baby, 3 weeks later, she was diagnosed to have seizure. Like the seizure will happen like five to eight times a day. It was that bad. went to senologist and Um they placed her on on a drug that

she takes every day. We did all tests. We did MRI scan. We did EEG all manner of test and it came out negative that there was nothing medically they could not see anything but my baby was still having a seizure. So they placed us on drugs. We actually on drugs. I kept on praying. We kept on believing God. Last service we came for miracle service and um we stayed back to see apostle for prayers. Apostle prayed for my baby And people of God since that day. She has not been on drugs since Sunday. Until now

there is nothing like seizure. We have come to it all. Glory to God. Apostro, we appreciate God for your calling. We ask that the Lord will anoint you more and more. Moses stood. I'd like you to pray that in this month that you will enjoy the help of God. Two minutes to lift up your voice from the depth of your heart, from the bers of your spirit and say, Lord, send me help from Zion. Send me help from Zion. Don't calculate how is he going to come. These people were going to water their father flock. They know where the well is. They know how to draw THE WATER. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING IT TAKES to make it happen. seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God, sent forth into the earth. And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne. Verse 8, it says, "And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and the four and 20 elders fell down before the lamb, having every one of them harps, golden vials full of orders, which are the Prayers of the saints." And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof, for thou was slain,

and has redeemed us unto God by thy blood out of every kindred, throng, people, and nations. Verse 10, it says, "And has made us unto our God, kings and priests, and we shall reign on earth." Four more verses. And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the Throne, and the beasts and the elders, and the number of them was 10,000 * 10,000 and thousands of thousands. 12 saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power and riches and wisdom and strength and honor and glory

and blessing. Take note of the final two verses. and every creature, this is where we come in now, which is in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them. I heard them Saying, blessing and honor, and glory and power be unto him that sits upon the throne, and to the Lamb forever and ever. The final verse, and the four beasts said, Amen. and the four and 20 elders fell down and worshiped him that liveth forever and ever. I just showed you from that

scripture a picture of the worship in heaven that what happens on earth sometimes when it looks like we are enraptured in an atmosphere is because we come in sync With something that is already happening in heaven and the moment you tap into that frequency it's as if you are not in the earth again something begins to happen is your assignment to begin that's what we call ascension it doesn't mean coming out of your body is that you are rising almost like levitating frequencies and you will hit a mark in the spirit where you would now

join the family in heaven. It's like a resonance. What they are saying in heaven is what You are saying on the earth. That's how people draw songs. You see there are many songs that we sing on earth here that the origin is in heaven. It came to men as visions. Some just saw it and took it from the Bible. But some of these melodies you see on earth that don't die is because they were imported parts of it. I've heard some of those sounds, some of those songs that we sing today. Every time you hear

a song or a melody, it doesn't matter whether it Came by through a circular voice or a sacred voice, if it strikes an a string in your spirit is because it came from a realm that is not earthly. That's why it does not die. I'm saying that because some of these sounds you hear, you can't explain what is doing to you is a resonance. When it is a sound that is produced from heaven and is only being echoed on earth through worship, then you begin to feel the atmosphere through that sound, the Atmosphere of heaven

is replicated. You see that? Now, the same thing the elders were saying, it was the same thing the inhabitants of the earth were saying. So you can get into that that level of synchrony where as they are saying glory to God, we are also saying glory to God. As they are saying hosana, we are also saying hosana. And we begin to experience that throne room experience. But the key is to wait and worship. Most Times we don't have the patience to worship God. Now I understand we live very busy lives. But let me tell you,

if you want to encounter the glory of God in certain dimensions, it takes time. You have to stay and worship. Stay and worship. And a time comes when you connect with something that heaven is doing. Ah. Ah. Ah. We behold the glory of God. We behold the glory of God. We behold the glory of God. We behold the glory of God. We behold until we are found. We behold until we are found. When you are consistent with the business of God's presence, the practice of God's presence, when you are consistent with the business of prayer, when you are consistent with the business of the word, when you are consistent with the business of Corporate fellowship, then your growth becomes inevitable. You see, you don't pray once in a while and grow consistently. You don't study and learn scripture once in a while and grow consistently. You don't fellowship and connect with the brethren once in

a while and then grow consistently. The product is consistency. Acts 2:42. And they continued steadfastly. Beginning is wonderful, but the secret is in the continuation. They Continued steadfastly in the apostles doctrine and in fellowship and in breaking of bread and in prayers. Acts chapter 6 and verse4 but we will give ourselves continually continually. Jesus was speaking about the disciples and he said ye who have continued with me. Ye who have continued with me. One time he looked at them and said, "Will you also go?" And they said, "Whom to whom Shall we go? You alone

have the words of life." The key is consistency. When you find someone who is robust in the spirit, it is not just a one-time visitation of God's presence, a one-time study, one-time worship. The key is immersing yourself consistently. He that dwells, not he that visits, he that dwells in the secret place of the most high. The Bible says that person shall abide under the shadow of his wings. There are Things you say when you dwell in his presence. There are words that come from you. You see, I will say of the Lord as a testimony.

I have dwelt in the presence of God. I will say of the Lord. There are things you cannot say of the Lord until you dwell in his presence. If you don't dwell, you cannot have the confidence to make certain bold statements. You cannot say of the Lord, he's a healer until you dwell in his Presence. You cannot say of the Lord, he is dependable until you dwell in his presence. So if you have the fear and the laxity to make certain proclamations, it is because you have not dwelt in the secret place of the most

high. One of the gifts I have taught you when you are consistent in the spirit especially with the ministry of prayer of the word of worship of fellowship there are a number of things that begin to find expression in your Life. You see number one like I taught you in no particular order is utterance. Utterance is different from oretry. Oretry talks of grammatical prowess. your ability to put thoughts together in a language an earthly language and communicate it coherently and intelligently that is oretry but utterance is a gift of the spirit is a product of

a healthy secret place God gives you an unusual Capacity to communicate divine realities in a way that is so profound is a way that is very intelligent whether people educated or uneducate ated. They are able to receive. It's a spirit communication. In his presence, you receive wisdom, divine wisdom. Hallelujah. In his presence, you receive visions. God begins to give you pictures. He begins to give you explanations. I will stand upon my watch And I will set myself upon the tower that I will see. Not just that I will hear. There is sight when we stay

in his presence. Hallelujah. I'm I'm giving us this preamble to encourage us. This is the year like never before. In the words of Awtoa, we must become intentional practitioners of his presence. It takes time to stay. It takes time to dwell. Is the word cava. It's it's it's the is the picture of a hen on on her eggs. You stay there until the egg hatches, not until you are tired. You see, because something happens for every time the hen rests upon the eggs. She's supplying the warmth and the energy that it takes until that egg

becomes a living cheek. So when you stay in his presence that shakina comes to mantle you rests upon your life and many things are transmuted To your spirit. Some of them you are aware at the point of encounter but some of them you will not be aware until days months you just realize that you have stepped into a possibility. You cannot exactly tell when it came. There's an upgrade in your level of intelligence an upgrade in your level of comprehension. an upgrade in the outworkings of the power of God through your life. You just know

that every time you say be healed, there are more testimonies now. You Can't exactly trace which meeting. Are we together now? Yes. That's how it works. So my encouragement for us is that when we come to the house of God, participate in every part of the service. Don't select the part of the service you think you want. It was designed to give you an overall spiritual experience from the prayers, the charge, the testimonies, the gings, the worship, the singing, the word, the Prophetic declarations. Every part of the service was so designed for maximum spiritual edification.

The design is not man-made. It came by the wisdom of the spirit is a strategy that if followed, you see, God is a god of patterns like you have learned in this house. Every time you see the glory of God manifest in an area of a man's life, it is proof that a divine pattern has been adhered to. Do you understand that now? So the way it works in the spirit is that the Glory of God, watch this, the glory of God is always connected to divine patterns. And the glory of God, like I've taught

you, comes from the word kabod dogza. It is a compendium of every component in God that makes him God. Are we together? His wisdom, his favor, his wealth, his power, every spiritual quality whatsoever. The way it works is that God's glory desires to be manifested Upon the earth. The Bible says that the knowledge of the glory of God will cover the earth as waters cover the sea. Are we together now? Praise the name of the Lord. But the way that technology, please listen carefully. The way it works is that there must be an adherence to

divine patterns. Every time you adhere to divine patterns, God's stamp that you have adhered correctly is that a deposit of his glory that is connected to that pattern is released immediately. So if you see someone become wealthy God's way, that is an expression of God's glory. But it is also an attestation that his patterns have been kept. When you find someone unusually anointed, anointed to heal, are we together? Anointed to walk in the supernatural, that is an expression of God's glory, signs and wonders, but it is connected to a specific defined pattern. So if you

desire to walk in more of God's glory, you don't just ask him for it. Moses said, "Show me your ways." Then he would later say, "Show me your glory." That's how it works. When he shows you his ways, then he will show you his glory. If you are a preacher for instance and you are not seeing the glory of God in your life in terms of your spiritual acumen, in terms of the performance of God's word, there's no point just praying and say, "God, give me power. Give me this a sincere Prayer." But the way

to get it is to go and find out the pattern connected to that glory. The healing anointing as an expression of God's glory is connected to an exact pattern. Influence and increase as an expression of God's glory is connected to a specific pattern. Wealth, kingdom wealth is connected to a specific pattern. Are we together? Longevity of impact as an expression of God's glory is connected to a specific pattern. Favor as an expression of God's glory is connected to a specific pattern. Now, here's what happens in church. We know the expressions of God's glory. We call

them our desires. We call them our prayer request. But we're unwilling to study and to learn the patterns. You see it now. So when you submit yourself consistently you like you're doing now whether you are following online or watching what you are doing is that you are learning the patterns of the kingdom And as you learn the patterns of the kingdom what happens is the corresponding measure of glory. The Bible calls them weights of glory. So it's like it's like kilos. You know how you measure meat beef or you measure gold. So you may carry

say for instance just for example 5 g of glory that's wonderful but it cannot do anything much are we together now and then when you stay to learn the patterns the weight is added now it goes to 10 Now it goes to 50 my goodness there are people who are carrying tons of it tons are we together now so you find an individual carrying that ton and what what happens listen let me have your attention what happens is that that atmosphere and that weight you are carrying. Anybody who comes under the influence of your spiritual

circumference must feel the weight of it too. This is what we call the cloud. This is What we call the atmosphere. So the impact spiritually that you feel when you come in proximity with men are not all the same. The physical body may look the same but spiritually men are carrying glories in weights. I'll tell you this. Look at this. You can be fasting for one year over an issue but you will come into the presence of a man and that answer comes immediately. It is because the weight of glory that person is carrying that

need Is not a prayer request in that glory. So the moment you come under that influence, it becomes an answer immediately. You see that now? For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the weight the weight of glory. The weight of glory. Let me tell you this. When you really want to be a blessing, stay and carry the glory of God. There are many things you will not Need to talk too much about. That cloud will do the speaking. You step into a place and sick people

are healed. You step into a place answers that are taken one year, they just arrive like rain because you you have become a vessel that can pull I mean it's like a it's like a tractor. You can pull a level of glory and bring it so that it becomes a blessing. Hallelujah. Weights of glory. You don't have to be a Man of God. You don't have to be in the five-fold ministry. So don't you think I'm just talking to pastors. This is how believers should live. This is the justification of your time in church. One

of the ways you know whether a ministry is profiting you is by the weight of glory. You cannot be at the same level that you've been there for 2 years, for 3 years. Justify. Don't tell me about membership form. That's wonderful. But show me the weight of Glory that has come through your understanding of the patterns. This is what the Lord commanded that ye should do. And then the glory of God shall appear unto you. If the glory of God does not appear in your life, your ministry, it is not God's fault. Is that there

is a defiance in divine pattern. That's what he told Cain. He said, "If you have done correctly, will you not be accepted?" Don't say, "God, why am I not Prospering?" There is a divine pattern connected to wealth, God's way. Time will not automatically bring you into it. It is an understanding. And this right here, ladies and gentlemen, is the assignment of the teaching ministry. The teaching ministry brings you through the ministry of the Holy Spirit. Through the scripture and through the gift of utterance, it brings you into a comprehension. It opens your eyes. Ephesians 3

and:9. It opens your eyes That all men to make men see. That's the key to make ALL MEN SEE WHETHER they are educated or not. To make all men see regardless their field of endeavor, when you come under the influence of a prophetic teaching ministry, it takes away the veil. So you can see it doesn't matter the subject of discussion. I'm helping you so that you will know that whether you are outside, whether you are inside, whether you are falling online, every Service is an opportunity to carry a weight of glory. And sometimes it can

be slow. So some of you are not feeling it until you get back to where you used to be. And you find out that what was hard is no longer hard. It's not necessarily because you changed per se. Is that a greater weight of glory came on you. Hallelujah. Praise the name of the Lord. I once watched a machine that crushes metals and crushes cars. So they just Put anything under it and it just chops it off like a knife chopping vegetables in the kitchen. But one time they brought steel and kept it under that

machine and it pressed and pressed and the machine stopped moving. It could not crush it. You see that now? So there are some situations that crush you and bend you is because of the material. You have not evolved in the spirit. You are still clay. You are still wood. By The time you transit to silver, then to gold, some things will not happen again. The fire that burns wood cannot burn gold. Makes no difference whatsoever. A house can burn and while you are packing the ashes, you will still see gold jewelries there because the temperature

was not enough to melt it. Before your presence came and changed me. before your presence came and changed me. I wouldn't go back. I can't go back to the way it used to be before your presence came and changed me. I won't go back. and go back to the way it used to be before your presence came and changed me. >> So ladies and gentlemen, what you see every time you come here is the cloud of glory. Our assignment is to walk in partnership with the spirit of grace to allow for that atmosphere. But once

that glory comes, we are ready to Teach. Once that glory comes, we're ready to move in the spirit. And when you are immersed in that glory, you may not know the reason why the words come with the level of impact that it creates in your spirit. It's not the speaking. No, it's that something is happening in the realm of the spirit. Behind the scene, there are impartations. Things are leaving. Things are coming. There there's an exchange happening in the spirit. Something you always had before, Now is coming with a light. And the bulb is lit

in your spirit. The word is driving away darkness. John 1:5. Because it shines in the midst of the darkness. Now the darkness cannot contra comprehend. Your fears are going melting like butter in the presence of fire. You are seeing that it does not really carry that kind of power. The power you have accorded your fears. Your fears are only a demonstration of your ignorance. As the word of God comes changing you, fear Goes, it dies. You are not mechanically trying to be bold. The word makes you so. It gives you that fortification. You can face

life with confidence. See that your Monday should not be the same. Your Tuesday should not be the same. If Monday and Tuesday is the same, Sunday was wasted. You see that? Now, you must carry a weight of glory in February that you did not carry in January. That's the justification that there's an ongoing Process of growth in your spirit man. Next time you ask what is the difference between men in terms of the possibilities they command. I'm telling you now it's not stature. It's not the sound of their voice. It is the weight of glory

that is an attestation of their spiritual knowledge. They have done business with God in deep waters and the glory is the reward. Wait, you cannot come with a one g dimension of glory and then want to confront Golth. No, it Doesn't work that way. The goal is to take advantage of the word of God and open your eyes and pound upon pound, kilogram upon kilogram for want of word, that glory keeps resting on you that when you step out of this place, there are things you would not need to talk about again. It begins to

leave because you are a carrier of the glory of God. Can you turn this church into a prayer in one minute? Father, more of your glory in my life. Now I've Seen the reason why things don't move as fast as they should. I see the reason why my fears are still there. I see the reason why my doubts are still there. Someone go ahead and pray. One minute you are praying. Let it be from the depth of your heart. Man of God, go ahead and pray. The generation you are sent to is not just depending

on your sermons but depending on the weight of glory that backs your teachings that backs Your doing business that backs your doing politics. That's the secret. It's not just what we do is the weight of glory that stands behind what we do. Go ahead and pray one minute. You are preparing the soil of your heart. Is a determined sister praying tonight. Is there a brother who is angry at the level you are ready to press deeper for our light afflictions which is but for a moment workketh in us a far more Eternal weight of glory.

It works in us an eternal weight of glory. It works in us an eternal weight of glory. 10 more seconds. Preparing the soil of your heart. This is coonia. It's a place of encounter. Hallelujah. Praise the name of the Lord. In the name of Jesus, may tonight's teaching add to the weight of glory >> that will rest upon your life. >> It is in Jesus name we pray. >> Please be seated. A quick announcement. God gave me an instruction. Um, every once in a while this divine instructions that double as strategies just come. And most

times God does it by his wisdom. He's declared it over our lives that this is a year of deliverance and it's a year of exemption. And I can tell you if there's any year we got the prophetic word right, it is this year. As the year unfolds, you will see The wisdom of the spirit of God. So God gave me an instruction for the next three months. February or March, April and May. The third Sunday of every of these months would be a time of worship and warfare. Hallelujah. Just for the three months. I don't

know why God gave me the instruction for 3 months. So March, the third Sunday in March, the third Sunday in April, and the third Sunday in May is going to be An a time of extraordinary worship and warfare. Hallelujah. When God sends a word like this, it is because he has seen the future. Hallelujah. For every one of those times, we're going to be bringing in some of our worshippers that we know are prophetic worshippers that really have the hand of God upon their lives. And it's going to be a stretch in the spirit. We

will worship, we will pray, we will war, we will establish things in The spirit. So take note. March is 15th. April should be what now? Um my screen is not clear here. April is 19th and May is 17th. Mark the dates. Every service this year is a powerful one. But please mark the third third services of every month. Beginning from March, not April, beginning from March. Invite everybody and for those of you who are connecting across the globe, please do the work of an evangelist. you would would the media would prompt you When is the

third Sunday. Make sure you get the word across to everyone. It's going to be an extraordinary time. Hallelujah. For the month of March, we'll be having Dunin here. We'll be leading us through. Hallelujah. I've asked him to come with his entire team and would give them about 1 hour of uncensored prophetic worship. Hallelujah. And it's it's not special number. It's prophetic worship. The kind of worship that unlocks keys. Hallelujah. Praise the name of the Lord. And so, um, please take note of that. I believe that God intends to do us good this year and will

maximize every opportunity he's providing for us in Jesus' name. Hallelujah. All right. So, let's get into our teaching for tonight. I'm teaching on the subject Let us pray. um is a press to gain mastery again in prayer. Every once in a while, God brings us a word on prayer and I want to show us a few things in addition to the Things that we have learned. That's my assignment to help guide you and provide spiritual intelligence as it relates to various aspects of the kingdom. And today is not just going to be a discussion. I

would discuss a few things and pause. Then we'll pray. Then I'll discuss. Then we'll pray. Then we'll end with prayer. Let's see how far God will help us on this journey. Are you ready? Luke 18 and verse one. Let us pray. We're pressing to gain Greater spiritual understanding in the place of prayer. He spake a parable. The Bible says to the end that men ought always to pray and not to faint. Men ought always to pray and not to faint. In 1 Thessalonians chapter 5 and verse 17, the Bible says to pray without ceasing. I

really sense in my heart tonight I I don't know why but this is something that has lingered for weeks now I sense That not just for Coonia but um across many there's there's there's a birthing happening in the spirit over destinies a birthing of dimensions and um I want you to be very sensitive um sometimes we do not understand the full scope of what God is doing but every time the holy The Holy Spirit is trying to push something out. You know, like a woman who is in labor room, trying to push out that baby.

You must be sensitive because for someone that baby can be a new dimension For you. That baby can be years restored. That baby can be a new dimension of the prophetic, a new dimension of the apostolic. You must be sensitive so you don't miss your season. So on one side on one hand you are listening to me but on the other hand you are sensitive to what the Holy Spirit is also transmuting to you. Praise the name of the Lord. Okay that's true I the Lord placed it in my heart. Please somewhere in the course

Of the sermon we'll sing that pastor song my victory is in the blood. Just find anybody any of the ladies share that song. So we'll raise it. I noted it here because I had the song in the place of prayer and when I'm praying about the meeting and I hear songs like that, one of the reason may be that there's an anointing on it and God wants us to sing it. So somewhere I'm sure somewhere in the course of the teaching there will be something that will connect to that song And then we take a

minute or two and just push it in in the name of Jesus Christ. Hallelujah. Colossians chapter 4 and:2 a final scripture and then I begin to establish a few things. The thrust of my teaching tonight is to really really show you what prayer does in the life of the believer. That's what I really want to focus on. So I will give you a few preamles as reminders or refreshers. You See that? And then we'll go to the full thrust of tonight's teaching. I want to show you what prayer really does in the life of a

believer. Colossians 4 and verse two. 4 and verse two. It says, "Continue in prayer." You see the word there again? Continue in prayer and watch in the same with thanksgiving. Continue in prayer. Now I've taught us in this house that prayer is at the fabric of all things spirituality Whether it's the Christian faith or in the faith of our brothers the Muslims Islam Buddhism you know and all religions most if not all religions believe in the concept of connecting with the divine connecting with a being connecting with a cosmic power or whatever name it is

that they give it. And so prayer is one of the indices that define spirituality across any territory, across any nation. Praise the name of the Lord. And it's important for Us to understand the subject of prayer. Praise the name of the Lord. Let me pause for a minute and just honor uh two great people who just stepped in. Archbishop John Praise. Sir, we honor you. Please give him a big God bless you. Thank you so much for your presence and Bishop Makanto, God bless you, sir. Such an honor. Coonia warehouse of honor. Can we bless

these great fathers? Thank you. Hallelujah. Praise the name of the Lord. So the idea Of prayer is at the fabric of all things spirituality. Those we call unbelievers are only unbelievers with respect to the Christian faith. They are believers in something or in someone. Are we together? And regardless what they believe, they believe in the idea of connecting to the divine. The prophets of bell, they prayed. The Elijah the prophet, he prayed. One thing common between two of them was that they all Believed and agreed that men would outsource strength based on their connection to

the divine. And in general sense, prayer has to do with communion. Prayer has to do with communication. Prayer has to do with fellowship. I taught you here that beyond receiving, beyond making petitions, prayer in its essence has to do with communion, with fellowship. Hallelujah. With worship in fact and then of course communicating our thoughts, communicating our needs, Communicating our fears, communicating our desires. It is essentially seen as a way of communicating to God. Now, because we are believers, we don't call him a cosmic power. We don't call him a divine reality. We don't call him

a heavenly being. He is God Almighty. The Bible is very clear. The Christian faith is very powerful because it defines God. It doesn't leave God to an abstract concept. There are many religions with all due Respect, their definition of God is not a person, it's a concept. But in the Christian faith, the Bible is very clear as to the definition of God. When we worship, we worship him that sits upon the throne and the lamb. John 17:3, "This is life eternal, that they may know thee, the only true God, and Jesus whom thou has sent."

Hallelujah. Let the wise man not glory in his wisdom. Let the rich man not glory in his riches. Let the strong man not glory in his Strength. But let him that glory glory in this that he understandeth and knoweth me. Hallelujah. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge wisdom. The knowledge of the holy that is understanding. And so when we deal with the matter of God uh in the Christian faith, it's not an abstract concept. We are serving a living God with a defined personality who can be known. Even though he's eternally

magnificent and mysterious, but he has Fragmented himself in a way that those he died for can know him. God can be known as mighty as he is. We cannot know all of God. Unfortunately, it will be an eternal journey and unfolding one layer after another. Allelujah. The Bible says there is no searching of his understanding. However, he has provided a template that can guide us. We know God by studying his nature. We know God by studying his wisdom. We know God by studying his power. That's the model the Bible gives. In learning God, the believer

is left with this three-fold approach. We know God. Again, I repeat, digressing for a reason. By studying his nature, to the degree to which you understand the nature of God, you have come into a functional knowledge of God. Number two, we know God by exploring his wisdom. Thou will show me the path of life. It's in your light we see light. Hallelujah. He's the fountain of wisdom. So when we learn his works, his wisdom, We access knowledge of him. And then number three, we study his power. Acts chapter 1 or Ephesians 1 19, Paul was

praying over the church in Ephesus. And among the many things he wanted them to know was the exceeding greatness of his power to us world who believe. He wanted us not just to know to have knowledge the spirit of revelation but to know the exceeding greatness of his power. The power that was invested when he raised Christ from the dead. Paul himself said That I may know him. That means God can be known. That I may know him and the power of his resurrection. The fellowship of his suffering. Hallelujah. So prayer is communion. Prayer is

fellowship with God. 2 Corinthians 13:14. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. The love of God. We we quote it every time even though largely without understanding. And the fellowship, that's where we get the word coonia. The fellowship of the Holy Spirit. It says To be with us all. And would you shout amen to that? >> Amen. >> Hallelujah. I have um by way of summary and a recap I have taught us that essentially even though I will break it down to other layers now but essentially prayer has a four-fold assignment. Number one, prayer is

has the first assignment for the transformation and the growth of the believer. That is a major part of the assignment of prayer For our growth and our transformation. Luke 9:29. And as he prayed, the fashion of his countenance was altered and his raignment became white and gering. So the first and major assignment of prayer is for your growth and transformation. Number two, I'm still going to elaborate on it. Prayer is a platform for obtaining requests and making petitions. According to scripture, the authorized channel for making requests and your petitions, obtaining promises is through Prayer. Mark

11:24, verily, verily, I say unto you, what thingsoever ye desire when ye pray, believe that thou receivest them, and thou shalt have them. Matthew 7:7 and 8. Ask, and you shall receive. Seek and you shall find. Knock. It says and the door shall be open. It says for everyone that askketh receiveth. Are we learning? The Bible says to be anxious for nothing. It says but in everything by prayer and supplication with Thanksgiving. Let your requests be made known unto God. Apostle James taught us. He said ye have not because ye ask not. So prayer is

a platform for making petitions and for obtaining requests. Number three, the third assignment of prayer according to scripture is for creation and spiritual legislation. In Genesis chapter 1:26-28, man was given what we call the dominion mandate. He was given stewardship over this side of God's kingdom to be a Faithful steward. And the Bible says, "Moreover, it is required in stewards that a man be found faithful. And part of our job of faithfully stewarding the earth is to exert dominion over it." And in doing so, he designed man to function like him. So he created man

in his image. The image talks about the nature of Christ, the fruit of the spirit. But the function of God means to speak like him and to have things appear and then of course to do the works of Christ. Are You learning now? When we speak the Bible says where the word of a king is, there is power. It says declare ye that thou mightest be justified. Our words are not empty. The mouth of the believer is not just for eating, swallowing food. It is for creating, defining, redefining your possibilities. It is true. Hallelujah. Creation

and spiritual legislation. You pass decrees in the spirit. You make Decrees in the name of Jesus. The centurion said, "Speak the word only." He understood the power of words. He says, "I am a centurion. I have men under me. I am under authority. And by reason of that authority I say not just wish I say to one go and he goeth. I say to one come and he cometh. And he said you don't need to come to my house. Speak the word only. And Jesus said wow I've not found such faith such understanding. No not

in Israel. Words Are powerful. They create possibilities. Curses walk through words. Blessings walk through words. Limitations come through words. Liberty comes through words. Deliverance comes through words. Bondage comes through words. Hallelujah. The blessing came through words. And God blessed man and said, although he had created man, Genesis 1:1, in the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Verse two, now the earth was dark, was void, was formless, and the Spirit of God over the face of the waters. Verse three. And God said, "Every creative spirit speaks, and if man is created in the image

and the likeness of God, then you must be a talking spirit." I pray for you in the name of Jesus, understanding the power of prayer. You will never be silent when you should be speaking. >> The reason why James was beheaded, I believe, is because the church was silent. There's no record of the church Praying when James was held. They held James. I'm sure they were just lamenting among themselves and he was beheaded. And the Bible says when Herod saw that it pleased the Jews, he now captured Peter and kept him waiting to deliver him

after the Passover. But the church became angry. The Bible says on the night before his handover, the everything had been in place for his deliverance or his his destruction. The Bible said, "But prayer," now the church Decided to open their mouth to speak. But prayer was made without ceasing by the church unto God for him and angels came. When the boat was going to destroy the apostle, I'm sure the people were crying and calling all kinds of people. He subjected himself and began to speak. And an angel appeared and told him, he said, "Be patient.

Find rest. There shall be no loss." And he said, "Hey, gentlemen, I have seen an angel. He has Appeared to me." And he said, "There shall be no loss." The Bible says the boat rocked left, right, and center. They lost some properties, but the boat sailed safely and arrived an island called Melita. Words. Words. Words. When Abraham was dismitting his other children, he gave them gifts. But the Bible says to Isaac, he gave him everything he had. There was no mention Of giving him any physical thing, but he gave him words. And Isaac sowed in

that land. But because of the words he carried, he reaped that same year. He increased, he waxed until the Philistines envied him. I pray for you again. You will not be silent when you should be speaking. >> Hallelujah. And then number four, prayer according to scripture is a platform, provides a platform for warfare and intercession. I'm still going to recap On this. I want to broaden them a bit and elaborate on them. But just doing a recap over the teachings so that those who have not been here can connect and then together we just rise

to another dimension. It's very important to understand this about prayer. So when you are praying you are not just shouting and miss. Idol worshippers pray without understanding because they are praying to an unknown god. But believers must pray with intelligence. Hallelujah. And the first description of spiritual intelligence is an awareness of the God you are praying to and then to understand the assignment of prayer. Prayer does not do everything but prayer is needed in everything. Write that down. Prayer does not accomplish everything but prayer is needed in everything. Another way to put it is that

prayer is not the only key. In the kingdom we have keys, not a key. However, like you have Heard me say, where prayer is not the key, it becomes the hand that holds the key. There are many other keys in the kingdom. If the only key you know is prayer, you will be powerful but you will still be disadvantaged. And I will give you the keys of the kingdom. Prayer being a major part, a foundational key, but not the only key. As seen in the life of Jesus, he prayed, but he did not only pray.

He went to the temple. He was not in the temple to Pray. He went to learn scripture. When Satan attacked him, he did not say I have prayed. He said it is written. Is someone learning now? And there are times that even though he prayed, even though it is written, he needed men. He said come follow me. So these are the principles that make for victory. Sometimes because of the huge role that prayer plays in the overall spiritual economy of the believer, we tend to tilt into the bias of trivializing other maybe not equally but complemented or uh what how do you call it now complimentary spiritual principles and We do that to our detriment. So you find believers who are prayerful. Remember I'm teaching on prayer. They pray very well. But for instance, a man who is prayerful but

does not understand the law of honor. There will be many answers piling in the realm of the spirit. But it will never manifest because of a neglect of one spiritual law. A man can be prayerful and omit the law of diligence. The Bible already tells you without predicting that a lazy man will Catch something and not roast it. Or he will give an excuse. You see that now? So your victory as a believer is an interplay of all the spiritual laws needed for your victory. Prayer being a major one but not the only one. You're

to pray. Now there is the spirit of slumber, spiritual slumber that can come upon a man and attack your prayer life. But you see the human nature is such that you have to be motivated by intelligence and reason to prime people into doing things. Are we together? As humans, we don't do things blindly. If you tell me just sit down, that's the reason why faith is a treasure in the life of a believer. Because faith sometimes does not demand An absolute knowledge of everything. It demands trust in God. So if you ask me to sit

and you don't tell me any other reason, you just say sit there, I will sit in obedience to you. But it does not deny the fact that I will be frustrated because I don't know why I'm seated. Are we together? But if you tell me there are robbers outside and I want you to sit in one place. You see, you have given me the basis for a staying power. Even if it's after 1 hour, my body may Be tired, but my consciousness will supply strength that keeps me there. So the reason why many believers are

epileptic in their prayer life is because we have sort of guilt tripped them to pray. You are not praying. You are not a serious Christian. You are going to be defeated. and and out of guilt they just try to pray but eventually they slack back. The correct way is to help them understand what really happens when you pray. What is The value? What's the treasure? The riches that are derived from a healthy, consistent, everinccreasing prayer life. And in this series of discussion, that's my goal to help you understand what really happens. You see when that

comes you'll begin to pray by yourself by yourself. Go and wait for me at a junction in Way. Apostle why just stay there. Even idols, idols that don't have power, they leure men to worship them by giving them incentives. Hallelujah. If you do not understand the value and the treasure that is in prayer, it will make God and make the faith life look like a selfish manifestation of a wicked and cruel king's desire. And that's not the way God is. Everything prayer is for the profit of the believer. Everything prayer including giving God

praise and worship is still back to the profit of the believer. When I was teaching you about the attributes that brand God as God, there are six of them. One of them in addition to being omnipotent, omnipresent, omniscient is that God is self-existent. Remember God is self-existent. The meaning of that is That God does not need any other agency to maintain himself. Our life is derived from God. We need oxygen. We need you know food. We need whatever it is. We need sleep. Do you know you can be healthy and without sleep you can become

sick again. But the keeper of Israel does not sleep. He does not slumber. That's what makes him self-existent. When he became a man he slept on his way to gatherer. When he became a man he slept. He woke up. He did all the things That humans do, but as God, he's self-existent. Is someone learning now? Hallelujah. So, what does prayer achieve in the life of the believer? Are you ready? for you goes beyond the personal benefit of the believer because prayer affects two entities. Number one, it affects the individual but prayer also affects a territory. Prayer if done correctly affects the individual extending to your family but It also affects communities. The healing of the land is connected to prayer. Are we together? Prayer is not just limited to personal benefits. You benefit as an individual when you submit to prayer accurately but your territory also benefits. Number one, what does prayer achieve in the life of a believer or a territory? Number one, prayer creates the platform

for communion and fellowship with God, deepening the believer's relationship With God. I'll take that again and then I'll explain. desire intimacy, he supplies grace. But you initiate the process through your hunger, through your passion, through your consistency, your love for the secret place. That hunger drives you to the secret place, to the place of communion. When others are sleeping, you are awake in the night soaking yourself in an atmosphere

of worship. What you are saying by your consistency is marana come. I desire your presence. I desire your glory. I desire your power. It will not just come because you want it. There has to be a drawing, a deepened relationship. Awtoer calls it The practice of God's presence. You have to be very intentional. Is someone Is someone learning now? This is very important. fellowship of the apostles so that their growth will be stunted. But it came through the welfare department. Is the reason why leaders in church must be trained and they must be spiritual. It will look like an ushering issue, but it's an attack on the man of God's anointing, an attack on the prayer life, an attack to create offense, to create a lot of things. is the reason why when you love the man God has placed before you create systems that protect his focus, your glory. Even in heaven, THE SHER BEAMS AND THE SERAPS, THEY PROTECT

THE HOLINESS AND the glory of God with eyes all over and with six wings above at the Sight under. They are protectors of his glory. You must create that system when you are a leader. Raise people and distribute functions so that growth does not become a cost to you. So they left they were the temptation was to leave the matters of ministry and now serve tables. your fellowship, an attack on your time of prayer. Let me tell you this. Satan use uses both good and evil to destroy men. By now you know that he's called the evil one does not mean his tools must always be evil. No, it is his result that is evil. The tool can even be righteousness. Satan can use Good and bring a man down. It is not always that he uses evil. He can use truth and bring a man down. He can use compassion like he wanted to use Peter's compassion. If Satan needs to use scripture

to destroy your spiritual life, he will use it. When he came to Jesus, he didn't say the the devil said. He said it is written. Who is learning? So prayer provides a platform for communion. Let me tell you This. No matter how great you become in life, create systems that protect your time of fellowship. I recall a man of God many years ago. I think it was a pastor's conference and he said something. He said some visitors just bumped into him and they just wanted his time and he was it was it coincided with when

he was spending time with God and you know the visitors were quite noble people and they waited for an hour and they were getting angry and All of that and I think the daughter or so if I recall walked onto him and said daddy go out and attend to these people now. And he called I said my daughter sit here. Let me teach you something. He said the reason why these men are coming is because of what I'm doing. If I stop what I'm doing, they will find another person. Men are like that. They don't

really love you. They love what you carry that can help them. So don't say I'm a celebrity. Men just Like me. No. Gentiles come to your light. Their kings come to the brightness. Let me tell you no man is unnecessarily special by default. It is what is on you that makes you special. And if you lose it and think you will remain special, men will surprise you. This world is is a hub of selfish people. They can say hosana today and say crucify him tomorrow. So protect the grace, protect the power, protect the oil, protect

the presence. Your Relevance depends on it. cancel your ministrations if you have to protect it. Don't say, "I'm too busy. I'm going around the world." You are not the first to go around THE WORLD. SOME DIED GOING AROUND the world. Some died with expansion. You're all I want. You're all I need. I want to hold you close to me. You're all I want. You're all I need to see your kingom. I say this to you with every sense of humility. Our world is full of ex people and by ex I don't mean to insult. Exan anointed, ex useful, ex graceful, ex worshipper,

ex this. is not about being evil. It's that the devil occupied them and they started serving tables. And as they serve tables, they found out that the oil was tail and faded. Please, whatever you can do in righteousness, protect the presence. H protect the presence. Especially because we are in such an unforgiving generation. Once they discern that grace is not functioning on your life, they flip the bulb. Next, next is a terrible thing. People will place a demand on you. They will join cues from here to outside if they feel you carry grace. But let

them perceive that the grace has dried. They will look at you and not even have the mercy to say you once blessed me yesterday. Men For you. Let me tell you this leadership 101. Both the clap of men and their criticisms still achieve the same thing. Did you hear what I said? When men insult you or say well done, it still achieves the same thing. You need to know how to manage the applause of men and manage the critics of the criticisms of men because it can all lead. There are few people you will find

They call that product apostle but you are simply a product

that produces a certain desired outcome. And I tell you, if you live long enough, a day will come either by their own growth or your own decline or the rise of another option, they will show you you were not too special. So when you learn this early enough, go and listen to my message, the law of seasons, The mystery of Pharaoh's dream. The world is full of pained people today who were once standing at the spotlight and they forgot that there are people today who will even if it means to lick your feet but the

Typical with men. Where was the woman with the issue of blood when he was going to die? Where was Lazarus who he rose from the dead? You are not the first to bless men and they ignore you. Do you know that there is a realm of intimacy with God where you can deepen Your relationship with God? You can

know that which is in the heart of the father. John chap 14 verse 21 says scripture that changed my life many years ago. He that keepeth my commands is he that loveth me and he that loveth me shall be loved of my father. Read the remaining part. and I will love him and will manifest myself to him. Verse 23, same scripture 23, it says, "If a man loves me, he will keep my words and my father will love him and we will come Unto him and make our abode with him." Let's go to number two.

What does prayer achieve in the life of a believer or a territory? Ready? Prayer provides a platform for the believer to encounter the refining and transforming power of God. You can't have a clean Heart by default. It says, "And renew a right spirit." A man can carry a wrong spirit. Amaziah did what was right in the sight of God, but not with a perfect heart. Listen to me. When you get oil or you get a product, you pass it through a refining process. Am I

right? The assignment of a refining process is number one to purify that that raw substance, but number two to create other components out of it. So Crude for instance, as you refine crude, you don't just get petrol or PMS as we know. Diesel comes there, kerosene comes there, gas and several other things come out of it. Are we together now? That's what happens when we pray. There are many dimensions of the god life that is invested in you but is still dormant. When you submit yourself to the refining power of prayer, the first thing it

does is to refine your character. I was speaking this morning in Lagos and was It yesterday night now and I was charging the people I said becoming like Jesus Christ is the first assignment of the life of God in you. It empowers you to carry to embody the nature of Christ. There are many Christians who don't look like Christ. Just allow them open their mouth. They pray for hours and still talk like demons. Are we together? So it's a very important thing. You must become like Christ in Experience. Like I was charging the people there.

Every territory I know in Nigeria and in Africa, we have with all due respect certain positive aspects of our culture, but every culture I know has certain negative things connected to it. is a tree of the knowledge of both good and evil. And it is the assignment of the refining power of God through the platform of prayer to refine away that draws. When you submit your life to the ministry of prayer, the draws that would Have followed you and destroyed you after 20 years is settled through that refining power of prayer. Is someone learning now?

Everywhere I know in this country has a backlog of certain signature spirits that work in the life of people from anger to lust to wickedness. Are we together? I can ask you mention one good thing about where you come from. You mention it quickly and I'll say mention one challenging thing from where you Come from. You will even mention it f twice faster. Ah these are our people are angry people or our people are wicked people or our people are unserious people or there's untimely death. Let me tell you where that purification happens when you

submit yourself to the transforming power of prayer. Listen, you can submit yourself to prayer but not allow it transform you. I hope you know that just because you are praying does not mean you have Submitted to the refining. You can submit to prayer simply to receive from God. So your consciousness in prayer is tailored towards receiving. YOU WILL NEVER ALLOW the power of God change you. And there are people like that. They will pray for years and for decades. They will receive answers but they are never changed by it. Your consciousness as you get to

the place of prayer is what defines the activities that happen during your time Of prayer. You can get to the place of prayer. Lord, I want to receive. I'm just here because I'm looking for my school fees versus Lord, I am bringing the raw unrefined state. Even though a possessor of your life that draws, let it be drained out. Are we together now? Yes. Like poison is extracted from a wound and the Holy Spirit begins to lead you as you submit yourself to prayer. The hand of God comes upon you and in Partnership with the

word of God, that anger, that unforgiveness, are we together? That version of you that makes you look like the negative aspect of where you come from is in his presence. It is settled. Oh, you are I abhave a certain way. You are Euroba. No wonder they behave a certain way. You are from the north, Abi. No wonder they behave a certain way. You are from the south south. You are American. You are British. You see that now? You are Caribbean. They behave a certain way. Not when you are refined. When you stare, you are refined.

People will keep asking where are you from. And when you say you are from so so place, they say it's a lie. We cannot find in you the traits. And you tell them I submitted to the refining power and the transforming power of prayer. Is someone learning now? I know your people to have a Widespread attitude of disrespect. Yes, that prayer purify my heart is not the prayer for baby Christians. In fact, the older you grow in the faith, the more you need that prayer. The prayer to purify your heart. Remember when they caught the person in adultery. Remember that story in the very act of it. The Bible says he now said okay this woman was caught in the very act.

Jesus said he who does not have sin should cast the First stone. The Bible says they were convicted from the oldest. Something happens as you grow old. The anger increases. The frustration increases. The disappointment increases. The consciousness of the wickedness of men increase. By the time you are 15 years, you are more angry and wicked than you were when you were 30. So you need to submit to the refiner's fire. Is someone learning now? Yes. You refine your character. I've said it to you that one Of the greatest need of the church right now is

not more power, is not more wisdom, is to become more like Christ in experience. There are many many many many people who look like Christians but are not Christians. And what happens in the body of Christ right now is largely selective holiness. Everybody chooses the area where they are free from and that becomes their stress. No, there is a standard. You Don't select the part you want. Are we together now? To become like Christ. I said it I think it was in Lagos. I submit to you some of the most wicked people available in every

territory are Christians. Nasty and wicked. Wicked in ways you cannot imagine. Wicked to the point of maybe even plotting the death of another. I'm not selling the faith life wrong, but it's the truth. And yet we there's never been A time in church history when we pray and fast and do whatever it is. It is because we have refused to allow our prayer to take us. You see, there are many chambers in the spirit. There is the prophetic chamber. There is the refinery in the spirit. There is a place where you receive things. Just because

you have entered the place of prayer, you must visit every part of that place. You can reject the transforming part of that refinery. And every time you enter The place of prayer is just let me receive plus Jesus minus Satan. And you finish and you say I prayed. No. Don't tell me you have prayed. Show me the transformation that happened. I must see before and after. Then I know prayer has changed you. Is someone learning now? The refining power of prayer. This one is a very serious one. Let me tell you ladies and gentlemen, I

have studied the human nature by the Grace of God a bit and I can tell you this. Everybody is looking for God in men. Unbelievers are looking for God in men. They call them employees. Every boss and CEO I know wants his managerial team to be people of excellence, character. That is simply a secular way of saying they're looking for God in men. Every wife I know is looking for God in her husband. Every husband I know is looking for God in his Wife. Every parent you see all these things about children. They're looking for

God in one another. Others may admit it. Others will not want to say God. They just say a well-behaved husband. What is a well- behaved husband? A young man came to Jesus and said, "Good master." And Jesus said, "You call ME GOOD." NO MAN IS GOOD EXCEPT GOD. SO WHEN you see the quality of goodness through a man, that man has had contact with God. Are you learning now? Ladies and gentlemen, I don't know about you, but you must give yourself with reckless abandonment to the transforming and the refining power of the spirit. And let

me tell you this, there are at least six parts of your life I think I've taught you that the refiner's fire must touch. Number one, your mind. Number two, your eyes. Number three, your ears. Number four, your tongue. Number five, your heart. Number six, Your hands and even your feet. The refiner's fire must every part that I mention has a prophetic symbolism. When the refiner's fire touches your mind, it affects your thinking and your perception. If the refiner's fire purifies your eyes, it affects the things that you see. Are we together? If the refiner's fire

touches your ears, it affects your perception. If the refiner's fire touches your heart, that's why you should even allow it Because that one it needs to roast out so many things. The business of your heart is not a is not a quick one that you just leave one day. The fire must stay there because that heart you see is the control room of every man's downfall. The heart desperately wicked. The Bible says even the possessor cannot know how wicked his heart is. And so you submit your heart. Do a work in me. Purify my Just

sing it one time. Please do a work in me. Purify my motives till you're all they see. Sing it from your heart. Purify my heart. >> Purify my motives. >> Hallelujah. No sir, allow the refiner's fire. Who is learning tonight? Do you know how refining happens? There is no gold or silver that is refined

still having the same shape. The first thing that happens is a melting away of the current. Then when it is malleable enough, it is purified and remoled back. Even if it's To the same shape, that's what we call brokenness. Brokenness. You don't go before God as emoji and say Lord I'm a man of God just check if there are one or two things you go and lie down flat and say father let your refiners fire I don't care what they call me but let that fire blow is someone learning now yes sir blow I'm praying

for you from my heart tonight's message is a serious one Listen I'm tired of the body of Christ praying saying, "But there are no results in prayer." I tell you why there are no results. Because a major part of our prayer is about receiving. Don't get me wrong, there is a place for receiving. But most of the receiving is because we are not changed. When you are changed, there are things you don't need to receive. Your changed nature comes with what you are looking for by default. Are we learning? Come on. Let it be a

prayer from a desperate heart tonight. Oh, and the kind means fix me. The weight of glory you seek requires a refined you. The level of the healing anointing you are looking for is Available but not on this kind of vessel. The level of wealth you are looking for. Many people do not know wealth is a spiritual affair. You know sometimes I watch with with with sincerity. I hear people talk about money and they downplay the spirituality of it. You are joking. I'm not talking of the realm of tea and bread. THERE ARE DIMENSIONS in wealth

where it is spirituality that defines your state. Not buying and Selling, sir. Not buying and selling. When you come from a a background of poverty, anything better than it looks like wealth. We're talking of a realm of wealth where you bow to something, not just buying and selling. Satan did not say transact this. He said give me your soul and I will give you this. At that point, ladies and gentlemen, it is a matter of allegiance, not just transaction. are you learning? I'm going to give everybody the next two minutes wherever we stop even if

Go and read your Bible. Go and read history and see how prayer refined men. Our definition of refining is the arrival of power. No sir, if your Theology about the refining power of prayer is the arrival of power, then you have missed it a major part. It is the change of heart that a man becomes a better husband because you prayed.

A better wife because you prayed. A CEO who knows by the mercy of God that he would not touch one naira because you prayed. The energy came from there. Transformation first before power. Transformation first. PEOPLE FAST FOR DAYS, FAST FOR WEEKS, AND ALL THEY'RE LOOKING for is give me power. Connect me to a destiny helper so THAT MEN WILL KNOW that I went TO THE PLACE OF prayer and I came back powerful. You wouldn't amount to much. But the character of the Christ that when men look at you, you are the clearest example of Jesus

Christ that they can see, not pretentiously. Your kindness is genuine. Your love is genuine. Your regard for men is genuine. Let me tell you, I say it again, the Body of Christ must continue praying. But I'm opening us up by the power of the Holy Spirit that a MAJOR PART OF OUR PRAYER in the body of Christ is largely need-driven and that is not wrong. BUT THAT PRAYER WAS DESIGNED BY GOD to be a refiner's fire. Not selective refinement, not refinement based on the dictates of self-righteousness. Refinement that breaks a man and brings you to

a point of humility. prayer. Let us pray. When we say let us Pray, it's not just a call to blind Pentecostal fanatism where we build empires around our hours of stretch in the spirit. Nothing wrong with that. But we are creating a monster that will destroy the body of Christ. The goal of prayer is it refining power. It changes you that men ask you not just how many hours you pray. Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with investing. In fact, if you're a serious prayer person, you must invest time, dedicated time in Prayer, even

if not every day. But I'm saying I don't value your prayer life so much. If I don't see it refining you, if the pride is still there, if the lust is still there, if the anger is still there and yet you are submitting yourself for a long time, is because you are choosing the department of the refinery you want to go to. When you get there, you allow the Lord to be the lord of your refining. He will take you to whatever CHAMBER FOR 3 MONTHS. HE WILL SAY, "LET'S NOT TALK about anointing. I am

changing you, Lord, but I need powerful signs and wonders." He said leave the issue of power. Let me change you first because the kind of wealths that will enter your hand if you are not refined. There are some of you if 10 billion, 1 billion, 100 billion enters your hand now. God will just ask the angels withdraw it quietly. Use anything withdraw it. Let The person we'll send it back but withdraw it. We'll send it after one year. Let's work on his heart first. There are people today if they get half of the things they

We are still here for a long time. We'll revisit it again. But this night's teaching is a serious business. Are we together? Very serious business. If you love God and you want to be relevant in his prophetic scheme of Things, this is the secret. So number one, prayer creates a platform for communion and fellowship, deepening the believer's relationship with God.

Number two, prayer provides a platform for the believer to encounter the refining and the transforming power of God. This is where surrender happens. This is where brokenness happens. When you submit yourself here, you become like Christ in experience and holistically. Number three, Prayer builds the believer's capacity to trust God. Prayer builds the believer's capacity to trust God. Bible faith, this is where the spirit of faith comes from. Prayer builds the believer's capacity to trust God. Generally speaking, encounters create conviction. When you encounter the God of the Bible, it creates conviction. He said, "But I know

whom I have believed and I am Persuaded that he's able to keep that which is committed unto him against that day." Prayer builds the cap the believer's capacity to trust God. Let me tell you this, ladies and gentlemen. When you find out that your trust in God is shaking, it's difficult for you to stand on the promises of God. What you need is to submit yourself to prayer until the spirit of faith rests upon you. When the spirit of faith comes upon you, you Become unshakable, immovable. Is someone learning now? You can't do big things

for the kingdom when your faith is dwindling. There are five levels of faith in the Bible. There is no faith, there is little faith, there is much faith, there is great faith, there is exceeding great faith. When you see people audacious, almost arrogant, it is because of the God they have encountered. The Bible Says, "But the people that do know their God, they shall be strong and they shall do exploits." Moses cried until we get to verse 14 of Exodus 14. He calmed the people down. And then verse 15, he goes to God and he

says, God says, "Why are you crying to me?" He said, "Tell the children of Israel that they go forward." His encounter with God planted faith in him. He returned back and said, "You know what? Let's march forward." And the Red Sea parted hither and Tether. There are things you would not be able to do in your life and for the kingdom except you have faith. Let me tell you something. Especially in this side of God's kingdom, this side of the nation, you are going to need to understand faith if things will work for you. Because

abroad down west, with all due respect, they have a system that has been created that easily enhances Growth. Even though it's largely an antichrist system, but it enhances growth. They have credit systems. Are we together? They have all kinds of um packages that they give to people. You can be lazy for one year, your children are still eating. But in Nigeria here once there's nobody's giving you credit for anything. If your fate cannot produce it, you'll feel the weight immediately. You see now The mortgage system for housing is at its infancy in Nigeria. We pay

cash here. If the house is 100,000, you pay 100,000. Even if you do an instrumental payment, they say after 2 years, that's not really a favor. 2 years is just 24 months. But abroad they can spread it to 15 years, 26 years for instance. So I'm saying that you need faith. You need to trust God. The days that we live in right now require men who know God, not just men who know About God. Life will bully you until you know the God who sent you. Life will bully you. You will be bullied because of

the color of your skin. You'll be bullied because of where you come from. You will be bullied because of who your father is or is not. You'll be bullied because people just feel you don't qualify to be where you are. The stabilizer in your destiny will be your knowledge of God. Someone looks at you and says you you are not supposed to be That CEO Kai life is unfair. Why should this lady be the person to be running this bank or to be running the Well, it does not matter. The people that do know they

are God. Life is full of all kinds of unfair sentiments. People rate you and just feel it's not your children that should be in this school. You should not be the one living in that house. You should not be the one God is using. Unfortunately, they are not God. Some are learning now. Prayer increases your capacity to trust God. Number four, blessed be the name of the Lord. What does prayer achieve in the life of a believer or a territory? Number four, prayer is the authorized channel. Listen, to involve God and call for divine assistance

Whenever you want to involve God officially in the affairs of your life and to call for divine assistance, the channel is prayer. Philippians chapter 4 6 and 7. NKJV be an answer for nothing. It says but in

EVERYTHING BY PRAYER and supplication with Thanksgiving let your request be made known to God. Then verse 7 says and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will garrison will guard your hearts and your minds through Christ Jesus. in Jeremiah chapter 29 and verse 12. 29 and verse 12 of Jeremiah. 29 and verse 12. It says, "Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you." Ladies and Gentlemen, I have taught you here that one of the highest proof of pride is prayerlessness. Prayerlessness is not

just sin. It is pride. It is proof of independence that you are so sufficient you do not need the assistance of heaven. Prayer being prayerful is a sign of humility and is a sign of honor to God. Recognizing that you are limited. Recognizing that you are incapacitated. That no matter how prepared you are in Life all by yourself, you do not have the intellectual, the spiritual wherewithal to run your life unassisted. So you submit to prayer. Is someone learning now? Call unto me and I will answer Jeremiah 33 and:3. I will show you great and

mighty things which thou knowest not. Prayer is the authorized channel to involve God and to call for divine assistance in the life of a man. I don't know about you ladies and gentlemen, but I have learned and I learned this early in life. Take God away from my life and I'm a risk even to myself. Take God from my life and I'm a risk even to myself. I'm not afraid to call on assistance every time. Many times when I go to God in the place of prayer, I say, "Father, your boy is here. You have

given me this enormous work. I don't have the intellectual Wherewithther. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not unto your own understanding. In all your ways, acknowledge him and he will direct your path. Be not wise in your own understanding. Fear the Lord and turn away from evil." That's what the Bible says. Let me tell you this ladies and gentlemen as you sojun your life and destiny learn it and learn it early Without God you will not amount to much. The Bible says except the Lord builds a house they labor in vain

that build it. Except the Lord watches over a city the watchman watcheth but in vain. It says it is vain to wake up early in the morning and to sleep late at night only to eat the bread of sorrow. It is God that gives his beloved sleep. It is by you we run through a troop. It is by my God we leap over a wall. I can fail alone, but me and God cannot Fail together. It's true. It's true. And don't be ashamed to let the world see that. We live in a celebrity age where

we like to credit results to ourselves minus me. When they see me, may they see him first. And then after they see the mighty God, they now see a frail man who is a product of mercy and grace standing behind that mighty God. Unfortunately, the world cannot see him because he's invisible. So they will now give the credit to this man. Look at me. This is all of me. When you see what God is doing and you see the man standing, isn't it foolish for you to imagine that it is all by myself and I'll

be I'll be twice foolish to believe that it is all by my strength. Let the world know, let them know it again that Joshua Selman minus God is just a puppet doomed to fail. The reign of human empires and the pride That has come from those empires have touched the heart of God. And God is about to make a statement. Every once in a while he does it. the finger of God. Men will rise in wealth. They will handle resources in a way that government will Call them and say we check everything about you. There's no corruption, but we cannot deny his finger. Men will rise with the anointing. The spirit of faith will come upon you as you pray. Capacity to believe God for great things, for mighty things, for great things, for destiny defining things, for nation shifting exploits. Pray. Let us pray. It's a channel for calling for divine

I see. >> I see. We speak a parable to the end that men ought always to pray. To pray because in prayer they can fellowship with him. to pray because in prayer they can access the refiner's fire that purifies the draws in the heart to pray because in the place of prayer they can access divine assistance to
