for the majority of my life I was in the camp that manifestation was a bunch of hippie dippy nonsense I didn't think that praying to the universe to grant me the thing I want would suddenly put a Lamborghini in my driveway but as I got older and I began struggling with deep senses of insecurity failing all the goals I set struggling to make friends with both men and women and all in all just not being where I wanted to be in life I had to turn to something so I began reading all the bestselling self-help
books I went to study the mind how the mind works and I've come to the conclusion that there is a form of manifestation that is real it's just not what everyone is telling you it is mainstream manifestation is like this you consciously think about the thing you want for example a really nice cool fancy schmancy sports car and it goes up into the universe this thought travels to the universe and then what does the universe do well it will grant you that fancy schmancy sports car I don't know a sports car that looks like this
it looks like a cartoon character's shoe but you get the point and it is stupid because it is ignoring 90 to 95% of the equation and that makes me mad so in this video I'm going to be telling you how to properly manifest or attract or visualize the thing things the things you want in life but the difference is this actually elicits them and I can tell you firsthand because to be honest with you it took me from straight up poverty I was making under $2,000 a month living on my own in Houston Texas chasing
my dreams and yet the dreams seem to be running in the opposite direction to achieving my dreams I made more money last month that I've made ever in my life before and I've actually moved out to the very City Phoenix Arizona that I've been manifesting for the past year or so while everyone is here to tell you that it's all external you put your thought externally into the universe and the universe grants you stuff that is not the case it is 100% internal and that's because I want you to picture an iceberg you know out
there floating around you see the the cap of the iceberg above the water and there's all this stuff underneath that you don't see you don't see this part you only see this part the top of the iceberg represents your conscious mind your conscious mind is literally everything you're perceiving in this very moment it is your visual field it is the audio it is the thoughts popping into your head it's the sensations of your body it's any emotional feelings you're feeling currently and most people that want to do their manifestation their visualizations they're doing it in
the conscious mind that's fine and dandy it is certainly part of the equation the unfortunate thing is it is only 5% of the equation because your conscious mind is only 5% of your mind of your brain the other 95% is the sub conscious mind this is responsible for the other 95% of your brain therefore the other 95% of your thoughts your emotions and your actions meaning it is responsible for 95% of your life so what are you struggling with right now is it Financial is it social you're not making friends are you not attracting the
partner you desire are you just not happy in general are you just not disciplined in general and you're struggling with your self-development journey yeah you can go ahead and blame this guy right here so I want you to imagine a cute little snail and this snail is on a big pirate ship and this snail has desires it has goals and all those goals lied northward so what does the snail start doing it starts slithering Northwood logically right but the problem is the big old ship it's on is traveling south this is the relationship between the
conscious mind aka the snail and the subconscious mind the big cool pirate ship for example the majority of my life I struggled with an addiction an addiction to pornography and consciously I had the strongest desire ever to quit pornography my goals lied northward I was like the snail but my subconscious mind was programmed to use pornography it liked pornography it wanted pornography as a daily part of its life so what did it do it sailed me that way so even though I was moving North think about how slow a snail moves right I was moving
North technically in my conscious mind it felt like I was moving North but in the grand seam of things that I can't see because I'm just this little bitty snail behind the scenes I was moving south infinitely faster and this was incredibly frustrating I didn't understand what was going on it literally felt like I was sabotaging myself it was me versus me you know there was this current self that I was just trying to kill but that current self had hands it was fighting back and don't get me wrong I had a couple days here
and there where things were going really good I was making a lot of progress on my YouTube channel maybe I was making a little bit more money maybe I was avoiding all the bad habits I was consist in the gym but eventually something happened and it felt like I was sprinting really hard but I was tied to a rubber band and that rubber band threw me back to square one and the thing is is that it's really not your fault your subconscious was programmed before you were even fully conscious the moment you were born as
a baby the world your parents the cartoons you watch the music you listen to your experiences your traumas everything has been writing code into the computer that is your subconscious mind and there was nothing you could do about it while it may not fully be our faults that we are where we are it is our responsibility to do something and fix it so here's the four-step protocol to begin reprogramming your subconscious mind so you can actually manifest the life you want yes the money the partners the friendships living where you want to live doing the
things you want to do it all starts here and that is through generation visualization justification and transition the reason this is called generation is because you have to generate a a new version of yourself the higher self because if you are your conscious mind is a little snail on the ship your subconscious is the ship your identity your self-image the true beliefs you hold about yourself deep down is the captain of the ship Ste steering the subconscious in the direction that it goes meaning if you're able to take care of the current person steering the
ship and replace him with someone infinitely better who is aligned with what you desire the version of yourself capable to achieve the things you desire that's another thing you have to accept is that the reason you don't have what you have is because the current version of yourself is incapable of having it as soon as you can get that higher version of yourself at the Helm of the ship you can turn that ship around to the same direction you'd like to go but the problem is is that when you're in stage one this version of
you does not exist which is why we are going to enter the phase of generation and what this requires is a Clear Vision of what you desire in life I know this is a very very good drawing of an eye get extremely specific on what you desire what do you want to accomplish and then you visualize that in your mind but not only that you visualize the version of yourself in that scenario you know if you're making $11,000 a month and you want to make $20,000 a month that version of yourself is going to look
drastically different from you who you are right now if you want to get super jacked and and awesome and get all the ladies that version of yourself is going to look drastically different than what you look like now no offense brother and for most of you this is going to require pulling out a pen and paper and writing down and questioning what you want because a lot of the things you want you don't actually want you were programmed to want it by Society by your peers by media things like that but if you do enough
questioning just keep asking yourself why at least like five times you'll quickly realize what you truly want and what you thought you want but you don't actually want and the more specific the better because eventually in that vision you will find the archetype of your higher self and the good news is this higher self is already within you you have all the tools required to generate him now for me my higher self was much more disciplined he was much more focused he woke up the same time every day he worked out every day when he
spoke to others he had such confidence and Charisma in the way he spoke and carried himself that people couldn't be helped but magnetized to him he's immensely joyful because he's just present in the current moment he's not stressing about the future or depressed about the past compared to me in the past who was depressed about the past and stressed about the future and could never really get himself in the current moment which also led to terrible social interactions cuz his mind was always somewhere else or overthinking the social interactions he was having and when you
can get this Vision clear you have to have to visualize this daily this is exactly what Conor McGregor would do he would literally drive around in his piece of [ __ ] car but visualize himself as this higher version of himself driving around in this soft top Bentley he visualized himself as the world champion UFC fighter and what did that do it implanted that new self-image that new identity into the subconscious mind and that is like planting a new seed in the soil that is your mind now all you have to do is water it
but keep in mind you can't skip this part because if you watering soil that doesn't have seeds in it nothing's going to grow and once you have that higher self you're in phase two congrats visualization if you can see it here it will happen this is the thing that the manifestation people actually have right you do have to visualize this because the thing about the subconscious mind is that it cannot tell the difference between real events and imagined events they both enter the subconscious mind the exact same way which makes sense think about it have
you ever watched a scary movie and all of a sudden your heart starts racing you start shaking have you ever thought naughty thoughts and all of a sudden your body starts reacting because your subconscious mind doesn't know it's fake it's just like oh we're here now okay I better respond accordingly this is also why you have to avoid negative selft talk think about it when I was in high school I loved self-deprecating humor it's what all of my friends do we would joke about how oh man I suck I should just myself you know haha
so funny the subconscious is just like okay and you'll know you're doing this properly when you start to have emotional reactions to it when you start to have physical reactions to it I would lay down and I've done my 10 15 20 minute visualiz ation exercises and I notice that I'm unconsciously I catch myself I make it conscious but I notice I'm smiling I'm visualizing myself with my 1 million subscriber play button driving the car of my dreams living where I want to be being around my friends and family retiring my mother and I can't
help but smile because it feels so real and the subconscious believes it real believe it real believe this is why you'll know people that a victim mentality is like oh I could never catch a break oh I'm so unlucky oh the world the government the media everything's out to get and it seems like they're always struggling with something some level of Misfortune because behind the scenes unconsciously they're actually working to justify those negative beliefs they hold about themselves but now we have an issue you have your current self and your higher self battling for control
over the subconscious mind they're both fighting for that Helm of the [ __ ] so in order to give that higher version of yourself a nice little strength boost you need to start the justification process which is providing evidence that you actually are the higher version of yourself which means in your day-to-day life you're going to be providing justification that that is the case if the higher version of yourself wakes up early every day goes to the gym eats certain kinds of food avoids certain kinds of bad habits you need to be doing the best
you possibly can to do that as well and it will feel weird it will feel wrong it will feel like you're pretending to be someone you're not at times especially early on it feels like you're literally role playing as this higher version of yourself but remember what I said the subconscious doesn't know what's real and imaginary so even if you're role playing as your higher self currently it is still providing justification to the subconscious mind that you are the higher self and not the current this is where the discipline side of things does have to
come into play this is what manifestation people don't get they think they can lay around all day visualizing the Lamborghini and it's going to come because they're lazy because they don't actually want to change who they are they just want to tell the universe to give them something and they think they deserve it when they don't the higher version of yourself deserves and this is going to take a lot of conscious energy which unfortunately is limited like willpower you can build up the strength of willpower you can get better at willpower but it's still a
limited resource if you took someone that was addicted to cigarettes and put them in a room with cigarettes for 5 minutes they could probably resist it pretty well you put them in that same room for 10 hours suddenly their willpower will be drained and eventually for most people they're going to smoke the pack but the more that you can remain conscious mindful in the present moment throughout the day the more likely you are to avoid the pitfalls of the past self the bad habits the negative thoughts things like that and in my opinion the best
way to build the muscle that is mindfulness that is metacognition being aware of your own thoughts is meditation and not only that there's literally countless scientific benefits to meditating so I'm just going to give you my free 5day guided meditation Series in the description so you can get started and you can see what I mean and sure you're going to mess up here and there but the more you work towards providing that justification the more you're going to start winning the battle and the subconscious and soon you will be at the helm but there is
one more phase that everybody gets wrong and it took me forever to understand that I was doing it improperly and it was destroying my progress and that is the transition because we have been programmed by Society by school and even other self-improvement gurus to think that your outcomes Define who you are for example I always thought that I would be the 1 million subscriber version of myself when I hit 1 million subscribers we think we're the successful version of ourselves when we hit that certain income goal when we get the girl and that is the
very lie that will keep you stuck in self-improvement hell and self-improvement limbo because in reality you become that version of yourself well before reality catches up to Grant you those things it is not that you get the desires to become the higher self you become the higher yourself to get the desires it's that classic bell curve meme where the very lowlevel people in self premer oh just believe in yourself and then you get to a certain level where it's like no I got to do all these different things and journal and meditate and coal plun
for for 50 years and David go and sprinting all the time and then I'll be successful and then you get to a level where you realize no I just have to believe in myself meaning the key to the transition is belief and you know what this is so freaking hard because no one else is going to believe in you except you meaning you have to have delusional levels of self assurance of self-confidence and self-belief that the things you want are yours before reality catches up to give you those things no one else is going to
do this for you your parents are going to doubt you your girlfriend's going to doubt you your boyfriend's going to doubt you your friends around you are going to doubt you because they only see it from the external they only see it from an outcome perspective meaning you have to have the internal strength required to believe in yourself and that comes from the visualizations and the justifications but as long as you understand that no I am the million subscriber version of myself I just have to wait for reality to catch up I have to wait
for the audience and YouTube to catch up but I'm already there that is when you step into the higher version of yourself transition into that and kill the current self that's been holding you back for your entire life up until this point the real way manifestation works is like the face ID on your phone your desires whatever it may be are hidden behind this face identification once you transition into the higher self that face ID unlocks and you will gain access to what you desire your thoughts have led you up into the position that you
