where the world championship of a certain game is being held the Crowd Goes Wild as MC introduces one player he's the back-to-back MVP for the sixth and seventh World Championships The Immortal Warrior Lee Taio our boy should be in the process of getting his third world title but he suddenly finds himself surrounded by a group of Vikings staring at him funny the atmosphere is so tense and that's even more true for our boy whose only life purpose is to play computer games it must be tough to act normal as a gamer while being surrounded by

Jim Bros one Viking who looked like Brown from League of Legends comments that Tao's name is unusual another Barbarian whom we'll call Bjorn for now mentions that our boy is wearing a unique outfit and that he's very small as well suddenly Brown and Bjorn recognize each other Brown immediately flinches shouting that the other barbarian was the one who killed him in the past Dorne wears a proud grin on his face acknowledging this fact a tense atmosphere builds up between them as if they are about to Duke it out once more cold sweat drips down our

poor boy's face he's just is a humble gamer and he doesn't really Advocate violence but most importantly he doesn't want to get caught up in the middle of a fight between two former enemies it seems that the two are almost done sizing up each other and we about to reach breaking point however instead of trading blows the two buffed Men locks arm like they are buddies Yorn claims that brown is here because of him Brown responds that it was a good fight between them Brown Pats Bjorn's Soldier asking if he died right after killing him

since he's in Valhalla as well Bjorn reveals that he was taken down by a kid with five braids in his hair he poked the Viking's stomach while shouting the word father Bram immediately recognizes that it was his son who did it the bald Barbarian is elevated with joy upon hearing his son's Valiant deed and that the boy has Avenged his deed weirdly enough Bjorn is laughing alongside him he even tells the Baldi that he has raised his son very well and claims that he will become a great warrior in the future while the two were

happily talking to each other Leo froze in fear he Ponders how did he end up in this crazy place and so with that said let's rewind for a bit the crowd is cheering and our boys fans are giving him their massive support Le Thao and his team are having a tough match but despite this we can see a small smile on our boy's face indicating that things are going well for them from what he can remember he was clearly on the verge of winning the world championship for the third consecutive time but then something unexpected

happened his head suddenly slammed on the keyboard and he became unconscious leho Ponders if he really died at that time he tries pulling her his hair hoping that this is all just a dream or a really bad joke suddenly ning Wang from jenin Impact appears she announces to everyone that our boy is actually a champion who won dozens of duels the battle craz Vikings all cheered upon hearing this delighted by the fact that they are with the presence of such a powerful being they even comment that they want to try fighting the champ themselves our

into a different dimension with an astonishing speed the lady tells him that they are headed to Valhalla which surprises our hero you see Valhalla is the afterlife in Norse mythology it is the place where the Vikings hope to go when they die and it is said that you can only go there if you die as a warrior our boy is now convinced that this Valkyrie has mistaken him for a great warrior the smug look on the woman's face reveals that it is exactly the case with this grave misunderstanding Leo tries to clarify everything he tells

her that he's not really a warrior rather he's a Pro Gamer a person who plays games unfortunately the girl has no idea what he's talking about since the conversation is going nowhere Leo just pleads with her to send him back to where he belongs however the Divine being was not able to hear his words for it overlapped with the deafening sound of the battle horn the woman informs everyone that the enemies are approaching so she urges them to prepare for battle everyone except our boy is raring to go well what do we expect from people

who died in battle they are itching for a fight even after dying once a hord of monsters rushed towards the Vikings and our hero thirsty for blood the two factions clash with each other painting a chaotic scene while the others are busy confronting the monsters Leo is standing frozen in place he can't help but think how insane the situation is he wonders what the girl who brought him here wants him to do he never even held a sword before and now he is thrown to a literal Battlefield there's a thought in his head that he

cannot shake he came to this place after dying so what will happen to him if he dies again while he was lost in his thoughts a humanoid wolf leaps to him in an attempt to slice our boy before the monster's blade reaches our hero bjor tells him to duck the muscular Barbarian counters the monster's attack with his bare fist he sends the monster flying with his powerful skill deep wrath after dispatching off the monster the Viking asks our hero if he is not aware about the Saga from Leo's face it is very evident that he

has no idea about what it was for he is just wearing a stupid expression Bjorn explains that the Saga is one's very life story he states that our boy coming to Valhalla means that he must have some widely known achievements the jimro elaborates that in this place our boy's achievements will be his strength the more famous his accomplishments are the stronger Warrior can become Leo Ponders long and hard thinking about what achievements he acquired when he was still alive that could be proved useful in this place unfortunately no matter how hard he tries he can't

think of anything after all all he did was eat and play games suddenly he recalls the Valiant night in his memories it is the very character that our boy was using during his professional career if it is the achievements he made as the immortal Warrior caled then he definitely has something in his Arsenal as he delves within those thoughts his body suddenly emits powerful electrical charges even though he has no idea what's going on he knows that some mystical power is surging inside him seeing those cool special effects BN confirms that our boy really does

have a saga of his own he asks Tao if he can see the glowing letters in front of him our boy states that even though he has no clue on what they are he can somehow read them it is like he is using an image translator as it turns out he has been bestowed The Saga of the immortal warrior with that in mind our boy felt like a real main character and was able to easily gather his confidence he thinks that if he can use ced's power then he will definitely become the strongest in this

world after all he became the two times world champion because of it however it seems like our boy is becoming too engrossed in his thoughts so Bjorn had to shout back to reality telling him to focus what's right in front of him that's right the battle hasn't ended yet and another monster has approached our boy the Beast pulls back its weapon in preparation to slice our boy in half but since Leo is now aware that he has the power of caled he remains unfaced however he was sent flying as the weapon of the enemy crashes

to the ground he rolled multiple times on the ground before regaining his footing sweat rolls down his face surely this can't be the full power of the character he is so proud of he knows that if he really had caled strength something like this Beast should be easy to eliminate he wonders if there is a problem with his Saga upon inspecting the system window closely he learns that he only has 1% synchronization rate with the immortal Warrior he screams asking if this is some kind of insurance company's term in condition given how small the Clause

is written now that our boy has finally learned his Saga Bjorn tells him that his help ends here but he reminds our boy that his Saga doesn't stop here and advises to keep building his own story The Viking then tells our boy his name saying that it was beyond as they part ways the Viking tells our boy to survive so that they can meet again now our boy returns to reality he has to face the monster right in front of him with just 1% of ced's power the werewolf looks terrifying but our boy steals his

resolve and decides to defeat it no matter what he runs towards the sword stabbed on the ground planning to use it as his own weapon calit was a superhuman who could take on hundreds of soldiers alone so with just a single Monster as his opponents Leo is convinced that he will win even with just 1% of ced's Might after obtaining the sword the professional gamer takes his stance he went from swinging the computer mouse to wielding actual swords in just a short amount of time the battle begins the monster swings its weapon again at our

strikes though he crashes to the ground after our hero is successful in eliminating the monster he wonders if he has created a new saga by recalling his achievements he theorizes that this ability must be some kind of speed boost now he's convinced that with this Saga power he can definitely survive this harsh afterlife World later that evening the Vikings are seen celebrating their victory in the earlier fight naturally these Warriors are fond of alcohol and are drinking till they drop theor and brown reunited after the fight and were glad to see each other still kicking

they both boast at a fight like that was just a warmup for them meanwhile while the others are drinking Leo is busy munching on a meat he scorns this so-called Feast for he only received meat and booze which he's not really a fan of nonetheless he's famished after the fight earlier so he ate it without much complaints seeing his dissatisfied face Dorne tells him that if he wants better food he will need to raise his Warrior rank the Man reveals that this is the feast hall for newcomers the lowest ranked Warriors that is why the

food and drink here are so basic our boy then asks the Barbarian if he's a low ranked Warrior as well given that he's in the room Yorn states that he just dropped by to check on our boy Leo thanks the man for the advice that he gave earlier because of it our boy managed to survive the ordeal then something comes up in Our Hero's head he questions the veteran what will happen if someone dies in this place bun states that a soul who dies in Valhalla is transferred to the iron Warriors core there one feels

neither pain nor hunger and he gets to fight eternally Yorn says that it is an awesome state but our boy knows just how horrible that must feel it is like an iron coffin not an iron Warrior core it's no different to an eternal punishment our boy realizes that he absolutely cannot die in this place dreading the iron Warrior core gor then informs him that pretty soon the higher-ups will assign our boy to his unit Leo is about to ask more questions about it but the Viking states that there's no need since it will start now

an important looking personality appears on stage and gives a speech to everyone present she Praises them for the brilliant display of Courage they have shown in the earlier fight with that said she will be announcing the units that each of them will be joining Leo wonders if that person with the golden armor is a valkyrie Yorn tells him that she is rein the daughter of Odin she comes from a noble bloodline reinle whom we will call Rin for short tells them to look into their cups where they will see the name of the person they

will follow Yorn reveals that they are all part of asgard's divine Army through the god that our boy will follow he will gain even greater power the only gods that Leo knows in Norse mythology are Thor and Odin so if he's going to gain more power he wants it to be from the strongest god possible as he takes a look into the cup he prays that the name that will appear will be Thor Odin unfortunately we didn't get to see the name that was in the cup instead the scene switches to our boy riding a

boat with a red-haired lady I'm sorry if this got your hopes up but she ain't Shauna from shakugan no shaa our boy is sitting quietly on the other end of the boat while the lady is rowing it in his mind he's wondering why he's the only one here when the group is called the Legion of the Gods the woman notices that our boy is a bit confused so she tells him not to worry she states that their Legion got strong points that won't lose to other groups in their Legion no one is nagging from above

and no one's causing trouble from below she remarks that the group is a total Paradise where they can do what they want however our boy is not interested in it he asks if he's really the only new recruit as it turns out the name that appeared in Tai's cup is the name Iden while the others are celebrating forgetting the names of the major Gods like Thor tier Odin Freya and the likes our boy is at a loss thinking that he has never heard the name Iden before he takes a glance at Bor to get some

idea but the Viking is just staring at him with pity in his eyes telling him to stay strong that ambiguous expression of the kind Barbarian planted worries in our boy's heart later on the representatives of the Legion started calling out for their new members there are a lot of people who are assigned to the major Gods Legion on the other hand Leo had to search for idan's Legion as there seemed to be no representative shouting for him while he's walking he finds the red-haired chick crouching and murmuring the name Iden from the looks of it

she isn't expecting any new recruits this time given the lack of her effort to search for them finally she laid her eyes on our boy who seemed to be lost as soon as Taio mentions that he's in idan's Legion the eyes of the chick glowed she quickly jumps to our hero asking if he is really assigned to the Idan group she even blurted out no way hinting that she wasn't expecting new members that's a red flag if I ever saw one the lady swins over our boy commenting that it has been so long since they

had a rookie in their group meanwhile the Pro Gamer is trying to hold back his breath since the lady is too close to him going back to the present the red-haired G's name turned out to be hea our boy asks her why they are even fighting and why are they at War even though it is the afterlife our boy's question is pretty reasonable and valid so heta agrees to explain that situation to him she projects something using her power an infographic on how this world works the tree has several branches and they are currently located

in Asgard right in the middle part Beyond it lies muspelheim from there giants evil gods and beasts are invading our boy gets curious as to what is the red part in it Hada states that it is a place called Aaron which has already fallen to the enemies they are now the line their enemies aim to destroy the world and wreak havoc the current situation is somehow familiar to Lee Thao even those who aren't that into Norse mythology surely have heard of this term Ragnarok had it was a bit surprised that our boy knew about it

and tells him that he's right they are undertaking Ragnarok the battle which decides the fate of the world if they are to put it using Grand terminologies one can say that they are fighting to save the world but in reality it's for their own Survival like yeah how can you live if the world you're living in gets destroyed the idea of monsters from different Realms invading another Realm strikes the idea of the world traveling to our hero he then wonders if it's possible that he could return to his original World planet Earth well given that

he died in there I think it would get a bit complicated but let's see they arrive at a small dock inside a mysterious cave and the red-haired girl tells Taio that they have reached their destination the huge door is open Hada states that this is the goddess Temple she adds that since they are her Warriors they should first go pay their respects the two walk through a long and Eerie Corridor not really talking much our boy gets a bit nervous and asks if they are really going to meet the god goddess Hada Snickers at his

remarks and explains that they won't see her directly they encounter a large statue with two sets of wings heta explains that the goddess resides in a higher place she then gives a golden apple to our boy telling him to stand on the Altar and drop it our boy gets a bit confused by the vague explanation but he follows regardless he stands on the Altar and as soon as the golden apple hits the ground the floor begins to illuminate in a bright Golden Light revealing a picture of a tree the light becomes too intense surprising our

hero suddenly a figure of a Divine being appears right in front of him calling his name it is the goddess Idan the goddess of life and youth she tells our boy to come closer as she extends her hand the scenery completely changes and our boy was mesmerized by the Divinity of the Goddess he finds himself kneeling before her it was like how water flows from top to bottom his body naturally becomes respectful towards the goddess Idan places her hand at top Our Hero's head and starts bestowing him her blessings she states that it will shield

his body form the Peril of death Leo receives idan's blessing the Sigil of Life Leo is shocked by the overflowing power coursing through his body this is a different sensation when he activated The Saga from earlier his eyes glow in a golden bright light kind of resembling avatar on when he goes to Avatar State he can feel the young flowing through his veins giving him strength our boy can feel it the chronic back pain and carpal tunnel syndrome from being a Pro Gamer neck stiffness indigestion and all those symptoms have disappeared completely boy I know

some of youall might relate to this I know I do since my back is currently killing me as I write this script anyway sorry for breaking the fourth wall Iden looks forward to our boy's future contribution then disappears into nothingness reverting the place to what it used to be our boy opens his eyes and he was immediately greeted by Hada saying that he has successfully received his blessings she explains that Iden is the goddess of Eternal Youth and Longevity on the battlefield he may suffer excruciating pain but she states that dying is almost impossible with

the blessing of life I think the first bit of information was truly important but it just went by our boy's head as he is busy admiring the beauty of Heda she continues that as Leo grows the blessing will be become stronger as well that's why their legion's nickname is the zombie Legion however our boy isn't really paying much attention to the details he's stuck wondering if he'll be able to return to his original World once they defeat all the enemies he stares at the girl with all seriousness acting like a cool and collected main character

even he knows that what he said was pretty cool and he's thinking that the girl must be smitten right now too bad for our boy that kind of RZ ain't working on this chick she can somehow tell what he's thinking right now had plays along and says that it is exactly what our boy said after the war he would be able to go back to his world if they win that is Leo gets a little bit flustered with the chick confirming his thoughts but he reminds himself that he must return to his home as he

can't see the joy of staying in an insane place like this he grabs the woman's hand and she helps him get back up to his feet however being the Virgin that he is he can't help but gawk at the beautiful lady in front of him he immediately retracts his previous statement and thinks that he might actually find happiness here the scene changes to our boy opening his passcode door and being greeted by heta in a bun wearing an apron bro touched a girl's hand and he immediately mediately saw their future together hea welcomes him home

saying that he came just in time it was a typical day as a salary man for our boy and he's eagerly removing his shoes so he can come in the red-haired wfu tells him to open wide giving him an airplane spoon that we simps all dream of Leo blushes as the food gets closer and closer to his mouth but as soon as the food reaches his mouth he is struck with the harsh reality this ain't Earth to have modern pass good doors like that and it's more impossible for him to be lovey-dovey with headed just

like that he felt like he was eating a literal shoe as he puts the food to his mouth he bit the meat as hard as he could but all it did was to leave bite marks on it thanks to the tough meat that felt like a leather shoe our boy was able to snap out of his delusions haa asks if he's all right commenting that the meat is indeed a bit too hard as such she urges him to work together so that they can raise their ranks she adds that if he ranks up he will

Legion the training area is empty as heck anyway hea states that every time our boy defeats an enemy he will gain something called Rune now that our boy looks back he felt like some red energy was being absorbed into his body when he defeated an enemy from the previous fight he realizes that those are the runes he obtains and he can invest them into the abilities he wants to to become stronger there are different attributes to where he can allocate his points there's strength stamina agility mana and will power the others are pretty straight forward

for our boy but he wonders what mana and willp power do head explains that Mana strengthens his magic and increases magic defense while willpower enhances concentration and mental defense Taio is still a bit confused but he took the explanation as it is he then asks if sagas can be strengthened by Mana Hada states that sagas are special so simply increasing stats won't make them stronger the more people who know the story and the stronger their belief the more powerful it becomes she adds that sometimes a saga can become stronger than reality is like how about

capturing a big snake can become a legend about slaying a dragon the sagas of lower class Warriors are simple they mostly revolve around getting stronger or faster of course that's amazing too but it falls short of being a true Saga according to heta sagas are the realization of Legends so their effects are really diverse they can create weapons transform or even summon armies heta herself demonstrates her power creating a sword made of fire which shocks our boy she tells Taio to remember this one thing the power to invoke a saga and develop it is entirely

up to the person himself this made our boy think about the Dragon Knight ced's Legend which he knows that will become his Saga suddenly a loud banging of the Bell interrupts their conversation hea asks our boy if he already knows what this means it means that they are being called to go to battle Leo is a bit surprised at how fast things are moving in this place before he could even process his thoughts a portal opens in front of them the red-haired girl states that when he passes through that Violet gate he will find the

deployment way waiting area everyone gathers there before heading to the battlefield a little later we see our boy all dressed up for battle but he's currently holding his breath back as Hada is trying to fix his attire like a wife fixing her husband's necktie before work with that said our boy walks towards the portal saying that he's off to the battlefield before he steps in haa tells him to be careful and make sure not to die with a very concerned look on his face to reassure her our boy gives her a thumbs up reminding her

that she was the one who told him that it's hard to Die thanks to iden's blessing a gentle smile appears on the girl's face easing her worries for a bit Leo steps into the portal and finds himself in the assembly place a lot of Vikings have already gathered and the place is jam-a our boy wonders if the battle call is for some kind of major battle while he is pondering his thoughts a gigantic slap to the back startles our boy it was none other than the friendly Barbarian Bjorn he's happy to meet our hero again

he remarks that he looks a lot better now wondering if he changed because of the beautiful valky and his team our boy blushes as he recalls the face of heta Bjorn then laughs and states that all Valkyrie are beautiful now that their friendly chat is over the Viking tells our boy to head over to his Legion remarking that today's battle will have a commander unlike yesterday then appears a terrifying presence staring down at Our Hero's very Soul the other Warriors notice that the commander is looking at our boy so they gaze at him as well

the terrifying leader asks Le Thao if he's idan's Warrior our boy nods and the man states that it feels odd for him to be sticking out alone like this you see since he's the only new member of the Legion he's the sole person in idan's line with that said the commander tells him to go back and stand behind another other group's line after that little Interruption Blackbeard over here finally introduces himself he's called Ragnar of the heimall Legion he is the one tasked to be the leader of today's battle he reveals that the objective of

this battle is to recover the territory they lost to the nolles so they will deploy right in the midst of the battlefield after that small briefing it's finally time for their war cry everyone shouted at the top of their lungs eager to fight for asgard's future each Legion enters their respective portals Ragnar states that he will be at the front lines so they just need to follow his lead the Warriors appreciate how Dependable their leader is saying that it is how a real man should lead the energy of these battle Maniacs is overwhelming and our

boy can't even follow up the battlefield is taking place in the middle of snowy mountain ranges the Vikings and monsters are clashing against each other dedicated to eliminating their adversary at the moment the fight seems to be at a stalemate but the Warriors morale suddenly Rises up upon sensing their reinforcements arriving suddenly they notice A peculiar Presence at the top of a certain Cliff an unidentified creature wielding a giant Sledgehammer screams monsters and humans alike wonder who the person is the fight paused for a brief moment as they stared at the shadowed figure then that

person leaps from the cliff he makes a devastating Landing sending monsters and humans flying indiscriminately this white werewolf turns out to be the boss of the monsters known as the White Fang the Warriors recognize the overwhelming presence of the boss and they didn't dare approach him carelessly they observe that the monster is at least four to five times bigger than the rest and clearly it is much more powerful while the Warriors are contemplating their next move a portal appears behind the white Fay then from inside the portal comes rushing Ragnar's unit they valiantly charge towards

the boss without even knowing what they are up against however as they got closer to the monster they began to realize how overwhelming its presence is it was too terrifying that even the fight loving barbarians stopped in the middle of their charge to rethink their life decisions Ragnar's eyes widened from the sheer shock it made him wonder what the hell they were even up against Unfortunately they weren't given the time to step back the White Fang swings its weapon towards them sending all of the reinforcements flying into the air fortunately for our boy he got

out of the portal a little late so he wasn't caught by the attack however the thing that greeted him as soon as he steps out of the portal are the razor sharp teeth of the monster growling at him there's only one thing inside Leo's mind at that moment who is the bastard that opened the portal right in the middle of the fight well this is really an interesting story if I may say so myself however I would have to end the first episode for now make sure to smash the like button and tell us in
