welcome to this mindfulness meditation let's begin start by taking deep breaths feel calm relaxed and focused on the present moment begin to notice your breath and notice your breathing inhale and exhale steadily fully and with intention do not try to change your breathing just allow yourself to breathe in and out As You Are whether it is fast or slow whatever the pace is begin to feel your thoughts and your mind wandering allow them to wander allow your thoughts to flow and come in and out of your mind they flow through your mind but they do
not break your focus or awareness bring your awareness to your body now where are you hiding tension in your body where might you be creating barriers or closing yourself off emotionally where is your mind at this moment is it wandering or is your mind at rest where it needs to be as you exhale your breaths imagine you're releasing negative energy with each inhale think I love who I am and on each exhale think I am deserving of love take a few moments to breathe and repeat these affirmations do this until you hear the Bell and
