welcome to soma breath meditation called into the light this is for you if you're looking for that big sudden burst of inspiration that creative spark of genius it's going to help you make your next game-changing idea it's also for you if you are feeling really low mood and you've lost your your mojo and you want to realign with your higher power your higher self and get back into your flow this is designed to actually get you into the gamma brainwave state where you can think from the highest frequency of thought you believe to learn faster
accelerate learning so we have to get more stuff done and actually have a lot more fun so there's a few things to take into consideration before you do this special meditation and is a very simple breathing technique that you can follow and it's based on our soma breath awakening technique where you'll be doing a series of rhythmic breathing and the music will guide you and tell you when to breathe in and when to breathe out so you're just going to follow along with the rhythm and the groove of the music and the guidance and the
inhalation should be into your belly so you can breathe in through both your nostrils and then breathe out for your mouth but just letting go on your excel no force and keeping it smooth and connected and consistent where there's no pause between your inhale and your exhale that's right then with series of rhythmic breaths for a few minutes you're going to be given the command to take a deep inhalation in and to make a chance a tone like ah [Music] that's three syllables are you want to bring your awareness to your creative glands your sex
and your digestive gland the ooh you want to bring your awareness to your heart hmm and your thymus gland these are the maintaining organs and then you wanna on your final hum mmm we're going to bring your awareness to your third eye your pineal gland and then your pituitary and imagine a light is radiating through you as you make this tone where you're going Oh imagine you're sending a light up through each one of these glands these endocrine glands the hormonal system which allows you to experience and have a sense of life itself and as
you do this as you bring you awareness to this light moving this light up like a circuit it will help you with the vibration a tone and the visualization begin to activate the endocrine glands that the functioning of your body that allows you to experience life itself so you're going to be doing this for several minutes as well combining rhythmic breathing with making these tones and then at one point you'll be given the command it's to take a deep inhale in and then to breathe out and at this point you can let your head drop
forward you make a hissing sound and you hold your breath and just completely relax and again you follow along with the instructions when you get another big command and you get this urge to breathe in you're gonna take a deep inhalation at this point you're gonna pull up the pelvic floor muscles you're gonna pull up the muscles around your sphincter and pull them up contract and you're gonna screw up your forehead you're gonna imagine you're sending this light all the way up into your third eye shooting this out into the universe I could come and
and message to your higher-self that's right this is all of visualization techniques all designed to help you move energy around the body using your breath the prana okay so the instructions are very simple you can also do this lying down on your back okay and you want to do this in a place I'm not going to be disturbed for the duration of it it's an exercise you should do on an empty stomach and you can do this once or twice a day don't overdo it if you stick to the daily dose you're gonna have a
lot of benefits from it and also be mindful of breathing in through your nose breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth maintains a nice circuit of of the breath try to avoid breathing in through your mouth in some cases you can actually elevate the experience with mouth breathing however I prefer to use your nose it actually gives you better and healthier habits if you just use your nose as often as possible to inhale and other things to be mindful of is that in some cases you might get tingly sensations in your fingers
your hands you might even get a bit cramping up there's nothing to be worried about just breathe through it and during the breath retentions it should relieve release itself and relieve itself by itself and no harm will be caused by this and another important thing is that for those of you who are a bit more advanced want to really activate the lifeforce energy with every inhale you take in you can pull up the pelvic floor muscles the mula bandha by contracting up the the muscles around your sphincter drawing it up imagining you're drawing up the
top of your inhale pulling contracting squeezing the muscles and then letting go on your exhale so squeeze and then let go on your excel this creates like a pump of this life force energy this video is also a hypno fractal video using our hypno fractal technology with a leaving bubble which moves in and out of the breath so you can also bring your awareness to this hypno fractal visualization as a way for you to time your breath perfectly and these hit no factual videos themselves can be a very therapeutic effect so experiment with doing this
