The clove, on the other hand, besides helping to relax the muscles, is also excellent due to its antimicrobial action, and can be used to fight infections caused by some types of bacteria and fungi. For the recipe you will need: the rind of four Sicilian lemons or lime.
a tablespoon of cloves and a little alcohol (serves the one from the supermarket) to peel the four lemons. the skin should be like this, look, without the pulp, okay? take a container, preferably a bottle, and put the cloves in then add the lemon peels and shake well now add the alcohol to completely cover the peels.
it's not to fill the bottle, just cover the shells. and our home remedy is almost ready. now you must close the bottle tightly and wait for at least ten days for the alcohol to extract all the medicinal properties, both from the cloves and from the lemon peel.
after ten days you should use it as follows: cover one nostril and pull with the other. this process can be repeated up to three times a day. The credits for this recipe goes to Dr Rafael Freitas, and according to him, it is not recommended for children or pregnant women.
