[Music] hey guys i just came home from work my hair looks ridiculous because selena my friend she was like giving me a head massage why did i say it like this massage and now my hair is so so tangly and naughty so yeah i just got home i was picking up a few packages that i had received in the mail and i'm also going to go to the supermarket to buy some food because me and helgi i think we're gonna go do the meal prepping thing that we've been doing so we have been you know
buying food and cooking on sundays and then making food for like lunch and dinner throughout the week only like the weekdays not the weekend but he's over there okay but uh and it's been working so well i know it's monday we were a little bit lazy yesterday we had some burgers and yeah so but i guess we're gonna go and buy some groceries so we can meal prep [Music] i'm not sure how i feel about these glasses okay they're actually quite cool we're gonna make actually at this dish that i randomly just came up with
it's it's a potato and then we fill it with vegetables and chickpeas and then then we're gonna make another one that's like roasted vegetables rice and white beans [Music] some beans i always try to buy oncologist if it's possible and if it's not like crazy expensive [Music] okay it's so weird i can't find cashew nuts anywhere like here are the nuts this door is actually quite nice i don't know why we don't go here i think the other one is a little bit cheaper they literally don't have any cashews okay never mind we found cashews
we've been looking everywhere and they have them like in three places around the store so no wonder why we didn't find it [Music] healthy has started making the roasted vegetables and i think somebody wants to help out hi hi okay first i'm going to put the white beans in water [Music] and this actually needs to stay in this for like 10 hours so i think we're just gonna make it ready in the morning but i'm gonna do everything else [Music] matilda always cries when we're cooking onions i don't know if it's a thing with cats
but i feel so bad for her she's always still crying oh my god i just googled the end this is called brussels sprouts i don't know why i didn't remember that but such brussels sprouts broccoli carrots and celery root so we have a lot of veggies and then here is the baked potatoes for the other recipe i'm just gonna season the veggies with salt and pepper and olive oil and maybe some rosemary because it's so good i'm gonna put some tomato taste and then i'm gonna season with salt and pepper and i'm also gonna add
italian seasoning [Music] i'm gonna add three cans of chickpeas [Music] i don't know why but i'm still wearing the sunglasses they're actually very comfortable to wear here so okay but i'm gonna make that cashew cream i'm gonna add some cashews and then i'm gonna add a little bit of water and then i'm gonna add salt and some olive oil as well and lemon juice [Music] so now it's like this consistency it's super good yummy okay so the food is ready here is the dish and here is the cashew cream and here are the potatoes and
you know we're milk prepping for the week but we still eat it the same day as we make it i mean it's so random but it's really good put it on here like this and then the cashew cream okay then it's ready and then we have some sparkling water how do you like it it's really good it's really like it's a healthy food but i mean it's it's great okay so now we have everything ready to put in our lunch boxes here we have jasmine rice and roasted vegetables and then we're missing the white beans
but they won't be ready until tomorrow and then we have here this one and the cashew cream [Music] so [Music] so it looks like this and it's only four boxes because it's monday already so we only need for the rest of the week [Music] it's actually the day after but since i didn't make the white beans i'm just gonna make them now they have been in water for like one day almost so i'm just gonna boil them now and cook them so i can add them to the lunch boxes okay so here i have the
beans and here are the lunchboxes and i'm just gonna put this here i know this may look a little bit boring but honestly this is like so good i don't get sick of this it's so fresh and so like light and just good on the stomach so i really love having this in my meal prep i'm editing this video now and i realized that i completely forgot to film an ending to this video so i'm just quickly gonna come on here and say thank you guys so much for watching and please let me know if
