if they have pain in the joints they can take high dose turmeric turmeric is um a powerful anti-inflammatory last June I was went to Scotland and I was pulling my heavy bags off the cuz I was traveling for about 6 weeks and I didn't realize that I tore my supr spinatus tendon no voice now your suus bananus tendon is about uh nearly 2 in wide and your suus bananas tendon is what gets you your arm up that far and then your deltoid takes it over there so uh to make a long story short in about
August I had a lot of pain and I could not lie on my arm so I had an MRI and my my um chiropractor rang me up and he said are you ready for it he said you've got a full thickness tear of your Su spinatus tendon and a 1 cm retraction he said your bicep tendon is tor longitudal and out of the groove you have a supraspinatus no that's supr infraspinatus and subscapular tear here he said You Got It Bad so he said I suggest you go to an orthopedic surgeon so I went to
an orthopedic surgeon I was impressed with this young man because he was about 40 and he was very fit and he looked at my arm now as soon as I found out I had the tears I started to do comfrey root puses and comrey has a growth stimulant in it and it's growing all around my house I planted it there and it was winter so I grate up the root and i' put a pus on it for 5 hours twice a day and I was taking high dose uh turmeric to get the inflammation down and
he wanted to know what I could do I could I could lift it a little bit he was shocked at what I could do considering what it said on the MRI he said how serious is this he said well you've got a 1 cm retraction he said that's a total tear he said I have never seen that join he said you will need surgery to stitch those two together and he showed me on the computer that they can make a little slit and just a little slit there and they can do the whole thing it's
actually incredible surgery what they can do now and I said wow I said when can you do it and he said well are you have you got Private health care I said no he said we'll have to go on a list I said oh I said is this serious do I need to do it soon he said no it's not that serious he said what have you been doing and I told him and he went hm I've heard about comrey and then he wrote down on my chip because I thought well I'll I'll book in
for a um for the theater cuz it's quick and easy I said what if I just hire you how much do you cost he said a I charge $2,000 for that I thought yeah I'll pay $2,000 to have that fixed quickly he said but then you'd have to hire an operating theater and then you'd have to hire nurses and then you'd have to fire an Methodist and that'll be about $10,000 I said forget it anyway when I left he said keep up the good work young lady and I was puzzled when he said that and
when I opened the the form to to go on uh you know the list to wait he put 12 months in other words he doesn't think this is a serious at all so I just kept up my turmeric and I just kept up my comrey puses and I have no pain and I have full use of my own and I think I did that for about three months but I don't do it anymore because I got no pain so about 3 weeks ago I got a call that they've got a vacancy fee for me for
surgery and I said forget it now I could go back and see Stuart Kennedy and I could go and have an MRI oh but I haven't got time and it cost money but I'm just very glad that I've got full use of my arms and muscles now so now I must build up so what I do every day is I rebound like this and when I rebound like that I'm strengthening bicep and when I rebound like that I'm strengthening triceps now for a while I couldn't rebound like that for very long but I can rebound
for 10 jumps like that now and 10 jumps like that now so I have retained full Str strength in this now for such a serious IND injury and I'm so glad that I went through that arthritis can significantly impact daily life leading to joint pain stiffness and inflammation understanding how certain dietary choices exercise and natural remedies can help alleviate these symptoms is essential for Effective management increasing the intake of alkaline foods such as fruits and vegetables can play a significant role in managing arthritis these foods help balance the body's pH levels when the body is
too acidic it can exacerbate inflammation a diet rich in alkaline foods can support joint health and potentially reduce inflammation levels it's often suggested that consuming at least five servings of fruits and vegetables daily can help lower the risk of developing inflammatory arthritis hydration is another crucial aspect of joint health water helps maintain ovial fluid which lubricates joints and reduces friction during movement staying well hydrated can prevent stiffness and improve Mobility many experts suggest that drinking adequate water can help reduce joint pain significantly with estimates indicating a potential decrease in discomfort by 20% or more rebounding
or bouncing on a mini trampoline is a low impact exercise that can strengthen the muscle around the joints while minimizing stress on them regular low impact exercise is often associated with a reduction in arthritis symptoms many people who incorporate rebound exercises report improved joint mobility and reduced pain levels with some experiencing relief in up to 40% of their discomfort turmeric is widely recognized for its anti-inflammatory properties primarily due to its active compound circumin this natur natural remedy can help inhibit the inflammatory process in the body providing relief for those suffering from arthritis many individuals taking
turmeric supplements report a noticeable reduction in joint pain and swelling sometimes up to 50% improvement over several weeks of consistent use comre root is another natural remedy used to alleviate joint pain when applied topically comrey can penetrate the skin and promote healing due to its allantoin cont many people using comrey ointments find significant relief from osteoarthritis pain with reports of pain reduction ranging from 30% to 50% after a few weeks but we've also got puses and these puses can get that acid that inflammatory out of the body and one that's particularly helpful is the ginger
palus ginger is great for joints especially inflamed joints so what you do is you just grate that Ginger very fine and you take a cloth maybe you have a cloth this big and you put the grated Ginger into the middle area and then you fold it over I call it um east west north south and you make a little package and when you've made your package here's your package and then you just have a little bit more plastic plastic around it that covers it or I should goes say goes under it and so it's applied
to the wrist with the plastic over and then it can be bandaged on and we have found many people have testified that it draws the inflammation out of the skin to the point where it it almost feels like the Skin's burning but it doesn't burn so a ginger palus and that's excellent for painful joints and remember it is quite a powerful anti-inflammatory uh has a powerful anti-inflammatory effect we had a lady uh attend one of our programs and she had a very swollen finger joint she said this finger has been hurting me for about a
year and she could not Bend her finger it was so painful and she said I'm right-handed it interferes with my ability to write to to prepare food to sew she said it's she said it's really difficult but she said I'm in my late 60s now I guess you know I'm getting arthritis how many people think that that they're getting into their late 50s 60s so these sorts of things are going to happen but I can tell you now we've seen people totally free from them so we put a greater Ginger pus on her and of
course that was a little tiny one that we put on her on her finger the next morning she came in and she said I have no pain in that finger she said I even slept all night when I was going to sleep it was feeling very hot she said and I wondered if I'd be able to sleep because it felt so hot but she said I I went to sleep and she said in the morning it didn't feel hot anymore when I took the pus off she said I could bend my finger the swelling wasn't
totally down but it certainly was almost halfway down just a very simple little ginger palus now I do warn people don't put it on just before you go to bed because you might wake in half an hour with your skin very very hot where the pus is and that could interfere with your ability to sleep so I suggest people put the ginger palus on and put it on just choose one painful joint where you put it on and just see how it feels maybe you'll put it on at 6:00 and you're going to bed at
9:00 see how it feels by 9:00 if it's just too hot take it off even even that amount of time it will have an effect ginger has been recognized for its potential benefits in reducing joint pain largely due to its anti-inflammatory properties the active compounds in ginger particularly Ginger play a significant role in alleviating pain and inflammation Ginger works by inhibiting the production of pro-inflammatory cyto coses which are proteins that promote inflammation in the body this mechanism helps to reduce swelling and discomfort in joints making it a popular natural remedy for individuals suffering from conditions
like arthritis statistics indicate that millions of people worldwide experience joint pain with osteoarthritis affecting approximately 27 million adults in the United States alone for those individuals incorporating Ginger into their daily diet can provide a natural alternative or complement to conventional pain management strategies many people report a noticeable decrease in pain and improved joint function after regularly consuming ginger in various forms such as teas supplements or as a spice in meals in addition to its anti-inflammatory effects Ginger also enhances blood circulation improved circulation can help deliver essential nutrients to joints promoting overall joint health and potentially
reducing stiffness this is especially beneficial for individuals with arthritis as joint stiffness can significantly hinder mobility and daily activities moreover Ginger is a rich source of antioxidants which combat oxidative stress in the body oxidative stress is linked to increased inflammation and Joint degeneration by neutralizing free radicals antioxidants in ginger help protect joint tissues from damage further supporting joint health I'm not against antibiotics they have saved lives and they will continue but you know most people should go through their life never having them remember this is just life saving that they should be used for so
the humble potato I have a couple more stories because it's such such The Humble potatoes a powerful thing when I was living in the rainforest many years ago when my children were little we had a guy living on the property who was a real hippie he was sickling the grass with a sickle you know the oldfashioned sickle and he was doing it Barefoot what's going to happen next and it went right into the back of his heel I heard about it and then I didn't hear anything for a few days and one of the guys
said have you seen Chris he's in his Caravan the that's where he lived the foot's swollen up twice the size and there's this red line coming right up his leg almost to the groin and he was lying in bed smoking marijuana waiting for nature to heal nature will heal if you give it the right conditions I said bring him up and I did hot and Cals I couldn't do the hot very hot I I could and when I put someone's foot in I usually put my hand there and dip it in and I watch their
face you can tell very clearly by their face if they're handling it and if they can't handle it just cool it down a bit because you know that after the first cold dip they can handle the hot a little bit more and so I did hot and Cals three times that brought his pain levels down again by about 50% and then I did the biggest greater potato polus I've ever done over his whole foot you see he had an internal wound and it had sealed on the outside now that is a perfect environment for Tetanus
do you know it's horses that carry tetanus and we had horses in the padic and tetanus can only get hold in the body if you've got an internal wound that is healed on the outside and not on the in on the inside it's got to heal from the inside out I said come back in 2 hours he could limp now before he couldn't even walk he came back in 2 hours he was limping I did the hot and colds Den I did the grer potato again but when I took that pus off the wound had
opened and that's what you want you want that wound to remain open until it heals from the inside side out I think I did it uh again before he went to bed and then in the morning and by the way every time he came back the red Line's going down down down now if that foot didn't go down and if that red line didn't go down we would have turned straight to hospital mm but it did it did and that's why I say try this if you're getting results what's the body saying yes if the
what's the results the results is reduction in swelling results are reduction in pain so you so you're looking for the body's response treatments like potato puses and hot and cold therapy can be effective for reducing joint pain both methods utilize natural elements to alleviate discomfort and promote healing making them accessible options for many people potatoes have anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce swelling and pain in joints to make a potato pus start by washing and peeling a couple of medium-sized potatoes cut them into thin slices or grate them then place the slices or grated potato
