It was absurd how much coverage and how big it became. Ever since then, it's like everything that I do is completely criticized. And I feel a lot of pressure.

I just hope the audience and the judges see who I am as a musician Dude, Terry. Are you ready? I'm ready.

How are you finding the music business in general as a performer? Um I've been doing this for a long time. And uh the industry is really hard because things have changed over time.

But I continue to push just because I feel like I have a story. I have a uh I just want to inspire people because I haven't quit. Right.

To be honest, I think I'm single because I'm overweight. But I have got a medical condition where I eat in my sleep. IT'S CALLED INSOMNIA.

Do you know I was walking up at 4:00 a. m. this morning, the phone rang.

I thought, "Who's ringing me at this time? " I picked the phone up. A chew down the line.

A chew. It was a cold caller at that time. Murray.

Yes. [cheering] Are Are you well? No, you're not a well.

You You're a person. You know what they taught me? Hebrew and Greek.

Greek. I'm from Bootle, right? Seriously, the only Greek I know is Stavros does me kebabs, right?

And Hebrew's when a guy puts the kettle on. >> [laughter] >> And because I want to be famous, too, I started off in a disabled Steps tribute band. We were called Ramps.

I remember when I started stand-up, my mom, she just quit her job. Zero savings. She said Jesus is going to pay her bills.

>> [cheering] >> And several years later, she had zero debt. She made me a believer, because that's when I found out that I was Jesus. My mom helps me book gigs, and my dad helps me write my material.

So, I like to think I'm pretty far along in the entertainment industry because I've got two things that a lot of people strive to have. I have a Jewish writer, and my agent is a girl I used to sleep with. You know how you see your parents, you become a child again?

I'm like, "OH MY GOD, MOMMY. " SHE'S LIKE, "JACQUELINE, LORD HAVE MERCY, YOU FAT. " SHE SAID, "YOU A FLOP.

WHAT YOU EATING, PEOPLE? " Appreciate you, Drke. I can't ask my parents for money.

You know, I want to ask them, but I can't ask them, cuz they told me not to ask them anymore. That's why instead, I sent them the nicest letter. Dear Mr and Mr.

Vader, we have your son. Here's how you really know you're getting old. When you start saying things your parents used to say to you.

I checked into the hotel not too long ago. The guy at the front desk was like, "Good morning, Mr Yo. How are you?

" I said, "Any day you wake up is a great day.
