have you ever felt like you're drowning in a sea of problems gasping for air what if I told you there's a Lifeboat right next to you waiting for you to grab on my friends that Lifeboat is God's unwavering presence and love today we'll explore how shifting our Focus from our problems to God Can Transform Our Lives if you believe that God can make a difference in your life today let us Stand Together in faith I will pray a fervent prayer with you in the mighty name of Jesus so watch until the end and open your
hearts to receive the blessings of this prayer imagine you're in air traffic controller surrounded by blinking screens and constant chatter the sky is filled with countless aircraft each on its own path some in potential danger but you have an advanced radar system one that sees beyond the chaos guiding each plane safely to its destination that radar system represents God's omniscient view of Our Lives steering us through life's turbulent skies in Matthew 6: 33-34 we're reminded but seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things shall be added to you therefore do
not worry about tomorrow for tomorrow will worry about its own things sufficient for the day is its own trouble by turning our eyes to God and trusting in his guidance we can navigate any storm that comes our way let us hold fast to his promises knowing that his love and wisdom will see us through my dear friends how often do we find our elves consumed by our problems we zoom in on our troubles magnifying them until they block out everything else but what if we could step back and see the bigger picture God's vision for
our lives is far greater than we can imagine he sees not just our current struggles but also the beautiful tapestry he's weaving with the threads of our experiences in Romans 8:28 we're assured and we know that all things work together for good to those who love God to those who are called according to his purpose this verse isn't saying that all things are good but that God can work all things for good even our darkest moments can become Stepping Stones to something greater remember the story of Joseph in the Old Testament sold into slavery by
his own Brothers falsely accused and imprisoned his life seemed a series of unfair disasters yet God was at work positioning Joseph to save not just his family but an entire nation from famine Joseph later told his brothers in Genesis 50: 20 but as for you you meant evil against me but God meant it for good in order to bring it about as it is this day to save many people alive when we focus on God instead of our problems we gain his perspective we begin to see our challenges not as insurmountable obstacles but as opportunities
for growth and miracles it's like adjusting the lens of a camera when we zoom out from our problems and focus on the greatness of God our troubles start to shrink in comparison this doesn't mean our problems disappear but it does mean they lose their power to overwhelm us we realize that the God who created the universe who set the stars in place is more than capable of handling our difficulties so today I challenge you to shift your focus when problems Loom large look to God's promises instead instead trust in his plan even when you can't
see the way forward remember he's writing a story far more beautiful than we could ever imagine now let's explore the transformative power of trust my friends trusting God in the midst of our problems isn't always easy it's human nature to want to control our circumstances to have all the answers but true people peace comes when we surrender our need for control and place our trust in God in Proverbs 3:5 to6 we're instructed trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding in all your ways acknowledge Him and He Shall
direct your paths this verse challenges us to trust God not just partially but with all our heart it's an invitation to let go of our limited understanding and embrace God's infinite wisdom think about Shadrach meach and Abednego in the Book of Daniel faced with a fiery furnace that chose to trust God regardless of the outcome their unwavering faith not only saved them but also transformed a king's heart when we trust God in our difficult moments we open the the door for miracles it's like a tight RPP Walker crossing a deep gorge from our perspective on
the ground the task seems impossible and filled with danger but the Walker's Eyes Are Fixed On the destination trusting in their training and Equipment similarly when we fix our eyes on God trusting his guidance we can navigate even the most daunting challenges this trust doesn't mean we'll never face hardships but it does mean we'll never face them alone God promises in Isaiah 41:10 fear not for I with you be not dismayed for I am your God I will strengthen you yes I will help you I will uphold you with my righteous right hand when we
focus on God's promises instead of problems fear loses its grip on us we find strength we didn't know we had because it's not our strength but God's so today I encourage you to take a leap of faith trust God with that problem that's been keeping you up at night surrender your need for control and watch how God can work in ways you never imagine remember our God Specializes in the impossible let's now explore the profound peace that comes from God's presence my dear friends in a world full of chaos and uncertainty peace can seem elusive
yet God offers us a peace that surpasses all understanding this peace isn't dependent on our circumstances but on our focus in Colossians 3 verse two we're encouraged set your mind on things above not on things on the earth when we set our minds on God we tap into a Wellspring of peace that can sustain us through any storm consider the story of Peter walking on water in Matthew 14 as long as his eyes were fixed on Jesus he defied the laws of nature it was only when he shifted his Focus to the wind and wave
waves that he began to sink the same is true for us when we focus on our problems we can feel like we're drowning but when we keep our eyes on Jesus we find the strength to rise above our circumstances God's peace is like a fortress in times of trouble in Psalm 46 verse 1 to2 we're reminded God is our refuge and strength a very present help in trouble therefore we will not fear even though the Earth be removed and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea this verse paints a picture of
extreme chaos the Earth removed mountains falling into the sea yet in the midst of this God remains our refuge and strength when we focus on God's presence rather than our problems we find an anchor for our souls we discover a peace that doesn't make sense to the world around us it's a piece that allows us to sleep soundly even when the storms of life rage it's a piece that enables us to stand firm when everything around us is shaking this peace is available to each one of us right here right now it doesn't require us
to have all the answers or to have our lives perfectly in order it simply requires us to turn our Focus to God to invite his presence into our situations so today I challenge you to practice the presence of God in every problem you face look for God's hand at work in every worry that arises counter it with a truth from God's word as you do this you'll find that peace begins to flood your heart and mind now to all those within the sound of my voice let us go to the Lord in prayer I want
you to pray this prayer with me so that you can have all the blessings of this prayer let us pray to our gracious and loving God almighty God creator of Heaven and Earth I come before you with Thanksgiving and praise you are the alpha and omega beginning and the end the author and finisher of my faith your wisdom surpasses all understanding and your love knows no bounds I am grateful for your infinite power and Limitless Mercy Lord I Thank You for Your constant presence in my life even when I fail to recognize it I'm grateful
for your guidance steering me through life's trials and challenges thank you for being my refuge and strength my very present help in times of trouble forgive me Father for my sins and for the times I've allowed my problems to overshadow your greatness as you have forgiven me I also forgive those who have wronged me releasing all bitterness anger and resentment Lord I pray for a shift in my perspective help me to see my challenges Through Your Eyes recognizing them as opportunities for growth and miracles grant me the strength to trust you with all my heart
leaning not on my own understanding I declare that my faith is stronger than my fears in the name of Jesus I rebuke every Spirit of anxiety and worry I bind the spirit of doubt and unbelief rendering it powerless over my mind and heart father I Surrender my need for control and place my complete trust in you I choose to believe in your deliverance regardless of the outcome I am grateful that your plans for me are good plans to prosper me and not to harm me Lord I fix my eyes on you trusting in your perfect
guidance as I journey through life I pray for your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus like Peter walking on water I choose to keep my gaze firmly on you Rising above the waves of circumstance I rebuke every storm that threatens to overwhelm me commanding it to be still in the name of Jesus father I ask for your healing touch upon every area of my life physical emotional and spiritual I declare that by your stripes I am healed protect me Lord from the fiery darts of the enemy Shield
me from every attack on my mind body and spirit I pray for discernment to recognize your voice amidst the noise of this world Lord extend these same blessings to my loved ones let them experience your peace protection and healing power grant them the wisdom to focus on you rather than their problems surround them with your favor as with a shield Lord as I say this prayer together with everyone listening I am GR ful for every heart that is opening before you right now we come in agreement lifting each other up before your throne of grace
