so I'm currently sitting here in my home office I'm just writing out some sales funnels and writing up some milk ideas for you guys I hope you don't mind that I'm doing this in a video form I just find it's a bit more convenient bit more personable so let's get to it so Bob told me that number one you guys have a mailing list of 2500 number two you're trying to roll out some new services now to start with your mailing list you have a pretty good start you have 3,500 people your problem is you
need to figure out what I'm actually going to do with them now one thing I'm actually going to link in this email is an internal documents of none of our clients actually see this is it just for me and the people that work for me it's called me four pillars of value now it's this idea that I draft it up after you know thinking about offense and defense and defense to me really is retention and upselling in my business so one thing I'm very proud of is my retention with my clients is actually very very
good and it's because as I said I've been a law fall into this so for me in my business every week I make sure that I'm providing my clients with at least one piece of value now just take a look at that document and it will list like a range of seven to eight different things that constitute as a value there's also check-ins Monday and Thursday and other stuff my thinking behind it as all explained in there as I said it's an internal process it's just for us just for my freelancers just so everyone is
on the same page and it's worked pretty well for me now as for you guys people have already bought in and most of the people in the 2,500 mailing list have already bought in and are already a client of yours so what you want to maintain is top of mind awareness so whenever someone thinks about insurance you should be the first one and in order to do that you need to limit time in between interactions so what I mean by that is their first experience and second experience with you shouldn't be a Europe or they
should be three months support formal support at the maximum if you're constantly reminded that you guys are the go-to for insurance so for me and my business that means sending out a value proposition once a week we have very different businesses for you guys I would recommend maybe once a month once every two months once every three months really utilize this mailing list and think strategically what do you want people to think when you do come back to them one of my biggest sayings is if you're the one asking you don't have any leverage so
this idea of values spoken a lot but honestly like for me I actually have a newsletter for my own personal brand it's very easy for me to come out with value I can tell stories I can share articles my own articles my own conceptual ideas for an insurance company it's not very glamorous that said one thing Bob told me about is this new cybersecurity you guys could very easily curate or most of time just take an article from online and send that out then through various psychological techniques within the sales copy which means the actual
email itself you can get them quite I mean cybersecurity is something to be worried about it's something where you could potentially lose a lot of money lose a lot of time so it's very easy to get your the people on your mailing that's concerned about it so back to my point what to do with the mailing list number one you can use an autoresponder so basically an autoresponder in terms of a mailing list would basically mean once again I asked a small been here for me that you guys actually have lists so people are assigned
to whichever insurance you provided them with so one who owns a business and it was within that list may also want a cyber security so you don't there doesn't actually have to be a starting point you can use the list and basically the system we use the system called market hero do you get that entire list and over the space of say three weeks they get five different emails once again that runs them through the psychological process would be final close in mind now how detailed and how many emails precisely has to be all depends
on how high ticket the item is and all the else I have no idea how much the insurance costs and how much it's worth to you so that's something you can think about later on so basically it's a consecutive line of emails and through like click-through systems and cookies you can track who's open what emails have they gone to your call to action etc etc so say someone opened you know one email to but emails three they don't open then basically the system will know that and they will send an email to the people who
haven't opened three for example there's a bunch of different variables but we have an open email three they'll send them an email with more of an emotional spike sort of more likely to open and continue to the final call to action and the conversion once again I'm really sorry usually with clients I'm in front of them and I write this down and actually haven't got a my graphic designer to to format this yet but that's basically what an autoresponder is and that's what an autoresponder could do for your current list basically up selim business owner
very easy to sell them cybersecurity now to bring in new clients and for example getting new people in the mailing list Facebook advertising like honestly it's amazing it's very very difficult because you need to split test for lots and lots of different variables but once you do have the right formula then the ROI is crazy but that said then there becomes advertising fatigue so basically if you have the winning set it is amazing and you'll get incredible ROI but then obviously at some point that stops and you have to start split testing and do market
research and data analysis to make sure you find the next winning set Facebook advertising very very good for bringing in new clients whether that be cyber security home insurance any sort of insurance you guys offer it very easy to target home owner is it's very easy to target people with a set income range even things like say luxury lifestyle that's not someone saying or committing to I enjoy luxury lifestyle basically Facebook is tracking their usage on Facebook and they're seeing are they going on luxury sites are they in terms of advertising are they clicking on
luxury items etc etc it gets a broad spectrum and then zones it in so last thing I want to talk about is one of my new favorite sales funnels that we've created and that's a profit cycle formula I'll include an image basically what it is is paid traffic from Facebook Instagram Google YouTube whatever it may be it comes in to a landing page to some sort of value proposition so say for you guys it could be a free guide to protecting yourself from cyber security and then obviously the thought process in mind is they're getting
a bit of free value you're in a position of authority with an honesty and then you're going try and sell them some cybersecurity insurance or you could go to the discount route so you know they get 20% off their first month or actually their first month free something like that is way more likely to draw people in so they fill in their employment landing page they get taken to the Thank You page the thank-you page tells them check your email to get your free guide or your your discount for your first month all and that
is a micro yes for them it's a little compliance so once again the check their email now you have their information another email you have their name so they can be put into an autoresponder and as I said if you this is a bit hard to understand just look at the image I'm going to send you excuse my writing it's very poor but the autoresponder puts them through the sales process where they get to know about the company they get to know about the problem why do they need this they get to know about why
