you guys want to do a quick little video on the team members scorecards on your homepage agents scorecards extremely powerful one-on-one reporting area so you can pull up any agent here in the drop-down it's gonna show you their income up at top with their pendings and then it also this year you'll you're gonna see this year's goals how are they doing and then this month's goals how are they doing so you can quickly see those right up on top and there's a fun option here as well inside of my business do you want it on
their scorecard do you want to give them credit for their team member on any transaction or only team member one so you can toggle that this year that is an option I'm gonna show them what they have going on inside of their business and then very detailed down below each month broke down all the way from the activities and then as you scroll down it's gonna be their results so obviously the activities lead to the results so this stuff is not happening it's gonna be very hard for any of this stuff to happen so great
for one-on-one tea and it always highlights the current month that we're in so you can see marches highlighted here because that's the month we're in we can see how many hours they spent lead generating if you're tracking that contacts per hour they're dials contacts and then we get down to appointment set and held which are obviously a little bit more important to be able to see if we're getting any results and then we're able to see all their close transactions down at the bottom and every agent has their own whiteboard down here as well so
we can see what they have to embalm listings what are their upcoming closing so you guys can have one-on-ones with them and talk about the transactions coming up on March 10th how's that going and then recent closings as well are all showing on here so team members scorecard and then it also has their sources and then you can toggle this as well so you can see this week what have you done what did you do last week and then you can also go to quarterly as well so you can see what they did first quarter
versus second quarter obviously we were only in the first quarter so far so a quick little summary there here's their 30-day cash flow so we can talk about that as well making sure that they have the proper income to fund their life so that is the team member scorecard
