hello there my name is Elizabeth leam and I'm a Riki master and I'm also a TM sitter from the TM cities program I spent my entire career my working life working as a registered nurse in clinical settings and management predominantly in the operating theater Suite in new southw Sydney teaching hospitals and also later on in life I converted over into Intensive Care Nursing working in heart loan transplant units and other Intensive Care Unit areas broadly speaking and I continued up until the day I had to retire from nursing I learned Reiki in 1990 on a
return trip from India I went to India in 1990 as my third trip for three months as a journey to meet the pilgrimage they call it to meet the great Saints of India some had I had already met before and to Vis V visit some of the more religious SS again anyway I met de hababa on the banks of the Yuma River in vind Daven I met Mother Teresa in Kata which I write about in my book the samurai Reiki master now you may say the samurai Reiki master interesting book yeah well it is an
interesting Journey it takes me from the moment I was first introduced to raiki on the airplane going to India then coming home again and learning hii which I never never ever thought I would ever do but I did I don't regret one moment of it I hope you enjoy reading my book The samuraii Master there is much to be gained from it for everybody at every level it is a very confronting book to say the least and deliberately so because when planning the book well I didn't actually plan to write a book I just set
out to find a suan who he was and get to know him was the actual story but it turned out to be my much broader and enriching Adventure than I could ever possibly have imagined would ever happened especially to me and that is finding aie what a journey that was a hard grueling joyous Journey like you have no idea and I invite you to come with me on my journey with my book the samurai REI Master I'll keep plugging it because I can't tell you it all in one big story it's 804 long pages in
a paperback but it shares with you how I found Dr USI taras haai taras Dr to as she described him I used her voice and her key wordss and an audio tape that she made in 19 79 she transcribed the story of history of raiki on an audio cassette tape very bad quality one my D that we had to uh red digitize and clean up as much as we could just so we could listen to her voice but that seemed to be an impossibility really but we did the best we could with the expert at
the ABC Studios in syney so I divised a number of key words from that tape and my search for drui had to meet that criteria and I'll explain some of that criteria to you as we go along but I outlined that again in the book so you can follow the criteria and each part of that criteria that I set these keywords of Mrs dardas you can use those a the word doish university that one rings a bell Where Mrs takar says drui was the president of the do shishi University in Kyoto and a minister on
Sundays a fully pledged Minister and I think well takak is the voice of Reiki she brought Reiki from Japan to the west to us through difficult times who knows better than anybody who is who he was even though it was a story passed on to her from her teacher Hayashi as she says very well she says I never met him this is how his story was told to me by my teacher Hayashi though I never met drui so I'm using her words to guide you to his identity and a lot of wonderful things happened to
me on this journey as I reveal to you as we go so I welcome you to look at the book read part of that for yourself it is not a book on how to set up a treatment room how to give treatments or anything like that in fact I don't like using the word treatment I'd rather be a de session a raiki session I'm very fussy on kind of choosing some words but it's a book on how raiki came through all the political turmoil that confronted a and Hayashi and the to get Reiki and put
