Artificial intelligence just changed crypto trading forever, and most traders have absolutely no idea this is even possible yet. Right now, you can connect Claude, one of the most powerful AI models in the world, directly to your exchange account. And in today's video, I'm going to show you the complete beginner's guide to making this happen step by step.
Plus, I've got some bonuses for you along the way just for signing up through my links in the description. So, make sure you stick around for those. Let's get into it.
All right. So, before we get into the setup, you let me quickly explain what Claude actually is because I think a lot of people are still sleeping on this. Claude is an AI model built by Anthropic, and in my opinion, it is right now the most powerful and most useful AI tool available for traders.
I've personally switched to Claude for the majority of my AI usage, and over the past few months especially, the gap between Claude and everything else has just been getting bigger and bigger. Now, the version of Claude that most people know is the basic chat version. You type a message, it responds.
That's it. And look, even that version is already incredibly useful for market analysis, strategy research, writing trade journals, all of that. But, what makes Claude genuinely game-changing for us as traders is what they built on top of that.
There are two things I want to walk you through today. The first is Claude Co-work. This is Claude's agentic mode.
It doesn't just talk, it actually acts. It can open your apps, read and edit files on your computer, run scheduled tasks, and remember context across sessions. So, it knows what you told it yesterday.
It knows your trading setup. It works for you in the background while you're doing something else. The second is the TwoBit AI agent trade kit.
And this is where it gets really exciting. TwoBit has built a direct integration that connects Claude straight to your exchange account. So, your AI agent can check prices, monitor your portfolio, and place real-life trades all from a simple text prompt.
Together, these two things create something that I genuinely think most traders are not ready for. So, let me show you how to set it all up. Before we install anything, let me quickly run you through the Claude plans so you know exactly what you need.
There is a free tier. This gives you access to Claude Sonnet, which is a very capable model. You can do basic chatting, analysis, document review, and coding.
The limitation is you will hit daily usage caps if you're using it heavily. Then, there's the pro plan at $20 a month. This gives you five times the usage, access to all models including Opus, which is the most powerful model, and it unlocks projects, which I'm going to show you how to use in a moment.
This is where I'd recommend most people start. And then, there's the max plan for heavier users. This is what I personally use.
It gives you much higher usage limits and a bigger context window, which matters a lot if you're running longer trading sessions or doing deep research. For what we're doing today, connecting Claude to your exchange and using it as a trading assistant, the pro plan is going to be more than enough to get started. All right, let's get into the actual setup.
This part is actually very simple, and let me walk you through it. All right. So, to get started, you need to download the Claude desktop app.
Head over to claude. com/download. You'll see the download page right here.
You'll see download options for Mac and Windows. Just click on your operating system, and the download will start automatically. Once it's installed and you open it up, you'll land on the main interface.
It looks similar to a chat window, but this is where all the power lives. Now, to access Co-work specifically, you'll need a Claude Pro or Claude Max. Co-work is a premium feature.
Once you're on the right plan, you'll see the Co-work option available in your interface. When you first open Co-work, it will ask you to set up your connected folders. These are the folders on your computer that Claude is allowed to access.
I recommend creating a dedicated folder for your crypto work. Something like Claude trading, and and pointing it there. That way, Claude has access to everything it needs without touching the rest of your computer.
And that's it. You're installed and ready to go. Now, here's something that most people skip, and it's honestly one of the most powerful things you can do on Claude.
It's called projects. Think of projects like folders. Each project has its own memory, its own files, and its own instructions.
So, instead of starting from zero every single time you open a new chat, Claude already knows your setup, your trading style, your goals. Here's how to set one up. Click on work in a project.
Then, click start from scratch. Name it something like crypto trading. Now, and this is the key step, you want to upload a document that gives Claude context about you.
I call this a one-pager. It doesn't have to be long. Just write down what markets you trade, what your strategy is, what exchanges you use, what your risk tolerance is, and what you want Claude to help you with.
Once that file is in your project, every single chat you open inside that project is going to have that context automatically. Claude knows who you are. It knows your setup.
You don't have to repeat yourself every time. This is a game-changer. Set this up before you do anything else.
All right. Now, let me show you exactly how to use Claude as a crypto trading assistant even before we connect it to your exchange. Use case one.
Market analysis on demand. You can tell Claude Co-work, "Analyze the current Bitcoin price action on the 4-hour chart. Tell me if we're in a trending or ranging market, and give me your view on whether I should be looking long, short, or staying out.
" It will pull the data, analyze it, and give you a structured recommendation. And because it remembers context, you can follow up, ask questions, and build on the conversation over time. Use case two.
Trade journal and performance reports. Drp your trade history CSV into your Claude folder and say, "Analyze my last 90 days of trades. Show me my win rate, average risk-reward, my best and worst-performing pairs, and tell me where I'm losing the most money.
" Claude will read the file, crunch the numbers, and give you a full performance breakdown. Like having a personal trading analyst. Use case three.
Strategy research. Ask Claude to research a specific trading strategy. Say, a trend-following system using EMA crossovers on the 4-hour chart.
It will write the logic, explain the parameters, and even generate the Pine Script code for TradingView. Use case four. Daily briefings.
Set up a scheduled task. "Every morning at 8:00 a. m.
, pull the top crypto news, check Bitcoin's overnight price action, and give me a one-page briefing. " Claude handles it automatically. You wake up, open your computer, and your briefing is already there.
This is what I mean when I say this is a game-changer. It's not just answering questions, it's doing the work. But, now let me show you the most powerful part.
Now, to connect Claude directly to your exchange, we're going to use TwoBit. TwoBit just released what they're calling the AI agent trade kit. And this is by far the most exciting thing I've seen released on any exchange this year.
If you don't have a TwoBit account yet, now is actually a great time to sign up. Click the link in the description below. You'll land on the TwoBit page, and you can sign up with your email in less than a minute.
Set a strong password, verify your email, and you're in. And just by signing up through my link, you'll get a $30 futures bonus plus one month of VIP status completely free just for registering. I'll mention more bonuses later in the video as well.
Once you're logged in, you'll land on the main dashboard. Before we set up the API, I want to show you a smart way to do this using a sub-account. This is how I recommend doing it because it keeps your main account protected.
Once you're logged in, click on your profile icon at the top right. Then, click on sub-account. Click create sub-account.
You can choose between a regular email or a virtual email. Get the verification code, set a strong password, and confirm. Your sub-account is now ready.
Step two. Set up the API key. Click on your profile icon again, and this time click on API management.
At the top right, click new API. Under the note field, give it a name. Something like AI agent trading so you know exactly what this key is for.
For permissions, choose read and write. This is what allows the AI agent to actually place orders on your behalf. If you just want to use this for analysis only, you can choose read only.
You can enable spot, contracts, or both depending on what markets you want the agent to trade. For IP settings, if you have a dedicated workspace, I'd recommend selecting allow trusted IPs only and entering your IP address. This is the most secure option.
If you move around a lot, you can select unrestricted, but keep in mind your API key will only be valid for 3 months in that case. Once everything looks good, click confirm. Step three.
Save your keys. You'll now see your access key and secret key. Copy both of them carefully and store them somewhere offline.
Like a notes app that's not connected to the internet, or write them down. This is important because the secret key is only shown once. If you lose it, you'll need to create a new API key.
All right. Now, the fun part. Open up Claude.
Give it this exact prompt. "I want you to connect to my TwoBit exchange account using these API credentials. Once connected, check my account balance so I can confirm you have access.
" If everything is set up correctly, Claude will confirm it has access and show you your account balance. From that point on, you can just start giving it commands. For example, "What's the price of Bitcoin right now?
" It pulls live market data instantly. "Buy 10 USDT worth of Bitcoin at market price. " It places the order immediately.
"Show me my open futures positions. " It shows you exactly what you have running. "Set a stop loss on my BTC position at $60,000.
" And it will be done. It's genuinely that simple. And because everything runs locally on your machine, your API keys are never sent anywhere.
The AI just uses them to sign requests on your device. Just a reminder that once you start trading on TwoBit, if you hit 50,000 USDT in futures volume, you'll get another 30 USDT in trial funds on top of your sign-up bonus. And if you deposit 5,000 USDT, you can get up to 750 USDT in trial funds.
The link in the description has all of this unlocked automatically. I know what some of you are thinking. How do I know this is actually safe?
I'm giving an AI access to my exchange account. That's a fair question. So, let me walk you through exactly why this is built differently.
At first, everything runs locally on your machine. Your API key never gets sent to a server somewhere. All the request signing happens on your device.
So, there's no third-party sitting in the middle holding your credentials. Second, you can set it to read-only mode. That means the agent can only pull market data and check your portfolio.
It literally cannot place a trade. If you just want to test it out or use it for analysis only, that's an option. Third, every single action the agent takes gets logged.
There's a local activity log of every tool call it makes. So, you always have a clear record of what happened and when. Fourth, custom access.
You choose exactly which features the agent can use. You're not just flipping one switch and giving it full control. You can toggle specific tools on or off depending on what you actually need.
Fifth, permission matching. The tools the agent can access are automatically matched to whatever permissions your API key has. So, if your key doesn't have futures permissions, the agent simply won't have access to futures tools.
Unauthorized tools are never even exposed to it. And finally, the whole thing is open-source under the MIT license. The code is fully auditable.
Anyone can read it. There are no hidden dependencies, no black boxes, no third-party services running in the background. So, yeah, for a tool this powerful, the security setup is actually really solid.
Honestly, I think this is one of the most underrated tools in crypto right now. Most traders are still doing everything manually, checking charts, writing down trades, copy-pasting analysis. And look, there's nothing wrong with that.
But when you can offload all of that to an AI that actually does the work for you, why wouldn't you? What I really like about Claude Co-works specifically is that it's not some sketchy third-party bot. This is Anthropic.
This is one of the most trusted AI companies in the world. And TwoBit's AI agent kit is open-source, free, and fully auditable. So, you're getting serious power with serious reliability behind it.
Is it perfect? No, it's still early. You're going to need to test things, double-check your setups, and not just blindly let it run without monitoring.
That's just common sense. But as a tool to make you a more efficient, more informed trader, it's already there. And it's only going to get better from here.
And that's it, guys. That's your complete beginner's guide to trading using Claude. From setting up your account and your projects to connecting your exchange API to executing real trades through a simple conversation.
If you want to get started with TwoBit and claim those bonuses, click the link at the top of the description. You get a $30 futures bonus and 1 month of VIP just for signing up. And if you really get into trading on TwoBit, there's also up to 8,000 USDT in futures bonuses available once you hit higher trading volumes.
All the details are in the description. If you want a more detailed walk-through of the TwoBit platform, how to deposit, trade futures, and use all the features, click the video popping up on screen right now. If you found this useful, leave a thumbs up.
It really does help the channel. Subscribe if you haven't already, and I'll see you in the next one.
