a vivid illustration that when God is with us the size of our adversary doesn't matter in the New Testament we find another story of courage in the face of fear Peter when walking on water towards Jesus as captured in Matthew 14: 29-31 began to sink when he took his eyes off Jesus and saw the wind yet when he cried out to Jesus the Lord immediately reached out and caught him this moment teaches us that our focus should not be on the storms around us but on the Savior beside us when fear seeks to drown us
