My name is Julia Simmons, and I'm a 50-year-old social worker. What I'm about to share with you is my near-death experience testimony of what happened when Jesus showed me six shocking events that will happen this year in 2025. But before we start, please let me know where you're listening from.
It will be nice to feel closer, even if we're physically apart. Also, don’t forget to like and comment on what you thought about this near-death experience testimony. Let's have a fair and open discussion so we can learn from each other on this channel.
Enjoy listening. This began on March 20th, 2021, when I clinically died for 21 minutes and 11 seconds. It all started when I collapsed one morning at work.
My heart gave out, a result of years of stress and underlying health issues that I had ignored. The last thing I remember was my colleagues frantically calling 911, and then everything went black. The next thing I knew, I was standing outside my body, looking down at the medical team trying to revive me.
I was no longer connected to the world I knew, and an overwhelming peace washed over me as I realized I was no longer alive. As I floated in that liminal space, I was consumed with the sensation of being completely surrounded by love. And then I felt Him.
It was Jesus. He appeared before me in a way that words can't fully capture. His presence radiated pure light—a light that was not blinding but inviting, like a warm embrace on a cold day.
His eyes, full of compassion and knowing, met mine. It was as if He could see every part of me, every hurt, every regret, and every joy I had ever experienced. Yet, despite knowing all that, He looked at me with a love so pure it broke me.
“Julia,” He said, “You’re not finished yet. I have something to show you. ” I was taken aback.
I had never heard His voice like that before, so personal, so direct. But before I could fully process what He had said, everything around me shifted. The peaceful, serene atmosphere began to change, and the environment around us morphed into what I can only describe as an amphitheater of light.
It was vast, stretching beyond what my mind could comprehend, and it seemed as though the light itself was alive. I looked at Jesus, and His face held a look of divine anticipation. “I am going to show you the events that are coming in the world in 2025,” He said.
“You are a part of a bigger plan, Julia, and I want you to witness what is ahead. ” And then He spoke the words that would change everything. “First, I will show you the Great Deception.
” As soon as He spoke those words, I felt an overwhelming sense of dread fill the space around us. It was as if the very fabric of reality began to shift. The first scene He showed me was a representation of the deception that has been sweeping the world—how false teachings, lies, and distractions have crept into every corner of society, even into the Church.
I saw how people were being led astray by false prophets, by teachings that claimed to be of God but were far from it. It wasn’t just in far-off places; it was happening everywhere. I saw people, normal, everyday people, being enticed by promises of peace, of enlightenment, of unity, but all leading them further from the truth of Jesus Christ.
The most disturbing part was how these lies seemed to grow in power and influence, convincing millions, if not billions, that they were walking in truth when, in reality, they were walking in darkness. “Many will be deceived in the last days,” Jesus said to me. “It will be subtle at first, but it will grow.
Those who are not grounded in My Word will be swept away. ” I saw people embracing new age philosophies, believing that all paths led to God. I witnessed spiritual movements that promoted self-enlightenment and humanism over the divine truths that were revealed in Scripture.
It was as if a great cloud of confusion had descended over the world, and the more people searched for answers, the more they were led astray. But then, just as I thought the scene would consume me with despair, Jesus said, “Watch. ” In an instant, the atmosphere shifted again, and what appeared before me was a scene of light so brilliant it made the darkness around it seem insignificant.
It was as if the very fabric of existence was being illuminated from within, and from this light, I saw individuals beginning to rise. As I watched this wave of light sweep across the earth, I realized that the deception was not going to have the final word. There was a remnant—those who had held firm to the truth of Jesus Christ—who were about to experience an outpouring of His Spirit like nothing the world had ever seen before.
This was the Great Awakening. “Where darkness increases, My light shines even brighter,” Jesus said. The first scene of the Awakening that Jesus showed me was in a high-tech office in Silicon Valley.
I saw a young software engineer sitting at his desk, surrounded by screens and complex code. He was deep in thought when suddenly, he stopped. His fingers hovered over the keyboard, and then tears began streaming down his face.
He couldn’t explain it, but at that moment, he knew. He knew that what he had been working on—artificial intelligence that sought to replace human spirituality—was wrong. And right there, in his office, he fell to his knees.
He began to praise Jesus, not caring about his career or reputation, not caring about the opinions of those around him. Jesus looked at me as the scene shifted, and He spoke again. “Watch.
” I found myself in a university lecture hall. A professor, known for her staunch atheism, stood at the front, critiquing religious beliefs and mocking the idea of God. Suddenly, she stopped mid-sentence.
Her hands began to tremble, and her eyes widened in shock. The professor gripped the podium, and then she said something that I could never have imagined. “I’ve been wrong,” she said, her voice trembling.
“I’ve just encountered Jesus Christ. And everything I’ve taught you about religion. .
. being a delusion. .
. I was the one who was deluded. ” I couldn’t believe what I was witnessing.
People all over the world, from every walk of life, were experiencing this awakening—atheists, agnostics—people who had never considered the truth of Christ were suddenly encountering Him in ways that were undeniable. It wasn’t just in places of study or work; it was everywhere. I saw a mosque in the Middle East where hundreds of Muslims experienced visions of Jesus.
I saw prisoners, hardened criminals, breaking down in repentance as they encountered the living Christ. In the entertainment industry, executives were abandoning projects that mocked the faith. Government officials were publicly seeking God’s wisdom.
In hospitals, doctors and nurses witnessed miraculous healings that defied all medical explanations. But with all of this, I also saw the cost. Jesus looked at me, and His face grew serious.
“Observe,” He said. I watched as believers were persecuted in ways that I never expected. Families were torn apart.
Children were disowned for their faith. Spouses left one another. Employees lost their jobs.
Students were expelled. The world was in turmoil, and the line between light and darkness was drawn clearly. “There will be no more lukewarm faith,” Jesus explained.
“No more casual Christianity. Each person will have to choose where they stand. ” I was shown how this Awakening transcended all human boundaries—age, culture, education, and social status.
People from all walks of life, the rich and the poor, the young and the old, were experiencing this divine encounter. There was no separation. This was true unity—born from the Spirit, not from compromise.
“Where there is humility,” Jesus said, “My Spirit will move with greater power. ” I watched as young children and teenagers became powerful witnesses for Christ. They moved in spiritual authority, unafraid of the opposition they faced.
But I also saw the challenges they would face—the persecution in schools, on social media, and in their families. Jesus spoke to me again, His voice filled with compassion. “The young ones who stay faithful in this time will be given special grace,” He said.
“They will face unique challenges, but they will also walk in unique authority. ” Then the scene shifted to underground church meetings in areas where persecution was most severe. Despite the danger, the faces of these believers were filled with joy—supernatural joy.
I realized that they had discovered something far greater than comfort. They had found the presence of Jesus, and that presence was more satisfying than any earthly security. “The persecution purifies My Church,” Jesus said.
“What the enemy means for harm, I use for greater glory. ” And then, I saw something extraordinary—how this Awakening would affect every aspect of society. In business, Christian entrepreneurs began creating platforms that nurtured genuine community.
In the world of technology, new believers in programming created tools that brought people together in faith. Artists and musicians began producing works that carried God’s presence, and the entertainment industry began to shift. Even in education, young people started prayer movements that spread rapidly.
Teachers began to share their faith boldly, regardless of restrictions. It was clear that this Awakening wasn’t going to look like anything we expected. It wouldn’t be about building bigger churches or creating Christian celebrities.
It was going to be marked by humility, brokenness, and the supernatural unity of believers. “True unity,” Jesus explained, “is not the counterfeit unity offered by the deceivers. This is the unity of My Spirit, born of truth.
” But as with everything, there was still more to come. Jesus then revealed the third event that would follow: the Great Shaking. The atmosphere around me became heavy.
I could feel the ground beneath me tremble, not with an earthquake, but with a spiritual unease—a shaking that was about to rock the foundations of the world in ways that no one could anticipate. I saw nations beginning to collapse, one after another, as a result of political instability, financial crises, and natural disasters. But this wasn’t just an external shaking; it was also a spiritual one.
The foundation of the world’s values, its priorities, its trust in its systems, was about to be tested. I saw governments around the world making decisions that would impact millions—decisions that would seem to promise peace but would only lead to greater chaos. The rich were growing richer, and the poor, poorer.
The gap between the two was widening at an alarming rate. The false peace that the world leaders were promising was only temporary, and deep down, everyone knew it. But then, the shaking became more personal.
I saw families being torn apart by divisions over values, by differing beliefs, by misunderstanding the truth. People who once stood united in their communities now found themselves in opposition, not just against one another but against the very institutions they had once trusted. What was most shocking was that this shaking wasn’t limited to those who didn’t know Christ.
Even believers were caught in the tremor. Jesus spoke to me during this vision. “The world is about to experience a spiritual shaking that will test the hearts of every person.
Those who have built their lives on anything other than Me will find themselves unsteady. ” I could feel the tension building in the air, and I saw it reflected in the hearts of those around me. Many were scrambling for answers, desperately trying to hold onto something—anything—that would give them stability.
Yet, the more they grasped, the more they found it slipping through their fingers. I saw families arguing, churches dividing, and people questioning the very foundations of their beliefs. “There will be great deception during this time,” Jesus continued.
“Many will be led astray by promises of security, of comfort, but these are false. Only those who seek the truth in Me will stand firm. ” I watched as people tried to make sense of the chaos, some turning to false ideologies, others relying on their own understanding of the world.
In the midst of this shaking, many lost their faith altogether, unable to reconcile the suffering they were witnessing with their beliefs about a loving God. The pressure was immense, and it broke some. But there was still hope.
As the shaking reached its peak, I saw a new movement beginning to rise. It was a movement of the heart, a group of people who refused to be swayed by the chaos around them. They were those who had held fast to their faith; those who had built their lives on the firm foundation of Christ.
These individuals were being strengthened by the shaking, not weakened. Their roots ran deep, and though they faced trials, they were not moved. Jesus looked at me as the vision of the Great Shaking faded.
“It is in the shaking that My people are refined,” He said. “They will endure, and through their endurance, they will shine. ” Then the fourth event He showed me that will happen in 2025 is the Great Harvest.
I was taken to a vast field, stretching as far as the eye could see. The field was filled with golden grain, ripe for harvest. It was a scene of incredible beauty, but there was an urgency in the air.
Jesus stood with me, His eyes filled with longing as He looked at the field before us. “The harvest is ready,” He said. “But the workers are few.
” As He spoke, I saw people from all walks of life—all different cultures, backgrounds, and nations—coming together to gather the harvest. They were not the mighty, the powerful, or the influential; they were the ordinary, the humble, those who had remained faithful to Him despite the trials they had faced. These were the workers who would bring in the harvest.
The harvest was not just about souls being saved, though that was a key part of it. It was about a global movement of spiritual awakening, a revival that would spread across nations, even to the most remote corners of the earth. I saw missionaries going into countries where Christianity had been banned, preaching the gospel to people who had never heard of Jesus.
And I saw those people responding with incredible joy, as though they had been waiting for this moment their entire lives. “This is the Great Harvest,” Jesus said. “There will be a time of revival before the end, a time when millions, even billions, will come to know the truth of My love.
” But this harvest would not come without its challenges. I saw churches rising up to lead the charge, but I also saw persecution coming from every side. Governments would clamp down on religious freedom, and those who preached the gospel would face arrest, imprisonment, and even death.
But despite the opposition, the gospel would spread like wildfire. It was a movement that could not be contained. “The Great Harvest will be a time of great joy,” Jesus said, “but it will also be a time of great cost.
Those who are faithful will endure, but they will be rewarded. ” Then, in an instant, He brought me to the fifth event, which is the Great Sifting. In this realm, I saw a massive separation taking place, as if the wheat and the chaff were being separated by fire.
It was a process that began with the Great Shaking and continued with the Great Harvest. As people responded to the gospel, they were faced with a choice—a choice to stand firm or to fall away. The sifting was a time of testing, a time when the true followers of Christ would be revealed.
I saw individuals who had once been part of the Church, who had once professed faith in Christ, falling away. They were swept up by the winds of deception, their hearts hardened by the pressures of the world. Some turned to false ideologies, others to self-worship, and still others to hopelessness.
The sifting process was not easy, but it was necessary. “Not all who call on My name will enter the kingdom,” Jesus said. “The sifting will reveal those who have truly followed Me, those who have remained faithful to the end.
” But there was also great joy in the sifting. I saw those who remained faithful being refined in the fire, their hearts purified, their faith strengthened. It was as if they had been made into something even more beautiful by the trials they had faced.
Their love for Christ burned brighter, and their determination to endure grew stronger. “The sifting is necessary,” Jesus said. “It is through the fire that My people are made pure.
” And finally, the sixth event He showed me was the rise of the Antichrist. In an instant, He showed me the emergence of a charismatic leader, a figure who would rise to power in a time of global crisis. This leader was able to unite nations, bringing about a false peace that would deceive the masses.
He was a master of manipulation, able to convince people that he had all the answers. He was everything the world had been longing for—a solution to the world’s problems, a savior figure who would promise unity and prosperity. But behind the facade, there was darkness.
I saw this leader standing before a massive crowd, his eyes glowing with an otherworldly intensity. The people cheered for him, believing he was their messiah. They worshipped him, not realizing that they were worshipping the Antichrist.
Jesus looked at me as I watched this scene unfold. “Many will follow him,” He said. “But you, My people, must not be deceived.
He is a counterfeit. He will bring destruction, not salvation. ” I saw people, once faithful, turning to this leader, believing that he had the answers.
But those who remained faithful to Christ knew the truth—they recognized the deception. And even as the Antichrist’s power grew, they stood firm, proclaiming the truth of Jesus. “The rise of the Antichrist will be one of the greatest tests of faith,” Jesus said.
“But My people will not be swayed. They will endure. ” I knew then, in the depths of my being, that everything I had experienced—the Great Deception, the Shaking, the Awakening, the Harvest, the Sifting, the rise of the Antichrist—had led to this moment.
Jesus was returning. And nothing could stop His victory. As I stood in the presence of Jesus, everything He showed me began to sink in.
The challenges for the world this year in 2025 would be immense, but I knew the hope and strength of those who remained faithful to Christ would be unshakable. Then, suddenly, I felt myself being drawn back to my body. The peace I had felt in His presence stayed with me, now accompanied by a deep sense of purpose.
Jesus had shown me the path forward and reminded me I was not alone. With a rush, I was back. In the hospital room, the sterile air and smells overwhelmed my senses.
My heart, once still, began to beat again. The medical team gasped in astonishment as my vital signs returned to normal. As I opened my eyes, I saw the concerned faces of my colleagues and paramedics.
But beneath the confusion, there was something new in me—something eternal. I had witnessed the future: the great deception, the awakening, the rise of the Antichrist. It was all real, and I was responsible for sharing this message.
The urgency to awaken others to the truth was clear. Jesus had entrusted me with this vision, and I couldn’t ignore it. “Where darkness increases, My light shines even brighter.
” His words echoed in my heart every day. I knew that despite the trials ahead, the light of Christ would guide us all through the storm. The Great Awakening was near, and though many would be deceived, I wanted to stand firm with those who refused to be swayed by the lies.
Now looking ahead, I hold on to one truth: faith is about standing firm when everything falls apart. Jesus has already won, and nothing—not the deception, the shaking, or the rise of the Antichrist—can change that. I pray that my near-death experience testimony inspires you to seek the truth, cling to the light, and share this hope with others.
The time is short, and the harvest is near. Let us answer the call to work. We are not alone.
His light is shining brighter than ever, and together, we will endure.
