a spiritual [Music] journey this meditation exercise has apparently been practiced for thousands of years it seems simple but is very profound and deep in mind tions may be felt while [Music] [Music] listening to begin this exercise choose a time when you will not be interrupted and make sure all tied clothing and belts are [Music] loose close your eyes and breathe in through your nose to the count of four hold your breath to the count of four and then release it through your mouth to a count of five continue to breathe like this and gradually fall
into a pattern of breathing that is relaxed and natural for you [Music] you become aware that you are standing on a seashore the ocean stretches vast calm and blue before you tiny wavelets hardly more than the breathing of the sea lap at your feet you know that this is your Consciousness not your physical body you step deeper into the water and then deeper feeling the freedom of being able to move any way you wish it is the kind of Freedom that comes in dreams as your observing Consciousness sinks deeper into the great body of water
Shaws of fish Dart around you making you feel as much a part of the environment as they do the sea changes becomes darker blue as the sunlight fades a behemoth of the deep a great blue whale Glides past the largest mammal ever to exist on Earth oh [Music] all light Fades as you plunge deeper yet able to see even in the lightless deeps you see the hot black smokers hydrothermal vents where it seems nothing can live yet are rich with life You observe cracks in the sea mountains where lava slides the creation of Life still
richly evident now you retrace your journey slipping up through the water Swift as a fish to Regions where Coral glows a myriad of colors and the fish are painted as if by the hand of an artist [Music] the water is pure aquamarine and clear you break the surface and take Wing into the air the Earth unfolds itself before you cramped Green Hills deserts [Music] spreading Acres of green and gold rough spiked mountains Great Lakes and the silver undulation of rivers flowing into the oceans [Music] you see the cities towns Villages and feel all their inhabitants
The Young and the old all connected within the hall whether they know it or not [Music] life teams urgent and energetic complex beyond imagining you can feel the web work of connections between the tiniest microscopic organisms to the greatest trees of the deep forests you climb higher until the earth is blue and white white girdled with the bright Corona of the atmosphere that thin skin that maintains life [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] the Earth recedes behind you like a jewel as you travel out through the solar system passing the great gas giants into the Galaxy
and the cosmos you pass the very colored clouds of nebula where new Stars Are Born red giants huge blue white stars that would dwarf our own sun and you feel rather than see the Titanic pull of black holes you feel as if you could Trail your fingertips through the Stars the fabric of the universe now you are out beyond the furthest reaches of space heading towards a point of light that you think may be a lone star glittering in the Blackness but as you approach you see it's a corridor made of light Beyond it is
the realm of the [Music] [Music] spirit you see the numerous beings who exist in this realm all all kind and wise and all [Music] powerful some you will recognize with your soul others may be those who have passed on to this [Music] [Music] world your flight slow among them and they come forward to acknowledge your presence here and to greet you [Music] smiling now here you may ask them for healing for guidance in your life for miracles [Music] [Music] they surround you and you feel a vast energy pouring from them it is like Starlight pure
and Powerful it sinks into you until you feel yourself radiant glowing with the light you are operating now at the highest level of [Music] Consciousness all the insights you receive will take root in your mind so that you can recall them [Music] later bask now in this Wonder in this peace in the feeling of existing as Spirit as Pure Energy [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] now it is time to begin your journey back through the tunnel of light across the UN universe and all its Mysteries and Beauties back towards [Music] Earth hold yourself still for
a moment above the planet then lightly slowly [Music] descend you pass through towering in clouds and when you are Beyond them the world unfolds below you in a myriad of colors you drift easily as a bird back down towards the place where you began the peaceful golden seashore let the eyes of your spirit close and following the count from 5 to 1 gradually return to the place in the real world where you started this journey five take a deep breath and allow yourself to begin coming back four start to feel how this meditation has helped
