over the last month this page has gone from 0 to 100,000 followers all by making motivation videos a lot of you are probably thinking motivation videos just don't pop anymore this guy has somehow pulled an UNO reverse card on this whole Niche and created his own viral formula there's Roblox don't don't let nothing stop you so in today's video I'm going to show you exactly what this guy's doing and exactly how you can make these viral videos as well but not just that I'm going to show you how to transform them so you can make
it unique to your own style of page and your own Niche so you're not competing with hundreds of accounts and you know one of the big factors of being unique is the fact that you get followers a lot easier so you get into the creativity program a lot faster so first let's watch this video and see what the hype's about the best way to get back at someone who betrayed you and left you isn't to find a new partner or talk badly about them everywhere if you're thinking this looks a bit familiar I released a
video last week about my top niches and like ranking them and stuff and this was on the list now a lot of you guys actually wanted to learn how to make these videos you know with good reason as well because type of videos are going right now and if you've already got a motivation page or if you're already interested in style of content this is the next step this is this is like Evolution this is Darwin's evolution in action on Tik Tok right now I I don't want to say the words untapped but this could
be untapped so if you didn't notice Tommy Shelby doesn't actually ever say that in the peeky blanders like this this isn't actually something he says in the show what the page owner has actually done is he has cloned Tommy Shelby's voice and got him to say anything that he wants now don't worry if that sounds complicated or it sounds expensive you can do this for completely free so obviously by cloning his voice you can get him to say anything which is where the true potential in this Niche comes from people love motivational quotes you know
especially on Tik Tok as well but you know a lot of them blend into the crowd like you don't look at a motivational quote and think okay I want to follow this page like normally you just scroll maybe you give it a like or a save but you don't normally follow the account which is obviously a big problem because we want to convert people into the creativity program I've not seen one tutorial on YouTube I've not even seen anyone else on YouTube talk about this like this is something I found just stumbling across my for
you page so by being Tomas Shelby people are going to actually follow the page because they want to see more of this type of content which is clearly working for this guy he's absolutely crushing it okay so now you know why these videos are popping off and why this Niche is blowing up I'm going to Spill the sauce and show you exactly how to make these videos so let's head over to the computer all right so the first thing we want to do is find the actual motivational quote or the story that we want to
tell in the video so the Tommy Shelby ones have been blowing up on this page and he's been using like the love Niche or like getting over X motivation sort of stuff like that this works for Thomas Shelby because he's quite a stoic character and you know you can actually see him telling this advice and almost as well people want to hear this advice of Tommy show because they admire him and like it's like the big brother you never had sort of thing so obviously we could use Thomas Shelby like if we want to do
this however in order to be different and to stand a better chance of actually converting followers and going more viral I think we need to bring a new character into the mix so I've been brainstorming and what I like the idea of is actually using Rocky from you know the Rocky movies I think he has a very unique voice people will be able to tell it's him straight away and no one else is using his voice right now no one else is CL his voice no one else even thought of this idea so actually using
Rocky say motivational coach to here I think it's going to work really really well and also it's really easy to find footage for him cuz he's doing boxing and stuff so he's already got the motivational stuff around him this actually could be a really really good winning formula so the best way to find these other motivational quotes is just to look at what's working on other Pages you know you could go and Google and find your own or even make your own but let's look at what's working and what's going viral so basically we can
just adapt other people's quotes like even on this Tommy showby post that I mentioned earlier we can adapt some of these posts and make them our own cuz we're changing the voice anyway at the end of the day so it's going to be our original content so this Tommy showby video is done really good like really popular so what I'm going to do is actually copy this script online free transcribe tool basically what this does is it transforms the video an MP4 video file to text so you can just copy and paste the text now
if you want to make these quotes yourself and you don't want to do it this way by getting off other people you know you can do that I'm not saying you can't I think it's probably best to try a bit of everything you know take some from some pages or find your quote somewhere else and see what works and you know the ones that obviously working and getting the most views you should Double Down and do that right so next what we actually need to do is synphase the voice now that sounds a lot more
complicated than it actually is so let's break it down so what we need to do for this is we actually need to find 2 minutes of Rocky actually speaking you can find this anywhere on the internet you just basically need to get 2 minutes of audio of him speaking after we've done this what we're going to do is go over to speech fight Now speech fight is a free AI cloning voice feature they give you like a bunch of free credits to use so you can like make a bunch of these videos and what they
actually do is they give you free credits like every so often so what I like to do is I like to to switch between speech fight 11 labs and there's a few of the cloning white websites out there so like you can do this for completely free like as long as you just switch from website to website anyway what I'm going to do is drag the MP3 file into the speechi cloning thing speechi is basically going to clone the voice and then all we have to do is call this like Rocky or whatever and now
when we actually input text into speechify we can select this Rocky voice and then speech fire will make Rocky say the text I'm going to paste the script and click generate audio and then we have something like this don't let him be your everything if he doesn't call stay busy with your own life if he doesn't text enjoy your day anyway if he seems distant focus on friends who uplift you all right how sick was that like that sounds just like Rocky that is it's actually a little bit scary if we think about it you
know in 2024 your voice isn't even safe out there anymore but let's be real that's a problem for the future generation we're just trying to make some Tik Tok videos out here we don't need to be ruin about all this Terminator kind of stuff so now what we need to do is open up cap cut which is obviously a free online video editor if you've watched any of my videos in the past you know what cap cut is cap cut is great it's absolutely free so the first thing that we're actually going to want to
upload is like the Rocky b-roll and what if you don't know what b-roll is b-roll is just like the background footage clips now like I said earlier because we actually picked Rocky it's going to be very easy for us to make this video look motivational because there's so many clips of him doing like motivational stuff going to drag this b-roll into the footage and then obviously we need to make sure that it actually fits the frame so very easy just expand it to fit the frame cuz obviously this is a Tik Tok video something like
that looks good and then what we also want to do is actually throw it in the audio and now that we've got the audio in it's kind of looking all right this B footage needs a bit of sorting out it looks a bit looks a bit juny to be honest with you assing part is you just got to make it look natural you got to make it actually look good so like when it closes up on his eye here obviously that's not a good clip what we actually want to do there is actually split that
I'm going to take that out I'm going to replace it with something better maybe him walking down the actual ringwalk doing the ring walk here and then again we'll just let it play Let It play until we find something we don't like again he's doing a nice little jog here so that's perfect for the content and it's just it's simple stuff like this to be honest you just making sure that all the clips are looking good you kind of have to be your own judge on what you think is going to be a good clip
like it doesn't just have to be just motivational like him doing working outs and stuff it could lit just be him walking down the road like this I think anything that just sets the scene and obviously to get into the creativity program we are making original content here but what we need to do as well just keep on changing it up we don't give Tik Tok any excuse into giving us a flag after you clicked it up a bit to make it actually all flow and make it look good next what you need to do
is add some captions now captions are really important to included on all your Tik Tok videos because around 90% of people actually only watch videos with captions on like they've listened to Tik Tok with no audio obviously we don't want to be missing out on this huge Market Cap's got this amazing feature all you have to do is Click Auto captions and what that's going to do is generate you some captions this is really great cuz that means we don't actually have to write out every single caption which of course would take a long time
all right now that we've got the captions what we have to do is need to make these captions look nice and presentable because right now it looks like some basic aerial font text you know no one wants to see that on the screen all you have to do is go over to text and then you want to change the font you can decide what font you thinks look best you just want something that looks a bit bold like something like this it just looks better than the standard aerial text will automatically apply to all the
captions as well which is really good and what you can do is actually just drag this up to in the middle you kind of want it in the middle and and then once you've got the font on what you can actually do is add a cool animated effect now cap cut offer loads of these for free you don't have to have the pro membership to do this I like this word by word one as you can see it just kind of flows nice and I think the caption is not all appear on the screen at
once it's make the video a lot easier to digest for the viewer now we've already got like this cool looking video it's looking fresh you know the captions are on it the clips are changing it's looking good obviously we want to take this to the next level now if you remember from the Tommy Shelby videos what does his videos do that you know really stand on his style all of his videos are black and white now while I think it is cool having it in color and it looks all right I think having it just
black and white adds this next level effect because these videos are kind of meant to be motivational they're kind of meant to be a bit sad but kind of like inspiring and I think the black and white just I don't know it makes it stand out more and obviously anything that can help us stand out more and get more followers is what we want so all you have to do is go over to filters and then go over to mono and then just click on one of these black and white ones you can choose which
one one you want we can try this black and white free and then you'll get this little tab appearing above all your videos here and then all you have to do is actually drag this tab across all your layers and then basically everything underneath this tab will be black and white and as you can see it just makes the video look a bit I don't know more uniform if that's if that's the right word I'm looking for which obviously is good because now the video looks a bit more professional it looks like we put a
bit more time into it when really it was only one click now you can experiment with this maybe you can do some videos in color videos in black and white and see which ones do better that's completely up to you I'm just showing you how to make it like the Thomas Shelby page so the video is looking pretty good at this point and you can probably post this and it'll probably get some good views as well like this is it is really good but just to finish it off I'm going to add like some little
effects now to take this video to the next level you could add some things like smog what smog does is it basically just kind of like is like a transition for your videos so like as you can see if we scroll past it it'll like smog it out and it kind of looks cool and you know this is where you can really take your video to that Next Level if you want to just go over the effects tab on cap cut and just have a play around with it you can even play around with some
like fire text like this let me just drag it in and show you so like it adds this cool fire effect now you can really craft your own style with this and the reason why I'm not giving you like one to one answer on this is because I think it is best because depending on your character you know for Rocky maybe fire is not the best choice the smug kind of works so like I think this is where you can take your video to the next level if you want however if you don't want to
add any effects and you think it looks better without I can totally understand that point of view and I think these videos will still perform well the ining point is obviously the rocky voice and the rocky Clips in the background the captions on the screen all of this flows into making a good video now if we have a page where it's just tons of these Rocky Clips Rocky speaking Rocky giving advice and stuff that is a niche like that's not just a motivational Niche we've niched down to just Rocky and people are going to want
to follow this page now because they want to Fe they want to see more Rocky giv advice and that is what we're providing so as you can see this is how you make these style of videos you can pump about hundreds of these videos like it really easy to do anyways enough of me waffling let me show you what this actually looks like don't let him be your everything if he doesn't call stay busy with your own life if he doesn't text enjoy your day anyway if he seems distant focus on friends who uplift you
if he controls who you see stand firm about keeping your Social Circle like if you agree and share with someone who needs to hear this if he gives you the silent treatment don't chase him ignore it if he plays games with your heart walk away with Grace all right so we absolutely cooked with that video that sounds really good honestly I think this Rocky motivational Tik Tok that we just created has the potential to do really well now I've got a lot of Tik Tok pages that I'm running at the minute so maybe 50/50 or
whether I'm actually going to use this but if someone wants to take this idea say you're watching this video early if you want to take this idea and run with it and then obviously update is down in the comments and how it's going because I generally think this could get you into the creativity program really really fast like I think this is a definitely the winning formula what you do have to remember is if you're watching this in a later date like maybe in a couple of months this video idea still works like and you
