doesn't want me touching him it's okay sir I'm leaving the leash on him for now just because he really doesn't want me to touch him so I just want to see what he does with the water when it turns on you might have to go home with a wet leash it's okay it's okay it's okay what are you doing it's okay no no we're not going to panic we're not going to panic I haven't turn the soap on yet because I don't want to get him soapy and then I can't rinse him okay it's okay

lets me shave it out oh boy he's definitely become more comfortable with me than he was which makes me more comfortable with him right yeah you wouldn't even let me touch your head in the beginning okay I'm going to rinse him and then shampoo him again I've already done four canisters of shampoo you're you're choking yourself can you back up no you take it he wants it but he refuses to admit that he wants it sir thank you okay the bath took 45 minutes I used two canisters of nasty Critter three canisters of fluff off
and one canister of fluff off conditioner so six canisters Al together the good news is he's not scared of me anymore want treat good boy oh Brody likes me now oh oh come here here oh please cuz those are stale he's like I don't know if I trust the cameram man why cuz you're a man sometimes dogs are skeptical of men he doesn't like when I pet him still though look at his face he's like lifts his ear away from my hand he's like get away from me I'm going to go on the table I'm
going to go for a blow dry I'm going to go for a walk good boy okay we're going to spray you down in some leave-in conditioner you got to stay on the table though okay I'm going to try my new pure fur sensitive skin conditioning spray on him today sniff doesn't smell like anything scentless this leave-in conditioner is hypo enic and it's safe for both puppies kittens cats and dogs you going to let me put the happy hoodie on you your owner said they weren't sure how you'd like this you going to be okay with
this if not I shall take it off how you feel good boy good boy good boy it's okay even though Brody has never been professionally groomed before he's not afraid of the process or any of the equipment surprisingly he is far more afraid of me except for when it came to shaving the mats out from behind his ears okay before we continue with blow drying he has some big mats behind his ears and big mats in his back end that I want to shave out because they will just never get dry it's okay I have
a feeling this is going to be a bit complicated okay I'm going to start with the back end come on up it's all your matted hair the owners mentioned potentially having to sedate him to get these mates taken out so I have a feeling he just doesn't like them touched I got to do it look they're huge it's okay a good boy it's okay the face he it's okay it's okay Brody good boy just trying to get him used to the sound don't well sir I don't think that I can scissor these out like in
order for me to scissor them out he would have to stay completely still Brody please don't try this at home going be here all day trying to do this this could have been over in two seconds Brody there's one of many mates behind his ears I hate doing this with scissors so much this is a common area for matting so this will happen again so a trick I like to tell people is to get their dog used to it is to get a electric toothbrush and just rub it along their dog's ears to get them
used to the sound so in the future when this has to happen again they are a little bit more used to the sounds and vibrations and it's not so scary because doing this with scissors is just too dangerous for the average person even for me though yeah you're a good boy but I got to get this off you and I feel better when it comes off he's trying so hard to get away from me okay you got a couple more but these ones are [Music] smaller he does not like brushing so I don't know how
this is going to go oh my gosh you still have so many mats they're being pretty good so far I think I need to split up these mats though with the matte splitter or the dematter good boy you're cute he's got some big mats back here but I don't really want to shave them all out because if I do then he's going to have a baboon butt no sitting you stay standing good Bo I know your bib's also really maded now you stand he just wants to get away from me for the scaredy cat that
he is he wasn't scared of the water or the dryer it's more scared of people thank you can I shave your paws it's okay good boy ready thank you thank you stop [Music] kicking really doesn't like his paws being touched please don't paw me in the face look at him are you for real it's not that bad I promise you have to stay they really don't like that bib being brushed okay I know it's almost over you have matting buddy I got to get it out good boy it's okay his nails are really short so
I don't have to clip them fortunately looks like they were just clipped just trying to get this done fast because I know he's going to kick in a minute I move that's when you mess it up you ready you're finally finished took three hours not terrible while Brody wasn't necessarily enthused about spending the afternoon with strangers his before and after sure was worth it to me at least the best part of Brody's groom however was definitely his reunion with his humans here you go look at goodness look at you like a new dog oh do
