>> Good morning. We are so glad that you have joined us this morning at Harmony Hill for worship. Glad to see all of your smiling faces.

I know uh it's still early, but we're glad that you've joined us. And if you're joining us online, we're glad that you're watching. We uh hope that you are able to worship along with us and that the spirit moves through you.

If this is your first time, welcome. If this is your hundth time, welcome. And so, uh we have a lot of things happening on the hill.

We'll get to those here in just a little bit with an announcement video. We also want you to know if this is your first time here or 10th and you're still learning about uh what's going on here, we have a special thing that we call our orientation class. It's different from our membership class.

It's just to give you a taste of what's happening on the hill, who we are, and along with a little tour around uh where where we have things. And so, we would love for you to sign up for that. It's actually next week during the 10 o'clock service.

And so, oh, my bo my uh phone is ringing to remind me to pray for unreached people groups at Luke 10:2102. So, I'm going to do that after I get done with this. But, if you are here and you want to join that orientation class, we would love for you to do that.

It's at 10 o'clock. It's in our next steps area. And so you can do that by signing up.

If you haven't done that, you can do that this week. Or if you don't get a chance to sign up, if you forget and you get here on Sunday and you're like, I forgot, you can just show up. It'll be in the next steps area.

We would love for you to sign up and do that. Some of you know that a couple of months ago, it's only been a couple of months or already been a couple of months as you may see it. We sent out the Chis family to go to Thailand to to join another family there that is already there but with a different focus on Thai students and some of the other students there on two campuses.

They have been there for two months learning language. Uh we prayed two main things. This is the Chis family that you can see on the screen behind me.

They are learning uh the language. They're learning the culture. They're getting to know restaurants and learning their way around the city.

Uh but we prayed for two things. one that they would uh be introduced to a culture person that would allow them to help learn the culture and the dos and don'ts and learn their way around and two that they would start to understand the strategy and what they would be doing there with the bridge ministry that bridges students there on campus. And can I tell you that in the first week and a half that God answered our prayers for both of those big prayer requests that yeah that's you know it's exciting to hear but we shouldn't be we shouldn't be surprised.

I know that they have a church body you all that are behind them and are praying for them. You can see this picture of Kelly and Mike with two of these cultural uh learners cultural friends that are also Christians that are showing them that are connecting them on campus. And then the other thing that we prayed for was that they would start their bridge ministry and start to understand the strategy.

There's a restaurant between the hotel that we normally stay in and the bridge. It's a walk, an easy five-minute walk from the hotel and from the bridge. There is a a family from another country that has started that restaurant.

I love their food. We've eaten there. They are believers and they've started they started a Bible study and had it grow to 30 40 students already.

it's outpacing the space in their restaurant for people to come and study the word. And so they started looking where can we move this Bible study that it would fit. And they were connected to Mike and Kelly and asked, "Hey, what if we did this at the bridge?

" After a conversation to make sure that strategies align, they have started to meet there and worship together. God is multiplying the ministry of the bridge within two months of the chisses being there. And that's not just because the Chisses are go-getters and they're getting after it, although they are, and we are super proud of them, but it's because of your prayers and you joining with them as a church.

God called them. He equipped them in this church. He sent them out.

We continue to be glad that they are there to to pray for them, to worship with them from afar. And God is moving in their obedience and in our prayer. So, thank you for praying.

Thank you uh for being along this journey with them. and thank you for remembering the chistases uh as your families pray for them. And so um we want to celebrate that.

Join us [music] for one day serve on October the 17th from 9:00 am to noon as we come together to serve our local ministry partners [music] throughout Angelina County.

This is a great opportunity for families and life groups to serve side by side, meet practical needs, and show the love of Christ in our community. Mark your calendar for our fall fellowship [music] on Sunday, November the 1st from 3:00 to 7:00 p. m.

Hello. So, uh, has anybody prayed this week? So, just everybody go ahead and raise your hand.

So, you know, the one of the most important, the most important things that we can do during [music] the week is uh talk to our creator, our savior, and uh and just listen to him to know what to do, read his word to know what to do, to listen to the Holy Spirit as we're reading, meditating on the word. And the Holy Spirit will fill us in on things that [music] we could not understand. But, um, God is good.

It's because God is so good and that he loves us so much that he sent his son Jesus and that he took on all of our sins and then he went home to be with the father. But before that, he left the Holy Spirit here so that we could understand and know things [music] that we couldn't know. that we could lie down at night and the Holy Spirit would pray over us.

And at times when we don't know what to pray to the father, the Holy Spirit prays for us, prays on our behalf. And there's [music] so many things that we don't even understand about a day and that we never will. That the Holy Spirit has been [music] with us and and maybe protected us in this area and this area and this area.

There's so many reasons to worship our God who first loved us, who first called out our names. So, if [music] you don't mind, I would like you to stand and we're just going to sing songs of testimony, songs of praise, songs of how great is our God, giving him glory, giving him worship. Let's do it.

I am we for the waves crashing over every [singing] day. God of mercy, please come [music] resue me. I [music] am longing for your voice.

Gentle [music and singing] whisper in the noise. Father, tell me everything's [music] all right. >> Your presence Great strong king of heaven.
