All right so now okay jendra Kumar are you also working in television it seems from your face that you're working in television seen him on television h H all right people very very good morning to every single one of youny is there something very very funny Or just because I'm paused and waiting to say something okay akanga is saying suffering from very high fever won't be able to turn on video anys it's okay joke time just relax right so um okay we have no no no no relax relax uh um actually some of us some
of the people were recommending some Medicines I had so many recommendation guys is having ey fever right then we will we will perform hypothesis testing and once we get a a proper conclusion then uh we can ask uh uh just a second guys uh yes so to as because of this hayle I tried setting up my setting up my hair and it doesn't Work right okay soan is asking CH for custom GPD how did you give us those instructions stepwise to make those on different topics okay okay I just asked GPT that's it genuinely I
just ask GP to give the to give the in to get the instructions very simple I'm not uh I'm not trying to complicate uh this uh too much um but the focus is very very Simple right uh it's already in the no problem so uh the focus is very simple guys it's it's more like up um you focus on your work the outcome and the rest you leave it up to GP right as simple as that cool so guys settle down I'm just waiting for you guys to settle down and videos because right abijit okay
I'll give you 5 Seconds abijit was that was a falam I'll give You 5 seconds I'm I'll start calling out your names wow the 5 Second is such a interesting trigger video um see I if in case if you're not able to turn on your videos because of some very critical reason it's fine but I'm very I'm very fascinated with some of the reasons that I'm getting okay okay cool anyways guys all right let's get started Reas I mean I'm so fascinated With some of you guys this bottle got uh some strange things are happening
I would like to P be able to drink it done thank you all right okay so uh guys uh all those of you are working uh side by side my suggestion would be that this is going to be a lot more interactive session and I would request every single one of you to please pay very very close attention because what We're going to discuss um in the next couple of hours could be an absolute uh game changer for you from the perspective of uh on how uh to how how how applicable data science is uh
if you basically start working in the right Manner and obviously with the right Mentor right no uh but yeah if you basically start working in the right manner uh how applicable data science can become and how how quick it is right so guys uh first of all I genuinely Thank every single one of you to join the day to I know it get a Saturday and I can and I again I can understand that it can be very um taxing to take take time off of out of your either your work setups or your you
know or or your leisure times but you are here I'm very very happy with that and genuinely I I feel that I want to make the most of it so um I have planned something very interesting for you guys right so today our focus is going to be like like we've Basically done in the mind map our focus is going to be on how can we start with um the basic concepts of Eda uh understanding Eda then moving from Eda towards um how can we use U apis and in that case also we have whether
it is apis whether we have uh again so even why API our focus is to basically ultimately today understand and work on building the bot uh a custom bot for us while we do that while we do that right I also want To tell you that I'm going to expose you to certain industries that are waiting uh for your expertise uh as far as data science is concerned that means which are the top industries and what are the critical use cases of of of those Industries so we're going to discuss some business use cases as
well and ultimately we'll see how can we deploy something as small as a chat bot onto your phone that you can send it to Anybody right so that's going to be our agenda for uh today's session and please pay very very close attention on the screen right uh we going to get started now okay so first of all uh let me give you a quick uh so yesterday we had a very interesting uh time when we when we basically worked on a few things right um I think the two most important things that that we
accomplished yesterday was you know connecting open AI API um and uh developing a custom GPT Now uh developing a custom GPT is um again a very lucrative thing or open as API so we'll be leveraging open as API development today to build our own custom chatbot and this is going to be uh fun but how many of you thoroughly understood what hypothesis testing is please type yes in a chat box if you did right how many of you understand thoroughly what what is hypothesis testing Okay cool and how many of you now understood how does
how does uh natural language processing work we've understood the concept of word embeddings didn't we yesterday that means we basically understood the of how can you leverage word into numbers how can those numbers help you to understand the relation between those two words Right isn't it okay so far so good everybody have understood this okay now what I'll do is um now when it comes to data science right I have always found that one of the most most crucial and uh one of the most um like the most uh trickiest part for anybody is to
how to start the project when it comes to dat data science see when anybody gives you an opportunity or a clue that uh hey uh I have a opportunity In data science I have a project in data science that's how let's let's get started how will you start that what is your first process right what what what is the first thing that you will do um is it uh you will like you think about it see uh I was a part of an hackathon in 2014 by yesbank and yes Bank was one of the first
ones to basically do an haathon and uh I was one of the part of that and I was like yeah I mean this is The first time that I'm getting entering into competition I had no clue on how to solve this but I mean see the the the problem statement was very simple handle an imbalance data set very easy but I mean it was like so much crunch so much pressure and that's when I realized that I need to have some sort of a formula so today I'm going to basically expose you to that particular
formula see when it comes to artificial intelligence Everything I mean the outcome is very fascinating that oh it can do this do that but everything starts from you know understanding the the data itself now when you have the data so understanding data means see it's basically passing on the Tobak when somebody asks you that okay I I have this particular problem what do you do oh where's the data first I want to see the data then only I can discuss anything if you don't have the data then let's discuss on how can we Collect the
data these are the two things that I discuss every single time but what after you get the data what will you do after that so after that is what we do with we explore the data and that is what the science and study of what we call as exploratory data analysis that is e now why am I making such big fuss big fuss about DDA the big part the big bu b or let's say the big fuss about this Is it's very very boring it's very tedious boring right boring and because it is such uh
such a task and such a tedious thing to do a lot of people actually skip this right but you if you skip this you basically skip the very art of understanding your data in depth processing your data in depth and that's the problem so what I'm going to do Is uh okay so I'm going to basically give you certain briefs right then I'll tell you a quick and and a fastest way to do something like this right cool so let's do this so this is basically this is basically Eda right again I'm taking certain excerts
from my own program so that I can give you the exact insights that I generally would give into my data Science program right now the the interesting part here is um when we discuss about so when as far as exploratory data analysis is concerned exploratory means exploring the data itself right you have your data cleaning processes you have imputation techniques you have data analysis visualization transformation AO Ed libraries what I'm concerned about is for you to just understand the concepts with respect to cleaning of the Data right cool so first of all do you have
your notes pen and paper ready if yes please type yes in the chat box quickly good morning Hara good morning good morning very very good morning all right okay cool So okay so now um let's say what does Eda have uh in its belt first describing a data set whether it's number of rows columns missing data types right then cleaning the data handling the data right uh invalid data types incorrect values outlines visualizations bar charts this is what Ed is that means what whenever you get the data in your hand what is the data about
that means You start exploring this data not let me also tell you this as that for every time this for everybody this is boring for some people this could be very very interesting because there are some people who pick out that okay what is the most important part in this data right by just doing EDM right I'll tell you a very quick anecdotal story about this so while I was working with uh so I'm not sure if you heard about this particular company Called living liquids uh this this company is one of the most like
very very popular lior brands in Mumbai um assuming in also in some certain parts of the country as other parts of the country as well uh now they they basically had um asked me that uh you know I mean I I got a connection why someone and I was going to going for a meeting so that they could they would leverage like say my uh know data Science services and uh I went to them I I was speaking to one of the stakeholders and he mentioned that this is the data set that we have can
you show me some analysis right now I'm like right now I mean I come absolutely underprepared you can't tell this to the person but fortunately I used I I I had worked on creating a user defined function before that means user defined function everybody understands user defined Function in Python so I created a user defined function like I had created a function you just put in the CSV it will give you basic analysis s b right so I had basically done that already and U I started working towards it uh and that's how I got
some uh ideas so when I got so when when I basically gave my Eda uh the the sample file that they gave when I gave it into the Ed a uh function I started getting certain insights and I Started discussing those insights and telling them see this is what I can do this is what can happen this is what can happen one Insight that I gave him that you can basically you know know create a different inventory with respect to demography so they used to have a common inventory across any demographic sectors right because and
used they used to collect that okay how much sale happened and which which liquor was sold on which pin code so I told them that okay you Give me certain PIN codes that these PIN codes have this uh High sales in the liquor these PIN codes would have this this High sales in leer so you can basically U create your own inventory based on the PIN code so every pin code will have a different inventory it was like wow this is cool right so inventory should be distributed pin pin code wise because there are certain
PIN codes will have an inventory uh will have space for a Liquor that is priced more than 15,000 there are certain uh demographics where the liquor price cannot go 5,000 POS one will buy it right because there's no here very very important aspect right understood everybody cool so this is very important importance now describing a data set that is number Of rows and columns that is missing data types preview cleaning data and stuff like that now what exactly do we have in missing data data cleaning data quality validity accuracy completeness consistency and uniformity right so
see I'll tell you uh so data cleaning and cleansing the process of detecting and correcting corrupt or inaccurate record from a record set table database refers to identifying incomplete incorrect Inaccurate irrelevant parts of data replacing modifying deleting the dirty course or course data right ultimately so what essentially you can do this and I'll give you a very brief example of this validity data type constraints what are the different different types of constraints values in a particular column must be of a particular data type Boolean numeric date range constraints typically numbers or dates that should Fall
within a certain range only mandatory constraints that certain columns cannot be empty right membership constraints that value of a column one from a set of discrete values for example blood groups fix set of discrete values again these are the constraints so data type constraints for example if you have a date in in that date if I have an alphabet will that will it work no it won't work range Constraints typically numbers so for example can I have a date that is that is 33rd January what if I tell you that okay my birthday is on
33rd January you'll be like oh I'll wish you then like wa second 33rd January right that's the problem mandatory constraints certain columns cannot be empty the ID column can never be empty otherwise how will You manage the data membership constraints values in a column from a set of discrete values for example blood groups fixed fix set of discrete values right so so can can can there be a y+ blood group can there be a z plus BL blood group no right there is a f fixed fixed part of fixed range of blood groups I I
am a B positive but my favorite letter is C so I'll be C positive so this is what the validity is Now you because data sets will require this you think data sets are clean who thinks data sets are clean how many of you think data sets will be given to you in a very very clean format please type BS in the chat box no way right but I'm sure some of you people would be expecting at least clean data set Right 100% nobody will get nobody will give you a clean data set they will
give you will be getting a data set that is absolutely adulterated with wrong information and again purposely nobody nobody will purposely know pollute their data it's just that the data collection methods are not disciplined so we are we are not we are not basically starting we are not starting an AI Revolution from the uh from scratch we are basically starting That uh we are basically saying that whatever the data is created what can AI do on that so data whatever the data is arrived we work with that and the arrival of data was not from
the mindset okay AI will start using this so let me clean it and even if whether somebody uses or not still the discipline of collection of data is not very very uh accurate right so now this is one example then we Basically so let's let's move to validity now what is validity validity is nothing but regular expressions or patterns that is regx I'll give a very interesting example of this if you guys want want to do this it's an optional open GPT right now I want uh a everybody has everybody has their U collab notebook
open you Notebook everybody has this open okay so what I'll do is I will I will give an explanation of I'll give a sample of what pattern does right now I will create my own user defined function to basically uh accept genuine Indian mobile numbers when they are inputting a mobile number in my uh survey form okay by the way surve form so the reason why you guys are here is because I could verify your Mobile numbers using a very similar process right see this using regular Expressions that short form regular expression guys reg X
as simple as that copy so this is a user defined function I will run this and here I will paste this now if You observe what is the function type here Define validate Indian mobile number I will import a Number now this is the Indian mobile number so Indian mobile numbers can start from where 6 7 8 and 9 that means it is saying that it should start from 6 to 9 so if I enter five it will be an invalid number right see then if I execute this here number now if I type this
this are 10 numbers also invalid Indian mobile number so what I can do is this can basically Detect so this is this is basically what validation is now I can now I can basically use run the same definition run the same run the same user defined function modify it slightly to validate all the numbers that I have got in my data sets right simple bu numbers all you need to do is just tell GPD that instead of me just giving one number I have a list of I Have I have an entire data set so
then your GPT will modify your code simple go here and write that mod can you modify the above code to also accept data set and and where there are list of members so this is a much more modified code that's it now you have imported Pand so When pandas you basically import an CSV when you import the CSV exactly so that's something that we'll do understood matila right everybody understood this so you guys can do this very very simple so essentially if I want to do this right now this this is what this is what
basically the validity does that is a regular expression text Fields have to be in a certain pattern for example four numbers may be required to have a pattern that is triple 9 tri9 Trip this pattern right so can youly execute this now this re stands for regular expressions and this is a regular expression pattern I even don't understand this right uh no I will not I will not be able to post this in the doc file in the document file I have already posted my my uh collab notebook and in that collab notebook you have
it so why don't you just open the collab Notebook and you'll see this anybody who wants to access this can access my collab notebook and check this okay you guys want to try this everybody wants to give this a quick try if yes please type yes in the chat box everybody will have the access to my collab notebook because my collab notebook link is on this uh word do this the second code is something That I will share when uh when we when we get on to another example okay everybody H everybody has access to
this Santos I've already given you the word dog please take uh okay okay guys I'm giving you 5 minutes please execute this and once done please type done in the chat box quickly everybody execute this and guys I won't be able to read your Responses on CJ all your responses should come to chag J right if you have any questions please send it on chak J once done please typ down in the chat box quickly e e uh no Santos I cannot share that I've already shared you a document in the chat box please check
your chat box and from there you can get the collab link miraki can you can you basically post Your error here yes if number will start with zero it will post an invalid error 100% if you want to add a country code modify your GPT code and add a and give a country code there take this to GPT copy the entire code to GPT you can also say that okay modify this to add a country code also so then it'll ask you okay which country based on India so it is plus 91 then you can
start with zero so a mobile number in India only Starts with 6 7 8 and 9 that's it you can see I have also there's also a there is a a comment also here Mai if you're if you're facing any error let me know brilliant see a both B very nice you've basically done a true false true false perfect that's not the error that's the code you need to post in the error Mai that is not the system error that's That's the code that we have used so that's something that if you posted it won't
really make uh any sense you need to post in the error that getting this is not the system error this is basically the code that you given right so paste you might be getting an error just take a screenshot of it and then you can paste it thank you okay invalid syntax okay my bad my bad my bad you have given a your okay so uh invalid Syntax um oh you basically given directly number inside that right so number number uh just just give a variable there instead of that don't give the number Inside Yes
VI you can customize uh using GPT you can customize this you can basically do this for okay Indian and US numbers only be customize so GPT will give you a customized codee for this see if you give the if if you give this code And ask GPT to customize it this will be a lot more easier for you because GPT will not go outside and you know create a different code Al together it will just try to modify this particular code only so it will be a lot easier for you if you ask GPD create
a new code then it will basically try different style of coding also right it doesn't have one set one set once once once uh uh set of style of coding because it is designed To give you different answers be unique minaki here you have directly given numbers just write number here and explicitly give numbers here it will work just exactly do how I've done here everybody completed this example if yes please type yes in the chat box quickly how many of you are still uh yet to do this how many of you are still yet
to complete this please type uh working in the chat box if you still are working on This how many of you are working on this please Ty working in the chat box quickly makaki what about you okay guys uh 1 minute for you guys quickly let's do this then we'll resume okay right now you you're basically posting your errors in the wrong U screen your errors should be posted in the different screen uh in the different chat it's chak j not CJ yes for as much as you want e yes okay so viand VI Anand
is very creative I must appreciate this guy he's saying uh he he's saying that does true Coler or similar applications use idea method to use a similar idea method to give some basic information of users with Advanced coding yes they do exactly the same thing brilliant I love how your mind is going there very nice very nice okay So now what I'm going to do is okay so let's get back to learning on understanding our Ed now please guys can I have your eyes eyes and yours on the screen everybody guys please focus on the
screen everybody let's get back let's let's get your attention back on the screen here come on quickly let's get your attention on this everybody everybody's looking on the screen if yes please type A in the Chat box do attention on the screen every one of you please type in box if I have your attention all right cool now the other concept is accuracy so let's say for example you have an address in your data now how accurate is that address for example please provide an address and if I tell you you Pro you provide an
address I live in India is that an accurate address no Right at least Mumbai Maharashtra or the name of your area right that is very very Co so that is your accuracy consistency and uniformity right so I'll tell you a very interesting thing about consistency uniformity uh I was working on this particular project so a lot of you people you know see artificial intelligence as just working on interesting tools and interesting Models one of my most successful and one of my most U successful from the perspective not only from the perspective of money but also
from the perspective of the amount of things that I've learned so in that case one of the most successful projects was uh my project with a company called as flight plan now it's very interesting on what we were doing in this right so first I'll tell you and then tell me if if this is Interesting or not so this company called Flight Plan was a Canadian based company and uh their focus was to develop an algorithm that calculated the way points for a flight flying from point A to point B Now what is a way
point a waypoint is nothing but um it's it's more like a it's more like a GPS route for a for a for a flight to fly so a flight doesn't fly randomly from just point to syney I have to take above Pakistan So it doesn't work that way there are certain way points that there are certain structures that the flight has to follow they have to basically follow a route or follow a path so this this was designing that particular flight plan for a for all the flights right and the way then they were basically
doing something very interesting so they had this algorithm where uh where we were actually trying to calculate the wind direction and wind Speed by colle by collecting the weather data we were basically calculating the wind direction and wind speed now what did we do by collecting the wind direction and wind speed see whenever the flight is basically getting a headwind it is burning more fuel you will resonate with this for example if you are if you're running against the how many you will you will burn more energy yes how many of you agree to that
If you're running Against the Wind you will be it will take you more energy to push yourself forward right so what was happening is a flight was basically getting a headwind so they create they they've created an algorithm where a flight will get rather than getting more headwind let's create a route for a flight where it can get a more of a tail wind that is wind from behind that is as a push or a Crosswind so the flight can glide this way this way it burns a a lot lesser fuel right so this was
basically so they had an algorithm that every single time that they use this algorithm they created a flight plan which was legitimate and they saved three to four % of the fuel this was very very lucrative especially during 2018 pre-o and my work was again to use AI in this right so I joined them as a I I joined them as a consultant as a data Scientist now I was of the opinion that I'll be working on some AI based models here but guys you won't believe for two and a half for two and a
half years I was just working on collecting the data for them this was such a massive project that I've just focused on collecting the data I was collecting airport data I was collecting Runway data I was collecting taxiway data sets I was collecting data sets from uh from from weather data from Different different metrological Services there was Noah from from North Atlantic American Association and then there was UK meteorological office so every 36 hours we was we were getting a weather data that we had to update so we are creating multiple pipelines so my data
engine engineering experience got enhanced to a different level there right now while we were doing this there was another use case that every country wanted so basically These flights wanted to understand that what exactly is their overhead flight charges what is the overhead flight charges I'll give an Insight today do you know that how many of you know that in 2019 India did a balakot strike on Pakistan how many of you know this please type I for India the box quickly wow F right everybody everybody is aware about that right now while we were doing
this do you know that post that Pakistan Has shut its airspace that is for Indian flights or for almost for anybody I think indefinitely for 7 to 8 months right that means Indian that any flight cannot really pass Pakistani airspace now do you realize this that every time that a flight flies over a country they have to pay certain tax to that particular country for using its airspace so if you're basically passing over U let's say India India will Basically charge you certain amount of money these are overhead charges so if you basically pass over
and and there are there are multiple layers by the way right if you pass within 33,000 ft if if you pass over Ukraine you pay Ukraine above 3,000 ft if you pass above Ukraine at 30,000 ft you pay to Russia because they own the airspace so we had to develop a model where we were collecting overhead uh overflight charges for all these Different different airlines in different currencies the problem was that every single time we had to maintain an exchange rate uh with respect to all these different currencies so rubel had a different exchange rate
rupe had a a different exchange rate uh Euro had a different exchange rate so had pound so what we did was we basically went towards this idea of being absolutely consistent we said we said that we will convert all The currencies into usds right so we kept a consistent information sorry rather more it will be this more resonates for uniform so it was a uniformed uh currency that we kept that was USD that every single currency that we have will be in US Dollars only isn't it agreed everybody yes or in the chat box please
right so this is what like the degree to which the data is specified Using the same unit of measure like for example the weight may be recorded in pounds or kilos the date might follow the USA or european format and the currency in sometimes USD or sometimes EUR Euros so we basically kept a common currency for everybody that it is USD so even if there was an Indian uh airliner they were basically getting the idea of USD only right cool understood everybody that's It so this is what you need to understand when it comes to
Eda right now after this there is one one last thing that we need to understand is understanding of outliers that means how to how to basically how to how to understand something that is not common on the data and this is very very important for you guys to understand that with respect to data science one of The most one of the most crucial thing is whenever you get the data you focus on detecting the outliers that means which part of the data is totally like out of proportion for example if you're basically doing a healthare
work and in case if there is a data set where one of the weight of the person is 560 kgs it it's it's an outlier that that that and that and that has to be addressed because that could really affect your overall average and That could affect your analysis to a big time are you guys following me so far if yes please type f for following in the chat box right okay now genuinely B right no AA some of you saying no outlier means that if uh okay outlier simply means if um if if there
are 60 students in a classroom and all 60 people are Listening to the teacher but one one student is like name many that's an outlayer you you can basically look at will realize that either you or there are some of your sibling who are an outlayer in my family I I was an outlier right right so this is what it's important now when I was working on on my on now with the with that Canadian company for two and a half years I didn't get one single AI model to work On I was just collecting
data and that was one of my biggest learnings that okay data science is not just about working on AI based models it's also about collection of data sets and collecting the right data and storing the right data so that we can perform AI based models and in just two months we basically worked on 10 different AI models and we could execute it but there was two and a half years of efforts of just collecting the data in the right Way obviously this was a massive project there were three other Consultants were two from UK and
one again from Japan who who were Consulting this particular company this was a very very big project still I mean this gave me an Insight onto what exactly data science essentially means and this was also it this contined during covid anyways it was very interesting so now if this was interesting and not boring as you guys Are saying uh yes like odman out uh I will in fact make this even more simpler for you so what we going to do is how many of you remember that we compared Claud versus GPT uh for an SQL
format that how how effective they are on SQL how many of you remember that please type I in the chat box okay so now let's explore GPT to see on whether it can perform good Eda or whether Cloud can perform good Eda on a Data set right shall we get started yes okay now what I want you to do is there are chances that so you try on cloud but there are chances that uh CLA might so the cloud free version is uh not supporting the hiu uh the clot uh IU is not supporting uh
a big data so I would recommend you you perform only on GPD if cloud is giving you problems right please listen to the instructions Quickly so that I can we can get started it guys again do I have your attention for one minute please if yes please type yes in the chat box quickly okay now what I'm seeing is chat GPT uh might give you some trouble because of uh their recent surge in the usage they're not able to cater so you might not be able to access Sonet which would actually perform uh for free
of cost but you might basically get uh hu so you try it we'll try it if not we Will basically do the anal I will show the analysis on cloud and GPT whereas you can basically perform the same analysis on GPT right so everybody has uh the paid access to GPT yes in the chat box quickly if you do if you guys need the username and password parame it's in the see this that's the reason you need to put your videos on because some of some of the times your Expressions only do the work you
don't have to really put In the chat box right okay cool let's get started so what I'll do is uh for this now again like we don't really move ahead without studying the data so we will go on to uh in this case we will go to kagle right and for this we are basically using a customer personality analysis right now let's observe this data it's a very interesting data set right so customer cust personality analysis is a detail analysis of a Company's ideal customers it helps a business to better understand its customers and makes
it easier for them to modify products according to the specific needs behaviors concerns of different types of customers customer personality analysis helps a business to modify it based on Target customers etc etc etc take what is the meat of the data this is very important now there Are wow there are four different structures that is people products promotions and place so what are they saying customers unique identifier what's the birth year what's the education what's the mar status what's their income uh number of children in the household number of teenagers in the customer household dat
of customers enoll with the company Number of days since the customer last purchased uh one complain if the customer has complained in the last two years or not products amount of money spent on wines amount of money spent on fruits amount of money spent on um meat amount of money spent on fish amount of money spent on sweets amount of money spent on gold right promotion number of purchases made with a discount uh accepted compensation in the first Attempt second attempt third attempt fourth attempt and the fifth attempt that means campaign are the marketing campaign
which may we offered a discount a compensation and in which attempt the customers accepted that right and um in response uh if uh the customer accepted the campaign the last offer right now place so number of web purchases uh number of web purchases made through the company's website number of catalog purchases number of Purchases using a catalog number of store number of purchases made directly in stores number of visits to company's websites in the last month websit say Buy store Buy phone every all these things right now do you see a pattern of basically storing
data set in ones and zeros yes do you see this pattern do you know how this pattern works this is a concept what we call as one hot in coding see I'll show you how This works this is how a true data scientist learns data s data stist we are going to learn directly how these tall words learn please have your attention on the screen guys I'm sharing something okay now what happens is this is what we call as a concept of one hot encoding And I I somehow sometimes just call this as activation column
right so what does one not encoding do here it's very simple it's like columns right now I have basically converted so columns let me just [Music] right columns so this came from for example I have this one Column all right let's say gender fale male female male female now can computer read this MF MF MF do you think computer can read this how many of you think the computer can read this please don't tell me GP don't I'm saying legit data can you do you think a computer can read this data no it won't right
in fact if you give this to GPD this will what we are doing GP but I'll tell you what they what what computer will do computer will not read this so what does computer need computer needs what zero and one only binary so what we do is we say that gender M gender F and we keep the same so 1 2 3 4 5 6 1 2 3 4 5 six here you have M so here you have m one here here you do not have in the first one you do not have m zero
here second you have F you do not have m zero here one here then again one here 0 Here then again 0 here 1 here 1 0 like this that means wherever that particular uh column is having that particular value you activate that by typing one wherever there is basically a column that has a value you activate that by typing one so activate acation is one inactivation is zero understood everybody so if something is there that is one if something is not there that means it's Zero agreed so if you basically buy or purchase with
uh uh with my first marketing campaign then one if you do not buy with my first marketing campaign that mean zero so for every single event I will have two columns you're doing that and you're not doing it or rather with every single event I can have two events one column and two events you doing it that means one you're not doing it that means zero everybody understood this so far Yes so let's see this now you understand one if customer accepted the offer from this compensation and it will be zero if it didn't accepted
the offer right so see customer either accept AC so if a customer has accepted the offer out of any one of these things so you'll have five columns like this you have five columns like this 1 2 3 4 5 right so customer accepting in the first marketing campaign if they're accepting yes they're not accepting zero here if they're accepting okay not not accepting zero so marketing campign for example zero because accept so it's automatically the rest will be zero right so third W is second marketing campus except this will be one the rest will
be zero so and so forth are you Guys understanding this if yes please type yes in the chat box yeah it's like true and false true equals to 1 false equals to zero how many of you are understanding this please type B in chat box done it's easy enough yes so far so good everybody feeling this easy right and okay so before I move can I please ask everybody to please turn their videos on e okay cool let's do this so now we'll go To so everybody please download this data set from here go to
kaggle download this data set I'll give this link in the chat box okay now let's go to this okay so let's do this so I have downloaded the data set I'll simply go to GPT right now the best part is that you need to observe the prompt here so I'll just Give you an idea of how to give the prompt I'm putting the prompt in the chat box so see this is the prompt here now this is going to be my prompt so let see what am I saying here this data set is of a
grocery chain is everybody following me with that please type yes in chat box if you can yes AR you can the link is in the word doc right now Okay right what is uh what what error you facing Harsha and prna it they are the same credentials please check what you're typing okay okay now you are a data scientist at the grocery chain please read read this prompt guys you have a data set with your customers demographic info purchase data marketing campaign history your Objective today is to conduct a thorough exploratory data analysis that is
Eda of this data set with necessary data cleaning analysis visualizations clear insights actionable recommendations your Ed will be used to better understand the customers influence product strategies based on customer behaviors and inform inform other customer segment analysis modeling right now here I have given a much in-depth insight as to what exactly every single column has directly Copying this entire content directly copying this entire content that is I've copied that entirely here I have not even thought which so this gives GPD a lot a lot a lot more insight onto the data right so simply I'll
go here I will refresh my GPT right now I will upload the marketing campaigns data right so marketing campaign data is being uploaded here and I'll simply Paste this prompt so let the spreadsheet get uploaded right and then I will simply hit enter I will also try and prepare glad just give me one moment right so I will hit enter here so this is Claud now just so that I could give you um uh a a comparison of Claude and GPT together I have purchased clot this morning today right I wanted to give you a
free version of Claud but since Claud is giving issues and we've checked this last time also in our pre-training calls That Claud was Claud pre version of giving us issues uh I'm I've personally purchased this and I was planning to give you access to this but it requires uh us to have a um onetime verification GP doesn't ask for onetime verification Claude is asking so I would uh I would't be able to give you the access to paid cloud yet but what I can do is I can give you analysis to CLA right comparison but
you can still try it on hio if it works Nothing like it right but I just wanted to risk it because I wanted to give you a in-depth analysis on comparing these two versions of GPT and Claud are you guys with me so far are you guys following me if yes please type yes in the chat box cool so I hit enter here and I hit enter here so I basically hit enter on both these places now let's see what sort of response I get meanwhile I want you guys To also start working on this
download the data set open your GPT paid GPT that you have access to and upload the data and copy paste this entire prompt and run it so you can see on the right hand side of the screen GPD has already already started working sorry CLA has started working now one thing I like about really Claude is that as far as coding is concerned it gives the analysis on the right hand side and keeps the Analysis and keeps the existing system ready on the left hand side P had already given the word dog yesterday there's a
download button there narish e yes UD that's not a problem so GPD will keep on uh correcting itself GPT or CLA they both will be keep on correcting itself you let them do it this is um this is us uh basically working on This P let's take so I I would recommend uh you know deleting your uh data to one fifth of it so if there are let's say 100 rows you reduce that to 20 rows only if you can do that then upload the data again it will work download The Right data M okay
how many of you are going through the analysis on GPT GP at a g I don't know why right so now GPD has started working on this let's see about Claud so what Claud Has do uh has done here is Claud has uh okay this is the customer analytics dashboard on the left hand side of the screen you have total customers what I lost it yeah so see this is what you see in your GPT right so age of distribution of customers right marit Status distribution education level distribution so what they doing is see the
data set has basically loaded and performed cleaning so now this is basically trying to clean the data right the data set appears to have loaded incorrectly with all the data compressed into a single column this may be due to incorrect Del limiter so first it is I'll reload using a tab t Del limiter and check the structure as structure again so it is basically now changing The structure to to D limiter so D limiter simply CSV CSV is what comma separated values so instead of comma you can basically have tab separated values you can have
hyphen separated values anything can be done but essentially it's called a CSV only so Del limiter means separating the data are you guys following me yes then we have so we we use the D limiter so once We get the d d limiter corrected the next step it it does is cleans the data it performs data cleaning including handling missing values data type adjustments and other process uh processing steps before moving on to the exploratory data analysis right so this is what it does so data right okay so this has been now now There are
24 missing now guys observe this very clearly please can you please uh focus on the screen here for a moment everybody guys can you please focus on the screen here for a moment everybody can you please Focus for one moment on the screen please who I have can I have your 100% attention on the screen guys please type A for attention in the chat box okay so first of all when you do this There are 24 missing values in the income column which may affect the analysis related to income based segmentation I'll hand it's saying
that I'll handle these missing values by filling them with the median income as it's less sensitive to outliers so how is it filling the outliers how is it filling the missing values by basically adding the median income thereby not letting the average get Affected so missing values this is the code for missing values it got error it solved also so 24 missing values missing values in year of birth only income has 24 missing values so simply add a median guys you know what this is called as data imputation techniques this is what we call as
data imputation technique again done for you right so the missing values have been filled next it begin with the Eda by Examining the customer demographics purchase behaviors campaign responses along with relevant visualizations for Clear insights so these are the visualizations next so if You observe this age distribution income distribution manital status education levels right analysis of behaviors and responses highlights product spending campaign responses purchase methods now this is an entire Eda Performed that means you not just basically visualizing the data this is this is proper raw Eda done that means handling missing values which is
a very important aspect uh handling any any values that are that are invalid handling any values that are so this this this is something that I'm giving as an insight to how automated this can be right okay everybody how many of you have completed doing this on chat GPT Please type yes in the chat box quickly right did you all guys get an Insight on this okay and now let's look at Claud what Claud does so here we have distribution customer so see in terms of visualization Claud is basically giving you a lot more better
insights it is in fact giving a customer analysis dashboard you can view the code this is The code for it stupid just a moment oh there it is so if you view the code this is what the code is right right are you following me with this so see you have now now I'll tell you the difference between these two right you have CLA and you have GPT both are performing Eda for you right now you your question will be chro which one to use and Why see I'll tell you one thing very very clearly
when you want to learn guys please listen to this very carefully again this information is something that is not available on the internet when you want to learn when you're learning when you're on the learning path of data science this is something that is very very helpful a step bystep approach first you do this then you do this then after this you complete you do this so You learn those Snippets one by one by one do you all agree to this if yes please Ty a for agree in the chat box right now if you
are now but listen to this very carefully now when you're doing this for a customer you can't do step by step one by one you have to give a proper final product a proper output and and a proper output is something that looks like this right so if you if you show this to The customer if you basically give an give an outside access to this customer that okay have a look at this data analysis of yours this is the end result and and the end result code looks like this it is not a snippet
it is an entire end to end program right how many of you agree to this please type A for agree in the chat box understood so what you are getting here is access and understanding of both How do you learn something and how do you deploy something how do you apply something into the market if you want to earn if you want to earn something in data science like if you want to earn let's say some if you basically wanted to become a data science who earn 60 LPA 80 LPA you will will learn you
will basically grasp things by working on structures like this however the difference Is when you develop and make something like this that means if you have this things as an output this will essentially basically make you a lot more valuable as a data scientist somebody who can command a higher salary are you getting my point how many of you agree to this please type yes in the chat box quickly right now in the last 20 minutes What we've done is created a very very very very boring and a complex structure of data science fun and
Interactive was this difficult to do how many of you think it was easy to do type E4 easy in the chat box it was easy so we have not just what we've done is we've not just applied Eda we've understood what Eda is and then we've applied Eda Here so how we we've understood what Ed the data we discussed about multip of data imputation and then we've tried to work and apply this so the difference between so the difference between you just working on a tool let's say tomorrow you would grab a course of powerbi
but powerbi you what what is the what is the what is the work of powerbi there are so many courses on powerbi which basically work on a similar uh uh certificate Basis there are powerb courses which provide a certificate but what is the point of having a powerb program what do you do with a powerb program that's the reason I say that you don't that's the reason I have my focus and my programs are more CDs are more uh ideas based rather than being just stupidly CDs based right I don't really focus on okay let
me give a tool and let me focus on a tool and let let's provide a certificate on that it doesn't work that way because Because if you focus on the problem statement 5 years ago this was solved by powerbi today you have this solved by gpts and clots so are we supposed to focus on CDs that is a tool based approach or are we focus are we supposed to focus on IDs that is a problem statement based approach please tell me in the chat box CDs or IDs please type in the chat box quickly absolutely
correct right so when I say that you can make so See when when I when I say that you can make 60 to 70 to 80 to even 90 LPA a year cuz when you focus on an industry method approach that is IDE that is industry gr data science you focus on the problem statement that means no matter the problem you'll basically be able to apply the solution that means you're not hellbent on what tools you're basically hellbent on giving a Solution whereas if you're just focusing on certificates the moment that that tool is out
of the context the moment that tool is like outplaced you'll be like guys there are so many powerbi experts who have not upskilled their weight towards being becoming a data scientist and they're suffering right now they were they were Tabo experts power be experts in 2013 2014 Tableau just blew away the market when Microsoft thought that okay Let's me introduce something to compete with tblo and that's when the introduce powerbi but sadly only a few handful of people could transition themselves to data science because they were focusing on becoming a problem solver and not a
tool expert again I'm telling you do you want to be a wood cutter or do you want to basically make aesthetically luxury sofas that's a difference both of them are comp both of them will be start Working on food but there's a difference there's a difference of what you sell uh ultimately right are you all following me if yes please type f for folling in the chat box quickly right so when you guys are focusing on this when you guys are focusing on becoming a data scientist which I'm very sure that everyone of here every
one of you here is basically focusing on becoming a successful data scientist Which obviously has you including learning those tools but I but can I am I safe to assume here is everybody every one of you here is focusing on becoming an IDs rather than the CDs if yes can you please type IDs in the chat box yes yes right this is very very very important because I have see I started from 1120 11:30 and we've just started working on On our problems on on on on the tool at 12:40 at 12:30 last we just
discussing the data trust me most of your most of your journey in data science is going to be like this nobody will tell you this has a hog it is only after you go through grab a certificate then when you go to and if you get hired by the industry the you'll be just blown away with the fact that I am just getting the data guys two and a half years I've just worked on Cleaning the data two and a half years we were just collecting the data because and only because of that in in
the span of three months we were basically able to apply analysis to a very different level right so this is what you're supposed to do as a data scientist the word data itself has a genuine meaning there there are always two ways to approach this subject one is a model Driven approach and is a data driven approach if you are an ideas you'll always focus on working on a data driven approach you take any any any data scientist who's done exceptionally well take a very very senior AI engineer from Tesla and they will tell you
the same thing that the innovation of models machine learning models and deep learning models is already done there's no further Innovation to that but what can you do with the data is something That is very very important to us so there are subject matter experts people who understand data in a very very in-depth way are more required to work on this problems they don't require people to work on models right okay all right so I hope everybody following me so far yes okay so uh on the left on the top right of the screen paromita
uh you you basically get a uh option here that Is you can preview or check on the code so this is the code this is the preview it's a toggle right how many of you are following this can you please uh type f for following in the chat box if you cannot then probably you're working on the Hau model not on the Sonet model but High Sonet is Sonet wouldn't be available then in that case take so this is your basic Eda now are you now you'll be like are you Telling me that we need
to perform Ed in the exact same manner no not really because every single time you won't be able to upload your data to CLA or GPT right rather this but I given you a very small small snippet of how you're supposed to do this this is how you're supposed to do this you develop so whatever that so for whichever function you require so let's say for cleaning you develop a user Defined function for for numbers you create a user defined function for let's say um for something like imputation filling out the missing values you create
a user defined function so user defined function create and this will allow you and this will allow you to basically have your own user defined function your own Eda and once you you have once you have your own Eda so for every different project or every different data set that You grab and you work on you will basically have your own EDS system so use GPT use CLA but use them to create your own user defined functions that's an hybrid way of basically working on this not directly giving everything to GPT and not you know
working like a donkey and learning Python and doing that but doing this in the hybrid way isn't that brilliant yes please type B for brilliant in the chat box if it is Right now you can now with this particular with this particular scenario that I've given in the last two hours you can simply grab any data set from anywhere from any CLE data set explore any data set I I I'm giving you a free hand explore any data set and perform Ed in the exact same manner exact same manner and provide some services like this
now you realize what is the true Potential of data science how many of you here are excited to make your own Ed and provide services like this please type e for excited in the chat box trust me you don't have to give everything to GPT grab their data and perform your own own analysis collect the data and perform Eda like this so what you've learned in the last two hours has this Potential when we started discussing dat did you realize that what you're learning as an Eda has this potential how many of you realize now
please type R for realize in the chat box quickly right so so this is something that you can do now okay so Mya is saying this can we create this one or two custom functions for a custom data set right now very simple you can all you need to do is let's say this is your data set so if I If I come here if I go to GPT I upload my data set right and here I will say this can you explore this data set and and tell me if there are any missing values
first times asking to go through the data set and tell me if there are any missing values okay [Music] so actually this data set needs to be clean properly tab space is so let's do this rather than this directly go here and say that okay let's do this can you create a user Define python function for uh and L missing values see this is your Function so the this function is simply for see you fill the method if value is none then you fill it with median mean or mod that means if your if your
value is with respect to uh if it's numbers then you feel it then you uh fill it with mean or median if your value is character then you fill it with Mod as simple as that right otherwise if the value is none if it's fictitious you drop that as simple as that you can also simp Now if you're very sure Medi I only need a simple function or median that's it done you go to open AI paste this here right and take this example use case go to the next line for example this is let's
say so there are these are missing values right there are three columns here is a Missing value this is a missing value there are two two rows here A and B there are missing values like this wait see now you have a user defined function that can fill the missing values with median right are you guys following me so far so you have a missing missing value you have you have two you have basically three functions validate Indian mobile Number handle missing values with median simple how much did how much time does it uh did
it take me to do this so you develop these multiple missing values and then structure so when we okay so p is asking when we have customer sensitive data is it safe to use gpts or paid version are safe to use for customer data so the customer will tell you what are they comfortable With ideally this is how you're supposed to do but don't upload the data set on GPT this is the right way to do now I can simply use on the left hand side of the screen can you see this folder button I
can upload a data here and I can basically ask the ask you know to perform analysis here data upload on the left hand side of the screen that's it Right you guys have access to this as well go ahead try this out tell me if once's done in the chat box quickly come on guys everybody try this once done please type down in the chat box okay okay come on guys you have any questions any queries also read this this is not just for to as a placeholder it's very important be read E e e
e guys two more minutes let's do this quickly once done please typ done in the chat box and you guys can be free to explore this uh you know create a different type of example also you can uh do a lot more uh you can experiment around this if you have completed this basic one you can experiment it as Well e e e done everybody completed this yes narish I'll get back to you on that just give me one moment everybody completed this if yes please type yes done in the chat box quickly okay how
many of you are still trying to do this please type me in the chat box pandas is a data man Library how many of you are still trying To do this please type me in the chat box quickly guys one last minute quickly let's do this okay VI can you please tell me what error you're facing can you please send a screenshot canand e e can click on fix error it will help you fix it and can you tell me uh the error can Yeah just click on fix error it will help you fix that
easily all right so rest everybody has completed this yes yes everybody completed this Eda part please type yes in chat box if you've completed Eda working on Ed please type in the chat box quickly okay so we have uh a moment okay so what I'm going to do minaki is That I'm going to basically create a quick uh breakout room so that and if we have one of our one of our data scientist a Raja here so he's going to help you with um the he's going to help you with the issue of the queries
here right okay Raja are you there can you please type yes in the chat box if you are so weate quickly creating a breakout room Yeah yeah sir okay so minaki can you please join the breakout room minaki guys uh everybody Hara can you please uh join the breakout uh room if you basically are trying to log into GPT if you have any questions we'll add you to the breakout room you can ask you can basically get your query solved There all right everybody else is is getting the answer yes please type yes in the
chat box quickly if you have if you're ready yes okay cool now okay brilliant uh yes ell perfect um yes viand I'll also assign you to the breakout room so that you can get your error solved there uh just join the room you'll be getting an invite to join the breakout session Okay perfect all right guys uh now let's do this quickly right so what have we learned so far is how to perform Eda right now I'm here to basically tell you something even more interesting see I've told you on how a data scientist uses
Eda how can you use an Eda but have I told you how I use for my business there's an interesting thing see guys predominantly I'm a Consultant I consult companies I consult anybody on how to leverage artificial intelligence that's my identity core right so how do I consult companies and trust me the biggest amount of buck that I make is during doing this these things I'll be very honest with you now since this is a very closed room we can I can have a very you know hard to Heart discussion I genuinely make big bugs
while I'm working on my Consulting projects and there is also an Interesting way on how how do I leverage Eda with this Consulting projects are you guys excited to see this if yes please type e for ex in the chat box and yes for this I will not even take more than 20 minutes that's it so let me give you like don't worry I won't take I won't take more than 20 minutes this is the power of having your videos on so I know what you guys are Doing kidding kidding right okay so see guys
um now this is the potential of Eda on upwork that means this basically says that this is required by companies so if you see this potential will you all agree that companies require data scientist to perform just Eda on their data will you all agree to this if yes please type yes in the chat box quickly right Now Eda is such a simple tool it's such a simple thing so an obvious question of wonder that can come that and the answer is in in the question itself it is because it is because by business it
is because the business is every businesses so Ed is once us thing that whether it's a business trying to get the work done or whether it's a data scientist trying to work on the project everyone has to Start with Eda is to explore the data and when a business realizes this the first thing that they come to is on these platforms like up that okay we don't know we have the data but we don't know what to do with it now anybody who has the data and has no clue on what the data means understands
that okay they need Eda so this is what you see this is what the demand is of Eda I can go on and on and on and on and on I will not complete it look at the and see so you will you will realize that people who wanted to work on tblo they will also come for Eda people who wanted to powerbi they can also come for Eda right so this is one of the most important things as far as the data science is concerned now how do I personally leverage this for leverage this
for my Consulting business observe This very very closely you know what you can do now for the next 15 minutes just imagine that you are yeah that you're already a successful data scientist and you're a consultant you're approaching companies to basically help them leverage artificial intelligence for their for their businesses how would you do this simply you create your Own space on hugging face like this that means you basically give or let's say I sometimes personally give free access free Eda to any particular company out there who wants to discover their discover about their data
that means I invite people that okay I can basically give you insights a free consultation or a free uh analysis of their existing data and I can help them uncover certain insights what do You think I did with living liquids take the exact same thing so what you can do is so this is basically an hug a space of hugging phas about Eda simply any any particular company need to upload the that CSV or ex Excel file and they can perform an ed on this so what you'll be able to do see the whole data
set get column names get count and percentage of any values get descriptive analysis check imbalance or Distribution of Target variable check distribution of numerical columns Etc do this exact same just just Pro boarding just dashboarding Auto dashboarding that's it tell me this genuinely if you do this technique with a prospect or with a with a prospect who can basically become your customer give them an analysis on their existing data don't you think they'll basically tell you that what are the next steps that I can do with this Analysis how many of you agree to that
that they basically you'll get a call right from the front on what are the next steps to do with this analysis please type yes in the chat box how many of you agree to that how do you think I get a customer how do you think I get a client the very first thing that we do is again we take the existing data we give some sort of a consultation that that is not an entirely a conclusion to Their data but entices them entices them that okay I want to know more this is an art
of basic basically converting a prospect into a successful customer and you know what is and you know what is my funnel are you by the way interested to know this the funnel The Funnel of my Consulting client are are you are you interested to know this if yes please type yes in the chat box I mean to be very honest I'm uh I Don't generally discuss my my consulting stuff here but since you guys are interested I'm doing this right you know what is the funnel I first take I first take my my uh I
first take my people out from let's say uh from from this uh I first take people out from this um okay so let's say what happens is See whenever a person is coming to me from the idea of um uh being a customer I first basically take that data I do the Eda basic Eda and I give them some analysis now I give them analysis to a point where basically that leaves them with certain amount of question right then my next is to basically convert them into giving me a proof of Concept that means I
say that okay you just don't give me the entire project obviously sometimes a customer almost every single time the customer has a long-term Vision but a very shortterm money vision so basically they basically uh they basically get get a longterm they have a long-term Vision now when they have a long-term Vision they ask me this particular question is that CH I want to apply this how how can we go ahead and a very very strict policy I don't get I don't take the entire project what I do is basically I take a p and a
p is easily charged between 4 to 5 lakh rupees all right it is Spann across 2 to three months right which covers approximately 50% of the cost and there is 50% of absolute profit I'll be very very Transparent and upfront with you then what you have is post that we have your post that we have phase one and phase two where let me tell you the cost of the project can go up to for phase one can go up to 20 times phase two can go up to 30 times and for the span of 2
year three year 5 year contracts this is a legit system this is a legit process Right this is a legit system this is a legit process right so you need to understand these things and guess what so if I close a by the way do you want to know how much I close a customer for phase one and phase two how if you want to know that please St by in the chat box I is like everyone I think I still I still ask because I had not planned this Particular discussion I'm just going with
the flow because I just felt that I can probably discuss this with you that's what I'm trying to do right so again I'm asking I hope you guys are I I hope you guys are Keen to know this right if yes please type in the chat box quickly every single one of you okay so what happens is we basically get now let's say if I if I come here right if I if I get a customer from here for for Ed I know that they are in for a Longer term because they have some more
data sets here if they come from here I grab a customer from with respect to Ed charging them an XY amount of money easily otherwise I give them these type of access that you put in your data you get some analysis and then they'll be and then I would I would likely get a call or I have a follow-up system and then I use Eda to basically give them more insights about your data that okay if you work with us we can do this This this this this to your data because having the Eda done
also provides me the understanding of what is the customer trying to look out for what is the Outlook that they have right even I can't do any any analysis right so performing an Eda at times at absolutely or giving them a certain dashboard at at free of cost invites them for a larger project and this has happened to me more than 50% of the times so much so that I charge for a POC For four to five lakh rupees I convert them for a 30 to 35 lakh phase one project right and or or I
convert them into a retainer for phase two proof of concept demo prototype that is your PC or I convert them from phase one to phase two which is basically a retainer that every month they pay me 2 2.5 to 3 lak rupes as a consultant and if they want the development done that's a separate thing isn't it right so this is something that we This is something that we do and and in fact I very it's like only during the few times of the year I get an opportunity to talk about this absolutely freely right
during it's it's during only those few times of the year because most of the times I am I am focused on providing you knowledge about data science with respect to how this is applied in a company where you are a data scientist Working on a certain project in an industry grade of course or how can you basically apply on a data science project with respect to freelancing but when it comes to Consulting and having your own setup there's a different there are different permutations combinations are applied to that and that is something that I do
at at one of our events at one of our physical events that is we do it in Person event because this is a very very very very personal thing to me right because this is now in this way I don't I'm not really basically telling them to okay you can become a a data scientist who's earning this much amount of money at a job or using freelancing this is what I am doing and if you want to do what I am doing you can basically meet me on my December event that is somewhere around in
Christmas Right and this is and everybody who's basically part of my six month program in the IDS program they they they they get to join this so we basically everyone who's part of my six month program I give them an insight to how to become a 1 CR Plus data scientist that means how can you become a consultant who can basically go to 1 CR to 1.5 CR annually as a consultant because not every single company would want to hire a data scientist but every single Company wants to get the knowledge of how to get
their data into some actionable insights does this sound exciting to you if yes please Ty be for exciting in the chat box right isn't it and yes yes we we this December also we have our event schedule at in it is it is in Goa it's live in person I think it's start it's on 21st of December to 25th Of December it's in person live in person so this is not it's not virtual it is live we physically meet because I I mean when I start speaking about this I don't have uh I don't have
a I don't have a I I don't know where to stop because there are so much thing to share this how to basically create a uh how to how to how to how to even inv invoice your client how to speak to Cent how to convert that client from POC to retainer this is this is absolutely like A systemate systematic process that we do and this is an insight to my business my own personal business that something that I do personally every single day in and day out right so it's a 3.5 Day event legit
right and people who generally people who generally attend those event I I just don't I just don't so people just don't come to attend and meet and greet and stuff like that no people who Basically come there they walk out with a with a one CR Consulting blueprint that means if you follow this blueprint if you follow this approach you can become a one CR Consulting data scientist and that to customize as per their Niche their their Market their target area there could be people from marketing background and how can they approach certain Consulting people
there could be people from insurance background how can they use Ai and start Consulting companies right this is only available for our ideas guys not not anybody from anybody can join the reason it is because very very simple is that I want you to be ready for what I'm about to give you so there has to be some sort of a uh so who this is absolutely available for people who are from my IDs program this is 100% available for them uh I I've got oh my god I've got questions Already sh is like everything
is so far is very exciting okay yes umala UHA like I said you know it is only for our IDs people so you come to IDs you'll get it right uh yes abov right so you know the reason why we doing this in December is because we can basically uh end we can basically end the year 2024 in a way that how can you make this amount this much amount in the year 2025 and this is very very Important for us because this is something where we uh now this is where I get an opportunity
to speak about my stuff right so I not and the reason why also this and I'll tell you right right most of the work that I'm doing has an NDA signed so I can't I'm not I'm not allowed to disclose these things on zoom and stuff like that because I have very very strict NDA and the reason I can abide by those n the reason I'm getting customers is Because they trust me that I abide by this NDA so it's only in a closed room in an unofficial where there is where there is where the
where the where there's a no online meeting right I can discuss a few things I can show you some invoices I can show you some you know uh docs and stuff like that progresses and stuff like that right right oh my God by the way how many of you here would want want would want your Own customized one CR uh blueprint of how many of you here want your own customized blueprint CH of how can you make one CR type me in the chat box quickly interesting isn't it yes JRA isn't it this batch is
definitely very very interesting batch JRA is like this batch is making you reveal all your business Secrets today it is isn't it right no no genuinely and see I'm I I I genuinely like you guys and I feel that you guys have uh um you guys have an absolute wonderful potential and I genuinely feel about every single one of you uh so I will be giving you the I will speak about this in detail at the end of the uh today's session by EOD today that how can you join IDs and how can you come
to this December event for sure and um but yeah uh I hope you will be excited to be a part of this right if yes please Ty before for in chat box Quickly see shy finally I asked okay all right all right okay perfect guys that's that's brilliant so what we'll do is um so this is I mean just just take a quick note of this that Eda is not uh something that you just do it for the sake of doing just for the understanding of the data the the potential of this can be from
the perspective on how do how you handle your data in your organization for a freelancing and ultimately also for your Consulting right so please keep a very very very strict idea about that uh on that note let's get on a quick lunch break we will take a 1 hour lunch break downlo so uh sit on that have a good lunch spend your spend some time with your family go for a quick walk and then come back and uh we will be discussing something very interesting so uh we'll resume by I think 2:30 so it's 2
1:30 we'll resume by 2 2 2 35ish right so 235 okay cool all right guys let's going to let's get on the lunch break and I'll See You by 2:35 bye I'll wait for you guys to settle down once you settle down please turn your videos on okay a an guys please turn your videos on Shri s s shti Wali mtila Atul abijit Ali guys please turn your video on people thinking 5 Second warning name the direct Okay cool so guys let's settle down quickly okay all right let me just check uh Team can you
just check if the disable has been hosted no no so team can I just check if video has been disabled partner there that our people have Disabled the videos very funny okay yes everybody can turn their videos on now Perfect all right superb all right guys let's get started uh we are um okay settle down everybody please all those who are wondering that's my 3 lit jug what I never completed yes okay uh guys waiting room please don't keep The waiting room on okay all right guys uh mtila okay yeah all right guys let's let's
quickly do this okay everybody please settle down quickly okay so what we uh now now what we going to work on okay uh okay sorry yes all right guys um welcome back settle down please Everybody settle down all right now this time we are going to work on something um which is very informative and very exciting so settle down hoo fut quickly so that we can get started guys quickly let's do this okay so now h you e okay now what I'm going to discuss with you is um see guys when it comes to uh
AI right now there are certain industries that are uh that are I think see AI as a as a subject which is very very um very much lucrative and very much applicable to any industries that is sitting out there right now what happens is sometimes um but at times it also makes you realize that there are certain there are certain Concepts or there are certain industries where data science is Slightly more lucrative right and it is only beneficial for us when we are trying to work in the field of data science that which industry is
most lucrative for us to understand that having said that I again let me repeat this point that data science is something that is applicable to every single industry that is out there are you following me so far if yes please type f for following the chat box quickly Okay so when you say that oh data science is interesting data science is absolutely very much applicable to every single field that is out there but what makes data science um very profitable is if you understand that which Industries are looking for them uh the most because as
a field dat science can do wonders for very very specific certain industries and the reason for that is not whe whether whether the subject itself is capable or Not the reason for that is whether that industry how how much ready is that industry with with respect to data so again it is not the tool it is Data dependent all right so I will be exploring and now in the next session I want to explore certain industries with you that if you want to focus on data science uh especially with respect to prompt engineering which Industries
are most lucrative and who are genuinely ready to be approached as a data Scientist now this particular uh Insight that I'm giving you is from a personal perspective market research this is specifically from the personal perspective that is the reason Market says that telecom is lucrative but since I have not I have not uh had um many projects with Telecom I'm not talking about Telecom here so example there but Telecom is equally Lucrative so what I'm discussing with this with you right now is that um just a second right so uh as as a field
there are certain industries where are absolutely lucrative right so I'm going to share you my experience that are that how which of which of these data science Industries Are are profitable enough if you focus on them and I'm also going to throughout this process I'm also going to give you certain insights right so if you get if you basically feel um uh this is second guys all right so basically so basically uh okay so I want you to be ready with your pen and paper uh do not do not uh miss any information because I'll
be discussing certain use Use cases and they are they'll be just directly out of my experience right uh because I I've seen multiple use cases so whatever that I'm discuss I don't have a use case it is basically just an anecdotal thing to you'll have to be very uh fast with writing okay so let's quickly get started are we guys settled down are we guys ready if yes please type R for ready in the chat box So these are the top industries that are looking out for you when it comes to data science right you
can note these things down in a piece of paper or you can take a screenshot if you note it down you remember it screens chances that you'll forget it right right cool so there is uh there is there is these are The six sectors that are very lucrative right now here you have bfsi that stands for banking finance and insurance as a sector I know I have insurance before you point out the mistakes to me let me let me already tell you bfsi is banking finance and insurance as a sector right then Insurance in itself
so policy underwriting uh uh policy uh premium uh predicting premiums of customers uh uh again lifetime uh Life cycle of a customer customer life cycle management through Insurance uh then health insurance uh validating Health insurances validating discharge papers and stuff like that document uh valid document validation uh Healthcare in particular right uh retail uh so retail essentially means that uh uh retail means Ecommerce Reta then you have Automobile uh manufacturing and maintenance um and then media and entertainment right that means your television trps and stuff like that so these are your top industries that are
looking out for you now what are the use cases see the first one is banking Financial Insurance as a sector now why bfsi is very very lucrative as a subject listen to this very carefully if there is any particular industry who can pay you more whether it Is for prompt engineering whether it is whether it is for freelancing whether it is there is only one sub there's only one company who can do that more that is bfsi banking financi and insurance of the sector why because first of all they come from money right banks have
money right second when you basically trying when You trying to solve uh banking related problems you're either helping them earn money or either helping them save money and when you either help somebody earn money or or either when you help help somebody save money you can charge certain value isn't it as simple as that so bfsi is very lucrative at the same time at the same time when it comes to uh BFS as a sector it is by far one of the most data ready Sector as far as data science is concerned long before even
statistics was introduced in this concept even before computers if you remember people used to maintain registers how many of you remember that how many of you remember how many of you remember that banks used to maintain registers please type R for registers in the chat box quickly isn't it so since my dad was working in bank I I I I I distinctly Remember that he used to tell me about this these things so banking as a sector has has very very structured data banking as a sector has a very very structured data that means uh
Banks were the first ones to be exposed to early data science in India they were the first ones to adopt data science and data scientists were hired with some good initial salaries by by the Banks Themselves so if you basically look at any particular sector whether it is yes Bank whether it is HDFC whether it is access whether it is rbl whether it is Reserve Bank of India itself they are very they they are very very bullish and they bet bet very high on data science because they've been using these concept religiously right and they're
very open to do That but what sort of use cases does Bank banking as a sector have first of all it's a fraud detection I can I can tell you from my personal experience when let's say if you basically go uh go to um at one gig where I was Consulting PTM for hiring data scient right they have I was designing mock interviews I I still remember that while doing that they were specifically mentioning that okay we Want to keep fraud detection so the data was the data set that they used to give was basically
fraud detection data sets to practice or to basically to test out that whether they are eligible or not based on that then they would go ask them to go to the technical round right so that's a very very important ask second is lending and Loan appraisal management now this is a very interesting problem why because tell me this out of let's say if a bank has 10,000 customers how many what is the percentage of defaulters versus non defaulters generally a bank would have can you please time in the chat box percentage of defaulters versus non-
defaulters that means people who pay loan on time that is pay people who pay loan on time that is non- defaulters versus people who don't pay loan on time shuti is saying 6040 Hara is saying 15 to 85 85 15 Yeah viand is almost correct the ratio is neither 6040 somebody saying 6030 10% right uh so n it's 90 955 so that's that's that's the ratio that you generally will work with 95% of the people will pay our time 5% of the people will never pay on time so the problem that the bank has that
they they can predict people who will pay on time but they cannot predict for the people Who will not pay on time and the problem is that they want to predict people who do not pay on time isn't it so people who don't pay on time are basically at what at just 5% so how do you handle a data set that is highly imbalanced see there's a classification versus apple and an orange let's say if you have 10,000 images of Apple versus only 100 images of oranges your your AI model will only understand about how
how an apple looks Like right if I if I if I basically if I make you sit uh for the for the next one minute and if I basically run a picture of images right quickly of 10,000 apples and in that if I feed 500 or 500 oranges do you think you'll be able to recognize 500 oranges you won't because all you'll be seeing is I can only see apple because the data is too less for you to distinguish isn't it that's an imbalance data set so this is again a Problem then risk mitigation risk
modeling securing and managing customer Data customer customer lifetime also it's a very very important concept Alo trading underwriting and credit scoring risk risk mitigation is a very important concept particularly on the basis of if you check investment bankers generally look out for risk analysis risk analyst to Check the property or the things that they're investing into is basically mitigated correctly or not and if it is not correct then then they try to figure out what are the what are the what are the possibilities of this going south what are the possibility of this going this
not going correct right understood my point so far following me shall I move to the next sector if yes please type yes in the chat box quickly so one of the highest salaries of the Data scientist you'll basically see here in bfsi sector Bank of America 100% highest salary so yes 100% right so yes yes Bank of America City Bank City Bank uh standard chartered I keep on forgetting between these two JP Morgan Morgan stand yeah JP Morgan Barclay Credit swis Al credit Swis will be it's going south but any which ways so yeah these
banks are the ones which are I mean especially almost any bank will'll give you based on their capacity they'll try to give you they'll have the best salary for uh an analyst especially at especially in somebody into somebody who can handle data right from traditional machine learning to gen right cool now let's move to the next sector that is media and Entertainment media and entertainment how many of you people are watching Big Boss please type big in the chat box quickly Co wow very productive audience I must say it's a bad show waste of time
I hate it I wish a lot of you people thought like that but Tas is like TMA okay yeah even I watch that so guys Med and entertainment how do you realize that um certain certain certain certain television shows are doing good it's a TR ratings right so how many how many viewership every single show is getting that's important if you would see the Indian cricket match the World Cup that we won G was showing us that how many people are watching this live right so why why does this matter a lot because they are
they are basically giving you The show for absolutely free of cost but how are they earning they are earning by basically paying by basically making sure that the person who is advertising them pays much so if you if you if you go on advertisement if you want to buy advertisement rights or advertisement window during India Pakistan match do you you I'm sure you understand that how much how expensive that would be right you understand that yes how many of you understand that Please type I in the chat box quickly so I tell you something with
respect to a very interesting use case how many of you how many of you uh know how many of you have seen Messi and Ronaldo play football please type I in the chat box right okay so I'll tell you a very interesting news case there is a company called uh quantify they have combined with Sky Sports that is the a sports uh Network in UK and they have developed a System where they can predict where exactly Messi or Ronaldo are most likely to be 70 to 80 to 90% of the time in the entire in
the entire first 45 minutes and the second 45 minutes such that the advertisement behind them the the advertisement board behind them can be sold at a premium that means if 50% of time M standing or mess is going to be behind these many meters the in these Many in the in this area of the ground all the boards all the Billboards all the signages behind behind that will be at a very high price the stadiums people use that data to basically charge a higher ticket for those particular stands also how cool is that I mean
not for viewers but for people uh to work on these right interesting so this is one of the applications of AI data science right so realtime Analytics programmatic ad buying predictive modeling for targeted content generations and leveraging mobile and social media content another interesting thing is Healthcare now I was I was not very uh High about Healthcare as a concept with respect to data science because Healthcare has never been open to accepting new technology very easily certainly because it has to do with uh like some certain life and death Situations but 2020 or let's say
covid changed everything during covid what happened was that Healthcare as a sector or rather I'm sure you guys understand that with respect to the true positive and false positives you guys you would have understood right now that every single one of us used to go out for an rtpcr for anything that we wanted to we were made comp we we were made Forced to go through an rtpc that means imagine the amount of data a pathlab would have about ourselves and and our family so the data that a path laap or any particular of these
you know multi M MNC Labs that have generated the data that they've generated I don't think even a bank would have generated in their lifetime in in just one year what Healthcare have done so Healthcare now has become a very lucrative subject previous to 2020 it was Not so now Healthcare and insurance has has has become an absolutely kickass subject so there are people being hired as a data Cent is Left Right and Center especially with respect to analytics now Healthcare as a sector has a huge amount of data but trust me they have absolutely
no clue on what to do with it I have personally have seen so many so uh companies who are literally holding thousands if not lacks of medical reports of people and have also Get got the permission to access those medical reports trust me just I mean okay tell me this what if I get what if I what if I have those thousands of reports and based on obviously when I have your reports I will also have your address so I can tell that okay which demography in this particular uh state or a city has low
blood pressure I can sell that data to anybody I can sell the data to Farmers to promote um blood pressure Management tablets in that area uh get them to stock get the chemist to stock more blood blood pressure management tablets in that area I can sell that data to doctors uh I can sell that data to uh drug man manufacturers I can sell the data to anybody right this is now this is the power right of what what data set what what Healthcare could do right and but still there is one one Part of healthcare
where where data science is even more successful and there is no help there is no way apart from data science to do this is basically early detection yes that means when I say early detection I mean okay um how many of you how many of you have understood um have I have I have I discussed with You the the concept of freezing of gate have I discussed with you this I think I have right yes or no in the chat box please if I have I haven't freezing of gate discussion Parkinson disease have I discussed
about Parkinson diseases no okay so what happens is see I'll show you something so there is this particular data set on kagle See I'll show you something now this is Parkinson's freezing of gate prediction so I'll tell you what this is see that means when you're trying to walk are you walking in a straight direction or are you slightly tilted so there is basically there is basically a structure of what we call as freezing of gate that Means then then when you lift your leg are you how how you're lifting your leg so there's basically
a pattern and if you see that means what this data set was that you can basically predict that okay whether this whether there is a freezing of gate or not that means if there's a freezing of gate that means the way you're walking uh like if you're if you're if you're not if you're the your step management Or your foot when it's basically being put on that particular um uh Next Step so a step Next Step based on there's a pattern to that and that pattern is slightly ABD that is what we call is freezing
of gate and that is used to predict on How likely you are to get a Parkinson disease in future right so this is an event detection from a variable sensor data now this was Basically a competition price at $100,000 uh for uh by and by the Michael J fox Foundation research uh system and this is what they had to ask that can you basically help us with this so this was very very very crucial and this is what Healthcare can be beneficial from data science why because it is it is required to work on early
detection diseases whether you can detect dementia whether you can detect uh parkon Diseases um likely to have schizophrenic episodes Etc right so this is where all the detection even tumors right data you know AI can detect tumors like five if not five to six to seven years earlier than it would be detected by any medical symptom and then by doctors so this is where AI is absolutely pathbreaking when it comes to early detection of diseases right okay so everybody with me so far when it comes to Healthcare on How Healthcare is being utilized as far
as data science is concerned if yes please type Us in the chat box quickly right okay right another another quick uh use case I would give you for this is uh right before I forget is pose estimation right so we use deep learning for POS estimation this was one of our projects we had worked on this see this is posst estimation that means we can basically uh Check we can mark your now this is and there are no sensors by the way this is all deep learning this is computer vision right so we can estimate
what what your what exactly your fores and by how many degrees uh this was supposedly developed uh for one of our projects for a physiotherapist uh in Bangalore she wanted to build her own app that could do this why because she wanted to um cater to uh her clients that are Basically uh her her patients that are uh know trying to access her medicines remotely right so remote like especially from the people in the rural areas Don't Get Physical Therapy Services that easily so you can consult so she can consult them on on remote basis
and she can see that okay while they're doing that exercises whether the knees how many how much degrees is that knee bending and she can add thresholds and stuff like that so this is a post Estimation again right understood so again the the possibilities of these are endless I can basically say that if person is moving or person is stand still whether the person is this is used in gyms to see to basically tell you that whether your positions are correct or not right are you is is your form correct correct understood everybody right so
this is again with respect to healthcare right then we have retail retail What is what is the what is the what is the benefit for retail you have your things like Amazon flip cart menra these are all retail I personally have my anecdotal story for from Shopper stop where I went where I I genuinely went there and I I I I got rejected because they felt it was too luxury is um but yeah even I didn't present it well at that point of time I agree that Was my mistake also um but I'm how many
of you know who's Shopper stop how many of you know Shopper stop right so Shopper stop was shoer stop was uh so I stay bang opposer to a uh a a shopper stop branch in anderi in Mumbai right and I've seen I've basically almost like every single at during every single sale at least one time we go to Shopper stop to see if there's something genuinely good so We'll pick it up I always come up with some sort of a complaint oh this got this got uh you know finished or let's say the stock is
not there or the size is not available or if stock and size are there color is not available how many times have you experienced this please type yes in a chat box yes have you also experienced this this is an this is an inventory problem so I told them that this is you You're not supposed to have a human working on this this is a data science problem I and they have a they have a huge very structured data set I can I told them that you give me the access to the data I can
tell you which tore will Bas is likely is How likely and which store um is likely to have what inventory and with the probability that 99% of the times um you will not be out of that particular inventory so and because see what happens is Uh retail sector is basically also has a real estate problem if you're a star Bazar or a big Bazar you would not like to keep your most selling item in the go down but you would like to keep your most selling item in the showroom in the in the shelf and
that to and that to at a very very accessible place right so that has to be that is a it's a data that which if you keep certain things in which shelf and How Likely it is it is accessible to that kind of person it's a real estate problem all right and then ultimately we have automobile manufacturing and maintenance again I had a very brief stinct with a company called machine sense which is based out of Kolkata what they were doing was they were working with large factories who had these massive machineries now the Problem
these large factories have for example tataa Motors who producing 10,000 Nexon every single month right what problems do they have is that these large factories cannot afford for any of their large machineries to stop because it affects their assembly line do you understand the these these jargons if yes please type yes in the chat box take Now but these are all big machineries they require frequent maintenances oiling Etc so how to how to predict that which machine is going to basically be requiring some maintenance or some sort of a downtime how to understand that machines
don't speak they do not have any particular data with them what do they do do machine speak Do machines speak I think they do how vibrations yes vibrations every machine every single every single organism in the or every single organism in this universe vibrates especially machines their vibrations are very very pronounced and very active so if you if you so machine sense particularly with respect to a Particular company based out of West Bengal and San Francisco they were working on this particular concept where they used to take um where they used to mine uh vibration
signatures of these machines and then they used to do predictive maintenance on that that means they used to predict that okay this machine will require this much amount of Maintenance in the next three months and that's how they used to basically save a lot of downtimes in Factories for ass where there were very very critical assembly lines right does that make sense to you if yes please type yes in the chat box quickly right so as a data scientist I would I mean I would just add Telecom here that's it but apart from that I
think these are the industries which are absolutely lucrative if you target them as a data scientist so I believe everybody here wants to Reach towards their journey of earning 85 LPA Plus in data science am I correct if yes please type yes in the chat box yes so if you if you genuinely want to right and if you genuinely want to reach your journey in the most fastest way possible these industries in an ascending order will help you reach there in the most fastest way possible if you want to Target if you want to if
you want to make sure that you become if you want to if you want to make sure that you become a successful data scientist then just becoming a data scientist is not enough right you you need to understand that how to how to Target them which sector to Target when the the pros and cons of every sector how like for example bfsi works on Traditional machine learning models a lot um automobile maintenance works on predictive maintenance and Predictive Analytics a lot media entertainment works on computer vision a lot right Insurance again works on traditional machine
learning so this is what you need to understand and based on that you have to create your own own customized uh resume and this is and again this is one of my major complaints why I feel no why Why I feel half of the data scientists who are basically becoming data scientist are not getting that job because they have a very very very interesting background some of them are into Finance but they are headed towards a very different domain because nobody was supposed nobody was there to guide them right right so this and and trust
me no no no Institute will tell you this that okay who you become a data scientist but For which industry you should become a data scientist because the approach is very very certificate driven right again I'm not saying certificates are bad it validates that you have some knowledge but just validating is again a problem right right so if you focus on this then what are you focusing on so are you focusing on a tool here what is the word that we are focusing On can you please type that word in the chat box Industries so
ultimately ultimately ultimately you should be focusing on what grade of data science certificate or industry in the chat box please industry right as simple as that understood my point everybody following me so far if yes please type yes in the chat box Quickly h cool okay now I want everybody to sit straight and please open your collab notebooks open your uh whenu and open collab open GitHub and open streamlit quickly in the chat box once you done done please type down chat box open collab GitHub and stream L this is your collab notebook I would
request you to please log in your GitHub account and make it Ready this this should be your GitHub account I hope everybody has created their GitHub account once done please type down the chat box I'll give everyone five minutes to do that e okay so get up then please login into streamlet log into streamlet now I want everybody to log log stream right open chat GPT gith up streamlet GPT Once done please typ done in chat box everybody you right okay now I want you to listen to me very very carefully right now what I'm
about to show you is basically a custom that bot right what happened okay what I'm about to show you Is basically a custom chat bot now this is going to be one of your by far up till now one of the most exciting applications because this is something that you can take away and keep it with you forever you can keep on chatting with it keep on playing with it and this is I mean this this is a legit this is a legit potential of uh also if you if you put it to right use
this is a legit potential to make you Earn lcks 100% right so and chatbot is being one of the most most needed item when it comes to any business like every business requires a website every business requires a chatbot whether it's a hospital whether it's a restaurant whether it's uh a government organization whether it's a bank whether it's a defense organization anything you name it it requires a chatbot do you all agree to this if yes please type A for Agree in the chat box right and just for the sake of that I can basically
make it very very simple I'm going to tell you the steps and you have to follow those steps exactly how I'm how I'm telling you right so please and in case if you miss my any any of these instructions it will be very difficult for you to follow right so I I want you to be extremely active extremely focused and be absolutely ready okay first I'm going to basically Show you how to create the code using prompt engineering that is on GPT right that's going to be a first step so first we will create the
code and then we will understand the code then we then I will perform and you will only observe then I will put my code onto GitHub which is basically a repository how many of you understand what is GitHub by the way please type I in the chat Box ouch right so I will be deploying my code onto GitHub then after this then after that after I deploy my code onto GitHub then I will deploy it on a platform so that we we we legit not just create something for us but we create something that we
can share it to anybody right so are you guys ready if yes please type R for ready in the chat box okay Cool now okay so I want you to focus on the prompt I will I will give you the prompt so I'm writing the prompt here okay now listen to me very carefully I'm writing a prompt here after which after which I will be generating a code that looks like this right now GPT is designed GPT is inherently designed to be more variety driven that means they it is designed to give you a variant
Output every single time so no matter if we use a same problem there are possibilities that some of you might get a different code so are you all listening to me can I please get L for listening in the chat box every one of you here has access to this particular collab file what I'm doing is I will be creating a new section you're writing chatbot streamlit and I will be pasting this Code here so that it is accessible by you but I don't want you to access this now so that it is accessible by
you it is readily available by you right and but if you want to try and generate this as your own prompt or try and generate this as your uh try and see if if you can generate the same code this is the prompt right this is the prompt so you can put this prompt now I'll put this Prompt go to chat GPT paste this here and hit enter right I will wait for you to complete this process this is the prompt all those who have lost the connection or logging in now this is the prompt
and this is what you hit enter into the into chat GPT and once you're done with this response you're getting this response please type done in the chat box you are getting the code I am see do not Explain for I'm again I'm telling you they just getting the code I'm I'm only asking you one thing are you getting this particular responsive yes please typee your chat box whether you're getting an explanation or not it's not uh mandatory now don't worry once done please Ty done chat box everybody in case you're getting a different response
I have already given you are you all following that in case if you Get a different response what to do do you know if you get a different response what to do if yes please type yes in the chat box yes this is the Cod yes so if you get a response you don't you don't have to ask me on the chat I got a different response thank you for the information but the best thing is that you basically go to this place pick up the code and be ready for My next instructions agreed right
now let me explain you this entire what exactly this is about that means all you need to do is basically give this give a message here explain the above code in a step by step process thanks Raja I I'll let you know if I need that yes Right so if You observe what I've done what what I've got is I've basically got an entire step by-step approach of the of this entire code can are you guys ready so that I can start explaining this to you do I have your attention on the screen if yes
please type A for attention in the chat box quickly everybody I want everybody to pay close attention because if you miss any Instructions you won't get those instructions again because I would have missed that entire part so whatever that you're doing first Focus here so first step is you already know the concept of a librarian we are going to read a library we are going to read a book into a library we need to basically download a certain books so open AI is one of the Books we've already tried that with our API uh development
before and now we also want to work with streamlit correct yes or no agreed so we install these two so open AI is to basically handle chat and streamlit is to basically be interactive and let the users interact so there are these two aspects to the entire application of chatbot so one is open AI is for basically the brains behind the chat and Streamlit is basically the clothes or let's say the body or the aesthetic right both are important okay so if you just focus on a open AI you're basically a wood cutter but if
you focus on streamlit along with open AI you basically become a a designer right this is what your this is what the idea is understood everybody okay now the next part is this everybody here understands this step number two that for accessing open a is API or accessing open as intelligent we have to establish a key we've already done this yesterday do you all agree to that if yes please Ty a for agree in the chat box quickly you will understand now why streamlet is used just hold on just give me a few minutes you'll
understand why streamlet is used okay second or let's say the third part this is where you set set up the Streamlit page now you I been working on streamlit since last four or five years I have never ever written a streamlit code all I have done is either initially before GPT I used to take other people's streamlit code and I used to say that okay now I will I will attach my backend algorithm to this or after GPD I I just used just used to upload my backend code and say that okay this is my
backend code how do you think my front endend code should look like gpds to generate a Stream L code out of that that's it so you're not supposed to focus on stream late code all you're supposed to do is just is doing so let's say the the page configuration is let's say it is the title of the page is chat G GPD chat interface what is the layout wide layout so this is the title so St is for streamlit agreed so St is basically what Alias for streamlit right everybody knows what is Alias here K
alas upam for example if I'm friend with Elon Musk and if I call him elu elu is Alias for Elon isn't it right so this is your step three everybody understood the step three part yes or no in the chat box please okay see guys I'm going genuinely very very slow and very very step by step so that every one of you understand so I want every one of you to respond and tell me okay very Important now now have you have you seen GPT how GPT works if I if I basically write something let's
say Hi how are you right hi that means it is saying hey again that means I've already greeted GPD high before so what is it trying to maintain Here can you please tell me in the chat box what what is it trying to maintain here memory perfect history perfect chat history session that means if I'm discussing with you or man if I'm chatting with you and if I forget exactly say we we greet each other and you say okay my name is jendra and the other one says okay my name is KARK and KARK somehow
forgets jra's name so it that means it's it's it's a very Customary thing that if two people are conversating with each other you basically have a session have a memory so that if I want to reference to our discussion I can do that isn't it that's the reason we basically store all the messages in a particular session state so St gives us an opportunity streamlit to basically create a session state so all the messages will basically keep on being form list in a list in know and that will be In a session state so once
you close the chat bot the session will be gone right and then when you create a new one the session while you are on that particular page the session will be maintained it will be keeping on adding in that particular list list does that make sense everybody understood on why we are using why we are working on the step four if BS please typs in the chat box right out of the eight steps you've completed four Steps okay good now I want so I want you to create a chat bot not just for the sake
chat create right what we can do is we can create a we can create a chat Bo that can basically do this display previous messages so now let's say I've written hi here I can also see I've written how are you I can see a proper chat right isn't It would you also want your chat bot to have slightly like you know previous messages kind of a feature if yes please type yes in the chat box right okay this is your previous messages so what you do is here we basically create a very very quick
Loop now Loop I'm seeing that okay whatever my messages are a loop Means okay okay I'm giving you a list now once you enter into a list I want you to basically run a a message or run a command or run a function through this list one one time uh one at a time so that you complete the loop once you complete the loop then you can come out and go through the next instructions right so while we are in a state this is going to be in a loop so I got a response then
I give an input I get an again a response I keep on giving an input I again a response so this is basically a two andl conversation so this is a role of a user giving a content and chat GPD getting a response that that's in a loop so when you exit the application you close the loop right does that make sense to every single one of you here right in case if you're not understanding what is the for Loop that is absolutely fine it's okay it's your first time if you're looking At this do
not stress yourself to understand that it's absolutely simple and it's it's walk in the park relax just understand the title of this right if I were if I were you at this particular Point all I would focus on that do I understand why why this is written here okay do I understand why this is written here yes do I understand why this is written here yes do I understand why this is written here oh I Do understand do I understand why this is also written here yes and keep them in a loop right understood so
far yes and this this is written here the loop displays each each message in the chat history showing messages from the user and responses from GPT st. WR displays each message with the users me messages prefixed as youu and gpt's responses as GPT right step number six is you enter your Message that means this now this is basically an opportunity for you to give your an input so just write you're writing enter your message and you're basically giving that okay what is my message soing a chat chat box for first time that will come here
step number six understood by everybody how many of you understood till step step number six please type six in the chat box quickly yes Okay now you already know this what is this you did this yesterday only user defined function simple yes right okay now you can modify this listen to me very carefully a by the way how many of you how many of you here want to customize with your own name how many of you want to customize this GPT with your own name please type yes in The chat box so I will given
instructions will you follow that instructions very very correctly okay now whenever so basically you can you can change you can ask your G to change the page title to your name and whatever you get an output you can do it or or or listen to me very carefully I I won't repeat these instructions again listen to me very carefully since you're basically copy Pasting this code simply change your simply change your instructions here that means instead of writing chat GPT interface you can write here as CJ chat app or let's say uh VJ chat app
or VI Canan chat app now what have I taken care of here inverted commas have I changed the inverted Commas have I have I have I affected the inverted commas yes or no in the chat box please ah so do not perform anything outside inverted commas whatever changes that you want to do you can do it within it yes okay cool now going back to the explanation right so step number six GA how many of you understood step Number step number seven yes PR of giving right temperature see it's written here controls the creativity of
the response High values is equal to more creative 0 to 1 is the answer 70% creative anupam again it's written down there see I want you guys to be I like for uh do not always uh wait for the answer to come in that's written it's very very clearly written Here this is slightly more detailed as a code because initially so param saying this code looks slightly different from what we had generated earlier obviously because what initially at that point of time we just wanted to establish an API connection right now we want to build
a chatbot and that to something that can be sold as a production rate stuff right isn't it so and again if you don't want to if you if you want to remove temperature it there'll be a by default 0.5 temperature set you can remove that no issues right Max tokens is 150 not beyond that so that you can have a good conversation everybody understood step number seven how many understood step number seven please type seven in the chat box quickly minaki had just mentioned what temperature is please see it's written in the screen here okay
cool step number Eight this is the final one simply this is for the button that means this is for submitting the message so st. button send if the user inputs message append append join user Ro or content that means when you when you're trying to send a message you send the cont what the user is supposed to do so if I set if I basically create a chatbot specifically for healthcare that means I'm going to ask ask context with respect to Healthare only isn't it right prepare the GPD model for you are a helpful assistant
so here you can basically give a pre pre instructions that you are a you are a healthcare assistant you are a media entertainment expert you are a data science expert you are anybody questions you can modify the chatbot itself isn't it right and get gpt's respond to upend to the session state so GP session why because we want to basically build a chatbot that essentially starts looking like this hi I'm feeling favish something that it can help me see this is a health symptom checker if you if you focus and if you follow my instructions
you will also have a very very similar bot in your screen in the next five Minutes right in the next 10 minutes so what I'm doing here I'm doing the exact same stuff so since the response from GPD also goes needs to go into a session the the response from user also has to go into session so everything session isn't it and every single time that I made a session that it should be refreshed to new that's it this is still fine you understood these three points how many of you understood this Please type yes
in the chat box okay and then clear chat button that means this is your session state that manages that means you keep on clearing the chat so if you if you refresh it the message that the chat will be cleared so that if you refresh it if you close it and if you come back tomorrow you don't want the same chat you want a different chat why because you want to send it to your friend right let's say if you basically send this to 10 other people To links that oh hey by the way I
was just attending an AI workshop and I developed this interesting chat bot so if you want 10 other people to access your chat bot and have a different experience every single time refresh right that's the reason isn't it so did you guys understand these eight steps yes or no in the chat box please how many of you understood this type BS In the chat box quickly right okay now does everybody have access to this chatbot does everybody have access to this particular application can you please copy this and paste it in your own collab we
are not using collab cab right aai relax I will give you everything collab run you'll get an error now what is the next thing that You need to do everybody has this code so far and everybody understood that this code was divided into eight steps and that's how you got your answer understood yes or no in the chat box please e how many of you are with me so far please type f in the chat box quickly minaki this okay Now I want every one of you to go to their GitHub repo how many of
you see a new button can you please click on this new button and come to this particular page once done please type done in the chat box okay waiting for everybody please the chat box once you click once you once you come here and click a new repository yes okay I want you to name this Repository of whatever you want to chat bot bot my bot my uncle's bot my my children's B whatever B that you want to name just whatever that is what you want to name you can name it I'm writing this as
okay I'm writing this so I just write right I'll just write this as event B agreed the next thing here is this is very Important add a read me file click on add a read me file very important click on this once you have clicked on this type yes in the chat box quickly prop it will be have you logged in it will be either on the right hand side or the left hand side of your screen rupali just try to look out for somewhere every rest everybody is on this particular Screen have you clicked
on this button is this is the blue click here very important huh okay all those who have all those who have done this simply click on create repository once done type CR in the chat box for CR C for create repository CR in the chat box once's done okay now listen to this very very carefully here I will go here and I will add a file create a new File click on create a new file so here we need to create two files one is our application file about the chatbot right and the other one
is what is required for our application to run example application are the notes about the world war topic you have made on and what reference did you use for making the topics on world what what references you Ed to make the Documentary on World War I you use some Dash from the library what did you use in the chat box please yes Jan Kumar I can see your uh mouth moving but yes I wanted to type thank you books so this application a one is streamlet and one is open AI so there will be one
application that will one there will be two files one will be holding your application and one will be holding your two libraries to books everybody agreed Everybody understanding still here yes okay now the great part is we have already created the application here GP simply copy this Cy and paste once pasted do not do anything after this once you past it please type done in the chat box okay now simply rewrite re simply name Your file as app dopy stating that by the way this is the name of my file and this has a format.
python isn't it yes do you all know that yes are you all aware about this have you all copied this file everybody even if you have created the exact same file on chat GPT I would request everybody to copy the code from the collab notebook that I have shared with you Earlier once done once the code is copied and pasted and you have named your file as app.py please type D any done in the chat box quickly okay prya have you completed okay what about viand okay now no no Atul Singh right now on the
right hand side of the screen you see commit changes click on Commit changes simply click on Commit Changes again once done please come back to this particular chat box and then type done no problem minaki I'll be creating a breakout room soon so you can basically get your D solve from there okay now we have created one file right now can we move to creating the second file yes everybody ready wow excited cool Now again let's go to add file on the top right corner you can see here add file again let's create a new
file right once you once you are on this page please come back to this particular chat box and then type done I'll wait for now below this particular code in streamlit I have given you what you need To what what are the two books what are the name of the two books that you need to copy and paste do not type do not type please copy this and so I'm copying it from here see what I'm doing I'm copying it from here copy going to GitHub new file and paste it once done do this once
done please type done in the chat box the name of these two files are available in the code correct Now it's in the code you need can you refresh the page sh you will you will see it let me know once you can see it shti e okay everybody done shy have you completed this I'm waiting for you okay yes s it's below the Cod SC now let's name this file as requirements.txt please no Capital exactly same name No Capital exactly same name Capital exactly same if you want I can write that word in the
collab and you can copy it but I think this is something that we can do right do not change the name requirement requirements so s be important small yeah period be important and this format is also important and this small it has to be small R once done please type done in the chat Box in case if you are wondering why is chag spoon feeding so much and going so slow and very very carefully past experience that's all I would say but I have very very high hopes from every single one of you so far
it's going brilliantly you guys are doing absolutely great job have you completed this once done you can commit the changes on the right hand side of the screen again same Thing have you all named your file as requirements. text can you please confirm this once requirements. text what requirs can you please requirement exactly how I'm asking you to write can you please write it in the chat box requirements. text Wali it's. txt shti no capital r only small R viand not text only txt how many of you Thought people will not make mistakes right R
is in lower case okay you will be doing it okay done all right almost every one of you have got it correct commit the changes guys yes commit changes and then again commit changes uh chandes I will basically add you to um uh again just give us a few moments breakout session okay everybody ready everybody's Completed this so let me let me let me revise this entire process again one more time chesar if you follow you'll be able to do this right now otherwise you'll do it later again everybody I'm doing this entire thing one
more time for you guys so please focus on this what you do is let's say if you are on GitHub all need to do is on GitHub you'll basically find a new repository a Way to create your own new repository either or otherwise if you are so if you've created one if you haven't created one if this is the first time that you're creating it will be right in front of your screen to create a new repository directly something it's like new repository new new new new word right so just navigate or browse you'll find
something like that now once you create your new repository Um chandeshwar please Focus do I have your attention chandeshwar so now again what you need to do is type your repository name make sure that you keep add you add a read me file here make sure you tick this once done you create you basically click on creating a repository right once you've created this repository you go back to add a file add a new file add a file create new file option create a new file you Can basically paste the code that I that you
got here paste this code and you name this as app.py so what I've done is see I pasted this code here and I named this as app.py right simple now I created one more file where I basically gave the two names of the libraries that I'm going to use streamlit and open AI now where is stream open ay again it is there here at the bottom right understood okay how many of you have completed this step please type yes in the chat box quickly okay okay okay now I want everybody to log to streamlet sign

so can we can you please uh turn your videos on and settle down quickly everybody yes can you please get started every single one of you before I start calling out your names again at the Count of five 1 2 3 4 five matila shika visha Christopher DK winavi okay perfect perfect perfect all right everybody have you have you guys your videos turned on yes AA first of all first of all genuinely genuinely genuinely this Is this is absolutely unprecedented I want to congratulate every single one of you for getting this through and doing this
at this speed and following me and doing this and completing and having your first chat but I genuinely want to congratulate every single one of you so well done guys well done this is genuinely very very good trust me I've had sessions where this has gone for more hours and it's the first time that You guys have completed this in that in in that stip time so this is genuinely very good but trust me so for me this was brilliant right how many of you now you tell me how many of you had a had
a breakthrough moment that that what you have is a genuine end to end application now how many of you had a breakthrough moment please type BS in the chat box quickly J have created two Bots wow right this is I Mean I hope you realize that what You' have created here that is something can be deployed on a phone I mean this is this is how you would do this if somebody ask you tomorrow you can help that entity easily now whether now now all you need to do is just be out there and be
available to do this right rupali don't worry you will do it by by by 7 you will also have your chatbot Ready don't worry about it I promise you rupali you'll have your chat Bard ready by 7 don't worry right right um okay H see one thing is for sure one thing is for sure that I always expected you guys to perform good because I knew that if I give you even a Little help in the pre-training calls I had I had got an idea that you guys will be able to do good so do
you now realize that if you get the right support and the right guidance and if you have somebody to just nudge you in the right direction where you can where you can reach with the right support and the right guidance do you all see that if yes please type I in the chat Box right that now for example if you are doing this like a guy follow this right some of you would have done it some of you wouldn't have been able to do it but if somebody's there to tell you help you and support
you in spite CH in spite even if you're not following it somebody's there to still help you on your own pace see the most important thing is I can I can teach you at a one Single Pace but there are so many of you people who are was who are still getting stuck so if if I'm catering to somebody else you have the other other members in the team other members in the team to support this is what a support system is called right not that not eligible for this course it's it's it's too difficult
for you rather than and see it's very easy for me to say this I think this is slightly more technical for you so you Should avoid it I can do that rather what I think should be done is to provide that kind of support that kind of an environment that everybody can basically grow in their own pace and I and I'll again tell you learning data science you shouldn't learn data science from the perspective of kin by see taking an action taking a step should be from the perspective that you don't wait for someone but
you Should be allowed to learn data science from the perspective of making sure that it the the subject should provide you confidence that okay I can do this you should not learn from the perspective carer confidence in so much everything is going so fast right so far would you agree that the support system that that we've been able to provide you has been absolutely on point and been awesome if yes please type A for agree in the chat Box right almost every single query that you have asked has been solved right let me ask you
this genuinely tell me before this before two days before before this 3 day or before this entire process how many of you actually thought and believe that you could deploy forget about you having your own board you could deploy your own board onto onto your smartphone how many Of you thought never how many of you did not think this please type n in the chat box wow this genuinely has to be one of the most biggest breakthrough moments for you I can remember when I when I developed my first almost first application and when I
deployed this and I could just realize that okay this is I mean this it's basically a sign for Me that means I can do this because for me that point of time there was nobody to teach me so when I had deployed something I took that as a sign that okay I've completed this that means there's a sign that I can do this this is for me let me further work on this and I'm very certain for a lot of you people and I've seen your response in the chat box this has been an absolutely
brilliant breakthrough for all of you guys isn't it if yes please Type yes in the chat box quickly Santo Santos is still excited I'm like for what isn't it right rajes have you completed I haven't I think heard much from rajes or probably your messages have been skipped perfect brilliant Raj right super now let me tell you what do you Think okay let me just tell let me just put it this way let's say for example if somebody has a problem if somebody has a business and they need a chatbot to solve their problem how
can they seek you or how can you get to them we have upwork here right see a lot of you will be asking CH why are you only going on Upwork because it's easy it's one place it's credible and exactly the potential because the entire Market is coming on up and it's one of and it's very very credible so if I'm telling you something that means you can hold me accountable for this right so I I can't tell you a freelance platform I have earned money from this I I have my My Account Details are
are here Right I'll simply write this here as I'm genuinely telling you you'll be tired and let's go with the law of average numbers Let There are 100 job post you apply on 10 you'll start speaking to to three you will close one if if you apply on 20 you start speaking to you close 2 three and those two three those two how can those two three can be converted into a monthly retainer of two to three lakhs is the Skill just imagine this every single thing essentially comes down to a chat board so much
so that see I'll tell you the important of chat Sam malman is is buying chat.com so it is so important to develop something with respect to chat application because you know why because every single application in the world is going to be prompt based is going to be chat Based the medium of me typing the text and speaking will be evolved so there is going to be an evolution of the the chat you know converting into a text into a speech to text rather than text to text that is the evolution that we are going
towards but this is going to be a standard approach Rajesh is asking is the chatbot we've designed is up to the industry standards I'll tell you something you have not just developed a Chatbot in fact what you have developed is all right what you have developed is a chatbot with a streamlit applications so now you are also becoming an expert on something what we call as streamlit see when you say streamlit that means you are working on deployment providing a solution to someone you don't have to you can you can build this chatbot equally on
let's say on on On as simple as something as like this on collab and you can also shows to somebody but do you think you can send this particular link and then ask them to log in on collab and then show do you think this is legit or do you think this is a solution this is a solution right so so this is industry standards only thing you need to do is deploy it on your custom domain that's It and it's not difficult right custom domain means hit.com that's your own domain so if you buy
your own domain you can have your chatbot on har.com also right as simple as that yes and see the brilliant part here is the brilliant part here is what so let's say for example today we have worked on Eda right You can basically create a chatbot application that is combined with Eda you want to understand how you want to I'm not going to go through that don't worry but it's very simple do I have your attention on the screen can you have can you please give me 100% attention on the screen please have a for
attention in the chat box quickly okay cool now listen to this very Carefully what you can do is now this is not for this is not free but what you can do or you can basically promote your website also that is let's say you have a website okay let's say we have for example shikar for anybody CH XYZ right helping your businesses leverage AI please type in your name okay so would you like to uh would you like to communicate with our uh bot to that can help your business grow answer Yes done yes a
the next thing is keep on asking your data now once you keep on asking data keep on performing Eda and and dashboard analytics based on the data that they give it's a chat application that can perform this I will change my name if this doesn't make you ear LAX please record this statement and this is not me telling you from the perspective of see data science Is very lucrative and you can earn you know more than 80 to 90 laks perom my mindset has slightly been shifted since afternoon that I'm telling you from the perspective
that if I would be working on on this if giant analytics is working on this if my firm is working on this if I'm as a consultant working on this this is how I would use the things that I've learned today because I'm not just I'm not just eyeing at 85 LPA or 90 LPA which is the Potential in fact I'm also eyeing at the future potential of 2.5 CR to 3 CR perom while Consulting that is mixed model approach how many of you how many of you realize mixed model approach how many of you
remember mix model approach please type R in the chat box exactly mix model one app is doing Eda one app is doing your chatbot application interacting With a customer one app is handling your data and one app is interacting with the customer combine them both these applications it will interact with your customer also and you'll ask your customer data analyze and then give out a response understood how many of you are following me if you please time f for following in the chat box and now do you realize that chat GPT Is not a single
based application it's a mixed model application it can interact with you as well it can speak with you also it can also analyze your data it can perform business analytics on that yes or no do you see why chat GPD is a mixed model application so it's not just a single process right how many of you here can see the potential please type P for potential in The chat box right again this is my favorite thing to do by the way this no matter whatever I so no matter whatever I do I come back to
this because this is my platform this is my base I have basically created this as this as a structured base for me so this basically tells me that no matter whatever I do in my life I can at least earn 35 to $38 um per hour and how many hours that I work for that in that particular month so if I'm if I'm working for 100 hours I can make $33,700 a month if I'm working for 200 hours on a particular project I can make 72 7 yeah 77400 a month $6,400 a month my bad
right no 74 right am I correct so you get the gist around $7,000 a month if You're working for 200 hours right so ideally what you're supposed to do here is realize that this is an opportunity for you to unleash yourself because if you basically observe and by the way I want you to listen this very carefully from yesterday we basically approached we we approach Concepts in regards to natural language processing we approach Concepts in regards to hypothesis testing chat GPT deployment open AI de Deployment chatboard we made that today we created custom GPD uh
agents yesterday right and we worked on explorat data analysis in the morning all this allows you to basically have an average hourly earning of $37.5 per hour that means if you you go Eda here you have more than T me projects jobs so if you go with respect to Eda You have a huge amount of opportunities here and if you go with respect to chat bot you have any number of opportunities here come on guys genuinely tell me even if you combine these two things that we've learned today in the last 4 4 and a
half hours don't you think that you can make on an average I'm just saying on an average forget about $37.5 an hour $25 an Hour how many of you believe that please type B for believe in the chat box right and and just imagine if you basically started leveraging don't you think whatever you learned today is required in every single sector that we discussed about this whether it is bfsi Insurance Healthcare retail automobile media and Entertainment do you think any sector here will not require Eda or chatbot so if you basically are from a particular
sector or if you have some expertise or if you can work in a particular sector or if you are already working in a particular sector and if you have this expertise do you think you are of more value if yes please type V for Value in the chat box as simple as that far more Valuable right and trust me every single sector requires bfsi HDFC will hire let's say a company with three to four people but a smaller Finance Company would be looking on upw work or from other places for an individual who understands these
Concepts trust me this is what they do not everybody can hire a data science firm or an AI firm there are small insurance companies who wants certain analyst an AI based people there are healthcare companies Who wants some certain data scientist people a based people right you can approach a lot of retail companies that okay this is what I've done based on your Point of Sales Systems as simple as that so the sky is the limit when I'm when I'm talking about this absolute absolute absolute limit right cool all right now I want everybody to
sit Straight and I want everybody to pay very very close attention to what I'm going to ask you are you guys ready if yes please type R for already in the chat box quickly okay now whatever that you have learned in the last few weeks do you agree that you are a couple of steps closer in becoming a data scientist if yes please type A for agree in the chat box quickly right also can you see yourself doing These things and achieving these things that you felt you could not ever do it once you get
a right support and the right guidance if yes please type G for guidance in the chat box quickly obviously with the right Mentor right and and in spite of being conservative Please tell me that you guys now finally believe that whatever that you have learned in the last few weeks or today in the last two days itself via prompt engineering and understanding data science that you can earn $25 to $30 easily per hour if yes please type 25 in the chat box quickly right isn't it and no and see guys Genuinely so for example right
okay again guys please pay very very close attention I'm seeing a lot of you people are not putting their videos on I want everyone of you to put their videos on now listen to my question very very carefully now can you see that if you focused and spend the next 6 months with the support like myself you can reach your ultimate goal Of let's say it's whether it's earning of 50 6 60 70 80 LP as a data scientist how many of you see that happening please type yes in the chat box and become richy
rich obviously right and that's the goal and I'm totally happy with that to be the go and for all those people have said yes and for all those people who have their eyes on the figure that I mentioned earlier of 84 LPA and the 2.6 CR of Tata LXE and those who were jumping onto the fact that they want to attend my December event are you guys ready for all those people who are ready can I get your quick permission to present you my EDS program so we can work together long term on this common
goal if yes please type P for permission in the chat box thank you aay thank you rupali all right thank you so with your permission thank you so Much for that I present you my industry grade data science six Monon mentorship program where I will personally work with you to help you become a full stack job ready and consultant ready data scientist as well where we will help you become a pro give you a proven system rock solid foundation leverage the potential of AI prepare for you to get a job of 60 LPA and upskale
yourself again again let me tell you you do not Require any prerequisite of math and coding I'm sure you guys know this by now in the last two days and even if it is required you know that I will be there and you will have that support everybody agrees to this if yes please type A for agree in the chat box perfect now our six month program is divided into two parts four months of absolute comprehensive learning with weekly trainings and hackathons and two months where we Actually make you apply data science in the real
world action right now as you all know we believe we believe a lot in pillars this is again is having four sets of pillars your proven system proven skills expert mentorship and a handle support proven system guys I've been working in the field for more than a decade now I understand what makes and breaks a career in data Science so I genuinely want to take advantage of what I'm having as strategies so that you can have a lucrative career of data science where obviously you can have salaries and opportunities that can go beyond 60 LPA
right and you've already transitioned into one road map and that road map seamlessly transitions into the other one which is the six month trajectory of becoming a successful data scientist whether it is ml deep learning Generative AI devops or freelancing and obviously deployment which which has streamlit in it so ultimately you become a highly paid data scientist and highly demanding one as well obviously this proven system with the action steps is validated at 50,000 but don't worry I'm not charging with that relax all those people think you a oper hold on right proven Skills guys
throughout these six months you have my absolute guidance in the comprehensive learning itself as well as in the two months where we apply data science right and in these four months we basically help you through a weekly comprehensive training where I will be teaching you yes I will be teaching you the Core Concepts of data science from beginner to Industry ready comprehensive Journey for your career access and in the next two months how to Apply this into the real world apply how to use micros architectures Etc right so four Monon comprehensive training and in those
four months you'll have monthly hackathons right there will be Monthly hackathons our in fact I think our next month hackathon is on 23rd and 24th of November right so you have three live hackathons of two days each where you work with me and my coure team yes there will be Prav yes there Will be Raja and yes there will be another you know certain few experts as well right throughout you'll have that support also for all those people are waiting yay that's it you have access to my fourth hackathon that is 3.5 Day inperson event
of how can you become a one CR data scientist right which is from 21st to 24th of December and you get again an additional Two months of extended support so this is what your 4 months plus 2 months looks like are you guys all following me if yes please type f for following in the chat box quickly perfect again wondering people wondering okay what about placement and freelance guys all our programs all our sessions everything is structured from the perspective of how do you apply yourself onto that job description I Have personally create a job
description for many companies including one being PTM so we understand on what say when we design a curriculum it has to be applied to a job description otherwise it's absolutely useless similarly whatever that you work on if you cannot really apply yourself as a freelancer on a platform like upor it's again useless for me so we understand that and that's the reason we've designed our entire curriculum based on That also for all those people who still have that inhibition of Shak is this still certified yes this is also Microsoft certified I mean if it has
to be certified it has to be Microsoft certified for sure right so this entire training is Microsoft certified then so what exactly do you achieve in the six months first you basically become an IDs which I believe is still very very important I hope you guys understand that you start having an Assured income that's very true in fact the way we've designed the curriculum is that a lot of you people who genuinely are desperate to start their income can have their income started in the third or the fourth month itself now you have free also
you basically achieve your freelance plan platform that is freelance Master track just imagine right you having your own platform so let's say for example layoff recession you basically can fall back on That 37.5 average dollar let's say in your case let's be conservative $25 right that is the peace of mind that I am working with so I'm entering into business obviously I've entered with a risk but I entered that I have I I have a platform to fall back on could be this is there right right cool this is our basic structured course outline we
start from the basic we don't assume you know anything we start from the very Bare Basics no prerequisites Required neither you math coding experience doesn't matter Basics to Advanced to Pro to Super that means you start from Basics you move to Advanced the professionals and to the ultimate cream right again proven scale in training valued at 3 lakh total value comes to 3.5 rupees again I'm not going to charge you that relax not going to charge you that but I want you to focus on the expert Mentorship up till now you we've had a wonderful
wonderful time right and I'm very certain that you would like to learn from somebody with whom you actually enjoy being on the call itself that means you get two times weekly trainings with me guys I could I can easily hire a bunch of data scientist and you know basically get them to do these trainings but the reason I do these by myself is because I can basically cater to every single one of Your doubts so far have you like my Approach of teaching if yes please type yes in the chat box yes at the same
time you basically get an opportunity to have a single dedicated point of contact that means if you have your doubts to solve if you have any particular issues of implementing your your your your queries you have somebody to look out for right whether it's in projects whether it's in Assignments whether it's in understanding certain ideas of the the concepts in overall you have my back you have my support you have my guidance and not just with me my entire team is there for you right again expert mentorship valued at 130,000 total value goes to 480,000
right again this is not what I'm charging you relax now what I'm saying is you get an Handheld support now I do understand that in spite of me basically providing every single thing there are still people who basically fall back on a few issues life could happen to them something comes along but what I have here is absolutely unprecedented this is basically our us and nobody else does this that means you have a dedicated account manager you have your coach that means you have one person that that you can be Associated To throughout and they
are your genuine customized course they understand your problems where you're coming from what exactly you like what is like for example you're like oh my age is 75 and I can understand they understand your problem so even if whether there is a zoom link to a to a point where you want to you have some serious coding issues everything can be solved through those so you have weekly one-on-one check-ins we come to know That where you stand and also just so that you can be accountable that okay there is somebody is going to check on
you every single week stuck let me see how can I help you out this is your life this is your career this is a shift and trust me this is very important for me not from the perspective that oh I have to just provide you the value but also from the perspective that this is not just going to change your life but your families as Well and this and if you do if you if you do good if you do good in this you and your family both will be positively affected by this isn't it
also our faculties not just include data scientists but also some of the most successful business owners so you basically have a holistic approach of understanding data science perspective in fact in one of our uh in one of our um live event that is happening on December you will have my partner who's a marketing expert since is telling you how to how to run your ads on Facebook there is no data science course in the world who does that right again whether you have hackathons whether you have any particular uh course or any particular sessions you
have an unparalled support so even after ha you have a followup by ha did you were you able to do this or not like how I told rupali that by 7 p.m. your chatboard will be solved you'll have that support don't worry that is my promise to you so even if you're not able to achieve that thing on hacker down don't worry there is somebody who's looking after for you right and I still don't have to tell you this but let me tell you we basically have been we' still we've been mentioned with through multiple
sources through Multiple people and different different people like I can tell you 10 people who basically helped us uh who basically got help from us in respect in with respect to getting job that's different thing but institutes who have their own data science program have hired us have hired our Consulting so that we could help them get get their data scientist hired n is one of them she basically works for a particular Institute I don't want to name them but she's Basically took our Consulting so that we could basically train there data scientist on on
the mock interviews create mock interviews for them right so these are some of our success stories obviously so total proven systems with action steps proven skills expert mentorship handheld support total valued at 5 lak 77,000 and I'm not just putting this price for the sake of it is genuinely Valued at that but again I'm not going to charge you this so you can relax right you guys are now almost like a family because I can joke around with can play around with I'm genuinely going to give you an offer that is way way way more
accessible for you but you have to act on it so by the end of the six-month Journey with me you will accomplish these things that you basically stay on the top of data science Trends always Have an edge with through our weekly graded assignments personal dedicated attention one-on-one mentorship calls two project hackathons three main critical projects monthly Town Hall meets access to the community of Industry great data science people which is very very important by the way but still I'm not going to charge you 5 lak 77,000 rupees for this still in fact I'm not
going to even Charge you anywhere close to this amount all of you guys please be ready now see if all I did was finally help you become a successful data scientist in 6 months would it be worth it for you save you 10 plus years trust me system right save you 10 plus years of trial and errors out of a road map that costed me like crores of rupees and give it to you in a systematic platform like just follow Follow everything is tried and tested would that be worth it for you if yes please
type w in the chat box quickly right would it would the system be worth for you that made you become a highly paid data scientist with a complete handed support enables you to basically be eligible of earning 60 to 70 to 80 LPA gives you a part-time freelancing income having your own platform that through which you can earn 20 lakhs Perom absolutely gives you complete Freedom right now see if I had two options First Option will be I basically sell this mentorship at a very very very cheap price and keep on upselling cost and I
keep on charging after module after module this way this is basically how other people do second option is give you all information at once give you a proper Real time assess assessment which requires slightly little extra investment but this would allow me to provide you top quality support and almost guarantee your success right so I'm giving you second option for normal people you already know that my the price of my program is 24,000 plus taxes on my website which is also available on an Emi Option but today I'm even going to give you a better
deal than that and a better payment option only if you're ready so are you guys ready please type R for ready in the chat box quickly everybody are for ready in the chat box so I will not charge you 2 lakh it will be lesser relax the price of the program is only 1ak 59,99 Only and that's not all I'm going to even reward you even further your commitment and dedication over this past one month hasn't gone unnoticed and I can see how serious you guys are and especially this Bunch this plot I 100% agree

that what is the trend in 2025 in 2026 in 2027 there's going to be a massive Trend with respect to generative with respect to data science the idea is that with just this amount of investment and I'm not saying it's a small amount it is an amount I agree for some of you people it could be a sizable amount but do you realize this how many of you would generally basically be spending money just for this just for the eoit right if your outcome is to become a successful data scientist you have to take a
step right the opportunity of you becoming a data scientist is costing you let's say for example 1.49 997 plus Taxes but what is the opportunity if you don't become a data scientist and let me tell you that is in negative of 60 LPA in the year 2025 there is very very high possibility that if you do not work on becoming a successful data scientist there are very high chances that you will be in a in a negative amount of 60 LP and all the people are telling me but CH will have to take loans Emi
again iPhone you won't take Emi you would you okay B some of you are okay to take a bad debt but you're not okay to take a good debt right again 8,665 Rupees is absolutely very very achievable by almost every one of you here so all you need to do is I've made all my I've in my I've made this in whatever my cap possible made this Absolutely accessible for you and in whatever way it is basically debt in some cases it's a good debt you're investing on yourself right it's not a bad debt so
