The Botanical Garden also has with an exhibition hall and auditorium for presentation of artistic works and scientific allusive to the environment, besides fields for practice of soccer and volleyball, tennis courts, picnic area, velodrome, outdoor gym and a track for running and walking with approximately 2 km.
The park receives on average 1 million people each year, the visitor have public toilets, drinkers, snack bar, shop, tourist assistance center (CAT), as well as free parking as well as their access. Opened in 1991, the garden was inspired by the flag of Curitiba and in French style with its geometric flowerbeds.
