what's up everyone so I'm a Nintendo gamer and I recently had a code that obviously Nintendo knew nothing about I couldn't even find a fix on their website I managed to find one person online that knew what to do so without further Ado everyone I'm gonna break down the error code and how to fix it for your switch so that you can continue playing and enjoying your switch games so the error code is 2 000 2002 -4315 it'll say hold the button down for 12 seconds to restart your console and it won't work you will
think oh I need to send this to Nintendo you don't there's a very simple fix so if you're using the OLED model or the other home based model I don't know about the portable but either one of those all you have to do hold your volume button tap the power button continue holding the value button when the boot screen pops up select factory reset without deleting save data it'll be the middle option attach your joy-cons and reset up your console you will have to log into your Nintendo account to get back into the Nintendo shop
that's okay if that doesn't work the final option is a full factory reset I had the error code recently I didn't have to fully factory reset mine so to solve this issue that simple hold the power button down or not power sorry the volume button down tap the power button when it enters boot sequence pretty simple so what I'm going to do is I'm going to show you on my console just exactly what to do to enter this mode now remember folks I've already reset my console so here's my switch my buttons are up here
