all right good morning guys it is let's see 10:33 I usually wake up at 7:30 and I'm in the gym by 9:00 with my best friend that's sort of how we schedule it um but uh went out last night came back at like 430 um so I just like super tired so it was pretty fun um nice to let loose every once in a while um which I really don't do that often um so yeah let's just get the day started all right guys we're doing leg day today we're starting off with sumo squats uh
not sumo squats Sumo deadlift but that's that brings me to the point that I'm just like so tired um just like probably not the best day to to do a 3X3 uh 150 kilo deadlift um but you know what oh well um so I think for this workout I'll roll the clips and if there's anything I need to say I'll cut it back that's pretty much what I did all the time back in the day uh so yeah in three [Music] [Applause] [Music] 2 [Music] [Music] [Music] some all right guys so first two sets went
really well must be the creatine um but seriously like I'm not sure whats up it's probably the fact that I've had so long um I guess you can kind of call it a D Lo I did uh Sumo deadlifts like 2 weeks ago uh when I was between Sweden and New York um I tried like a Max effort so I guess you could say this A D Lo but um you know all I know it's going well so let's jump into set three then I think we're going to move on to um some squats with
the chains let's do [Music] [Music] it all right guys good workout so far we're jumping into some leg press and um I realized that I didn't bring my knee sleeves today which really really sucks um four plates on the leg press that's quite that for me that's like a heavier amount that's probably going to be like eight reps um I don't get it because I have friends at if you're watching this um I can Squad 150 he squads 120 which is still really good considering he doesn't do like any powerlifting or anything like that but
he leg presses seven plates and I can only do four [Music] what [Music] all right guys so next on the agenda is pettle ball stuff I mean um to improve my squad and my deadlift mainly what I did was work on my posterior chain so my hamstrings and my glutes um so I'll show you guys a super set that I do high volume I usually go either 15 15 reps or 15 12 and your backs side's just on Fuego um it is getting to be a little bit of a problem because uh they only have
a 32 kilo uh kettle ball in my gym which for the deadlift part is quite small but um so I might need to start working with a bar instead but uh let me show you guys what I mean I'll speed it up a bit though cuz it's it's like a 2 minute [Music] set [Music] [Applause] all right guys and to end off we are doing some chain work um like I do you know my I usually do my heavy movement so either Sumo or uh just regular squad or a squad variation um then I'll go
high reps and then at the end I'll go 10 or 12 reps uh really just trying to grind it out in a movement that is usually quite easy for me um but because I've already fatigued uh my muscle and just it's a lot harder um so let's jump into this last [Applause] exercise [Music] think so I always Advocate you know reading through the Kindle app or listening to audiobooks on your way and on your way to and from the gym you know on your way to and from school whatever that may be and you know
these past couple of days I've not been following what I I have not been doing what I've been preaching and it's quite bad at me so listening to some audio books getting back into into the swing of things you know it's really time to step everything up a level uh through adversity you just come out stronger than you ever could imagine and I think you guys are seriously going to see me in 3 months and it's just going to be it's going to be one of those shifts that happens every once a year every half
year or whatever that may be where the person's just completely different so guys listen to your your audiobooks and you can get smart cleaned up it is such a nice day outside send me your location let's focus on communicating cuz I just need a time and place to come through I'm in a bookstore as always all right back home now quickly got to change uh and pack up a bunch of clothes I'm doing a little photo shoot taking some photos with Reed they're otherwise doned like Reed Fitness I'm still so excited that he starts YouTube
I've been like telling him to do it for months and months and it's so cool to see one of my close friends like on his grind on his journey anyways got to get my clothes really really hectic day let's go there he is got to get out yours all right so we're just kind of making our way around South Kensington and looking okay he's basically just vlogging me vlogging but yeah we're basically just looking for places to take some [Music] [Music] photos so guys finished up with that little photo shoot who read um got a
couple good shots really didn't take that many but the one that we do have there are some really really cool ones of me I'm finding myself just not really being that into fitness photography uh just kind of doing creative shots cool shots um as you've sort of probably seen with my videos is it's been sort of a cinematic transition obviously I still do want Vlogs and you know I want to talk to you like this and say whatever is on my mind but there's been a sort of cinematic transition um and I'm probably going to
get that with my Instagram as well so you know really just trying to step up my game with my Vlogs really trying to step up my game with my Instagram and add a bunch of different components that you've never seen before but before I leave I just want to talk about one thing and that's you know today was a really really busy day uh and right now I am at my friend's Edward's house uh going to look over some of his Clips uh from his trip he recorded a bunch of it um and you know
do a bit of editing all I want to say is like probably the main emotion I'm feeling right now is optimism I'm really optimistic about the future um but I'm on this path that's really good and I think basically it perpetuates itself so if you get in a bad State you're going to keep making bad choices is if you get in a good place like I am now you just keep making good choices you keep going further you keep getting the amount of sleep you need to get eat the food that you need to eat
do the work that you need to do um and you're just far more positive so for any of you guys who are really just having difficulty and I get a bunch of messages from people who are trying to start out with whatever their goal is my thing for you is just please take the first step just commit to three days of whatever you need or whatever you're looking to do because once you get on that you know once you get on that path it's really really easy just to perpetuate itself because you see where it's
