Begin by inviting yourself to get as comfortable as you would like to right now hitting pause if you need to and coming back once you're ready when you are softly close your eyes and gently pull your awareness inward [Music] Gathering yourself in from wherever you are in in into your body feeling your presence within your breath in your physical form becoming the Observer of your physical experience [Music] inviting muscles to relax that you do not need to use allowing breath to feel good and free [Music] relaxing into the comfort that is you [Music] how lucky
you are to get to have you to rest in to be in the experience of you [Music] tune into gravity and how it feels on your physical form and begin to notice that's how when you focus on your body perhaps you can start to become aware of the space within and between everything that is within your physical form [Music] get curious about all the space between cells within cells invite your imagination to feel you lining up more with the awareness of that space than of the physical matter around it [Music] if only for now in
this practice imagining yourself as that space within you [Music] observing the space within you foreign with it as you [Music] feeling awareness of thoughts and feelings slipping away [Music] for the you that is this space need not hold on to any thoughts or feelings thank you let your awareness rest here [Music] [Music] enjoying the lightness and spaciousness you get to experience [Music] [Music] I will come back and check in on you momentarily however for now just enjoy yourself being in the awareness of you as the space Within your physical form [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] with
how this space within has no agenda no set goal or outcome perhaps you can feel poet simply joyously is [Music] [Music] As You observe yourself as space within your physical form and you feel yourself as such perhaps you may begin to notice that you that is that space Within is also somehow kindly observing you with a gentle loving gaze of sorts [Music] [Music] feel your admiration or each other the spaces admiration for you this kind and gentle energy and your equally kind and gentle gaze back you and the space as one and yet somehow lovingly
observing each other [Music] saying thank you I am that I am please [Music] [Music] relax into this feeling foreign [Music] if the Mind wishes to create thoughts continue to just stay present in observation mode of you observing yourself as space within your physical form [Music] [Music] thank you [Music] let your next inhale be extra deep and Rich and rewarding [Music] following with an equally rich and rewarding exhale when you're ready to [Music] [Music] moving at your own pace [Music] [Music] returning to your natural form of breathing [Music] and feeling yourself in this place right now
Wherever You Are thank you [Music] feeling the points of contact between you and the surface beneath you and yet simultaneously being connected into that light body part of you [Music] saying thank you to all of you including that lovely space you got to rest in [Music] and carry this totality of you forward as you begin to roll your shoulders wiggle fingers and toes and when you're ready open your eyes back to the world around you amazing job today foreign foreign foreign
