life can feel like a roller coaster some days are filled with joy While others bring sorrow pain and disappointment but Psalm 30 reminds us of an incredible truth when we choose to praise God he can turn our struggles into victories our sorrow into joy and our fear into Faith so before we pray let's take a moment to read and reflect on Psalm 30 Psalm 30 says I will exalt You Lord For You Lifted Me Out Of The Depths and did not let my enemies gloat Over Me Lord my God I called to you for help
and you healed me you Lord brought me up from the realm of the Dead you spared me from going down to the pit sing the Praises of the Lord you his faithful people Praise His Holy name for his anger lasts only a moment but his favor lasts a lifetime weeping may stay for the night but rejoicing comes in the morning when I felt secure I said I Will Never Be Shaken Lord when you favored me you made my Royal Mountain stand firm but when you hid your face I was dismayed to you Lord I called
to the Lord I cried for Mercy what is gained if I am silenced if I go down to the pit Will the dust praise you will it Proclaim your faithfulness hear Lord and be merciful to me Lord be my help you turned my wailing into dancing you removed my sackcloth and clothed me with joy that my heart may sing your praises and not be silent Lord my God I will praise you forever King David wrote this Psalm After experiencing great troubles he had faced sickness danger and even moments when he felt completely lost but instead
of staying in his pain David chose to praise God he looked back and saw how God had lifted him up healed him and rescued him from trouble that is why he sang you turned my mourning into dancing maybe you are facing a tough time right now maybe you feel discouraged or overwhelmed but Psalm 30 reminds us that pain is temporary and God's joy is coming no matter what you are going through keep praising God and watch how he turns your sorrow into Joy your struggle into Victory and your weeping into dancing now let's lift our
Hearts To God In Prayer heavenly father I come before you today with a heart overflowing with gratitude love and awe for who you are you are the almighty God the creator of Heaven and Earth the one who holds the universe in the palm of your hands yet you care for me deeply Your Love surrounds me sustains me and strengthens me you are the god of restoration the god of healing and the god of joy you are my refuge and my Fortress my strong tower and my salvation I exalt you Lord for you are great and

sought to devour me you stood in the Gap and fought on my behalf when I felt Forsaken and alone you surrounded Me With Your unfailing Love You have been my shield my protector and my Defender your presence has been my Hiding Place my source of strength and my everpresent help in times of trouble I will not be silent but I will Proclaim your goodness all the days of my life father your word declares that weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning I hold on to this promise with all my heart
though trials May shake me I I will not be moved for your joy is my strength every tear I have cried every hardship I have faced and every struggle I have endured has not been in vain you are working all things together for my good you are molding me shaping me and refining me for your glory Lord I lay down every burden before you I Surrender my fears my anxieties and my worries I release every disappointment every pain and every unanswered question I choose to trust you knowing that you are sovereign over all things your
plans for me are good your purpose for me is sure and your love for me is unfailing I do not always understand the path you have laid before me but I trust that you are leading me to a place of restoration and victory you have healed my Brokenness Lord when my soul was crushed you breathed new life into me when my strength failed you became my refuge you are Jehovah Rafa my healer the one who restores what was lost and makes all things new I rejoice in your love for you have given me Beauty for
Ashes the oil of joy for mourning and a Garment of Praise instead of a spirit of Despair you are the lifter of my head the one who wipes away my tears and fills my heart with peace Father I declare today that I will not be bound by the past I will not allow fear to dictate my future you have called me to walk in Victory and I embrace the Abundant Life you have prepared for me I choose Joy over sorrow Faith over fear and praise over despair I refuse to be held back by yesterday's failures
for I know that your mercies are new every morning no matter what comes my way I will rejoice for I know that you are with me you have established my steps Lord though I may have stumbled you have upheld Me with Your Righteous hand though I have walked through valleys of uncertainty you have been my guide you have been my rock my Fortress and my everpresent help in times of trouble because of you I stand Victorious today my past does not define me your grace does my pain does not control me your promises sustain me
my struggles do not defeat me your spirit empowers me I Praise You Lord because you have turned my wailing into dancing you have clothed me with joy so that my heart may sing your praises and not be silent I will give thanks to you forever for you alone are worthy my soul rejoices in you my savior the enemy tried to steal my joy but he has failed because my joy is rooted in you the storms of life tried to shake me but I remain steadfast because my Foundation is in you the trials of this world
tried to break me but I stand strong because my strength comes from you let this prayer be my offering to you oh Lord a song of Thanksgiving a declaration of trust and a testimony of your goodness may my life reflect your grace and my lips forever speak of your faithful fulness May every step I take bring glory to your name and may my heart never cease to worship you I declare that I am an overcomer through Christ who strengthens me I declare that I am victorious because you have won the victory on my behalf no
matter what tomorrow holds I know that you are the same yesterday today and forever you You Are My Strength when I am weak my peace in the storm My Hope in the darkest night you are my healer My Redeemer my everpresent help you are the one who restores the one who heals and the one who turns my mourning into Joy I trust you with my life my future and my destiny I trust you with my heart my dreams and my purpose thank you you father for your unfailing love thank you for turning my sorrow into
