hi my name is Regina Murphy and I'd like to show you how to reprogram your subconscious mind it's a stand-alone technique you do not need to do it with any other energy psychology technique although it is beneficial to do it after you do deleting but you could do this in the morning and you can do this in the evening it will greatly enhance the quality of your dreams and it will magically change your day it's been taken from many different people Donna Eaton George Pratt and I've added a little twist of my own so the
first thing you do is you decide what you need for that day so suppose you need peace or you need wisdom so you simply find that place of wisdom within you and you say I am wisdom or I am peace or the most important of all I am grateful I am infinite love and gratitude but today we'll use the word peace so we'll simply program in I am peace so find that special place inside of you that you can feel the peace when you cross one ankle over the other doesn't matter which one you take
the opposite hand and put it over the hand the other hand you crap clasp your fingers and you bring your hands up like this or you can leave them down like that whichever is more comfortable now we're going to do it with your hands in this position hands and feet and then we're going to do two minutes in the other in the opposite position so once you have your feeling of peace and your affirmation there's a breathing part to it and on the inhale you inhale through the nose and you allow your tongue to touch
the roof of your mouth like this and when you exhale you whisper your affirmation so you whisper I peace relax back in your chair you're gonna be doing this for two minutes now after two minutes your body will be really relaxed and all the parts of your mind that we're arguing with that will have dissipated so you reverse your feet put the other ankle over the other foot and then you take the opposite hand again and you put it over the other hand clasp your fingers again get into your comfortable position feel the peace and
stay focused on that one affirmation inhale through the nose touch the roof of your mouth with your tongue drop your tongue exhale through your mouth and whisper I each side of the brain has a different relationship with your subconscious mind so what you've done effectively because you've reprogrammed both sides of the mind and you've deleted programs that were not peace in that very process so that's one of the most powerful tools you can do I've been doing it for five years I learned it at Scripps Clinic I also read it and down in this book
several other places and it's used in Psych a so we know it is a fabulous energy psychology tool and I hope you use it it has taken me to a place of heaven on earth and I hope it does the same for year
