and that's the way most people do it no let me tell you a story about my dentist so I went into my dentist right and my gums were really really hurting some you know I told my dentist this and you know she you know she she gives me a you know a consult and whatnot and she goes look okay I have the solution for this right I have a solution for this it'll take one minute right so only 60 seconds and I'll and that'll cost $400 and you know I go you think I'm gonna Pay
you $400 for a minute to work and she goes whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa amen relax I mean I could make it last for hours if that would make you happier and I think guys you know that now this didn't actually happen but hopefully this drills a point in your head and that's this I think that puts things into context you know I would actually pay out like I would pay her to get it done quicker and I think a lot of you guys are going you know I need to I need To make this
last four hours when really it could only take a minute and the thing is the business owners wanted to take last time you know they wanted to take less time they don't care if you throw in all these extra bonuses and packages and and all this crap that they don't want or need they just you know there's one thing one problem one solution they need done and that's it and if that takes one minute and they pay you a thousand dollars a month it Doesn't matter it doesn't matter guys and I can honestly say I've
gone and I have tripled quadrupled my income from a marketing agency and I work probably a quarter the amount because I learned this thing okay please please never sell a package here's why people saw packages guys the reason people sell packages is because they don't feel as though they're adequate they don't feel as though they're enough and this is what we're gonna get on to and point to right Businesses need social media marketing guys I'm telling you right and I know that you know charging them three thousand dollars a month charging them $10,000 a month
sounds like a lot but in the next secret I will show you exactly why that's not the case okay so guys utilize the 8020 principle 20% of what you're gonna do for them is gonna bring 80% of results so knowing that I you know for me I told you I work probably a quarter as much as I used to a fifth as Much as I used to because I went look I'm gonna focus on this 20% that does work and then the other 80% you know I'm gonna outsource it or even the 20% most of
the time i outsource it right and the 80% I'm just not gonna bother with you know cuz it's just not worth my time and it's not worth their time so guys little bonus secret and this is gonna be an absolute game changer for you guys always sell on el-tee which is lifetime value now if you don't You'll be screwed because the client will say you know you only brought in X amount of people and they only spent X amount this month now to give you a you know a little little bit of context for example
my dentist Knightsbridge dental care right they are London's most expensive and exclusive you know dental care you know they're my client and to imagine they're my client now you know we're 14 months ago you know I wouldn't have even be able to get like a second Of the owners time to imagine that they're my client now is ridiculous but you know if my client if the dentist went look a man you only brought in you know let's say 10 people right just for just a throwing just a throw out numbers only brought in 10 people
and they only spent a total of let's say $2,000 and I'm charging them $6,000 per month you know that you know I'll be screwed there cuz it looks like I'm not making them any money but you know as I Said I actually signed my dentist as a client and she you know well first of all the cool thing is she had no idea what LTV was you know and if I base my results over how much business I brought in that month alone I would be fired but instead I sell on LTV and you know
you can see right here this doctor Murray you know asked her you know have you had a chance to look over your LTV she goes you know thank you for adding this element for me to think about she had no Idea what LTV was this is a company doing like literally millions and millions of revenue over 10 million revenue a year and she doesn't know right and this also puts me in a position of authority because I've exposed the side to her business that she hasn't even thought of right so the cool thing was that
she called me four days later and told me her customer LTV was 32,000 pounds after plugging in the formula this means that if I bring her Even one new customer per month I made her a 6x ROI this is why you always sell based off of LTV rather than revenue because guys if I bring someone in it is known because you can look up and you know you're doing gyms you can look up gym LTV calculator and figure it out figure out what industry averages but as I said you know if I if she said
even you know you only brought in five people this month and they spent X amount I would be Screwed but the matter of the fact is that the average person that comes in and buys something so becomes a customer then goes on to spend 30 mm or be or has a value of 32 thousand pounds over an average of four and a half years in the dental industry because they also go on to refer to point to people but you have to know this information to sell to people guys so secret number two every business
needs social media marketing and as I said here's me sitting across From one of my old clients as athlete they're now worth over ten million pounds so there are now more than 50 million small businesses using Facebook pages to connect with their customers and this you know the source for that is Facebook four million of those businesses pay for social media advertising on Facebook so you know a lot of people ask you know you know is social media marketing is are there enough businesses out there there are Over 50 million small businesses using Facebook pages
50 million now imagine how many small businesses are not using social media that's where things get crazy guys now you know the exact there it's thought that there are a hundred and twenty-five million businesses out there if you could get even five to pay you three thousand a month you know what would that change things if you could get yeah you know five or three of them to pay you three thousand a month would That change things three out of a hundred and twenty five million businesses globally and guys social media marketing is a global
thing I'm here in mmm right now I have a client out there out here and I'm actually about to have two more potential client meetings you can run it from anywhere in the world now businesses grow with marketing and every business owner wants to grow easiest way to sell you no easy easiest way to sell a client when you Get to them yeah or an owner when you get to them you know hey you want a bit you know do you want do you want to grow your business and they're gonna go yeah and you're
gonna go okay do you agree the marketing is how you go to grow your business and they go yeah and then apart from that and then you know from there they're pretty much bought in obviously you have to actually go through the meeting script and close them and whatnot but Guys every business owner wants to grow their business and every business owner also understands the marketing is how you go about doing that so guys I know what you're thinking you know a man but clients paying me $1,000 to $10,000 monthly is so much money you
know that's that's so much money but guys this is limiting belief that I want to break right now small businesses average three point six million revenue a year with forty to Fifty percent overhead costs so their monthly average overhead is $150,000 so think about it you know if that sounds like a lot think about it if they have ten employees right they are spending just on payroll forty to fifty thousand dollars per month you know because obviously you know they have to deduct the the taxes and stuff like that some people are managers some people
get paid 2k a month some people get paid you know five K so yeah if they are spending and These are statistics taken you know I'm not just pulling this out my ass these are actual statistics you know small businesses have an average monthly overhead of 150,000 do you really really believe that a thousand to five thousand dollars a month is too much this is for a small business keep in mind we're not talking big businesses do you really believe that a thousand and five thousand dollars a month is too much guys it's not you
know it isn't and the Best part is this is an investment for them it's not like they're spending a thousand or five thousand dollars a month to print flyers or have you know cool cool LED lights put in this an investment you know this is money that is gonna come back so um guys you know that's that's just a limiting belief I wanted to squash right there so I was in genuine shock as I kept on realizing that even at $5,000 to $10,000 per month or service prices I was still under Pressing myself you know
